The property was in a good location. Close to everything and on the water.

From the time we arrived the staff was horrible. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. No one could answer any questions about the property. You have to walk through the Casino to and from the pool. I’ve traveled the world and this was by far my worst experience and stay at a resort. Rooms are not upgraded at all. Not even a microwave in your room. The staff was extremely rude upon our arrival in the parking garage.

Cleanliness, lack of customer service, misleading website. We visited the Michael’s restaurant and waited at the host stand for over 15 minutes while the employees were having a giggle and deep in conversation before anyone acknowledged to seat us. Only one table was there at the time and one person was sitting at the bar.

The swim up bar was amazing. You could order your food and drinks and didn’t have to get out of the pool to do so.

The last morning the fire alarms were going off at like 6:45 in the morning.

The property was ok

I called the property to see if they had live poker. They said yes which was the only reason I booked this property. They did not. I asked about entertainment because I was going to Do that while hubby played poker. She said it was every night. It wasn’t EVERY night. Total disappointment we spent all our time at the other resorts. I could have just booked there. Smh

We paid for 5 people to stay in the room. Despite paying extra for guests, there were only 3 towels in the room. We called to ask for more towels and no one would bring us any.

It was a lot of dust in the room. The lamps and the coffee maker was full of dust. There was no microwave to warm up food. The toilet stop up and the hallway had a odor from the carpet.

The pool was beautiful!

We saw a young lady fall down the stairs near the pool and it was staff members near her. None of the staff members went to see if she was ok they turned away from her and a few of them started laughing at her as they walked away. We were standing upstairs and we yelled down to the staff members that were laughing that it wasn’t funny. She got up and proceeded to walk away. But to see that no one even asked if she was ok was very disheartening. You could tell she was hurt by the way she was walking and her friend who was with her was helping her.

Great location area, rooms were comfortable, liked having a balcony to watch the sunset, pool.area was clean and nice, good food options

Rooms outlets either did not work or very loose therefore unable to charge phones or plug in hair styling tools. Room phone did not work. Room was not as clean as expected.

I liked the terrace view. Mornings were beautiful. Evenings were stunning. Spacious balcony. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. The security of using your room key to access your floor. Plenty of elevators, you didn't have to wait long to get one to your room. Early check in options. The food and service at Michael Patrick's. The breakfast omelets were incredible. We did have one slow night there, where we waited over an hour for appetizers and main course. We loved the privacy of the 3rd floor pool, but that happened to close halfway during our stay. The H20 pool was relaxing during the week. The weekends are obviously busier. Too shallow to really swim in. I enjoyed swimming in the 3rd floor pool before it closed.

The 3rd floor pool closing and being drained half way through our stay. Our room was never cleaned during our stay. (We stayed an entire week) There were no door signs asking for privacy or cleaning of the room. Lack of cocktail servers on the casino floor. Ordered a drink while playing a machine and the server never returned. Ordered a vodka martini from one server and she came back with a shot with an olive floating in it.

Location was great. Spa was wonderful. Resturants. We had a great family trip.

The 2rd floor pool got shut down 3 days into trip and you can't swim in H20 pool, so family was very upset about that. Also walls are paper thin. You can everything going on in rooms next to you. Front desk was quick to address the issue, though.

I was really disappointed, first I didnt get what I was paying for. 2nd the balcony room was not smoking and on the balcony was ashes from cigarettes. Bed was 2 Queen instead a king side. Toilet the last night was stuck water still raising when you flush. The balcony view was a roof and the Air conditioner unit.i will love to upload the video I took.

The customer service at the hotel and at the casino, it was amazing.Everyone was nice and kind and didn't mind answering questions or giving me directions. We ate at Morton's restaurant that is the best food in the whole white world. Thank you for a birthday weekend. That was great until next time.

I would have to say the only thing that I didn't like is there were kids screaming at one o'clock in the morning but kids will be kids

It was nice, clean casino. I didn't come across 1 unfriendly person.

