The location is great with wonderful access to the private beach, warm seas and stunning Mountain View’s.

Some of the rooms need maintenance, particularly woodwork of the front door frames, some of the indoor furniture showing signs or wear and a little bit of attention needed to some of the bathroom areas

Le main restaurant est très complet, nous avons très bien mangé, le restaurant de plage et les bouteilles d’eau à disposition partout dans l’hôtel et à la piscine

Le personnel pas accueillant voir méchant et l’ambiance générale. Surtout une animatrice brune au kids club, très impolie, elle n’était pas du tout à l’écoute et a refusé plusieurs fois de donner un coloriage à mes enfants ! Le personnel de ménage qui faisait la chambre 1 fois sur 2, qui ne remettait pas les Cotton ou Cotton tige ou encore papier toilette et serviette qu’il fallait réclamer ! Seul les 2 femmes de la réception parle anglais, pour le reste il faut se débrouiller. Attristant

The hotel is quite basic, but it offers a good range of options, especially when it comes to the all-inclusive food. There is plenty of choice throughout the day, although breakfast could be a bit more diversified.

One downside is that the hotel seems to be oriented mainly towards Russian guests, which may not suit everyone. The noise isolation is also rather poor. Although this is a family resort, loud music is played until around 11 PM, which can be particularly inconvenient if you are travelling with a small baby. It makes it difficult to get the baby to sleep and takes away from the sense of relaxation you would normally expect from a family resort.

Ottimo vero ultra all-inclusive! Il cibo era molto vario di ottima qualità, pesce di 3-4 tipi, idem carne, frutta fresca, mai code con il piatto. La camera grande e funzionale, i letti sono comodi. Biancheria bagno la cambiavano quasi tutti giorni. Molto tolleranti verso bagnanti tardoni-nessuno ti cacciava dalla spiaggia o piscina nemmeno dopo 19.30 che ho apprezzato molto, traumatizzata dalle spiagge in Liguria dove l'ora più bella alla sera ti cacciano via. Tutto a portata di mano-spiaggia, piscine, ristoranti. Il personale molto gentile e accogliente.

Le camere sono un po' datate, ci vorrebbe un rinnovo. La pulizia un po' approssimativa, ci vorrebbe una bella pulizia a fondo, i vetri delle porte finestre erano da lavare. La biancheria bagno da rinnovare, alcuni asciugamani erano un po' scoloriti. Niente di grave, secondo me risolvibile con poco.

Excellent all inclusive experience! Rooms (especially villas) are clean and renovated, food and drinks tastes good. Very helpful staff!

A little bit noisy at public spaces, but that is a family resort

Hotel staff are great people, really nice and supportive. Also the swimming pool and bar are nice. The live music and show at night are good and entertaining. They have a kids club which has sometimes nice activities for kids till age of 6/7.

The hotel and room facilities are relatively old, not comparable with 3 star hotel in EU. Also rooms are not very clean, dust is everywhere, a bit link to old status perhaps. Variety of food is good, but food are not high quality. There is a cafe for villa's which provide better quality of course.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The suite was comfortable, well-appointed, and provided a relaxing environment. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. On the night of our arrival, we were allocated a room on the upper level of the villa. However, the following day, our request to move to a ground-floor room was accommodated promptly and without any inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated.

Our only recommendation would be to improve the bathroom’s deep-cleaning routine, particularly around the dusty corners of the mirror and the bathtub. Other than this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service and hospitality.

Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen! Besonders das leckere und abwechslungsreiche Essen, das tolle Kinderkonzept und die vielen Aktivitäten für die Kinder. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem war das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

L'atout majeur de cet hôtel est sa géographie. Situé à Belek, on profite d'une belle plage de vrai sable fin (loin des galets de Kemer) et d'un immense domaine boisé de pins qui permet de respirer malgré la taille de la structure. C'est un excellent produit pour les familles : les infrastructures pour les enfants sont superbes. Les toboggans, les piscines et les espaces de jeux sont très bien pensés. Mon fils s'est régalé du matin au soir, le contrat est rempli de ce côté-là.

Il faut être clair : ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles de luxe, c'est l'industrie de la vacance à très grande échelle. L'hôtel est une véritable machine logistique : des canettes servies à la chaîne, des millions de bouteilles en plastique et une restauration pensée pour le volume absolu (des milliers de repas par jour) au détriment total de la finesse gastronomique. En pleine saison, l'hôtel est pris d'assaut (majoritairement une clientèle d'Europe de l'Est et de Russie), ce qui donne un effet de masse constant autour des buffets et des piscines. Le service manque cruellement de personnalisation et de raffinement.

