Fantastic hotel for all ages

Exceptionally well kept property. Great show and great staff. Every time I thought I figured the place out, the staff surprised us with a new small detail. Good activities for everyone from great archery classes by our instructor Hayal to a good afternoon catamaran sailing session with a great view of the surrounding mountains (the license is really worth doing when one intends to stay a few days). Also great relaxing possibilities at the 16+ pool with friendly service.

Only thing comes to mind is the coffee quality at breakfast could be better, as the coffee house only opens at 10.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our entire stay. The room was perfect, and the cleanliness was excellent. One of the highlights of the hotel was the huge variety of swimming pools to choose from, in addition to the beach. Although the resort has a water park for children and there were quite a few families around, this was never a problem for us and we were still able to enjoy a relaxing stay. The food was also excellent, with a great variety and something different almost every day. The themed nights were a particularly nice touch, including Turkish and Asian cuisine, as well as evenings focused more on fish and seafood. The attention to detail from the staff was fantastic. One example that really stood out was during the Champions League match: they showed the game at the amphitheatre, and suddenly the staff started bringing beer and fries for everyone watching. It was such a nice and unexpected touch and really showed how much they care about their guests.

I should have booked more nights! But honestly, I think that's my fault. 😄

Perfect food, great green garden, meticulously clean, friendly and nice staff, good care about the tourists.

The air conditioning in our room was not well working, after few tries to fix it, the hotel management changed our room and we were finally relieved and finally able to sleep. This of course destroyed half of our stay. The hotel management tries very hard to make everything perfect for the guests and this was felt. The animation was rather mediocre compared to other hotels of the same class at Turkish Riviera and the choice of music during evening entertainment nights and disco was rather boring and narrow.

Her şey rahat ulaşılabilecek şekilde bir arada ve yürüyerek ulaşılabiliyor. Hem havuzdaki hem de denizdeki şezlong sayısı yeterli ve rahat. Otelin yeşil alanı ve peyzajı şahane. Çok huzurlu hissettiriyor.

Sadece öneri olarak; ortak alanlarda sigara kullanımını yasaklamanız gerekiyor. Zaten gelen misafir kalitesi yüksek olduğu için herkes sigara içme alanlarını kullanacaktır.

The food is excellent. Our daughters loved kids club, especially Oscar and team.

Unfortunately they converted the second bathroom in the family room to a wardrobe. We booked the same room type two years in a row, but were disappointed with this change.

Positives - Abwicklung an der Rezeption professionell, Zimmer ordentlich eingerichtet, Sauberkeit war zufriedenstellend. Die Anlage war gepflegt, für Kinder sehr viele Attraktionen.

Das Essen war eher mittelmäßig, keine große Auswahl, man hat eigentlich nur abends was Neues aufgetischt bekommen. Das Restaurant war voll mit Fliegen was einen komplett gestört hat beim Essen. Die Bedienung eher mittelmäßig. Mehr Selbstbedienung. Kaum Informationen über Attraktionen erhalten. Die Isolierung der Zimmer auch eher mittelmäßig, man hat alles gehört von draußen.

It was our second time visiting, and the facilities, food, and very friendly and polite staff did not disappoint again! Lovely, clean beach, plenty of sun loungers, and lots of fun activities for the kids.

The ancillary services, such as massage and photo services, were very persistent, and it felt like we were constantly under their radar and were obliged to get the extra stuff. It was our second time visiting the hotel, and it was not like this last year.

La cucina è molto vasta. Ogni giorno era dedicato a qualche cucina del mondo. La cucina turca, italiana, americana, messicana, giapponese ecc. Il cibo era molto buono. Il territorio è molto grande, ma composto bene. Ed era piacevole passeggiare anche se bisognava percorrere un po' di strada per arrivare dalla stanza al ristorante per esempio. C'è un acquapark privato, piccolo, ma non c'è quasi mai fila. Ogni sera c'era qualche spettacolo interessante.

