Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi

I liked the bellhop, they always took care of my luggage! Checking in and checking out!!!!

The staff In the casino had a problem cashing out our sports bet tickets in the early morning before we left and we didn't want a smoking room!

The location was great to other nearby casinos and the shoreline collimsium. The hotel had a few good restaurants.

They make you pay for the slot playing card lanyards. The restaurant prices in the hotel need revaluation, especially for the hotel guests (no discounts were giving l, not even at the $30+ buffet). The hotel guest rooms bathroom were outdated with a garden tub shower combination.

It was very nice and relaxing.

The only thing is everything described we were expecting to be in our room wasn’t. We didn’t have bathrobes, minibar, ocean view, or balcony. And we were in the Royal tower. Let us down a little bit. And we were told there was easy beach access and there wasn’t. We had to go down the road.

Rooms were clean. I thought tje amenities in the room was lacking

The front desk staff did not give any information on hotel. Never did find an ice machine. Front desk staff was not very friendly.

Parking garage with lots of parking. Loved the double shower heads with the third rain shower head.

Hotel front desk staff were not approachable and it felt like they didn't want to interact with any guests.

Every room we have stayed has had broken things in it. Even the platinum tower. Food is horrible at Hard Rock restaurants. Service in restaurants is not good

The pool is our favorite!!! It was a wonderful stay!!

We stayed in room 1014 and I slipped getting into the tub, bruised my leg cut my knee and the hotel was not accommodating I was told I should have use a towel in the tub to stand on. Thats why the hotel provides them.

The cigarette smoke but I do understand its business and gambling. People get anxious to smoke but the cigarette odor came to the 8th floor through the air system.

I did not like the fact that my room looked like it was rushed through. The pillows were just placed on the beds with only guitar placed facing up. The other guitar was behind the solid pillow on each bed. The sliding door had not been sprayed and wiped. My most disappointing stay yet.

La propiedad está bien con lo justo. Sin duda pide una renovación. Ocupamos dos habitaciones, y siendo familia nos dieron una en el piso 3 y una en el piso 12. Después de esperar un tiempo ya que el front de la recepción debía verificar la reserva con otra dependencia interna. A mis sobrinos desde las 10 hs empezaron a solicitarles que dejen la habitación, cuando el check out era a las 11. Y lo hizo la mucama en varias ocasiones. Pésimo.

Sat by the pool for a long time. It was nice. The staff was friendly. Food was yummy.

Drinks were over priced. If you're playing in the casino they should be free. The black out blinds didn't work in the room.

Friendly staff. I love this property and all its amenities. Rooms were really clean and that bed....was so soft, best sleep I've had in a while . I like that they have a buffet with a whole range of varieties to choose from and the food was tasty too. We enjoyed the casino and complimentary drinks, coffee shop and I believe I overly indulged myself with their ice-cream 😋😋. The location is perfect 👌 . Overall it is a BEAUTIFUL and clean property ✨️ with lots of dining options. Oh and I really enjoyed the gumbo at the snack and salad shop. Already can't wait to return

I wasn’t sure what to expect but it did exceed my expectations. I had a a room in the Platinum Tower. Room isn’t bad and, based on what I know, I would certainly pick this over the Royal Tower. One thing to keep in mind when picking between a gulf view and a “non-view” is that there is a decent amount of street noise with the “non view” rooms. The room was nice, certainly not five star but not bad for the price. I read comments that the Platinum tower is further from the casino and this is silly. It’s maybe 10 steps further. The casino is nice and I think it’s nicer than MGM and certainly less smoky than MGM. The pool is great, wasn’t too crowded and nice pool bar. Again, not five star but good for the price. I would stay here again when I come to Biloxi.

At first our room didn’t have scenery! We were looking at a wall! We asked to be relocated to a room to see scenery and was satisfied

The amenities were exceptional. The room service was extremely efficient and accurate. The room was very comfortable.

The door to the bathroom, 712R, was not in good condition. For the most part is was inoperable.

Cigarette smoking! Need to either ban smoking or get a better filtration system! I’d prefer NO smoking.

I loved all the restaurants and the casino. The beds in the rooms were like sleeping on clouds. They were amazingly comfortable, especially with back issues. I didnt wake up, or move or turn over once and woke up with zero pain.