The everyday programs, the pool, beach, the slightly different kinds of food at the buffet, the kids buffet, the mini bar, the ice cream booth, the lobby bar, the pastry corner, very ideal for kids

The hotel room itself. There is no bathtub in the room which was mentioned in the room description, hence the shower design is quite flat which means there’s flood everywhere inside the toilet every time one takes shower, even for a minute short shower. The sink is also flat which means it just simply contains all the dirts when you wash hands or brush teeth. The toilet seat in our room was so loose and it fell off after the second day housekeeping service, then the maintenance came and said it’s actually broken and needa change a new seat. The sound isolation is not working so well, can easily hear from the next door or the corridor, also the very loud pool parties every night until 23:15.

I was very sceptical about the taste of the food in any hotel. Its difficult to find a hotel that serves delicious food. In this Hotel you will never feel hungry or thirsty since there is great and fresh food in every corner! Every evening there is different special food served in the restaurant. And I have to mention my favourite spot the coffeeshop which serves starbucks-like coffee! The waterslide for grownups and for small kids were amazing! We had so much fun staying here and would definitely come back if we are back in Antalya.

Childrens waterslide should have some shade too like the other babypools.

The resort is excellent overall. The food was delicious with good quality, although I would have appreciated a wider variety of cuisines. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The facilities are well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It is a great place for families with plenty of activities for children.

My main concern was that there was no lifeguard at the kids’ pool, which is an important safety issue for families with young children. I also think the resort could offer a greater variety of international cuisines.

On the positive side, the Kids Club offered many activities, and our children really enjoyed the program. That was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, this hotel offers poor value for money. Just one week earlier, we stayed in a Lagoon Villa at Kempinski for almost the same price, and the difference in quality, service, cleanliness, food and overall luxury was enormous. Compared to that experience, this hotel falls well below expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it for families looking for a true luxury holiday.

We stayed in an upper floor Swim Up Villa and unfortunately our experience did not match the price we paid. One of the biggest disappointments was that, although we booked a Swim Up Villa, we received an upper floor room where the sunbeds in front of our villa were occupied most days. This meant we could not simply step outside and enjoy the pool whenever we wanted, which defeats the purpose of booking this room category. The exclusive Club House, which is supposed to be reserved for villa guests, was another letdown. Breakfast service was very poor. Basic items such as ham, cheese and butter had to be requested individually instead of being available at a buffet. On one occasion, a staff member clearly saw me waiting but chose to finish putting away clean mugs before serving me. I am pregnant, and my two young children were sitting at the table waiting for me to bring their breakfast so I could feed them. A little awareness and customer care would have made a huge difference. Lunch options at the Club House were also disappointing. During the afternoon, pizza was basically the only food available. For a proper lunch, guests had to walk to the main restaurant, where long queues made the experience feel more like a crowded cafeteria than a luxury resort. The beach snack restaurant was open until 4 PM, but it felt more like a shopping mall fast food court, with disposable paper plates and plastic cutlery. This is simply not what you expect from a resort in this price category. The reception and lobby area also felt busy and somewhat disorganized, lacking the elegance and atmosphere expected from a luxury hotel.

We had an excellent stay at IC Hotels Santai Family Resort and were very satisfied with our overall experience. The quality of service exceeded our expectations. We would especially like to thank all the staff members for their kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude. They made our stay truly enjoyable and comfortable. A special mention goes to the Kids Club team, who did an outstanding job. Our children had a fantastic time participating in the activities and the staff were caring, energetic, and highly professional. We were also very impressed with the photography team. They were friendly, professional, and produced great photos that will help us remember our holiday for many years to come. Overall, this is an excellent resort for families, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable.

Honestly, there was nothing that we disliked during our stay. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. If we had to mention something, it would only be that our holiday ended too quickly!

The hotel staff, especially the Kids Club team, were the best part of our stay. They were friendly, professional, and excellent with children.

Unfortunately, the room service and housekeeping were very disappointing. The air conditioning was very weak, and although a technician came to my room three times, the issue was never resolved. I also requested bottled water, but it took over an hour to be delivered. Housekeeping was poor. They cleaned the room but did not replace the tissues or bottled water, and they even left the garbage bags in the bathroom without removing them. The reception was also disappointing. I asked twice for a taxi, but the hotel does not allow outside taxis. Instead, they only offer their own taxi service, which costs around three times more than Bitaksi or Uber. On top of that, they only accept payment in euros. , the shops in the basement only accept euros as well, and their prices are extremely overpriced. It felt like they were taking advantage of guests.

