Staff were excellent
Even though it quite clearly says no reserving sun beds there was still people doing it
The staff, so friendley, everything so clean, the bed and view fantastic. The food excellent and the exsternal facilities such as the pool sunbeds locatiion etc. Wonderfull
The only thing i would say is in the gym, the pulley machine just needs a 40cm straight bar and a upside down v shape bar. That would be great.
La propreté, la taille de la chambre, le petit déjeuner copieux, le sourire du personnel surtout féminin très sympathique
La piscine est très bien , ce serait un plus qu elle soit ouverte plus tard le soir
We have been visiting Aimia for many years and once again found all of the staff to be dedicated and attentive. Breakfast are amazing with lots of choices to suit every palate. We have already booked for next year.
I’ve been coming back to the Aimia Hotel in Port de Sóller for the last five years, and there’s a reason I keep returning- it really is a joy to stay here. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel genuinely welcome and almost like part of the family. They are incredibly hardworking and always happy to help, whether that’s with recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, or ideas for day trips around Mallorca. Their local knowledge really adds to the experience. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable, with wonderfully comfortable beds. I always sleep incredibly well here, which is definitely a bonus when you’re on holiday! The location is one of my favourite things about the Aimia. It’s tucked just slightly away from the busy seafront, so you get a peaceful atmosphere, but you’re still only a few minutes’ walk from the restaurants, cafés, beach and harbour. Port de Sóller itself is such a lovely place to stay- relaxed and scenic, with the mountains surrounding the bay, beautiful sunsets and plenty of places to sit and watch the world go by. It’s also a great base for exploring the Tramuntana mountains and other parts of Mallorca. Breakfast at the Aimia is another highlight. There’s a lovely choice, and I particularly enjoy sitting outside by the pool in the morning, it’s such a relaxing way to start the day. After five years of returning, I think that says everything. The combination of the wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, peaceful yet convenient location and the charm of Port de Sóller makes the Aimia somewhere I’m always happy to come back to.
We were in Mallorca for the eclipse and wanted to see it from Port Soller. I called the hotel and they were so helpful in organizing a day pass for our family at the hotel. The town was packed and they helped us also access hotel parking. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The pool facilities are great with plenty of sun beds, towel service and the spa offers showers for cleaning up at the end of the day. Thanks to the team over there for a wonderful experience.
Wonderful hotel in a lovely part of Portugal. Breakfast was amazing with loads of choice. Really good coffee (very important to me). No queues for breakfast and always lots of tables free. Staff really helpful. Aircon in rooms quiet and efficient. Rooms spotless. Beds comfy. TV had netflix, prime and YouTube for example (own sign ins needed) but the English channels weren't working due to signal issues. Always sunbeds available. I can't rate this hotel high enough! Hopefully will be back one day when cooler so can explore the area more. Thanks for a lovely stay!
This is a great Hotel, an oasis of calm! The pool area is always quiet and relaxing with loads of space. The spa was always empty. The hotel never felt busy. Massive thanks to Lluc who made sure we had eclipse glasses and went out of his way at every opportunity to help us whenever we needed anything.
The location is spot on! 1 min walk to the beach and in a quite area still. The atmosphere around the pool is lovely everyone respectful to each other and soft music in the back ground giving a nice atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and very clean with great size balcony's. The only thing I would suggest is that it could be staffed a bit better in the days. As we noticed when people had drinks and food on the sunbeds around the pool these weren't cleared up and then that attracted wasps. It would have been nice to see more staff serving and clearing up. On the whole a fantastic family hotel with great friendly staff! We will all be back xxx
Great staff who work tirelessly at a hotel in a top location, just one road back from Puerto Soller seafront, offering a superb breakfast, one of the best I have had during a hotel stay. Neither was there a shortage of sun loungers, so the communal facilities were just fine. But, and I have to say this, the room we had was not good. There was no full length wardrobe so any dresses could not hang freely, the bed slipped away from the headboard if you tried to prop yourself up on it. The mattress was not of good quality, both my husband & I left with back ache after a week. For the money I did expect a better experience. The furniture in the room was chipped & paintwork looked tired. Overall it just looked a bit sad. The bathroom was dated - the shower rail didn’t like being adjusted, the tiling had been bodged. It was not a professional finish. I would have asked to be moved but I knew they were fully booked. This place gets lots of rave reviews, perhaps we were just unlucky, but I won’t be back.
