Hôtel Saint Sauveur

When I checked in, I was told that I was switched or rather "upgraded" to Panorama. Newer, but $1.00 more due to taxes or something. Breakfast and location- excellent Restaurant in Panorama is so short staffed and when I had dinner there, I waited so long for everything. Two days later, I was waiting for an ice cream cone at the little shop attached ro the restaurant. Same thing. Short staffed and super busy. I waited over 10 minutes for someone who begrudgingly came to take my order upon request of manager. I would return to the hotel, but wouldn't eat there.

See answer above. I wouldn't recommend anyone eat, drink or stop for snack. Poor service.

None but the front desk should be more friendly to the guest…one lady she looks like she is having problem at home and brought her to work…not smiling.

La douche, la cabine de douche est très propre ,la literie est très confortable, la propreté. Le personnel est serviable et très gentil.

L’attente interminable à l'ascenseur.. Pour un hôtel de cette taille ,il manque un ou deux ascenseurs supplémentaires. Trop de perte de temps le matin devant l'ascenseur.

La chambre pour pmr est bien agencée. L'emplacement de l hôtel est parfait. Le personnel est au top.

L ascenseur souvent occupé quand l hôtel est plein. On passe beaucoup de temps a attendre l'ascenseur.

Aircon and phone didn’t work in the first room, too hot to be in there. 2nd room had shards of glass on the floor which I stood on barefoot and had to use a tweaser to get it out. It was still there the next day so the cleaners never hoovered.

On avait demandé un lit double on a eu des lit séparés collé c'était désagréable on a réclamé 2 fois auprès de l'accueil qui nous on assuré de faire le nécessaire sa n'a pas été fait et les chambre sont parfois mal fait surtout le lit j'ai l'impression qu'il ne change pas même pour un long séjour et les serviettes aussi bref j'ai l'impression que beaucoup de choses sont vraiment a revoir et l'ascenseur mon dieu horrible le matin et le soir on peut faire facilement 10 min a attendre heureusement y'a un escalier.

La nostra camera era datata e maleodorante . Un solo ascensore per 8 piani e quindi con molte camere. La colazione qualitativamente mediocre. E’ impossibile cenare dopo le 8.45 in un weekend di agosto

Unfortunately I will not be recommending this hotel to family and friends. When I had booked my rooms, I enquired about parking. I was told parking was 15 euros, which I thought was satisfactory. Upon departing the hotel, we were told parking was 23 euros! That was totally, totally disgraceful! Especially in the town of Lourdes!

Chambre propre, cosy et agréable, avec un emplacement idéal à quelques pas du Sanctuaire. Petit-déjeuner et dîner bons. Personnel très agréable, serviable et courtois. J’avais réservé une chambre triple avec early check-in ; comme elle n’était pas encore libérée, une chambre quadruple m’a été attribuée. J’ai beaucoup apprécié ce geste, surtout que j’étais accompagnée d’une personne âgée qui avait besoin de se reposer.

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être davantage varié, notamment pour les séjours de plusieurs jours. Proposer davantage de variété, notamment au niveau des plats chauds et des accompagnements, rendrait l’expérience encore plus agréable.

We have stayed several times at the hotel. It is conveniently located near the grotto, it is a traditional, clean and reasonable well kept hotel, offering a standard service. The rooms appear recently renovated and are quiet. The lift service by the two lifts can be slow at times (breakfast time, etc.). Ideal for a short visit to Lourdes.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Rooms are small but that's usual for Lourdes. Cleaning was exceptional and the level access showers perfect. A/C was good. The 2 lifts can be very busy at times. We were dependent on the lift due to reduced mobility. Buffet breakfast was great. Again lovely helpful staff. We didn't do the evening buffet but did eat in the cafe attached to hotel a few times and food was excellent and plentiful. Lovely hotel shop too with very nice staff and a good selection. The only issue is the noise. Bin lorries etc and people talking loudly on the street at night. Very disturbed sleep. Due to the hotel's very central location. I would definitely go back!

Disappointing Stay at Hotel Panorama I am writing this review to share my recent, highly disappointing experience at Hotel Panorama. Unfortunately, the stay fell far short of expectations, and I would struggle to recommend this property to others. Key Issues Encountered: Significant Infrastructure Problems: The hotel only has one elevator for the entire building. This led to frustratingly long wait times, making it incredibly inconvenient to move between floors, especially during peak hours. Booking Discrepancies: We had specifically booked a single room for our stay. Upon arrival, we were inexplicably given two separate rooms. This required unnecessary back-and-forth and wasted time to rectify the mistake. Poor Room Quality: The room situation was particularly frustrating. They initially showed us a "family room" that was still technically under maintenance/in operation (with obvious signs of ongoing work), which was unacceptable. When we were finally moved to another room, the quality was poor, showing clear signs of neglect and a lack of cleanliness. Overall, the lack of organization and the poor state of the facilities made for a very stressful visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as there is significant room for improvement in both their service standards and room maintenance.

I was bitten severely my beg bugs. Bite marks on my neck, both hands and both legs. The wool blanket aggravated the itchiness. The front desk did change my room. But could not offer an alternative blanket. I showed the staff my bite marks. They said sorry and changed my room.
