Nous avons passé 2 jours et 1 nuit dans cet hôtel, le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. L'hôtel est comme sur les photos et très propre, l'emplacement est idéal.

I liked the area where the hotel was located.

The coffee was too strong and the tea too weak. And the food was a standard quality but ok.

The cleanliness & interior décors were great. The location is ideal & very close to the sanctuary.

The location is great! It's very close to the Sanctuary. The front desk staff( esp. mention to Mr. NAIN) were friendly and accomodating.They allowed us for early check-in. Helped us to call a taxi to take us to Bétharram Cave, and also helped to store our baggages even after chexk-out. The room is air-conditioned, clean and comfortable.

No refrigerator..but not a big deal!🙂

Manar on reception was very pleasant and helpful. Nain also. I stayed in a 6 person dorm which was very tight and the word 'sardines' comes to mind. I paid for breakfast which I found disappointing. Otherwise, the hotel was in a good location and overall, quite pleasant, for budget accommodation.

Hotel was fantastic, the location to the Grotto is so close all the staff at the hotel are very nice and helpful. Only one thing that could be changed is tea and coffee is in the rooms bit no MILK i had to go down to the resturant in the morning and get some. Otherwise very good.

It was very nice, however you could hear everything on the hallway and other rooms . Great location

Everything was squeaky clean, and the nights were quiet, which made for truly restful sleep. Breakfast was fulfilling, and so were the couple of dinners I had there. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. It was an amazing experience overall, and the location was wonderfully close to the grotto. If I were to return, I'd gladly choose this hostel again without hesitation.

Had a lovely 4 night stay here. Perfect location for everything. Lovely big room on 6th floor with views across the rooftops to the mountains. So quiet, couldn’t hear anyone. Limited toiletries, but did have a kettle with tea and coffee which isn’t provided in all hotels here. I asked for milk at the bar. We only booked room only so can’t comment on the food. I would definitely stay here again.

Petit déjeuner rudimentaire et à 9h30 le personnel arrête tout, même la machine pour cuire les oeufs alors qu'un œuf cuit dedans. A 8h20 un membre du personnel entre dans la chambre en demandant quand on compte partir! Si on n'est pas dans le rythme des pèlerins de Lourdes, on est en décalage... Pas de gel douche ou shampooing dans la salle de bains.

La propreté est à désirée,on n,a pas changé les draps pendant 3 jours,pas aspirer la moquette,le balcon comme si pendant un mois n,a pas été nettoyé.je ne ferais plus confiance à booking, j,ai vécu le même expérience à Brazaville

Staff were excellent, very close and walking distance to the Lourdes Sanctuary and nearby restaurants.

The room provided was not as listed in the picture. The room booked was a Quadralupe room - the picture showed quite a huge room with 2 TV meaning main bedroom and children bedroom separately. The room provided was a basic one and put all the beds in one small room. We were tired and since it was in Lourdes for 2 nights, we didn't try to argue or discuss with the staff.

Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain de la chambre 656. Le manque de signalétique pour accéder aux chambres selon les ascenseurs. Un seul ascenseur pour se rendre au 6ème étage. Nous avons vu sur le site, après le séjour la possibilité d’avoir un tarif pour la demi pension ce qui a priori ne nous a pas été proposé. Nous avons réglé indépendamment les repas pris le soir.

Habitación muy calurosa, presentó fallas de mantenimiento el baño y al anunciarlo nos cuestionaron antes de resolver, al salir del hotel no nos pudieron apoyar con un taxi, tuvimos que caminar. Quedamos decepcionados, hay otras buenas alternativas!!

I spent three weeks at the St Rose in June and July 2026 and would recommend it. The food is fine and overall the hotel is good value. It is very close to the Sanctuary, cafe's and bars. My rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. Neither were they noisy, but it very much depends which room you get. Some overlook the outside seating area and can be noisy in the evening and I don't think there is a hotel room in Lourdes in which you will not get wakened in the morning by the garbage and street cleaning vehicles. All the staff - reception, bar, dinning room and housekeepers - were very helpful and polite. I look forward to returning next year.

We had a wonderful experience here. The hotel itself(rooms and facilities), the staff and location are excellent. Its a 1 minute walk to the sanctuary. Restaurants, café and shop are a minutes walk away. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Lourdes. Can't wait to be back again.

A 3 minute walk to St. Joseph’s gate, sanctuary of Lourdes. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and buffet style meals we had (breakfast and dinner) were delicious.

