Всё было супер!Еда была разнообразной, вкусной и большой выбор на все три приёма завтрак,обед, ужин.Номер чистый,кровати удобные и комфортные.На пляж есть бесплатный трансфер который предоставляет отель туда и обратно.Мы приехали раньше времени заселения и нас сразу заселили и дали номер даже лучше,чем мы думали.Отдых прошёл супер всё очень понравилось.

Единственный минус это то,что нужно даже простую воду покупать на обед или ужин даже при полном пансионе.

El hotel está muy limpio, cuidado y son bastante cómodas las camas y las hamacas de la piscina. Teníamos pensión completa y la comida estaba muy rica en los tres turnos, no hay excesiva variedad, pero todo es de calidad; incluido el dulce o la bollería que en muchas ocasiones son los grandes olvidados. Las bebidas se pagan aparte, pero son económicas y no son de polvos, cosa que valoro muy positivamente (una buena Coca-Cola de cristal en un buffet de hotel es misión imposible). Quiero felicitar a los cocineros y al servicio del buffet porque han hecho que nuestra estancia sea aún mejor. El spa tb es bastante completo. Y tiene un buen parking a un precio muy asequible.

Sabía que estaba algo retirado de la playa, pero me pareció más distancia de la esperada. Y lo que valoro muy negativamente es la animación, fui prácticamente inexistente durante toda la semana a pesar de haber un horario semanal con 3 actividades diarias; únicamente vino un hombre a cantar el sábado por la noche. El día antes de marcharnos, lunes de la semana siguiente, aparecieron dos chicos para realizar una actividad de baile en la piscina que eran una maravilla, súper alegres y con ganas de hacer disfrutar a las personas; deducimos que tooooda la semana anterior habrían estado de vacaciones y por ello no hubo ningún tipo de animación. Hago esta puntualización porque el problema no eran los animadores, sino que no existían durante toda la semana anterior.

Regime de meia pensão não inclui sequer água nas refeições principais. Nem permitem que os hóspedes levem agua “obrigando-os” a comprar uma garrafa por 2,75€. Podiam pelo menos oferecer água da torneira para quem não quisesse comprar.

La situación del hotel es muy buena. Andando llegas a muchos puntos de interés: supermercados, restaurantes. La playa es cierto que queda como a 10 minutos caminando.

Lo que mas me gusto fue el restaurante, tipo buffet, moderado pero todo de muy buena calidad y como el hotel no es muy grande no había que hacer típicas colas como en otros hoteles. También el personal del comedor muy amables y agradables

La animación fue básica, los primeros días coincidimos con un chico Josep, que fue encantador y lo pasamos genial incluso los adultos jugando al waterpolo. Al cuatro día cambio el chico de la animación Michel, y no se implicaba nada, iba cansado ya a trabajar, estaba desganado y no hacia nada, pero ni en los juegos de piscina ni por la noche, que solo ponía música cuando el otro chico se dedicaba a poner juegos básicos pero los niños. Otro aspecto fue que hubo un ascensor estropeado toda la semana y había que subir y bajar por las escaleras, o esperar mucho tiempo.

El personal, la limpieza y el buffet

De los tres ascensores uno no iba y otro iba cuando quería y muy lento. Por suerte estuvimos en la primera planta. De la habitación el armario estaba para arreglar.

Our sink in the bathroom was blocked since we arrived for 2 days... Very expensive for what you get

Fantastisch ontbijt, heel fijne stortdouche op de kamer en erg vriendelijk bar- en ontbijtpersoneel. Goede ligging t.o.v. centrum, boulevard, strand en markt. Mooi zwembad met ruim voldoende zit- en ligplekken.

Bedden kunnen beter, vriendelijkheid receptie kan beter, jammer dat je extra moet bijbetalen voor zwembadhanddoeken en kamerkluisje en heel jammer dat er voor Nederland een softwarebug in het oplaadstation in de parkeergarage zit en het dus niet bruikbaar is voor Nederlanders.

