Always positive experience when staying here. I first stayed here few years ago and I’ve never been disappointed. Friendly staff at the lobby and housekeeping as well. Keep up the good work!

It was clean and staff were great.

They room AC was leaking, I should have reported it or changed my room but I was very busy and thought they might fix it. It never got fixed in the 5 days I stayed.

Price was worth and hotel was close to many places including the mega mall, restaurants, walking distance to the center. Staff were really nice. They respond to any requests soon. Reception is open 24 hours. Front security guys are very nice and always helpful. They take care of guests.

Some towels were old. We had dinner one day at the hotel restaurant, but food was not that good.

Faultless staff service- all very courteous and helpful and attentive. Perfect location and close to a lot of amenities.

False advertisement on booking.com where sample photos show clean and manicured rooms. In reality, there’s damp and mould everywhere. I booked three rooms which all had the same problem. Add this to the list of other inconveniences- Air conditioning condensation dripped on the floor. Bidet hose was so stiff that I needed to forcefully yank them out of receptacle to use. Toilet lid kept detaching from the toilet seat cover. Carpets were grubby. Wall paper peeling off and stained yellow. Bathroom door only attached to top railing and needed to be delicately closed.

5-star service staff ! Super clean rooms Large enough rooms. Not cramped Staff very very helpful. They anticipate your needs, no need to ask. For example, they help lift your luggage from the taxi up the steps to the front desk without asking. They help you load your luggage onto your taxi on check out. When it rains, they hand you an umbrella automatically. Small things like that.

There were some spots of wear and tear in the room such as the aircon leaking water or the dusty quality of the curtain but overall still good place to stay for the amount you're paying.

The whole room size was good and the staff were helpful too Except for the ones i disliked below the rest were great...

The whole room was perfect except for the shower it wasnt draining water i complained and they still didnt care about it The bathroom door didnt lock either and also the shelf below the tv wasnt almost about to fall off the wall so i dont know what theyre maintaining.

The room especially the CR, the bed, even the towels and the bathrobes are great. This time I had my city view.

The cable channels are very limited. I like to watch when I rest and before I go to sleep.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff kindly allowed me to store my luggage before the official check-in time, which was really convenient. The room assigned to me was very clean, and the bed was spacious and comfortable.

The drop-off area had no proper steps and was slippery, especially because it was raining when I arrived. I also noticed some dripping from the air-conditioning unit on my last day. The mini bar was also not cold enough.

Beddings and shower are great. Hot water in the shower is very easy to manage. Good toiletries and bottled water provision. Towels and bed sheets are clean. The air condition is my room is new and nice. Better than the last time when it was old and noisy.

The bed i had in room 607 is a bit old. Still comfy but needs to be changed. The back panels of the Wardrobe is falling apart and needs to be fixed. The reception needs to be refreshed if not renovated. It’s showing age and not as nice as 6 years ago the last time i was here. The sofa and seats in the receiving lounge look worn out. They are not expensive to replace.

The view, they promised a city view but we got the view of the parking lot. The cable channels are very limited.

Good location, and they have great and friendly staff. The room was big and comfortable.

The channels on their cable TV don’t seem to work, and only the local channels were available.

PHP 1,700 to PHP 1,800 per room-night is possible.

It’s generally difficult to check in early at 1:00pm - 1:30pm, despite there being an option of paying early check-in fees, due to management’s decision of cutting back on housekeeping.

Spotlessly clean, basic toiletries provided. Room was pacious with a cool A/C unit, cable tv (undergoing maintenance reception was pixilated and intermittent), electric kettle and mini fridge. Location was quite near malls like Shangrila Mall, Megamall and Podium. Also near a church, St. Francis of Assisi Parish (Lourdes School of Mandaluyong).

I opted the Pay at the Property option (which i sometimes do) in case of last minute changes of plan and need to cancel. A day prior I was sent an email alert by booking.com notifying that the property was asking for payment. First time it happened to me. Pressured i paid immediately which defeated my whole purpose of delaying payment until i am sure of that day's appointment and pay upon check in.

First time (after multiple bookings) to be assigned at the 7th floor. Only 1 elevator on the left can service this floor. I was requesting to be transferred to a lower room but was told but the frontbdesk that there was no other available room but she was holding in her hand multiple room key cards whoch was still unoccupied.

The staff's commitment to providing good customer service. They are accommodating, attentive to the customer's needs, and everyone has a pleasing personality.

The rooms. Stayed here a couple of times but my recent stays were rather disappointing. 1. Had to switch and move to 2 rooms. A leaking AC, very old furniture that have cracks in it. You can tell that this hotel is not maintained well as years go by. 2. Smelly walkways. 3. Elevator is a problem. This inn needs renovating.

a bit run down hotel which needs a bit a cleaning and some renovations.

Grosszügiges Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett, gute Dusche, gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz.

Man sieht leider erst wenn man davor steht, dass es das Hotel ist, bessere Beschilderung wäre hilfreich. Wir haben deshalb eine extra Runde um ein paar Häuserblock fahren müssen. Die Schäden an der Wand im Schlafzimmer bei der Seite der Dusche haben den Gesammteindruck negativ beeinflusst. In der Dusche wurden die Plattenarbeiten nicht richtig gemacht (vor Jahren), indem keine Wasserimprägnierung auf die rohe Wand aufgebrachte wurde. Dadurch drückt die Feuchtigkeit beim Duschen langsam in die Wand, was zum abblättern an einigen Stellen im Schlafzimmer führt. Kein grosses Problem, aber halt ein Schönheitsfehler, was einen Stern Abzug bringt. Trotzt guter Verglasung hört man den Strassenverkehr.

Location is good. Near Shangri la and westin

Wifi is super slow in 2026. The speed is like from 2010. Couldn't do much work. The aircon is also very old, and leaks inside. Desk is also tilted.

The room is very clean, and the staff are very friendly.

It was clean and quiet. The location was near to all important places i need to be.

The aircon was not fixed and it keeps on leaking the the whole 3 nightsnof my stay. They didn’t offer transfer to another room.

This hotel is not for leisure but mostly because of it's great location especially if you have appointments around the area. Great staff friendly and polite. Neat and very clean. Free parking is a plus.

Bed needs a little upgrade to be more firm and comfy. Noise from motorists especially early mornings. Because it's a business district and centrally located, motorists cud be heading to work and creates a lot of noise.

Nice room with powerful shower. Very comfy bed, good location, breakfast was tasty!