L'unica cosa sono i cocktail, quelli buoni erano a pagamento, e gratuiti non erano buoni secondo me.

The staff throughout the resort are very nice and helpful. The restaurant magico paid great attention to my wife because she suffers from milk allergy and its derivatives, and the chef himself was preparing dishes dedicated to my wife and bringing them to my table himself. I wish you to honor this very respected chef, in addition to the food in the buffet is very delicious and varied. The facilities of the resort and activities throughout the day are very wonderful, and the places and activities for children aged 3 years and above are very special, I used to leave my son in the activity alone for about 3 hours and then come to pick him up.

I hope that more attention will be paid to cleaning the rooms and providing things such as irons, Toothbrush and toothpaste , shower fier, shaving tools. I also hope to develop the decoration of the rooms more and make them more luxurious, and pay attention to the subject of moving visitors from their rooms to vital areas and vice versa.

Все что вы ждете от классической турецкой 5ки все включено, все будет. Еда разнообразная, всего много, выбор большой, никаких очередей нигде нет.

Если за территорию отеля не выходить, то все великолепно. Отдельно стоящий, никаких пешеходных зон и тд. Вообщем если будете чилить в отеле и никуда не выходить, смело берите!!!

The resort offers a free daily water-skiing service. This includes excellent introductory training from their fantastic watersports team. For this reason, we’d like to extend our special thanks to Salih, Mehmet, Ahmet, Halit, Özgür, and Serkan from the team. Thanks to them, my wife and I—who had no prior experience with this activity—were able to perform it at a good level by the end of the week. We’d also like to thank Ms. Nurcihan, who works in the Magico restaurant, for making both our breakfasts and dinners so enjoyable throughout our vacation.

If the towels in the room stayed damp, even for a short time, they would start to smell.

Yemekler aşırı kotüydü. Herşey son derece lezzetsiz ve tatsızdı. Mutfak çalışanları aoj derece gergindi ve çok agresif tavirlar icindeydi. Surekli herkes birbirine bağırıp küfur ediyordu. Food court kismindaki yemekler inanilmaz dereece kotu idi. Yorumlara bakarak oteli tuttuk ama çok pişman olduk. Havuzlar son derece kirli idi. Midemiz bulandı. Odamizi aplikasyon uzerinden secim yapmadik, oteli aradik , gelin burafan yardimci olacagiz dediler ama gittigimizde elimizden bir sey gelmiyor diyerek otelin resepsiyonuna bakan son derece disarida bir oda verdiler. Bir turk olarak Turkiyede bir otele gittik ama ingilizce bilmiyor olsaydik hic bir sey anlamayacaktik, otelde resmen Türkçe bilen yok. Sadece girişte doldurulan o mukemmel mini bar fotoğrafini ekliyorum. Bunu disinda odada hic bir sey yoktu , tam bir rezillik. Soylenecek en onemli kelime Tui Magic Belek bir pismanliktir.

I had previously stayed at TUI Magic Life Jacaranda, and in comparison I found this resort more enjoyable in terms of the layout of the pools and the easy access to the beach. The accommodation buildings and rooms are a little further away, around a five-minute walk, but the surroundings are beautiful, green, and full of plants, which makes walking around the resort very pleasant. The food was very good, with a nice variety of options. Drinks were available in several different areas, which helped avoid overcrowding. The activities were also enjoyable, although I think it would be even better if there were more of them throughout the day, as some periods felt very active while others were quite quiet.

The main issue I had was with insects inside the room. We noticed ants, small bugs, and sometimes flying insects in the evening. I am not sure whether this was because the room was not fully sealed or because insects entered while the door was left open during cleaning. I completely understand that some insects, bees, and other pollinators are part of the natural environment and are beneficial for the gardens, but the rooms should still be kept completely free of insects. Another point was the seating arrangement during the evening events. I included a photo to show this clearly. The long and higher tables were placed closer to the stage, while many of the lower tables were behind them. As a result, people sitting at the back had a very limited view of the stage, even though there were more guests seated in the back area than in the front. I think the seating layout could be improved significantly.

