I liked the pool set up with lots of space I liked practicing my Spanish with the employees who were very patient The food service was great I liked that I was able to keep my yoghurt and milk in the fridge

Me encantó la piscina, muy amplia. Si había arena gracias a los turistas que no se bañan antes. Pero fuera de eso esta bien conservada la piscina.

Si le falta mantenimiento a varias cositas. Por ejemplo, los camastros, la mayoría estan quebrados y pueden ocasionar que los huéspedes se lastimen. En las habitaciones hay focos que ocupan arreglarse. En las regaderas faltan puertas. Y en mi habitación el control no funcionaba para la TV. Lamentablemente si esta retirado el hotel, no hay oxxos cerca y el restaurante cierra a las 12. Espero le puedan dar atención a los detalles.

La alberca no estaba funcionando y lo peor esque no te avisan antes de reservar

At first I was in the villa as I wanted to cook my own food. The pans were not useable as they were teflon and terribly scratched, no other pans were available so I changed rooms to a regular room because I could not cook. In the hotel room there was no coffeemaker, nor any way of boiling water. The sliding glass door would not open. The restaurant was only open from 8AM to 12 Noon. The food at the restaurant was terrible. The phone in the room did not work. One night there was so much noise and partying in the lobby I could not sleep and I had an early morning flight.

La relación precio calidad es muy buena, es un buen lugar para hospedarse a un excelente precio, solo recomendaría poner el cancel en el baño para que le dé un mejor aspecto.

Muy bonitas la villas y cómodas. Y mucho espacio pero no me gustó que cuanto estaba reservando el cuarto me dijieron que el desayuno venía incluido. Pregunte dos veces si venía incluido el desayuno y me aclaró que si nunca me dije el recepcionista que teníamos que pagar aparte hasta después que dijo que era completamente aparte. Eso no me gustó nada. Nomás engañaron a uno. Y el costo fue super alto del desayuno y del la villa la verdad. También no me gustó que todo estaba super lejos no había ninguna tienda ni nada por allí cerca para hacer compras esto fue muy inconveniente para nosotras que no tenemos automóvil. Hermosa la colonia pero engañosa el servicio.

La habitación no estaba limpia y la ropa de cama sucia. La alberca solo te permiten usarla hasta las 9 pm y eso no lo dicen en la página sino hasta que estas allá.

En general muy bien, sin embargo en una de las dos habitaciones que rentamos no hubo agua caliente en dos de los 3 días que estuvimos.

Estuve del 2 al 6 de enero, en general la instalaciones son adecuadas para el tipo de hotel acordé a sus estrellas, la alberca es de agua fría, no muy recomendable en ésta temporada; iba con mi esposa y dos hijos, sólo nos dieron 2 toallas a pesar que en dos ocasiones solicité 2 más; el estacionamiento sólo tiene 6 cajones funcionales, están marcados 4 atrás pero el espacio es insuficiente para estacionar los 2 centrales, hay que dejar el auto afuera; el restaurante cierra a las 12 del día, deberían tener por lo menos 1 máquina de refrescos ya que no hay ninguna tienda cerca, el Oxxo más cercano está a 10 minutos en auto. La zona es tranquila, sin ruido, el personal agradable.

Las camas. Los colchones están muy duros y rígidos no pudimos dormir. La verdad fue muy incomodo

el hotel está en muy buenas condiciones, todo sirve perfecto, aire, agua caliente, etc. Obvio está lejos de la playa como para caminar y el restaurante se saturó y fue imposible desayunar. Cómo siempre digo, ya sabes la cantidad de gente que vas a tener por tus reservas, prepárate.

Second time staying here, this time it wasn't as pleasant as the first time. It was raining this time and water was coming through the walls and pooling inside the room, front desk wasn't interested in the fact, also one thing that really bothers me is that they only leave 2 towels per room regardless of how many are staying, for us we were 2 adults and 2 kids and front desk suggested kids reuse the adults towels. I would stay there again but I really hope management actually reads these reviews and pays attention to guest complaints.