Alles was top, supervriendelijk personeel, heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt/lunch/diner, relaxte sfeer, perfecte locatie.
N.v.t.
Our second stay at this hotel and I would return again. It’s such a find - great location, clean and well set out room, fun pool (where you can usually get a sun-bed any time of day!) and really helpful staff. Thanks for another lovely stay!
It was our second time at this hotel and it was just as wonderful as the last stay 3 years ago. Location is fantastic, restaurant on site is great, the food is amazing, we had a couple of lovely lunches. The staff here are so friendly, our cleaner was lovely and works so hard, our room was spotless, the whole hotel was. My husband had been in touch with the hotel before our stay and arranged a lovely surprise for my special birthday which was just wonderful.
Again, we really enjoyed our short stay at the Aimia. We used the restaurant more this year than ever before. The new menu covered all our requirements. We used the restaurant again after we had left the hotel for our stay in a nearby villa and the family group of 8 all enjoyed our meal. We will be back again next year. Let Tolo know ….thank you.
Fantastic hotel. We had a superior double with two extra beds for the kids. I was worried we’d be too cramped but was pleasantly surprised how much room we had even though two extra, full size, single beds were put in there. Good size balcony and bathroom helped too. Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, bar and pool area. Never an issue getting a sunbed and plenty of room too. We’d definitely stay again if we come back to Soller. P.S. you can leave your beach towels at home, they are provided by the hotel.
Not too big or too busy. Relaxed atmosphere. Helpful staff. Very clean. Good sized bed. Breakfast was excellent.
My husband and I had a great stay here. The hotel is very clean, friendly and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back.
We were given a very warm welcome from the great reception team. The room was a good size, balcony was huge, hotel was spotless. The lady life guard was very attentive. The food was amazing. Can’t wait to go back.
We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Despite being fully booked, it never felt crowded and we never had to compete for pool loungers or a breakfast table. The breakfast spread was excellent with something for everyone in our family to enjoy. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Our room was beautiful, with an amazing view that made the occasion even more special. It was lovely to enjoy a relaxing break together without the children. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel well looked after throughout our stay. We also had a fantastic meal in the restaurant, which was the perfect way to celebrate. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
Just returned from a week at Hotel Aimia. Would definitely recommend a visit. Amazing hotel, staff and food. Great position with a 2 minute walk to the beach, 2 supermarkets and an array of bars and restaurants very close by. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice and the option of omelettes and poached eggs cooked to order. We had an early departure so they provided a very generous take away breakfast with cheese, meats, pastries and fruit. Great holiday had by all of us.
Super Lage, sehr freundlich Personal und schöner Pool. 7 Geh-Minuten zu Tram und 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu Schifffahrt nach Sa Calobra :)

This is my 3rd year returning to Aimia, the staff kindness and the hotel cleanliness is what makes us return. The location is perfect Thank you for the most wonderful stay again
Great locations, friendly, food & facilities excellent

Le calme le service la decoration
Group of 7 friends stayed at Aimia for a week. Hotel is spotlessly clean with good staff. Breakfasts were nice with plenty to choose from. No need to get up early as plenty of sunbeds. They do have a pianist one evening and an excellent saxophone player to listen to whilst you have drinks or dinner. Location is excellent. The tram is also worth a trip. We have already booked to come back as a group next year.
This hotel is lovely and cannot fault it. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful, The superior rooms are a generous size with a decent size balcony. The bathroom has a seperate shower and bath. There is plenty of sunbeds throughout the day and they leave fresh towels for these in your room everyday. If you love the beach it is just across the road from the hotel and the hotel is situated right in the middle of the town where there are loads of restaurants bars and shops. There is also a tram train that takes just under 30 minutes to get to the old town of Soller which is worth a visit and costs 10 euros per person. The hotel has a chilled atmosphere and the swimming pool was a perfect temperature. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choice and you can request poach eggs or omelettes which they will cook fresh for you. Whilst it’s by the main town it is not noisy and the resort is lovely.
Lovely retro hotel. Clean, honest, quiet, close to all facilities.
Excellent

Couldn't fault this hotel, really friendly and helpful reception staff, amazing breakfasts, everything anyone could want buffet , great serving staff. Rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless. Pool lovely, and a great little town. My only quibble is the way our fellow guests selfishly reserved sun loungers, by dumping their stuff on them before breakfast every day , but that's a critiscism of the sadly typical Brit holidaymaker rather than of the hotel
A beautiful hotel, small and quiet with exceptional staff. Well located. Beautiful view of the sea and the mountains from our balcony. 50 yards from beach and sea. One of the best breakfast selections I have encountered. Lovely dining and pool area. Would not hesitate recommending and revisiting.