Необыкновенно красивый ландшафт в отеле, получили большое удовольствие находиться здесь. В ресторане все было очень вкусно, никаких очередей, всем всего хватало. В отеле везде исключительно чисто . Интернет везде работал без проблем. Отъезд у нас был поздний, была приятно удивлена, в отеле есть помещение для выезжающих, где можно принять душ ( есть полотенца) . Понравилось все, всем спасибо.

We had a great stay at Magic Life Belek! The main pool is absolutely amazing and a great place to spend the day, and the night animation shows are fantastic! A huge shoutout to the staff, as many of them went way above and beyond expectations: especially the teams at the entrance, the Magico Restaurant, and down at the banana section.

The place was good overall, but there are some things that could be improved. This year, the heat and especially the humidity were really intense. For a hotel of this caliber, there should be more air-conditioned spaces to spend time in. Unfortunately, the only air-conditioned places were the rooms, the Magico restaurant, and the Coffee House (which only has three sections to sit). Considering all the other Magic Life resorts, there really should be more air-conditioned sections. Everything was good overall, but for an optimization recommendation, I would definitely suggest adding more air-conditioned sections to relax in.

Ce club est génial avec un magnifique cadre verdoyant, proche de la nature et des animaux (tortues). L'établissement est très propre. Les buffets sont d'une très bonne qualité et le personnel est très aimable et souriant. L'animation est plutôt sympa mais on peut aussi trouver des endroits calmes, ce qui est très agréable et reposant. Club très familial dans un super environnement. Des piscines différentes et un parc aquatique adapté aux jeunes. Je le recommande vraiment.

A környezet gyönyörű volt! A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. Imádtuk a programokat, a helyszíneket és az ételeket egyaránt. Kicsit kaotikus volt a vacsoránál az asztalfoglalás, főleg vacsora idején. Ebben a személyzet lehetne proaktívabb, hogy segítsen. De ez nem rontott az élményem, mert korábbi idősávot választottunk a vacsorához. Biztosan visszatérünk!

First of all, and most importantly, this hotel definitely does not deserve 5 stars. Some of the reception staff were quite rude and unfriendly when we arrived. We came mainly because of the great reviews, but honestly, the hotel is overrated. The food was disappointing. For two days, we had almost the same dishes, and most of the food had very little taste—it looked good, but that was about it. They put more effort into dinner, while the other meals were very average. The kids’ program was below average and quite boring. The entertainment shows for adults were also very disappointing and, for the most part, not entertaining at all. They have the same entertainment team every day, just presenting different and very basic shows. The only things I would give credit for are the cleanliness and the greenery around the property. Other than that, in my opinion, the overall experience was far below what you would expect from a 5-star hotel.

Beautiful and clean and great conservations efforts. Nice family entertainment in the evenings. High quality of food . Beautiful beaches ! Overall a good holiday experience but not the typical 5 star all inclusive ressort.

If you’re looking for an all inclusive eat and drink all day this is not the ressort for you. No food available after main restaurant closes at 21h30. Kids club closes every day from 12-3pm and Sundays. The staff on the ground do not smile, reception staff appears slightly annoyed. Rooms are a bit dates. You will walk ALOT getting from one place to the other.