Property situated in a private area surrounded by beautiful residences. Perfect for someone to get away from traffic and people. I traveled for vacation with little ones who constantly wanted something different so a local store would have been nice for example an Oxxo. The villa was equipped with everything needed to cook but again I wanted convenience as I came to relax. It is raining season so that was expected but the rain flooded our first and second floor. Sr. Miguel was very helpful and quickly moved us to another villa. I think I would have enjoyed my full stay had I stayed but I became member of one f the resorts so we moved on our second day. I would recommend the hotel anytime.

Mi estancia estuvo increíble. El hotel es muy cómodo, el personal muy amigable y atento, realmente tratan de brindarte un excelente servicio y te ayudan en lo que necesitas. La limpieza excelente. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar sin dudarlo.

The hotel pool area and rooms were clean. It would have been nice to have to have a mini frig. and coffee maker. Did not like the location which is in a residential area and had to take a 10 min. walk to main street to take public transportation to find a restaurant or convenience store, therefore, having a car rental would've been best for us.

El hotel esta bien de acuerdo al precio, los empleados muy amables, solo pudimos desyunar ahi y estuvo muy rico. Se encuentra en una colonia privada, por lo cual no hay nada de restaurantes alrededor pero a 5 min en taxi ($75-$90 pesos) puedes llegar a unos locales comerciales y encontraras varias opciones.

Un lugar excelente para el descanso y la convivencia familiar.

The property is in the middle of a major construction area. On property meal (breakfast only) is VERY limited. Property lighting is very poor — not as depicted in photos. The pool had algae and did not appear to be clean and sanitary. You have to taxi to everything including the beach and meals.The staff was very friendly but limited English making communication difficult. We ended up moving to another hotel 3 days into or 7 day vacation.

Les hace falta renovar toallas; muy desgastadas. Pero en gral muy amplias las habitaciones.

Each room should have a mini fridge. That way people can keep a little food and drinks in their room. This is almost standard in the US now.

The place it’s beautiful except that they only have very small restaurant only open from 8- till noon no stores around very far from the downtown

We rented a “Villa” with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, AC everywhere. It was clean and spacious, 2 terraces and a parking spot. So you need to choose Villa 203 to have close parking and direct access to pool. Very quiet when your neighbours don’t put the music on 😉, and beautiful grounds with lot of birds. Comfortable bedding, the bathroom on the other hand, needed some fresh paint. The kitchen was equipped with all the basics but coffee machine did not have any filter. The villas are separated from the main hotel building but they get the same service. Downsides: 1) No phone to reach the reception so you need to walk to the hotel or call from your mobile 2) No restaurant service, only for breakfast. We were not lucky enough to try it because the only day we decided to go, it was closed ( the Chef was on his day off and they had no replacement) 3) Location: 20 to 30 min walk to the beach or any restaurant. 4) They did not have any English speaking staff , at least during our 3 nights stay. 5) not easy to find, street name takes you to a different hotel. But it is the very first street to the right when entering Ixtapa I recommend it for a family or a couple of friends

The villas are perfect for a family or group of friends, if you’re going to be there for a couple of days, maybe a 5 minute drive to downtown ixtapa, lots of food and great beaches, the property also has a pool next to the villas which is cool. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to save some money instead of getting an all inclusive hotels by the beach.

Overall this is a good value hotel within a 20 minute walking distance to the Ixtapa commercial zone, restaurants and beach. Upon check-in there were a few items I had to resolve with the staff: safe wasn’t open, no towels and 2 bathroom lights burnt out. They resolved them in a reasonable amount of time. The hotel is clean and rooms are clean. I found it was easy to find a pool chaise in the mornings and afternoons, but evenings were busy. What is missing at this hotel is mini fridges to keep drinks and water cold, and access to a small on-site concession to buy water and snacks. You have to walk 20 minutes to access these things or taxi for 60 pesos.