We travel to different resorts in Turkey twice a year, so we have a lot of experience and plenty to compare this hotel with. To be honest, I think the people who gave this hotel such high ratings have probably never experienced real Turkish hotel service, or maybe this hotel is more suited to guests aged 60+... I honestly don't even know where to start. There wasn't even a kettle or a coffee machine in the room, which was a big surprise for us. We also had to pay for the pool towels. Children weren't allowed to play with a ball in the pool, and inflatables were not allowed either. If your kids did either, staff would come over and tell them to stop. There were also no water slides or anything to keep children entertained. We booked breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was very average. The choice wasn't great, and the quality felt quite cheap. All of us had stomach problems after almost every meal... at breakfast, coffee, tea, juice and water were all free. But at lunch and dinner you had to pay for exactly the same drinks. There was even a sticker on the machines saying they were only available at breakfast (I've added a photo). I'm not even talking about alcohol, we expected to pay for that. But charging for drinking water at lunch and dinner was unbelievable!! Over one week we spent so much money just buying water. We've never experienced this in any other hotel in Turkey... the entertainment team was also disappointing. They didn't seem enthusiastic or energetic, and the atmosphere was very boring throughout our stay... the room was another let down. We are a family of two adults and two children. The children had to share one small sofa bed, while the adults slept on two single beds pushed together. I really didn't expect that from a hotel like this... I know this is a long review, but I genuinely want to warn anyone who is thinking about booking this hotel. Don't waste your hard earned money here. There are so many better hotels in Turkey where you'll get much better service and much better value for your money!

The staff in the reception is rude and not very welcoming. Really disappointed over the staff as they seemed angry/rude throughout our stay. Never again.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and have 2 children under 5. The hotel is very clean and the cleaners work hard. The food options are basic but there’s always something to get if you’re a fussy eater. The staff in the restaurant are very helpful assisting with high chairs and having somewhere to put the prams etc. The pool area opens at 10am there is a barrier and plenty of sun loungers at the back by the baby pool and there’s even stacks of them piled up in case you get down the pool area late. When the barrier opens the only people I have seen run down the steps is children excited to get to the pool. The hotel is in a great location close to supermarkets there is a popeyes, McDonald’s and Burger King a 5 minute stroll. Also some very good Indian and Chinese restaurants opposite hotel. The beach again is 5-10minute stroll, plenty bars and restaurants nice pleasant vibe. There’s a children’s mini fairground trampolines and bouncy castles and small rides. You can stroll into Altea 15-20min stroll along the beach with beautiful mountain and sea views. Benidorm is a 10minutes on the bus an 5 mins in a taxi. This is perfect for a chilled holiday little play area for the kids, gym in the hotel and spa. The hotel is sound the staff are sound and the weather is Boss! Looking forward to going back next year!

The breakfast was okay and the pool is lovely

The beds are uncomfortable, the pillows were lumpy, balcony looked into the side of lidl supermarket. No kettle in the room or even a complimentary bottle of water. For €167 per night is over priced this hotel isn’t 4 star

Lovely hotel. I am here now and I would have to try hard to find much to complain about. Breakfast choice is fantastic. There are PLENTY of sun loungers around the pool but for some reason people still find the need to queue and rush down the steps to get their favourite spot, which provides much entertainment for those having breakfast at a leisurely pace. I am sitting looking at empty loungers now but of course there are also the empty ones that rushers bagged and aren’t even using. Free shuttle to beach to take you and bring you back when you like. Would definitely return. We have friends here so likely will.

Just returned from another visit to this hotel and it was again a fantastic experience, the staff throughout the hotel were helpful, courteous and professional in their day to day efforts to ensure our visit was enjoyable, like any business there is always room for improvement but reception was always there to assist when required and if possible to fix any problem, the rush for sunbeds definitely needs to be addressed before someone is seriously injured but I would say that later in the year and indeed earlier I have never experienced this problem. Over the years we have made many freinds with various members of staff and this year was no different but a special shout out for recent employee Sandra who worked at pool bar daytime and Bar lounge in the evening IMO she was the epitome of what you would want as an employee if you managed the hotel or as we were guests of the hotel , thanks again Albir Playa & Spa for a great 10 day stay the Cormie's Dave & Alison ... the Hamill's Leonard,Sara and Sophie ...until the next time chee rs