Les chambres sont belles, spacieuses et confortables. Le seul hic est qu'il n'y a pas assez de portes serviettes. Par exemple, nous étions dans une chambre de 4 personnes mais il n'y avait que deux portes serviettes. Sinon tout est bien pensé, on a même droit à une petite bible dans les chambres. Le personnel est au top, le petit-déjeuner est varié et bon. Il pourrait l'être davantage. Le buffet du déjeuner est excellent. Ma première chambre était propre mais j'ai eu un souci avec la deuxième (nid de fourmi). On m'a changé de chambre et tout s'est bien passé sauf que nous avons été séparés, dans des chambres propres. Je recommande cet hôtel et j'y retournerai.

J'ai fait une demande exceptionnelle pour prolonger mon séjour mais malheureusement la chambre attribuée n'avait pas été correctement nettoyée. Je me suis retrouvée avec une SDB avec des cheveux un peu partout et un nid de fourni près de la table. Elles ont envahi ma valise, ce moment a été particulièrement désagréable. Heureusement, le personnel est au top et nous avons pu être relogé. Néanmoins, il faut veiller à ce que toutes les chambres soient correctement faites.

Excellent location.!. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Geraldina. Our 4 bedded room while basic was spotless. Breakfast was good value but dinner choice selection wasn't always appetising. Soup was tasty but barely lukewarm. Salads, cheeses, coleslaw, breads and butters , fruit and yoghurts were good. A great choice of desserts too. Tea / coffee and orange juice available at breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel's bar wasn't open on one night which was disappointing. Overall, we had a lovely welcoming stay at the Sainte-Rose Hotel, and we are already making plans to return there on our next visit to Lourdes.

My mother and I had a lovely time staying at hotel sainte Rose in Lourdes. The staff were really helpful anytime we needed something. The food was nice and great atmosphere as many groups stay there. It’s also very close to the souvenir shops, cafes and of course the Sanctuary. Fully recommend it!

Un excellent séjour du début à la fin ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement des alentours tout en restant dans un cadre calme et agréable. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, avec une équipe toujours souriante et attentive. La chambre était impeccable, confortable, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Tout était réuni pour passer un moment parfait. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !

The room and the bathroom were huge and very clean. Location was perfect. Staff were very friendly.

The luggage storage process needs to be improved. They only had one key, which they entrusted to the guest to return to them once they’ve stored their suitcases. I made sure I returned it to reception. However, when we went to collect our bags a few hours after, reception found out the other guest didn’t return the key. They had no duplicates as well. I had to ask reception that surely they must have a master key. So they asked the manager for it. They really should have duplicates plus, they should accompany the guest to the storage room (DO NOT GIVE THE KEY TO THE GUEST HOPING FOR THEM TO RETURN IT). It’s good we made it just in time for the train back to Paris.

Location is great and accessible to all my point of interest, few walks to shops ,restaurant and sactuary. A few meter away from city centre and very safe place to stay. Hotel food are affordable . Im happy i met someone working in this hotel from my town back from Pinas and we are very much safe and comfortable staying here with my 3 boys.

Breakfast is good but limited to only one meat everyday .

L’emplacement idéal pour aller au sanctuaire, l’amabilité du personnel.

La taille de la chambre pour 3 personnes, la vue sur la rue (bruyante à certains moments avec les gens qui parlent / crient très fort). Le gros point noir c’est la nourriture : le petit déjeuner présenté une variété de nourriture mais le jambon le 2eme jour n’était pas bon, l’omelette n’a pas de goût, le pain n’était pas frais (les 2 petits déjeuners), le repas du soir n’était pas bon (je suis désolée de le dire ainsi).

Excellent location close to Sanctuary. Helpful staff. Nice room. Good breakfast; there was an impressive table reservation system for breakfast! The availability of late check-out for a reasonable charge was greatly appreciated.

The "machine coffee" available for breakfast could be improved. The regulation of the hot water in our bathroom sink was tricky; we had to exercise caution.

L’accueil du personnel est agréable. La chambre est bien équipée. Les buffets, aussi bien au petit-déjeuner qu’au déjeuner, sont variés et copieux. L’établissement est également calme, ce qui rend le séjour reposant.

La propreté pourrait être améliorée. Certains éléments mériteraient une attention particulière, notamment les joints en silicone dans la salle de bain, les joints de carrelage à nettoyer, l’abattant des toilettes, des traces sur les murs blancs ainsi que la présence de poussière au niveau de la fenêtre, en partie basse.

L’emplacement est parfait par rapport au sanctuaire. Le personnel est adorable. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Nous avons la possibilité de nous garer , en prévenant bien avant d’arriver .
