Older building but it’s managed so well I had zero complaints. The one bedroom was spacious, smelled immaculate, well stocked, and for the price is a steal. The free laundry room was perfect. Being right across a hundred cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. and within walking distance of the Medical City. Was perfect and comfortable and I’d absolutely come back.

It feels very homey for me and my family, comfy and spacious and located just across The Podium.

Wonderful location. Across the street from a high-end shopping mall with terrific restaurants. A bank next-door. Excellent breakfast and fine dining on the penthouse floor. The friendly front desk staff. Krishna, Steven, JonRay, are excellent. Catherine and Merry in the restaurant are the main reason this place feels like home. Several times we considered checking out and going to another property just to experience it. We just couldn’t leave the wonderful staff at Discovery Suites.

There’s only one negative about this property. The lack of comfortable seating in their attractive lobby. While waiting for someone at the front desk or for a transportation away from the property, it would nice to be able to sit down on a comfortable sofa or chairs arranged for conversation. There are literally only four chairs near the elevators, and they are not even situated such that you can have a conversation with anybody.

Super worth it... I love that the place was so big that it can accomodate big families 💪💪💪 also it is super clean and fress scent... I love the ambiance and we love the stay 😍😍😍 But the most memorable part of our stay is the staff, from guards, valet, receptionist, cleaning staff, they were so helpful and approachable that gives us a homey vibe, feels like extended family ❤️❤️❤️

I stayed in a studio. Overall it was good for an extended stay and had everything I needed. Housekeeping constantly replenished water bottles. The staff you walked by always greeted you and they put small touches in the room like a welcome sign and dessert on arrival. The location is excellent and right across from the Podium. The building was quiet and allowed for a good night's rest.

The carpets in the room could use a professional clean as they look at bit worn. The hot water in the shower didn't really work aside from my first night. I didn't complain about it because the outside temp was hot enough that I didn't mind it. At checkout, I got in line at reception, where there were three front desk representatives. One was assisting another guest and another was on the phone, so I stood back and waited to be called. The third representative was available and looking down when another guest walked directly up to her and greeted her. It appeared they knew each other, and I was completely ignored despite clearly being next in line. After that guest left, the representative still didn’t acknowledge me, so I finally walked up and asked, “Can I check out now?” It was a very bizarre experience. She seemed completely unaware of the line or her surroundings. It would have been nice simply to be acknowledged and told that I would be helped shortly. Perhaps installing stanchions or some other clear queuing system in front of the reception desk would help make the line more obvious to both guests and staff.

Great location, right across The Podium mall. Fast internet connection. Spacious and cleam room. Kitchen amenities were available. Love the welcome surprise in the room. I had a comfortable and quiet stay. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff are warm and welcoming.

You can tell that the place is old and outdated. TV was small and a cable TV. The mirror in the bathroom already had black spots from over the years. One of the reading lights on the headboard wasn’t working. The WiFi was unsecured which was concerning if it was safe to connect.

The room is very spacious! The comfort room is very big with bath tub. Front desk personnels are very friendly and helpful. Staffs are very polite. We will recommend the hotel to our friends and families.

The front desk staff and manager were exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I was kindly upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, which was a wonderful surprise. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable humming noise during the day coming from the building next door, which was obviously beyond Discovery’s control. What impressed me most was how quickly and professionally the front desk team responded to my concern. They went out of their way to ensure I was moved to a better room for my second night, and I truly appreciated their efforts and excellent customer service. This was my third stay at Discovery, and it continues to be one of my preferred choices because of its convenient location. Most importantly, it’s the people who make the difference - the staff consistently provide warm, attentive, and thoughtful service that keeps me coming back.

My biggest frustration was having my key card repeatedly deactivated before the official checkout time. After breakfast and coffee outside, I urgently needed to use the restroom but could not access my room. I had to return to the front desk three times while one staff member handled a busy check-in/check-out queue. The delays caused me to be late for my 2 PM appointment. The hotel feels dated. My room had no meaningful view, only a neighboring wall, and the bathtub was not clean upon arrival. The TV was small and poorly positioned, and I nearly hit my face on the minibar/microwave partition at eye level. Some damaged mirror sections appeared to be covered with printed signage, making the room look poorly maintained. The leg press machine in the gym also appeared to be malfunctioning, and there was no staff available to assist. The indoor pool was small, had no view, and felt uncomfortably hot. I paid over ₱5,000 for one night without breakfast, and even the four small water bottles provided were not enough for one guest overnight. Overall, I did not find the stay to be good value for money and would not return.

Everything is so old, stains everywhere and obviously not well maintained.

It was located just across The Podium and near the other shopping centers. It was very comfortable for us, the 6 of us. It’s our family of 4, plus my brother and niece from the US, just to have some time together. And we can eat out for as much as we wanted.

Early check-in was available for our unit so that was excellent. Hotel staff were very prompt and accommodating to our requests.

The masterbedroom is big and very comfortable,we slept good. the other rooms are decent and perfect for my 4 children( 2 adult and 2 teenagers). The Checking is painless. The response of the people in the front desk and the cleaning crew is exceptional. All the guest that we invited will definetely book our room because of how spacious it is and the location in the Best! It's infront of Podium and 5 min walk to Megamall 10 walk to Galeria. We enjoyed our stay and I believe that our family members will book this hotel for sure for their upcoming vacation or getaway.

I just hope I know that we can requset a big jug of water on our first day so we don't need to request everyday but over all it surpass my expectation.

I booked this property for my Mamang To spend her birthday, she is the one requested to stay here in discovery suites because the breakfast is so good, the pool where my Mamang enjoyed so much and ofcourse the room is so fancy plus the staff they sing happy birthday for my Mamang. The rooms are quite dark due to limited natural light from windows facing building walls. The location is also less than ideal, as it is in a high-traffic area.

We celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday in their three-bedroom unit, and it was a lovely staycation. The place was huge, clean, and well-lit, with plenty of space for our family of six plus a baby. The kitchen was well-equipped and complete enough for us to cook steak and pasta. The location was also a big plus right in front of Podium Mall and centrally located in the Ortigas area. As a bonus note, we initially had some trouble with the coffee machine and were almost charged for “damage.” Thankfully, it turned out to be just a placement issue that needed checking. The front desk staff kindly assisted us and made sure everything was properly checked before any charges were made. It turned out to be completely fine. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but his help was truly appreciated.

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay in one of your Premier Rooms. Considering the premium price paid, I felt the value provided was insufficient for several reasons: Room Condition: The room did not reflect the photos advertised on your website. The carpets and light switches are significantly outdated. Lack of Convenience: The carpet is aged and the lighting system is archaic. Having to walk across the room to toggle individual switches because there is no central control is unacceptable for a "Premier" category. The TV is outdated too. It is not smart tv ready. Maintenance Issues: Our reading lamp was broken. When reported, the solution offered was a standing lamp rather than a proper fix or a room transfer. Missing Amenities: There were no welcome amenities, such as fruits, which are standard for this room category. I chose Discovery Suites based on your reputation, but the current state of the facilities suggests a need for urgent refurbishment. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the guest experience.