We came as a family of 3, stayed at the albir playa. Unfortunately the hotel was not what we expected!! Firstly, the pool doesn’t open until 10am, they put tape in place at the top of the outdoor stairs for everyone to queue and wait for it to open at 10am. It is so embarrassing it is like the grand national race to get a bed. It is so dangerous people are pushing each other to get down the steps and running for sunbeds! It’s a complete accident waiting to happen! I was personally pushed over by another person grappling for a bed that I was heading towards. Not great if you are unsteady on your feet, if you are Usain Bolt you’ll be fine. Unfortunately if you don’t get to a bed quick enough then you’ll spend the rest of your day with no sun bed. We booked half board with the option to change from evening meal to lunch. Found staff to be very unhelpful and rude when asking to change option on the same day, they actually refused us entry. Had breakfast once, food was very poor bacon almost broke my tooth and the food was cold, not a great selection either. Very disappointing as we then ate out for every meal. We stayed in a deluxe room, which on arrival reception stated the mini bar (soft drinks and crisps) would be replenished daily. Unfortunately they only replenished this once during our 7 night stay. Rooms were generally clean and basic Avoid at all costs, not worth the money or frustration! Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in.

we stayed here for a week, rooms were very nice and spacious and we found the staff to be very friendly! cocktails by the pool were very nice and bar food at lunch time was also very enjoyable! we booked full board- the food wasn’t that varied e.g. for fussier eaters or children who may eat pizza or nuggets there isn’t much selection only chips and bread. as someone who is not fussy i also struggled to find things to eat due to a lack of variety. however the fruit and ice creams were very nice! we found out when we arrived you had to pay a deposit and a fee for the pool towel as well as a charge it €2 to change them, so i would recommend taking your own towel. pool was bigger than it looks on the photos and it was very quiet around the pool as well! sun loungers were so easy to get so there’s no need to get up early to get a sunbed as there is plenty! the location is also very convenient as there is a lidl right next to it where you can get your own drinks and snacks! and only a 10 minute walk to the beach! felt very safe at this hotel and had a great holiday here!!

Rooms and reception area OK for the price. Staying on B&B tariff and the breakfast buffet is poor. For example, one day there was decent Serrano ham but today there were 3 types of reformed pink ham that wouldn't look out of place in an Asda smart price packet. You know the type with a teddy bear's face on it, 12% meat, 88% connective tissue/fat. This is not me being fussy, this is simply low quality produce. And the sausages... I would not feed to a dog. Pool area is stupidly noisy as there seems to be about 100 kids on a school trip here. Teachers in the bar? Certainly nowhere to be seen, so we have to endure their permanent screaming. My idea of hell, just off to get my earbuds

Used to be a nice hotel. Visited in 2026 and 2020. Rooms are still ok. Breakfast no way near as good as it used to be, but still passable The issue is there is currently a school or football party of about 80 kids in the hotel. Ages about 8-14. No teachers or supervision visible. When they descend on the pool, imagine the noise. I understand kids make noise but this is ridiculous. Like I say, will not stay here again, will go adults only next time as I don't find being around 50 unsupervised screaming children very relaxing.

We have been here to Albir playa hotel every year for the past 5 years and this year I think will be our last. Although I can’t fault the location, atmosphere and the rooms the food is somewhat bland and has got worse each time we’ve visited, with very limited choice, the options are always the same sometimes with no meat option so salad, plain pasta or chips is what you’re left with. The poor children live on chips and a bread roll for the duration of their stay. If the hotel isn’t fully booked then the lunchtime options are even worse. The same food year after year and most of the time is barely warm. We come each year to see family so although we will come back to Albir we will be looking for somewhere else to stay as we feel we can predict what the food options will be before we’ve even got here.so major changes need to be made to the buffet menu. If you pay as you go I think 18euros is very expensive for a plate of chips and a bread roll !! So you would be best eating out. There are some lovely restaurants and bars along the beach front with some very reasonable prices. Rooms are of a good size and cleaned everyday if not every other day, staff are pleasant enough although there is one who doesn’t speak one word to you and that is the outside bar. Definitely not a 4 star due to the food but if this was to improve massively then I would recommend a visit .