Хороший детский отель! Комфортные виллы с выходом сразу к бассейну. Удобный заход в море. Очень вкусные блюда как в основном ресторане, так и в платных ресторанах. Есть детская кухня. Понравилась работа фотографов, профессионалы. Остались только отличные впечатления!

The large swimming pool is also suitable for children, as different areas of the pool have different depths, allowing children to swim and play comfortably. The staff are very friendly, except for one bartender at the pool bar. The cleaning ladies are extremely helpful, warm, and caring. The children’s restaurant is interesting and appropriate for kids.

Rooms: The room we stayed in had very poor sound insulation. In the evening, conversations from the neighboring room could be heard clearly, and noise was not properly reduced. Some of the furniture is very old and damaged, such as the parquet flooring and the bathroom door. The bathroom door also cannot stay in the position where you leave it; it can only be either fully closed or fully open. The bathroom itself is very narrow. The balcony door could not be locked, only closed lightly. Food: Breakfast and dinner are satisfactory, although the food is quite repetitive. However, it is tasty. The afternoon lunch is modest and also repetitive, with not too many options. During peak breakfast and dinner times, it can sometimes be difficult to find a table. I noticed a high concentration of flies in the restaurant, which is unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. A major downside is that the waiters at the beach remove the food before the scheduled time. Whether it is 5 or 15 minutes early is not important — it should not happen. The drink selection is not the same at the beach and at the pool, which is also a disadvantage. Facilities for children: The playrooms are decent, but also old. They are not as presented in the photos. Many rooms within the Kids Club that are described as playrooms are not actually in operation. The arcade/digital games look as if they are from the time of my own childhood. The children’s swings are not properly aligned; when a child swings, one side moves to the right, which could lead to an injury from the nearby wooden post. In conversations with the employees, they said they had reported this issue, but that the hotel has not taken any action. The children’s cinema and the playrooms that are actually in use are great and entertaining for most children. Staff: The staff are extremely kind and I have no complaints in that regard. However, the language barrier is a major issue due to the lack of English knowledge.

Из удобств было трудно настроить душ то теплый то холодный в комнате, и заселили на 2 ом этаже виллы, с 3 м детьми, сказали нету мест на первом, ну это не критичные минусы, зато комнаты просторные

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au IC Hotels Santai Family Resort. L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien entretenu et avec un cadre vraiment agréable pour les vacances en famille. Le buffet était excellent, avec beaucoup de choix et une grande variété de plats, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Mention spéciale également à l’espace enfants, qui est très grand, très bien pensé et parfaitement adapté aux jeunes enfants. Nos enfants se sont vraiment amusés et tout est fait pour que les familles passent un bon séjour. Le seul petit point à améliorer serait l’animation, que nous avons trouvée un peu discrète par moments. En dehors de cela, nous avons passé de très belles vacances et gardons un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel.

Сотрудники ресепшн пытаются обмануть в любом вопросе. Просят доплату за двухлетнего малыша 65€ за ночь, потом торгуются до 40€. Никаких чеков о доплате не предоставляют. Пока обсуждали наш вопрос, других гостей пытались обмануть с ценой за трансфер (туда- обратно у них 100, а ей пытались продать за 75€ в одну сторону, к слову, мы заказали на букинге за 30€), других гостей- с ценой за кабану на пляже. В номере убираются не каждый день Постельное белье и полотенце в дырках Очень грязно Тарелки в ресторане это что-то, с обратной стороны их в принципе не моют- вляпались в шоколадную пасту Отдыхаем регулярно в IC Green palace, вот там действительно хорошо, если ехать, то туда! Это просто небо и земля, трудно поверить, что одна сетка.

Tout était parfait. Le lieu est propre et parfaitement entretenu. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un accès direct à la plage et dispose de nombreux bassins et piscines adaptés à tous les âges. L’établissement est véritablement orienté vers les enfants et les familles. En plus du kids club, animé par un personnel particulièrement gentil et attentionné, on y trouve de nombreux espaces de jeux ainsi qu’un large choix d’animations encadrées par une équipe d’animatrices très investies auprès des enfants. Concernant la restauration, rien à redire : les produits sont frais, variés et de grande qualité. Il y en a pour tous les goûts et tout est excellent. Les nombreux bars répartis dans l’hôtel proposent un large choix de boissons, avec une mention spéciale pour le bar ouvert 24h/24, qui est un véritable atout. Cependant, attention pour ceux et celles qui mange halal et sans alcool,  on ne fait pas forcément attention en se disant qu'on est en Turquie mais il y a des repas qui contiennent de l'alcool comme par exemple la viande de veau au four mais une affiche indique la présence d'alcool. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre favorablement à toutes les demandes. Un grand merci également au jeune homme tatoué du restaurant, qui prenait systématiquement soin de nous accueillir et d’accorder une attention particulière à notre enfant dès notre arrivée au restaurant.