Leider eine große Enttäuschung für ein 5-Sterne-Ultra-All-Inclusive-Hotel Leider war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Von einem 5-Sterne-Ultra-All-Inclusive-Hotel haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet – insbesondere beim Service, beim Umgang mit Gästen und bei der Familienfreundlichkeit. Der Service war schlecht und das Personal wirkte teilweise nicht ausreichend geschult. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass bei Problemen häufig nicht nach einer Lösung gesucht wurde, sondern stattdessen diskutiert wurde. Egal welches Problem man angesprochen hat, man hatte oft das Gefühl, sich erst rechtfertigen zu müssen. Auch das Essen hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie war die Qualität aus unserer Sicht enttäuschend. Dazu kamen zahlreiche unnötige Regeln und Einschränkungen, die wir bei einem Ultra-All-Inclusive-Hotel nicht erwartet hätten. Die Badezimmerausstattung war sehr dürftig – außer Handtüchern war kaum etwas vorhanden. Die Minibar wurde nur auf Wunsch bzw. gegen Aufpreis nachgefüllt. Selbst ein Bügeleisen war auf Nachfrage nicht verfügbar. Besonders enttäuschend waren die Regeln für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Unsere beiden Söhne sind erst 2 Jahre alt. Bestimmte Bereiche bzw. Rutschen durften von Kindern unter 3 Jahren nicht genutzt werden. Beim Wasserturm durfte ich zunächst nicht gemeinsam mit meinen Kindern hochgehen. Erst nach längerer Diskussion wurde mir dies gestattet – mit ihnen rutschen durfte ich jedoch nicht. Für zwei zweijährige Kinder, die zum ersten Mal eine solche Rutsche ausprobieren, ist es völlig normal, dass sie sich zunächst nicht alleine trauen. Genau das ist passiert. Da ich sie nicht begleiten durfte, haben sie sich kaum bzw. gar nicht getraut zu rutschen. Für uns war das Angebot damit praktisch nicht nutzbar. Auch unsere 5-jährige Tochter durfte bei den größeren Rutschen nicht gemeinsam mit einem Elternteil rutschen, sondern musste alleine rutschen.

- THE RECEPTION AREA IS NIGHTMARE. it is OUTDOORS WITH NO AC - NO RAMP FOR STROLLERS at reception just stairs - kids club closes from 12h00-15h30 - rooms are like 3 star vacation clubs - the mattress in the baby crib doesn’t fit the crib (very dangerous) - no Food after 21h30!!!! - no ice cream most of the time - have to book almost ever - the staff at kids club only speak German and only play with the German kids - strange vibe ( I wouldn’t reccomend for POC)

This hotel is the definition of a budget hotel. As a family who experience all inclusive hotels a lot in Antalya, this hotel was one of the last hotels we would prefer at this price range. You cannot choose the brand of your drink, one beer brand etc. also, for example, there is only one ice tea flavor-only peach, no lemon. You cannot get crisps before 8pm. You have to ask guest relations. No towels even in spa after 6. No kids club on sundays. Limited kids club activities for kids during the week. Long ques at meal time for certain foods. I could go on and on. This is definitely not on par with other all inclusive Belek hotels.

We absolutely loved our stay at TUI BLUE Belek! ❤️ The hotel was fantastic from start to finish. Our room was clean, comfortable and well looked after, and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. We also loved everything the resort had to offer, from the beautiful beach and pools to the restaurants, bars, gardens and all the activities available throughout the day. There was always something to enjoy, whether relaxing by the pool or spending time at the beach. A special thank you goes to the amazing Kids Club team. Our daughter absolutely loved all the activities and looked forward to going every day! Oscar, Ivo, Hannah, Burak, Janis, Fleur, Pheebs, Cansın and Alya were all wonderful with her - so friendly, caring, enthusiastic and professional. They made her holiday extra special and gave us so many happy memories as a family. Thank you all so much for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back again! 🌴☀️❤️

The only improvement we would suggest is having a small dedicated prayer room on the resort premises. As Turkey is a Muslim-friendly destination with many Muslim guests, having a prayer room would be a very useful and thoughtful facility, especially for Friday (Jumu’ah) prayers. At the moment, guests need to travel by car around 5 km to the nearest mosque, which can be inconvenient. The same applies to Muslim members of staff who have to take break to attend prayers outside the resort. We have stayed at other 5-star resorts in Antalya, Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada where dedicated prayer facilities were available for Muslim guests, and we really appreciated having this option. We hope TUI BLUE Belek will consider introducing a small prayer room in the future. It would be a simple addition that could make a big difference for both Muslim guests and save their staff time.