Elevator: you have to rub your card on the black round reader then push the room floor. Thank you for the extra security since you can only go to the floor the card reader reads. If that's the only floor it allows you to go to, why am I pushing the floor button? It should light up the floor number it read and take me there. Plus, I watched a lady swipe her room key on the reader. I pushed her floor, 8 , since there's only 1 reader. We did that a few times and the floor wouldn't light up. Then her husband said. You have the wrong floor key. I was going to floor 11. They were trying to get to 8. I'm not sure what other floor card they had. Therefore, they passed their floor. Luggage cart: You have to leave your license to use a luggage cart. I'm checking in, you know my room number. All this needs is to add a check box to the checking in process if a luggage cart was used. Now, I'm at the check in counter, I take the Cart to get my luggage, then to my room ,then back to check in to drop it back off and retrieve my ID. Then I can go to my room and calm down. Seems an easier way. Cart drop offs sporadically placed? I don't know. It just seems a bit much.

Didn't like it couldn't even check in 20 minutes early, room wasn't ready and then staff told us wrong floor and once we found our room our keys didn't work. Not a smooth check in at all, and then never explained how the pool worked. Apparently you have to pay extra for that according to paper I got with my door key! I was very disappointed in lack of information upon check in.

Our room was okay. It just appeared that it was extremely dusty and not the cleanest. The bathroom shower was dirty.

The bathroom was dirty. The casino flooring needed to be updated. The carpet looked extremely dirty. The AC was not working on the elevators and the hallways.

The cleanliness of it all the rooms were immaculate! Customer service is A-1!!!

Rude staff at hotel desk. An ancient coffee maker in room that was missing pieces so it didn’t work. No microwave in room. Hard to work TV. Got zero attention from housekeeping. Had the same towels for 3 days and didn’t want to have to deal with the hotel desk staff any longer. When I asked for the coffee maker pieces they made me feel like I was bothering them and it took an hour to get them and then the coffee in the room was horrible. The hotel has a special discount if you stay consecutive nights which I did but only if you book through their website. I tried to order from both in house restaurants but they weren’t taking orders even though they were open and didn’t look busy

It didn't have a microwave, the outside windows in the room needed cleaning could not see the view out of our room, the phone in the room has a shortage in it.

They dont clean the rooms unless u stay 4 days. Have track down for towels throw out own garbage and charge resort fees with ghetto series. Definitely not resort quality

I liked the view from my terrace room. Was nice to be able to relax and view the water.

I didn’t like that the pool closed before 8pm. I’ve been to many hotels and resorts and have been able to access pool and hot tub 24/7. That was a let down when I got in at 7pm. I was looking forward to unwind in the hot tub upon arrival. I also didn’t like the discrimination against women policy. Came down in a crop tee and shorts to head to pool to be told I had to cover up my stomach (which was barely showing), and the top of my chest (because there was a little cleavage). Pretty sexist if you tell me because a man without a shirt walked past and nothing was said to him and his bare nipples was showing, but I suppose because women are constantly objectified and sexualized, taking up space as a woman wearing normal attire, WE have to be the ones shamed for EXISTING. So that was not a welcoming morning greeting or safe experience. It was rude, appalling and archaic. Rooms need to be upgraded. One lamp kept flickering like it was possessed I had to turn it off. The power went out a few times while I was there as well.

The pool on the 3rd floor was the only amenity we enjoyed. The bottom lining is not on well and it seems squishy but the kids could play and be kids.

The room was dirty. The walls, the bottoms of the beds, dust everywhere, the smell was terrible, just overall not the cleanest place. Out door didn't even shut properly, had to slam it and then it still appeared open slightly. The shower door got water everywhere.

I put a deposit of $104.00 and was supposed to get a $100 back instead they kept that and charged me another 138.00 for?????

The Starbucks… Bubba gump was TERRIBLE- I understand it’s a commercial restaurant so you expect everything just to be heated up, but it was terrible. Service was terrible.

Checking in front desk girl Adryen was not very welcoming. Only thing she said was checking in? and mentioned the incidental fee of 102.00. Nothing else. Beds were old. You sink in the middle of mattress. They have cardboard between ceiling and ceiling fan to prevent from making noise. Trash cans rusty with no trash bags. For the 300 a night I paid you would think they would update their rooms.

I liked that there were a variety of pool areas to choose from, one of which was ever too crowded. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. There were many restaurants nearby and the beach was close.

I did not like that there was no microwave in the room. We could not warm up any of our leftovers. Supposedly there was not even a microwave upon request. Also, the view outside the terrace could have been a bit better and showed more water.