JUst got back from a short 3 night stop at this hotel, 2 couples. I would highly recommend this hotel, very clean, staff very welcoming and very helpful. We had a delux room which had every thing we needed, and was cleaned daily while we was there, we only went bed and breakfast, and i am a fussy eater but i always found food i liked. The pool outside there was plenty of beds to use. The bar its self there is very well priced as well. we was all from the UK and we all said we would 100% use this hotel again. Its also in a good location of bars and restuarants, about a 15 min walk to the sea front, well unless we took the long route.

Como hemos ido a principios de junio (en temporada alta solo permiten reservar cuatro noches 😔) no estaba abierta la Palapa ni había animación infantil, que tanto nos gustan.

Lovely stay the first 5 days - lovely and quiet stayed from the 16th too the 23rd of may the the last two days were horrendous Then kids ruined the peace, Wee,ing in pools, dive bombing and lilos in the pool despite there being signs saying not too - running around pools despite signs saying not too and screaming and shouting despite signs saying not too - Spoke too the receptionist on yesterday about it and i just got told ‘Kids are allowed here’ and ‘its up too the parents too tell them off’ What would of been helpful was her saying ‘il go speak too the parents and ask them too ask the kids too keep the noise down and stop messing in the pools’ Its not great treatment too a paying guest! Also asked about seeing the spa too see iff we wanted to go in, and got told point blank No and too look on internet She was extremely rude! Also the FREE internet Never worked the whole time Id recommend some staff training and a lifegaurd round the pool, We chose this week because kids should of still been in school and it should of been quiet!

Was so so close to a clean sweep of 5☆s, just felt there should have been tea & coffee in the room or at least bottled water & maybe some clothes hooks in the bathroom. Don't let this put you off as we're talking about perfection. Would 100 % recommend to family & friends.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado. La limpieza podría ser mejor, encontramos una mancha en la cubierta de la cama bastante grande. Dicen tener servicio de parking pero una vez allí no puedes hacer uso de el porque estaba completo. Le preguntamos si podríamos reservar alguna plaza para otra ocasión y nos dicen que no aceptan reservas.

What a shame third stay and definitely wouldn’t return, on check in not even a hello 🤷🏻‍♀️ key card didn’t work at least 12 times and when on 3 floor not ideal, card was kept in my pocket away from phone, etc. Booked an early breakfast on last morning which was cereal and nothing else, mean! Reception was in darkness at 6am 🤷🏻‍♀️ staff didn’t feel the need to put lights on. Definitely not a 4 star hotel anymore, hotel was dirty, tatty and unloved, staff were miserable and lazy, no management were seen during our stay

Elendig aircondition, så trykket og varmt på rommet, vanskelig å få sove. Bedre aircondition ved forrige besøk på gamle delen. Frokosten var variert, men varm maten noe dårlig kvalitet.

Llegué un domingo por la noche y el gimnasio estaba cerrado, y además me informaron que el lunes tampoco abriría. Esto no se comunicó previamente. Por la mañana, a las 8:00, no había ningún bar abierto en los alrededores y el hotel no ofrece una opción básica para tomar un café. Solicité únicamente un café (sin desayuno), incluso pagando, y la única alternativa fue contratar el desayuno completo por 20€, sin posibilidad de algo tan simple como una taza de café. No había tampoco máquinas de café disponibles para los huéspedes. La falta de flexibilidad en algo tan básico afecta bastante la experiencia.Es un detalle pequeño, pero marca mucho la diferencia en la atencion al cliente.

La cama y las almohadas dejan mucho de desear. Las almohadas son súper blandas, y no tienen otro tipo.

My stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. Although the room itself was clean and tidy, the overall comfort level was very poor. The biggest issue was the non-functioning air conditioning. At the same time, there was an old refrigerator in the room that heats up significantly while running and essentially works like a radiator, making the room even hotter. It is placed inside a cabinet, which raises serious safety concerns — is this really safe, and is there no risk of fire? The Wi-Fi connection was also very inconvenient. It was complicated to connect, requiring repeated entry of personal details and registration. On top of that, the connection frequently dropped, forcing me to go through the same process over and over again. Breakfast was very poor and of low quality. The coffee, in particular, was extremely disappointing — it barely had any taste of coffee at all. Overall, this was an absolute disappointment of a stay

This hotel was good except for one key issue - the pool was closed for planned maintenance and we hadn’t been informed. The weather wasn’t hot by any means but we expected to use the pool. We have since raised this with TUI and have been told that because we have no evidence to back up our claim there will be no compensation. We are not looking for much but find it unacceptable that TUI can sell a holiday package with a key feature missing!

Lovely hotel, no real issues apart from the shower in the room! Instead of the water staying within the shower, unless you had the pressure really low the water flooded the whole of the bathroom and spread into the room! We did report it and the maintenance team reacted very quickly but it didn’t really solve the issue and we learned to keep the water pressure very low. Apart from that the room was very comfortable. Not a pool view but it meant when we got back to our room after a day out we still had full sunshine on our balcony. Beds really comfy. Location great a short stroll to the beach or shops and restaurants. Supermarket on the doorstep, perfect to buy extra supplies. Breakfast selection very good. We would return.

Paid extra on check-in for an upgraded room €210 euros for room in the deluxe area on the 5th floor. Nice room, but no tea/coffee making facilities , which as seasoned travellers have never come across 😳😳. Also no glasses 😳 2 paper cups. No words. Thankfully we had brought our own tea and coffee making facilities from home. We also purchased 2 glasses from the charity shop over the road from the hotel so we could enjoy a glass of wine on our balcony with dignity 😀. The worst thing about this hotel is you cannot take your purchased drinks from the bar into the restaurant, and you also cannot take any drinks purchased in the restaurant 🙄 back to the Bar. What an absolute joke. Felt like a naughty child when told I was not allowed to take our drinks into the restaurant. Thank you Isa for making the start of our holiday a very negative experience. 😳 Breakfast, again no words. Cold, eggs cooked to an inch of their lives inedible. No cooking to order, fresh from the pan. Most of the staff are miserable and don't make you feel welcome. We have just retired and want to live life to the full. We absolutely 💯 will not come back to this hotel. The staff that are welcoming 🙏 will be mentioned in the leaflet issued by the hotel 🏨 😢😢😢😢

5 day break at this lovely hotel. This was my 2nd stay in 18 months. Stayed in rooms 105 & 109 opposite the Lidle. Hotel was just as good as before. Great location. Good Facilities. Lovely food & staff couldn’t do enough. Will definitely visit again.

I stayed here with my daughter in August - the hotel itself was in a nice, convenient location, a few restaurants, a shop over the street - but there was a lot of homeless people who would stay outside the hotel - definitely not the fault of the hotel & their staff, but it was a bit off putting (most of them kept themselves to themselves, but we did get harassed on our way to a restaurant on one occasion). The staff were lovely, from reception to the pool bar, and the spa was excellent. However, the pool is much smaller than it appears to be on the photos, and 99% of the time part of it was closed off for children’s games. The food was lovely, a huge selection and great service all around. The rooms were a big size, lovely air-con, and a big bathroom. Beds were excellent, really comfortable, but it was a bit dated. TV had spanish & english channels, which was great. Overall, we enjoyed our experience but probably wouldn’t visit again.

Hi me and my daughter have just had a week here all inclusive we was put in like a self catering room with stirs no lift and there's quite a good walk from hotel walking there on a rainy day for breakfast is not on. And believe me all the food is just slightly warm cold chips cold chicken could rice only the soup was hot . The staff was lovely. And I hope you like cats we was feeding 7 poor things was starving. Please think twice before you go. Would I go again definitely no. This is the first time I've wrote a review