Nadiia from Guest Service did an excellent job and helped us with different requests and in many other situations. Special thanks to Phebe from Swim Club who taught our sun to swim in just a few days - a remarkable talent and great dedication, I highly recommend Phebe. Overall great experience, very good food and variety, entertainment and sports facilities.

1. Room had a slight smell of mould, staff explained it by high humidity in August, running AC in Dry mode 24/7 helped a bit 2. We had change of plans and needed to stay one more day than originally planned, but reservation team was reluctant to help us with this. I asked reservation team for it four times - one week before the trip, on check-in, few days before check-out and day before check-out - they refused to reserve anything in advance and told me to come few days before check-out. On a day before check-out I saw a room available on Booking, but when asked about it at reception - they told it's not available anymore. I understand it's high season and all, but my ask was never treated as something important - so I was disappointed by this.

The room was very comfortable for our family, with a good size and enough closet space. We especially loved the resort’s beautiful greenery and trees; they added a special touch to the whole experience. We were also impressed by the resort’s environmental efforts and the way its concept and designed. The kids’ pool and water park were good and enjoyable. We also loved the snack station, beach area, and evening activities. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall, a wonderful family experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

One thing that could be improved is the main restaurant and the buffet selection. The food quality was good, but many of the same items were repeated every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Having more variety would make the dining experience more exciting

It would be nice to have rooms with two full-size separate beds.

Good points : The all-inclusive services are good and the beach is very close to the hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days with my family. The main issue for us was the poor connection to Antalya city centre: 1 - If you are planning to visit Antalya city centre regularly, this hotel is not very convenient due to its location. 2 - A taxi to Antalya city centre costs around €70 one way, and Uber or other ride-hailing apps do not work properly in the area. 3 - The hotel does not seem to offer a clear shuttle service to Antalya city centre. When I asked reception about transportation options, instead of suggesting a practical transfer or shuttle solution, they repeatedly recommended renting a car.

Gyönyörű kert és környezet, jó ételek - igazi Tui licence - kár, hogy a személyzet nem tudta a lincencet elsajátítani és ezért tönkretették az egész nyaralást. A foglaláskor különleges kérésem volt, 2 külön ágyas szobát adjanak és ezt vissza is igazolták. Majd értesítettek róla, hogy a weboldalukon foglalhatok konkrét szobát is 20eur/éj. Fontos volt, hogy külön ágyas legyen, mivel felnőtt fiammal mentem és az is, hogy jó helyen legyen, mert 68 éves vagyok és nem tudok már sokat mászkálni. Ezért lefoglaltam a 379-es szobát, és bár azt ígérték az elején, hogy csak azokat a szobákat fogom látni ahol két külön ágy van - azért a biztonság kedvéért visszakérdeztem, hogy duplán erősítsék meg, hogy külön ágyas. Ezt meg is erősítették. Majd amikor késő este odamentem akkor láttam, hogy dupla ágyas és van még egy 160 cm-es kanapé a szobában. Kértem, hogy ahogy ígérték - hozzanak helyette két ágyat vagy tegyenek be egy felnőtt pótágyat, azonban erre nem voltak hajlandók. A világ minden táján jártam, ennél gyengébb szállodákban is és mindenhol természetes volt, hogy vagy szétbontják a duplaágyat ha nem úgy volt ahogy kértem, vagy hoznak egy felnőttnek való pótágyat, így érthetetlen, hogy egy TUI 5*-os szállodában miért nem tudják megcsinálni ezt. Ezután felajánlottak egy kétágyast a földszinten, de azért foglaltam a legfelső emeleten, hogy ne mászkáljanak a fejem felett és már éjfél volt, olyan fáradt voltam, hogy gondolkodni is alig tudtam, ezért maradtam ebben a szobában. Ezt reggelre megbántam, mert én aludtam először a kiságyon, de bevertem állandóan a lábam és iszonyat kemény volt, nem tudtam aludni annyira fájt a derekam. Mentünk a recepcióra, hogy jó lesz a földszinti szoba, de érdekes módon éjféltől reggel 9-ig már foglalt lett. Ezután a személyzet nem akart velünk foglalkozni, mondták, hogy jöjjek vissza délben. De én nem szerettem volna a rövid 6 nap nyaralásomat azzal tölteni, hogy a strand és recepció között mászkáljak 500 métereket 68 évesen.