I loved the hotel, from the moment we arrived and we were helped with our suitcase and sent to breakfast, which was a huge array of foods and had a children specific restaurant, to the cleaners who made our beds, so friendly, we booked in for additonal services for the massage, Arti was fantastic - she did an amazing massage and facial, we hired a cabana, we booked the workshops, our sean attended the kids school, exceptional and staff were so nice to our little Sean. The pools and the beach, we found the pool with the slides, we were offered water sports, we had hoped for some more evening entertainment one evening there was a wonderful band but to be fair the weather was just starting to warm up, there was the club cafe, a teenagers room, a wonderful shop by the kids club. We would do this again, we visited in April, maybe we would wait a week or two but i am already looking it up for next year, I loved the food, they had a few a lar carte restaurant you could book in to pay for - worth trying everything and down the road the land of legends theme park. Highly recommend. We loved the cocktails and beach bar and the pop up activities , dart, archery, fishing - all amazing - well done.

after kids club there was no adult entertainment, but to be fair we arrived in early April, this would change - one night they had a good band outside and a few night a singer in the lounge bar, off course there was a nightclub which we didnt try. I would like to see some more show, Turkish shows but don't let you mislead you, most people want to be in bed by 9-10pm and there is so much to do from the moment you open your eyes and off course time to relax.

The food was extraordinary, great selections and diversity. This place is awesome for families with kids, there are lots of activities for chirldren. The ventilation system in all areas works very well, it smells fresh in all areas. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and overall the hotel was quiet, very good to relax.

English of staff was not good.

Сотрудники ресепшн🔥 максимально вежливые. Особенно один из менеджеров, к сожалению не запомнила имени, он знает русский язык. Оперативно поменял нам с мамой номер по моей просьбе на улучшенный, подарил ужин в итальянском ресторане, передал фрукты и напитки в номер, что было очень приятно🫶 компенсация за неудобства. Room service тоже на высоте. Просьбы исполнялись очень оперативно.

Ужасный клининг. Номера грязные, полотенца серые. За 5 дней ни разу не сменили постельное белье. Пыль собиралась на полу клубками. Отель, который славился ранее безупречной чистотой стал в этом плане на уровне 3*.

Jag kan varmt rekommendera IC Hotels Belek. Fantastisk service, fin miljö och en riktigt härlig upplevelse! Ett extra stort tack till Okan bey som jobbar med barn och aktiviteter – han var otroligt engagerad, tog hand om oss på bästa sätt och gjorde vår vistelse ännu bättre. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!

På IC Hotels Belek var vi väldigt nöjda, men rummen behöver lite reparation och ibland är väntetiden på hissen lång.

Özellikle tesis konum ve yerleşke itibari ile Çocuklu aileler için muazzam imkanlar sunmaktadır. Ayrıca personel kaliteli oldukça iyiydi.

Людей больше, чем мест в ресторане, утром и в обед было нормально, но на ужине не было мест, куда сесть. Приходилось ждать по 15 минут, чтоб освободилось место. Халаты в номер просили 3-4 раза, потом принесли. В спа просили тапочки, не дали .

Bu otele ilk gelişim, çocuk odaklı olduğu için tercih ettim. Açıkçası eski bir turizmci olarak "her şey dahil" sisteme hep mesafeli durmuşumdur. Gelmeden önce de keşke "yarım pansiyon" tarzı bir konaklama imkanı olsaydı diye hayıflanmıştım. Bunun sebebi de all inclusive sistemin sürdürülebilirliği için bir noktadan sonra lezzet ve kaliteden ödün verilmesini gerektirmesidir. Bu otelde bunu yaşamadık, yediklerimiz hem lezzet hem de kalite yönünden beklentimin çok üzerindeydi. Tüm alkollü ve alkolsüz içecekler şişeli ve markalıydı. Yemekler lezzetli ve çok çeşitliydi. Otelin tüm aktivasyon alanlarında sürekli değişik konseptlerde yapılan çocuk odaklı aktivitelere hem çocuklar hem biz bayıldık. Çocuklarla ilgilenen abiler ve ablalar başta olmak üzere tüm personelin çok sıcak ilgisi ve yaklaşımına şahit olduk. Bir tesis değerlendirirken ana kriterim fayda/fiyat dengesidir. Açıkça söylemek gerekirse konakladığımız hiç bir otelde bu kadar yüksek bir fayda/fiyat dengesi yaşamadım. Artık her tatil planımda ilk bakacağım otel IC Santai Family Resort olacak. Umarım sezonda ilan edeceği fiyatlar ekonomik gücümüzü fazla zorlamaz ve biz de bu güzel tesise tekrar tekrar gelme fırsatı buluruz. Tüm çalışan turizm emektarlarına candan teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum.. Tekrar görüşmek üzere..

