Breakfast started at 4am when I asked about a breakfast grab to go bag she said they didn’t do them even tho I was told on here that you can get one?

Hotel staff are always very polite and accomadating,and hotel is always spotless.

Stayed here a few times and always had a very nice experience, but on this occasion I had a room on the front of the building and was kept awake by the automatic metal road blocks that make a banging noise when they go up and down,very annoying, maybe some dampers could be fitted.

Das Hotel ist fußläufig vom Stansted Airport weshalb es - wie in unserem Fall - ideal für einen frühen Rückflug ist. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren wirklich bequem. Leider waren wir für das inkludierte Frühstück zu müde und haben es deshalb nicht ausprobiert. Aber wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und dann können wir es vielleicht in Anspruch nehmen.

Vi valde rum för 3 personer. Bäddsoffan var inte direkt skön för en vuxen, utan man gled mellan kuddarna, utifrån ett högre pris hade man nog förväntat sig en komfortabel bädd även för den tredje personen. Ganska högljutt i foajén och restaurangen låg bredvid. Det hade varit mysigare om den hade legat mer separat för att få ner den höga ljudvolymen.

La cordialità e la disponibilità dello Staff. Anche la camera era piuttosto pulita e spaziosa, compreso il bagno. Colazione molto abbondante, c'era veramente di tutto e la struttura è a 400 metri dall'uscita dall'aeroporto di Stanstead, va benissimo quando si arriva la notte in aeroporto.

Il terzo letto era un divano, piuttosto scomodo. La pulizia non era perfetta ma buona, considerando anche gli standard inglesi. Il bagno non aveva un piatto doccia, perché la camera probabilmente ra pensata anche per un disabile, per cui quando ti fai la doccia bagni, tutto quello che c'è attorno.

Comfortable Relatively easy to get to

States a covered walkway from Stansted Terminal to the hotel. It’s not all covered and there is a road crossing (not covered) Be aware there is a service charge if choosing to sit down for a meal. Don’t think this is made clear on the hotel blurb. Prices for a meal are what I would expect. Price for a bottle of wine way over the top - didn’t buy.

Hotel tuż przy lotnisku, kilka minut od terminala. Hotel z sieci Hampton więc nie ma niespodzianek. Bardzo miła obsługa. Przy odlocie, można podjechać samochodem, zrobić check in i dopiero oddać samochód do wypożyczalni.

The bed was very squeeky, no mattress protector and not comfortable for 2 normal sized people. Not impressed!

The room was very comfortable, with a good bathroom with strong water pressure and no issues adjusting the water temperature. The room was quiet and could be made completely dark which I think would be good if you needed to do some day sleeping due to jet lag (we were sleeping overnight however, so we didn't test this during the daytime). Our twin room had plugs by the bed on both sides, plenty of useful space for 2 large suitcases (unlike the capsule hotels where you can't move if you have a suitcase with you too). Everything we needed was available in the room, no need to ask for a hairdryer etc. Staff were friendly and helpful, my sister checked into the room before I arrived - the hotel responded to my message asking she be allowed to check in without me being there. They also provided me with my own key when I arrived later that evening so I didn't need to disturb here when she was sleeping in order to get in the room. My sister ate at the hotel restaurant, she said the vegetarian options were a bit limited, and there are only low tables for eating at in the bar area (although, to be fair, she could have eaten in the main restaurant but was advised the table charge wouldn't apply if eating in the bar, and it was the same menu, which was nice to be advised of). We didn't stop for breakfast as we had a very early flight, but I understand they allow takeaway from the breakfast buffet and it opens at 4:30am. We didn't use this although we could have (we left around 4:45am) because we weren't hungry, but this feels like a very good offering considering the typical use of this hotel.

The hotel is a little bit of a walk from the airport terminal, which with suitcases might be a bit of a struggle, but it was no longer than 10 minutes. The hotel is large, so depending on your room you might have a bit of a walk through the hallways to get to your room. But everything feels much further when you have a large suitcase, so neither of these points are particularly a criticism. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again.