We picked this hotel as it seemed to offer what we wanted - namely a comfortable'bed and breakfast', while visiting friends living nearby. That was it; with no real food/pool/entertainment, requirements. In a nutshell, the - deluxe room on the top floor, had a comfortable bed, and was large enough to include a settee, and decent balcony. The ensuite was modern, we had a fridge/mini-bar, and a small TV - with a surprising number of English channels. What it really lacked was a tea tray/coffee facilities - but which we knew about beforehand. This would have made a huge difference. Apart from this, the other main 'downside' was the poor cereal offerings, in both quality and choice for breakfast; possibly including the worst muesli i have ever had. Literally like sweepings up from a rabbit cage! (The packaging it came in had to taste better and offer more nutrition) And also, while there was a decent array of hot/cold foods, the 'hot' choices were only ever warm at best. We used the spacious bar a few times, where the service was polite, sociable, and drinks being refreshingly competitively priced for a such a hotel. OK, there was never more than a dozen customers given the time of year, but still. And, incredibly, there was an unexpected 'entertainer' for the Saturday night. Unexpected' because nowhere did i see any promo for it. The guy began his act in front of 5 people, and a dog. Till we left, as it was just too toe-curling. Then he was down to 3 - and i led about the dog! I've read reviews about poor dining experiences - as yes, the 'restaurant' does have school dinner hall vibes about it, hence its an ambiance-free zone. Likewise, the pool; not of any size, so summer time could be fraught if everyone wanted to be in or around it. Also the rooms. Our 'deluxe' seemingly better than some others, but this was pure luck. People have questioned it 4-star rating, and i would agree, that a '3' is much nearer its standing. I wouldn't not stay here again, but given the breakfasts, and lack of a basic tea-tray thing, we'll likely get an apartment for our next visit to Albir.

This is a nice hotel very clean and the majority of staff are friendly and helpful . However I do feel some of the table staff in the restaurant would benefit from some customer service training. They came across as dictatorial , insisting where people sat. Also it became apparent that you cannot bring drinks into the restaurant from the bar, or take drinks into the bar from the restaurant. This is not explained but for those who made the error of doing so the staff spoke to guests as if they were disobedient children, which was embarrassing. I emailed the manager to say all the above over a week ago and so far had no reply. It’s a shame the attitudes of certain staff spoiled an otherwise nice holiday. It’s

Jeg var gjest i et bryllup som ble avholdt på hotellet, der gjestene som bodde på hotellet skulle få en rabatt, jeg hadde rabattkoden, men fikk ikke rabatten, skuffende.

Morgunverðurinn var góður. Herbergisþernan var vingjarnleg og þreif vel. Staðsetningin var fín.

Starfsfólkið mætti almennt sýna meiri þjónustulund og vera með betra viðmót . Kvöldverðurinn var ekkert sérstakur. Afþreyingin mætti vera fjölbreyttari.

We were made welcome from the moment we walked into the hotel. All the staff were friendly and efficient. The food was exceptional with choices for everyone and well presented. Only down side was children with no parental control, signs should be children under 14yrs not to self serve!!! The restaurant and staff and finers deserved more respect.

Just got back from this hotel from 29 dec to 4 jan . Could not fault it . All staff very friendly and very hard working, especially on New Years Eve when a Gala Dinner had been arranged for everyone with a free bar till 5 am . We made it till 3am . Would like to thank Sandra who was our waitress and also our waitress at the brunch next day , 2hours sleep but still smiling 😊 . We found the hotel well located with shops,bars and restaurants all near by and a 10 min walk to the beach , with a lovely promenade all the way to Altea with many bars and restaurants along the way . The bar staff in the hotel were very friendly and always smiling , the bar prices were very reasonable being a hotel, the only down side was no entertainment except for Saturday night , also the drop off and pick up point was about 250 mtrs 5 min walk away, not nice at 5.45 in the morning and in the rain ☔. Really enjoyed our stay and have booked for 2026 . .

The downstairs part of the hotel is very clean and looks very nice, but my room was badly in need of some tlc, although the bins were emptied every day not much else was done in the room. Staff were pleasant but not exactly friendly. I was also under the impression that there was an indoor pool, there was a pool in the spa that cost 20 euros to use for an hour, I didn’t use it. All in all I would not recommend this hotel.