I cannot speak highly enough about the Aimia Hotel. The location was absolutely perfect - just one block (2 min walk) back from the waterfront, an easy flat walk to everything for my 80 year old Mum. Great room with lovely sunny balcony and nice view. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, even an early pre-prepared breakfast especially for us as we left very early on the last day before the restaurant opened. The pool was beautiful - the water was cool in April but we still enjoyed a couple of swims in the gorgeous Mallorca sunshine. The breakfasts were fantastic! We would not hesitate to stay again, loved it - thanks Aimia!!
Lovely hotel and really good staff only downside the bathrooms are a bit tired.the best thing about the hotel is there are always spare sun loungers but not so many this year and a lot of people leaving towels on them which never used to happen
I am writing this on our last night on our first trip to beautiful Port de Sóller, and what an unforgettable experience it was! My wife, our baby, and two close friends joined me for what turned out to be far more than just a holiday, it was a genuine heart-warming escape that felt like coming home. From the moment we arrived, Aimia Hotel exceeded every expectation. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the charming port with stunning views, easy access to the promenade, and that magical Mallorcan atmosphere all around. The hotel itself is everything we could have wanted: stylish, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and with that perfect blend of modern luxury and warm, traditional charm. The rooms were beautiful, the facilities impeccable, and every detail made our stay with a little one so easy and relaxing. But what truly elevated this holiday from wonderful to unforgettable were the incredible people who work here. This hotel doesn’t just have staff, it has a family. A massive shout-out to the wonderful team on reception: Dina, Guillem, and Lluc. They greeted us with genuine smiles every single day, were incredibly attentive and helpful, and went out of their way to assist with everything from recommendations to practical needs. Their warmth and efficiency made us feel instantly welcome and cared for. Andrea deserves a special mention as the ultimate all-round superstar! Whether she was serving breakfast with a bright smile, bringing us drinks by the pool, or pouring perfect drinks in the evening, she was always there with the friendliest attitude imaginable. Her energy and kindness never wavered, she made every interaction feel personal and special. And in the evenings, Andres behind the bar was the perfect host. His drinks were excellent, his conversation even better, and he created such a relaxed, fun atmosphere that we looked forward to winding down at the bar every night. Together, this amazing team turned our stay into something truly magical. The hotel was already perfect, but their hospitality made it feel like we were staying with family. We laughed, we relaxed, we made memories, and we left feeling completely looked after. We’ve already decided: Aimia Hotel will be our annual holiday destination from now on. No question about it. If you’re thinking of visiting Port de Sóller, do yourself a favour and book here. You won’t just get a great hotel, you’ll get an experience filled with warmth, care, and people who genuinely make the difference. Thank you Dina, Guillem, Lluc, Andrea, Andres, and the entire Aimia team. You’ve gained lifelong fans. See you next year! ❤️ — A very happy family (plus two very happy friends)
Sinon RAS
Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of food. The fact that people were deterred from reserving sun beds by the pool was a definite bonus.
Choice of evening meal was a bit limited. For example, we chose beef steak with parsnip purée, it came with no other vegetables or potatoes.
Great staff and facilities
Très joli hôtel, propre et bien situé. A 2 pas du port de Sóller. Petit déjeuner et dîner parfaits Le parking et la gentillesse du personnel.
Si il y avait juste un petit bémol, c est que notre chambre est mal insonorisé
Positioned just off the main front of Port de Soller this small boutique hotel has much to offer. Their restaurant is open to non-residents and serves Tapas through to steaks. We thoroughly enjoyed our Spanish themed evening. The staff were charming and ever present if required. A courtyard area near the bar and pool were well used and were a haven from the streets not far away. Plenty atmosphere in this modern small hotel.
Location was great. Reception staff so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about everything we could have asked.
Music from restaurant for breakfast started at 7.30am. Hotel was very noisy from guests upstairs in bedroom and on terrace. People were using pool at 8am and hours were from 10am-6pm so as overlooking pool were woken up by the noise.