Rooms are dated, rooms smelled moldy, staff were rude and uncaring, almost every staff member was rude and condescending, for the money you pay and spend here staff should be more helpful and pleasant. We got to our room and had to force the door open, then when we got in the room it smelled moldy. The beds were comfortable and the balcony added to the pleasure of our stay but smelled the mold all.night

We loved that the pool on the 3rd floor was a little more kid friendly and not so crowded. The room was spacious and we had a nice view.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but it was not bad enough for me to complain about. And the bartenders at the pool could be a little friendlier.

Beds were comfortable

Room floors were dirty. No hand soap, no body wash. Room phone didn't work. Shower head-terrible. Room fridge was turned all the way up, not very cold. Room sleeps 4 only had 3 bath, hand, and wash cloths. Nothing in Room that gave info about the resort, or where things were. USB ports did not work, only 3 plug-ins in room. If it wasn't for the beds being comfy the room sucked.

The mold on the bathroom ceiling. The shower door doesn't connect to the tub so water was everywhere. The shower stall was small. Having to beg for towels during the stay. We had four people in the room and they would only replace two towels a day.

The only thing I like about the hotel was our view. It faced Margaritaville. The rest was a disappointment. I want to speak to a manager.

The room was not very clean. It was dusty and I saw hair and lint balls by the window and around the bed. The room smelled like paint when you first walked in. The lamp shades by the beds kept falling off. Some of the sockets didn’t work. The room was old and dated. I also got two cokes on floor 7 I was in 722. They were expired May 2026. I went to front desk and I was told I would get refund never did. . I was very dissatisfied and would like to speak to a manager. I will never stay here

The rooms are looking run down. Shower handle broke and came off, toilet wobbled, wallpaper peeling off. And light so Les worn out totally. Also, if one is there more than one day more wash rags and towels would have been nice. I can’t reuse a wash rag, that’s nasty

The first room was dirty and we had to be moved to another room. The second room The toilet didn't work and maintenance had to be called four different times to unstop the toilet. It was a horrible way to spend my 60th Birthday celebration.

Great location with walking path toward a lovely beach and dock. Spacious parking lot. Room has good view. Basically it has everything you need for a short stay and casino fun.

Strong smoking smell all around the 2 levels of casino. No microwave in room. Cleanliness level is only 6. Not much children can do.

Small resort, easy to get to casino and amenities.

Housekeeping didn’t refresh our room at all during our three night stay, did not provide enough towels for two people. Not enough restaurants for breakfast/brunch.

Casino was fine and Bubba Gumps was good food and service.

Went to check in and followed the sign, but was turned away by the valet and told this is the casino floor and not where you check in. After wandering around we found the check in counter only to have a negative experience with the girl behind the counter. She had a bad attitude and admitted her day wasn't going well. Then charged me double for the room after I told her I already paid. Then we got to our room and the neighbor was very loud. Went down to address the double charge and explained the situation, which was corrected and the room changed. However, the room was across the hall, not the cleanliest due to a safety pin and alcohol left in the room. Then to top it all off the neighbors of that room were smoking marijuana and the room smelled like it all weekend. We complained to the front desk to be told that someone from housekeeping would "spruce up" the room. Needless to say they sprayed some air freshener that didn't help.

Chad at the video poker bar and sports book was excellent! He was everywhere, I don't know how he covered that area so well. The room was clean, great balcony views of Margaritaville and the coast. The water pressure and temperatures were a big fail! The room halls were very dark. The long walk with luggage to get to the room from parking garage was awful! If you had any mobility issues it would be a big problem. Starbucks was a big plus in the morning!

I was put on a floor secluded from everyone else. Come to find out that wing was under construction. The hallway was nasty and there was a roach in my room.

The bed and pool were good. The bed was comfortable and we had enough pillows. The H2O pool was really nice although the non-hotel guest took it over on Saturday.

We had to switch rooms due to a dragging door to the first one. The second room seemed to have not been used in a while due to issues, but we were put there and housekeeping never stopped to refresh the towels. We had to make sure we caught them in the hallway to get fresh towels. The doors to the tv stand made so much noise and the bathroom lights were very dim. The staff all seemed to be a little stressed though. No smiles and aggressive actions. The pool on the 3rd floor was not what we expected traveling with a toddler. There needed to be a shallower area for the kids.

The outdated shower..water gets everywhere with the glass that doesn't cover the full shower. Also, the drinks at the bar were watered down for the price that you paid.