I didnt like how early the pool closed. Or that we could not find the pool towels. There was vomit in the pool when my kids went to get in so they couldn't even swim. The staff at the pool bar is very rude. And I was much of a fan of habing.tp use the key card everytime for the elevator

For the price of the room over $700 the beds should not be hard IT'S NOW MONDAY AND MY BACK IS KILLING ME FROM THE HARD BEDS the pillows you might as well sleep on the bed the refrigerator didn't work the shower door was dirty the floor was dirty I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE ROOM AND IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAID NEVER AGAIN I AM PISSED 😡 I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF JUST GETTING AN AIRBNB OR GOING TO JUST A REGULAR MOTEL

We were very disappointed that our window view was literally a concrete wall. We didn’t necessarily need a great view, but the concrete wall was totally unacceptable.

Nice property with direct water access; however, the guest room felt tired and in need of updates. The view from the room was incredible overlooking the pool area and Gulf of America. A few outlets in the room did not work, the carpet was worn in many areas, and the furniture is in need of replacement. Common areas of the hotel looked more updated so hopefully updates to the rooms are coming soon. The property overall was nice and clean. The casino area was large and there are numerous onsite restaurants. The parking garage is very large and offers free on-site parking. There is a very nice boardwalk and beach area within 5 to 10 minutes walking.

I love the pool and the amenities. The staff is always nice and our favorite place to stay when we visit Biloxi. I love the space of the rooms and how quiet the stay is.

The lights were not working properly in the shower and some bulbs needed to be changed. The tissue holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The shower gel dispenser was not full on day one. It was almost empty. The shower heads leaked all night.

The pool was closed due to an event the first day and the rest of the time it stormed, so we couldn't use the pool.

The last day I got breakfast which I was a disappointed with it. It had no taste . I only ate there because sugar factory didn't open til 11 , really wanted chicken and waffles from them but I settled for a meatlovers omelet from hardrock Cafe and that i didn't like

We loved the pool area and the staff down there were lovely, especially one lady she is also a kindergarten teacher, she was so attentive and smiled the whole time.

- been on a music tour with our 16 year old daughter, we booked this hotel at the end to relax, my 16 year old daughter was so excited to arrive as she wanted to try the different guitars, when we arrived and she asked, she was told sorry we don’t do that anymore. That evening I popped down to get some information and pointed out that behind the desk, they had the promotion set up, a guitar, headphones and the sign, they said we know it’s false advertising but we don’t do it anymore, very disappointed 16 year old. - room was comfortable - a bit dated significantly chipped furniture. We were there for 3 nights and no room clean unless you call them up and request, this will then only be carried out if they have capacity and between 4;00 and 6:00pm. - We were on a non smoking floor, the corridor smelt fresh no issues. The first evening I walked back into the room, it absolutely stunk of marijuana, to the point I wondered if someone was in the room and had a quick search around. My 2 daughters then entered the room with my husband and said they could smell weed really strong. I called reception let them know they said yes it will be coming through the vents, no shock, no apologies, they could send someone up to spray the room, aware this was going to do nothing, I declined. I had two extremely giggly daughters for the next hr before we all fell asleep. I know this sounds great to some and probably me when I was young but it isn’t acceptable, especially the instant reaction from staff of yes it will be coming through the vents, no apologies and no offer of room change. - music, we stayed Tue, we’d and Thursday, we asked what live music will be on in the Hard Rock Cafe, we were told none as it is not busy in these days, well the cafe was full and the hotel maybe not to capacity but it was busy so again it was disappointing that they had no live music on any of the 3 nights.

I first visited a Hard Rock Hotel in Bali, 25 years ago. I was swept away, hence looking forward to this visit. Located on the main coastal drive through Biloxi it’s very easy to find with lots of parking. The rooms are a good size with great sea views. The pool is built for sunbathing with a graded slope and swim up bar. The food is Hard Rock standard and the usual merch. Only down side is it’s a bit grubby as public areas not cleaned enough. And the staff are not as welcoming, probably due to working to very tight headcount.

We really liked the pool area. We also enjoyed seeing all the different celebrities clothing and pictures everywhere.

We didn’t like that there wasn’t a smart tv. And no microwave.

The restaurants in the hotel were very convenient and absolutely delicious!

The shower had a little leak and the room was vkinda hard to get to cool off.

They sure need to remove their valet signs at the entrance instead of an additional sign that says valet closed! We pulled up, first time to visit, and a guy comes out asks if he could help us and I ask why valet is closed. It’s been closed since Covid! He said he could help with luggage but we have to go park ourselves in parking garage and walk back to hotel/casino. Not a short walk at that. Yes there are elevators but of course there’s no empty spaces close by elevators. Room was on third floor non smoking. It was clean and the sheets were soft. Casino was ok, lots of new games. Ate at Sugar Factory and it was horrible!!