Our second time at Aimia (but forth time in Port de Soller).....we simply love it. From the moment you arrive and the friendly (and genuine) welcome you receive from the Reception staff, it is a great place to stay. The rooms are lovely. The pool is great and never too crowded and the staff in the bar & restaurant couldn't be friendlier. Great cocktails too!
This was possibly our 10th time staying at the Aimia. The hotel is moments from the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff are always friendly. The rooms spacious. Breakfast is self serve and always plenty to choose from. The evening menu at the moment is tapas - very nice. The swimming pool area is lovely and relaxing. Obviously I thoroughly recommend Aimia to anyone who wants to stay in Port de Soller.
We had a fantastic 7 night family stay, from the moment we stepped out of our taxi we were greeted warmly by the receptionist who offered to help with our luggage. From then on the staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, you could see staff regularly tidying and checking the garden, eating areas and facilities. Room was nice, spacious bathroom, comfy beds, room service was good as was housekeeping. Breakfast every morning was nice and fresh with lots to choose from, lovely to sit outside in the pretty hotel garden by the pool. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were great and enough sunbeds to choose from. Hotel doesn’t feel too small or too big and is a stones throw from the port. There were a mix of nationalities staying here, and many Spanish guests which further evidences that this hotel is great for an authentic and fabulous stay!
From the moment we were greeted by reception as we stepping out our taxi, our experience was brilliant. A superbly-well run hotel with staff that were universally helpful, cheerful and engaging. The breakfasts were fab, the tasting menu served at night was one of the best meals we had in Port de Soller. It was very hot when we were there, and so the walks we'd planned were too long, but the staff gave us alternatives and even a map to go with them. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Fantastic location in the middle of Port de Soller. Nice breakfast included and the friendliest staff who couldn’t do enough for us.

Excellent all round, the staff are wonderful and the hotel is immaculate. Fabulous breakfast by the pool too.

Hotel calme, tres bien situé. Personnel charmant. Grande chambre tres bien équipée. Très bon petit dejeuner. Parking privé.
Staff were very helpful, the hotel is only a short walk to the port and fantastic restaurants, no problem getting a sunbed towels were supplied and the lifeguard was very nice and asking individually how we were and kept the pool and area very tidy. Definitely worth a stay.
Calme, confortable, spacieux belle piscine intérieure et tout ce qu’il faut .

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé. Chambre et équipement de qualité. Personnel très accueillant, serviable et toujours agréable. Très bon restaurant.
Have been a few times now. We came specifically for Es Firo, which was fabulous. Room and hotel overall as good as always. The gym equipment is getting old and needs servicing/replacing, but the pool, steam and sauna lovely. I cannot make up my mind if I like the menu style in the evenings. The smaller dishes are great, but the larger ‘main dishes’ are a bit limited. Although the same high quality. Overall a great stay.
We stayed here for 5 days in upper floor in suite with great balcony overlooking the harbour. We had table chairs and 2 sun loungers . Great bathroom with whirlpool bath lots of space . The suite was very large with excellent facilities. Staff go out of the way to help . Great buffet breakfast with omelettes cooked to order. Nice food and good amount spaces to sunbath . Will be back
Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Aimia in Soller ist immer ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Sogar das Wetter hat mitgespielt
Hotel was a lovely size, not small but not too big
Nothing - originally booked into a standard room which didn’t have a balcony so paid a little extra for a room with balcony and superb view of the bay - well worth it and the staff were great about this.
We stayed at the Aimia for a week on a bed and breakfast basis. We particularly liked the location…. 2 minutes from the promenade, restaurants, bus stop. The staff were very helpful and there was great attention to detail to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was buffet style with a wide variety of food items. Really enjoyable. Our room was large and comfortable. Quality shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser were provided ( I needn’t have brought my own). Pool towel, dressing gown and slippers were also available in the room. Spotlessly clean. I would love to return
Good value and close to sea front.
Fantastic as always ! There's nothing not to like about Aimia, everyone is so friendly, the rooms are modern & very comfortable, food is superb & a Lovely pool. Special mention to Dina & Lluc who are the best front of house I've met, nothing is too much trouble.
This was our third visit to the hotel - it will definitely not be our last. The location is quiet, and the amenities are excellent. Our room was spotless, the staff are helpful and a special thanks to the manager Tolo, who made us so welcome. A key feature of the hotel is the restaurant. The breakfast and evening dining experience is first class. We did note on our leaving day, Saturday, how popular the lunchtime menu is with local people. The restaurant was heaving, always a good sign. As they say in Spanish excelente or excel·lent in Catalan. Thank you for a very special stay.