Третий год подряд приезжаем праздновать новый год, но никогда не было так ужасно, как в 2026…

Людей было очень много, в новогоднюю ночь люди бежали как бешеные за едой, толкучка, давка. Программа вечера была отвратительная, скучная и короткая, а ведь раньше в прошлые годы программа и ужин были шикарными! Грязный номер, плохая уборка, скучный лобби Больше не вернемся

Tesis genel olarak güzeldi fakat biraz tadilata ihtiyacı var, fotoğrafta olduğu gibi durmuyor kesinlikle. Temizlik, şimdi kış sezonun olduğunu farkındayım, elemanın az olduğu da düşünüyorum ama gerçekten oda temizliği hiç iyi değildi, giriş yaptığımız gün da her yer toz vardı, temizlik yapıldığı zaman yine o toz alınmadı.

Taxi Charges are very high and no option to get Uber/etc

Хорошая зеленая территория, разнообразное питание, на напитках не экономят, все рядом, хороший аква парк, хороший хамам. Вечером делаю отличные коктейли. Отель для семей с детьми. Для детей у бара специальная лестница. Детей бармены обслуживают все очереди. О детской анимации ничего не могу сказать, не были. Игровые автоматы не дорогие. Персонал слышит замечания и оперативно исправляет.

Еды много, но не все вкусно. Некоторые номера требуют реновации, как и места общего пользования. При темп воздуха до 30 немного прохладные бассейны. После 15 мая подогрев отключается.

Sve je bilo savršeno, od hrane, sadržaja za djecu i odrasle. Osoblje hotela je bilo jako usluzno i uvijek nasmijeno. Nadamo se da ćemo doći opet😊

Нам понравилось ВСЁ!!! Очень отзывчивый и клиентоориентированный персонал! Очень разнообразная и вкусная еда Очень качественные напитки в ресторане и лобби баре Удобное расположение баров на пляже и территории отеля Разнообразные виды развлечений и анимации хороший СПА центр с сауной, хамамом и бассейном. Был в этом отеле в первый год после открытия, качество обслуживания только улучшилось! Особая благодарность владельцам и менеджменту отеля, что на протяжении многих лет они держат обслуживание на надлежащей высоте!!! СПАСИБО им огромное!

Не очень повезло с погодой, был холодный ветер и штормило... НО это не вина отеля))) Не понятно почему таксисты при заказе через приложение "Яндекс_Такси" отказываются оттуда забирать пассажиров, хотя из любой точки до отеля едут нормально.

Good amount of things for children to do. Food clearly labelled in different languages. Plenty of food!!! Huge variety of choice. Very clean and well maintained.

Kids club did good activities but busy and chaotic at times- we didn’t leave our children there as didn’t feel they would be well supervised given the ratio of staff to children.

Perfect winter getaway during school break. Kids loved the place, though it was off-season period, hotel had plenty activities to keep both kids and adults busy. Food was amazing and the bars offered variety of drinks.

The hotel was amazing The staff is very friendly and helpful. The kids club is fantastic.

The view, the facilities, kids club, extended food hours, staff, the lobby, the all inclusive part. We regret that we didnt come a year before. we will come next year again. We & our son thoroughly enjoyed it.

This one is from my wife - Lack of a proper library. Such a huge property and the library section was in a corner with less than 50 books. I imagined a reading room with a wall of books in various languages.

Kapalı ve ısıtmalı havuzları ile ısıtmalı aquaparkları mevcut; ancak hava serin olduğu için aquaparkları çok aktif kullanmak mümkün olmadı. Kids Club oldukça iyiydi. Otel biraz daha temiz olabilirdi ve genel olarak yenilenme zamanı gelmiş gibi görünüyor. Buna rağmen kalite dengesi iyiydi. Yemekleri lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Bir gün İtalyan à la carte restoranda yemek yedik, gerçekten çok iyiydi, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. İçecek kalitesi, marka çeşitliliği ve özellikle alkollü içeceklerin markaları oldukça iyiydi.

Все хорошо, особенно разные занятия с детьми.

Mixology bar стал сильно слабее. Коктейли пить невозможно. Немного не хватило разнообразия в еде

Staff was super nice and professional

The room furniture felt somewhat dated and some of the housekeepers acted like we weren’t staying in the room.