Food wasn't great, but no worries More seriously, there was an altercation on the Sunday morning between staff and a young Asian man in the reception area....I've no idea of the context bc I didn't witness the start of it. However, it continued for a long time, with the police being called. It was a very unsettling experience for me as a Black woman to see a person of colour being treated in that way. It spoilt what was meant to be a relaxing stress-free start to my holiday Extremely disappointed

very short stay, plane to airport was delayed. and plane home was in the morning after. staff were friendly and quick. Breakfast was the usual type at hotels, area was very clean and not over crowded. will stay again if the need arises.

nothing really but reception could inform you that when you are in the lift you need to use your card to activate the lift, felt a bit silly waiting for the lift to move. but this is an excellent security feature and made the stay feel more secure.

It’s easy to get there by walk, so did not need any transport.

I am very disappointed because I was assigned an accessible room for guests with disabilities without being informed at the front desk. I only discovered it when I walked in, and the bathroom setup was completely different and uncomfortable for a regular stay.

Very small rooms. Our shower hose wasn’t working which made the shower power very poor, limited tea and coffee facilities. Stand for luggage wasn’t any good if you had anything in the case as it was flimsy and wasn’t stable. Hallways really messy - a used pint glass that was outside our when we arrived was still there when we left, and other room food and plates left outside too. Hallway near the 5th floor lift smelt awful like bad body odour.

The staff were really friendly, food was good and the room basic but clean.

Unfortunately I couldn't sleep at all. It sounded like continuous maintenance or cleaning throughout the night. Constant banging throughout the night.

Super simple check in, and greeted by friendly staff. Lovely room - spacious and had what we needed in it. Quiet room. Good early breakfast which suited our needs perfectly. We love that we can walk to the terminal easily from here.

The bed creaked a bit. We spoke to the desk at checkout about it, and they said they would take a look. Bit odd set-up in the room. I guess it was once a twin double bed room, now just one double bed in there, but pushed over to one side, making access a little tricky. Bathroom starting to show signs of age. Nothing gruesome yet, but obvious age appearing (we have been coming here for some years now). We were a bit aghast to find people sleeping under coats on some sofas in the lobby at 4am. It somewhat mocks the idea of paying to stay when we could just pitch up and grab a sofa for the night. I feel desk staff should be moving free-sleepers on.

We arrived at 3am with a small child, the receptionist was very helpful. Greeted us very warmly, and we asked if they would mind providing us with some milk for the babies' bottle, and they did. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was very nice, and the decor in the dining area was really first class. The dining staff were very helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like. I would definitely stay again and recommend

The safe were very friendly and welcoming. It was sup close to the airport which made it an easy walk for our 6am flight. The bed was very comfortable and the bar/restaurant made it easy to ensure we had an evening meal. They kindly packaged us up breakfast as we had to check out before it was served.

The property was fine. The man who checked us in was very kind. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness.

The room is of a very high standard. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning and other facilities very good as standard. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Very friendly and cordial staff, when I arrived tired from flight it was really nice to have someone kind to talk to. They also were really fast at check in so I could enjoy a drink at the bar even at the late hour I arrived.

Bagno non in ottimissime condizioni ma pulito. Il percorso tra l'aeroporto e l'albergo potrebbe essere meglio segnalato e curato.

I left my EarPods which the staff found and told me to arrange for courier service. When I did that, they had lost them after pulling me along with theatrical explanations. Multiple communication by phone and e-mails ended in that the hotel finally ignored me.

Hotel v pěší vzdálenosti od letiště. Je velmi dobře odhlučněn. Snídaně již od 4:00. My jsme bohužel museli odejít dříve, nabízený snídaňový balíček byl vyloženě trapný (jablko, banán a mini-croissant). Velká škoda, že nemají plnohodnotnou restauraci na večeři.

Zmíněný snídaňový balíček by bylo velice jednoduché udělat lepší (voda, sandwich). Chybí plnohodnotná restaurace obzvlášť pro tak velký hotel u letiště.