We have just had a week in this lovely hotel and we didn’t want to leave. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. We booked a superior side sea view room. We had a large balcony with beautiful views directly over the port and with views the surrounding countryside on two sides. The hotel is spotless . The food at breakfast is well cooked and presented and is delicious. The staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool outdoors is a good size and the terraces comfortable and give plenty of shade if needed. The indoor spa pool is warm and relaxing. Overall an excellent well run hotel . We will return I am sure .
Wonderful experience at Aimio Hotel. Good central location, excellent accommodation and ammenities and marvellous staff who attended to our every need and went above and beyond in service. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Lovely hotel, excellent staff....very welcoming and friendly. Superb location with fantastic scenery, restaurants, shops...will definitely return....highly recommend!
Loved everything about this fantastic hotel, excellent location, facilities, all the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Fabulous breakfast selection. Would definitely return and highly recommend a stay here!
Tolles Frühstück, großes Zimmer und Badezimmer, top Lage, sonniger Balkon
Great boutique style hotel with lovely, helpful staff, friendly atmosphere, and easy layout; the highlight start to the day is a beautiful buffet style breakfast; comfortable beds and good size rooms; nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Dina and Guillem x
great location, service, restaurant and bikes room. amazing choices at breakfast
Stayed here for 3 nights and have to say was really impressed with most aspects. We checked in and got a deal for an upgrade to a superior room and glad we did as later found out the standard rooms have a standing only balcony at 1 metre. It was very quiet around the hotel most of the time as being early in the season. Weather was glorious which was a bonus for early April, so pool times were perfect, albeit very cold! Drink prices were typical, food from the lunch snack menu a little limited but well presented and tasty. Breakfast was good. Not the biggest of choice but enough and the eggs were very good. My wife had an omelette made to order one day which she enjoyed. Location is great too, 2 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants and the sea. The resort is lovely, great for strolling and having a mooch. I had a run up the hills one day and found a great place for sheer sea views. The tram runs through the resort and was easy to get and worth it for the views through the orange and lemon trees to Soller itself. It was the beginning of the orange fiesta so plenty going on. All told, a very enjoyable break in a truly magical place, and would return in a heartbeat.
Das Frühstück war super, auch für Vegetarier.
Lovely staff, great restaurant!

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich. Die Zimmer waren wunderbar.
Der Mitarbeiter an der Bar war zu später Stunde demotiviert und unfreundlich.
Another fantastic stay at the Aimia. Cannot fault the friendly, attentive staff and relaxing atmosphere. Great location for exploring all that the region has to offer- walks from the door plus helpful ideas on the website. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.
Wonderful hotel, staff are lovely too. We were delivered a bottle of champagne to our room on arrival to celebrate our recent wedding, a lovely gesture! We were bed and breakfast, the room was modern and spacious, we had a beautiful sea view. Breakfast there was freshly squeezed orange juice along with other juices, tea, coffee, fried egg, scrambled, boiled, bacon, sausages, meats, cheese, fruit, cakes. Loved our stay
Stayed here from 28th March. Lovely hotel with very dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Special mention to the cleaning staff as rooms and all areas were lovely and clean with a fresh smell throughout. Had side sea view which had a lovely vista of the sea and very spacious with lots of cupboard space. Spa very small but usable. Enjoyed great breakfast with fry up as well as pastries, fruits and you could squeeze your own orange juice. Restaurant was lovely too and enjoyed a meal in there and reviewed as has separate name. Overall great place to stay if you come to Port De Soller

Everything about this hotel is great .. very professional and helpful staff on every level Rooms are spacious .. comfortable and very clean with lovely large private balcony ( superior pool / partial sea view rooms ) .. housekeeping is 5 star .. cleaned without fail every morning with fresh towels and replenished toiletries .. breakfast buffet is good and very relaxed . Swimming pool is large ideal for an early morning swim with nice seating and sunbeds .. small indoor sauna / steam and jacuzzi ( although that wasn’t working the few days we were there which was a little disappointing) Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
This is a wonderful low rise hotel in this excellent location in Port Soller. The rooms are spacious and well designed and we had a sea view room. There was parking locally and the beaches and restaurants are within a few minutes walk. The staff are incrediblely helpful will return for sure.