és kértem, hogy nézzenek másik szobát rögtön. Ez nem tetszhetett nekik, mert egy olyan távoli szobát ajánlottak fel, amely távolságot biztos, hogy nem tudtam volna naponta többször megtenni. Ez még háromszor megtörtént. Kaan és Deniz nevű recepciósok érzéketlenek, szívtelenek, empátia nélküliek voltak, egyáltalán nem vették figyelembe a koromat, és mindig távoli szobát ajánlottak fel, pedig nem hiszem, hogy mindenki konkrét szobát foglalt és nem hiszem, hogy átcsoportosítással nem találtak volna egy közelebbi szobát. Így végül kénytelenek voltunk maradni a szobában és 190 cm-es fiam aludt a 160-cm ágyon, mert az én derekam nem bírta, így szörnyű volt a 6 éjszaka. Egyéb: nem folyt le a zuhanyzó, többször szóltunk, míg végre elkaptuk a szobaasszonyt, aki kitakarította. Nem volt jó a kilincs, többször majdnem kint ragadtunk. Nem volt palló az ágysorok között, csak a két szélén, így két lépés után tiszta homok volt mindenki. Reggelinél nem volt egy normális méretű bögre, hogy az ember egy normális adag hosszúkávét vagy teát igyon. A grill ételek mindig szenesek voltak. A klíma szabályozhatatlan volt, vagy jeges, vagy meleg. De mindez elviselhető lett volna - és el is fogadtuk volna, ha a személyzet hozzáállása jobb lett volna. Mert előfordulhat az emberi tévedés - de minimum, hogy kijavítják és hasonló értékű és elhelyezkedésű szobát ajánlanak fel.

I liked everything, the staff is super friendly. Customer service does their best to address the issues of hotel guests. Amazing food with great variety and quality. Nice pools, awesome water park with slides and great beach. I am coming for the second time and planning to come later.

Just a suggestion, the drivers who deliver baggage are staying too long in the room in my view trying to explain basic things that 95% of guests know without their help. Like this is bathroom, this is bedroom. This is the single point that I don't find comfortable and I think it's a weak point in the hotel service. I guess I understand why they are explaining basic things for so long and I think you understand it as well, but I would really recommend the hotel management to look into this problem. In my view the best is when the driver just gets you close to the room and without artificial delay leaves the guests without explaining basic things. For me it felt quite uncomfortable, and 2 out of 3 times I just moved my baggage myself trying to avoid the drivers help.

Tout !!!! La nourriture les animation aucune implication de la part des agents aucune animation pour les enfants a part un shower de 5 mn a 20h c’est tout ! Le kids club il n’y en a même pas !!!! Dans une pièces de 10 m2 ils on installer des legos voici le kids club ! Les toboggans c’était de la rigolade 2 toboggans sur 10 d’ouvert à part contre la surveillance au top pour les enfants pour les toboggan 🤣🤣. La nourriture Degulasse toujours la même chose des mouches coller dans nos plat

C'était notre deuxième séjour ici et nous sommes à nouveau ravis: personnel super agréable, attentionné et très efficace, jardins resplendissants, plein d'activités (tennis, planche à voile, volley, vélo, banana boat), cuisine délicieuse. Merci encore pour tout et à bientôt!

Juste un peu dommage que les enfants (10-11 ans, sachant bien faire du vélo) ne puissent pas faire des balades à vélo en même temps que leurs parents..

The rooms had ants, and the furniture and décor felt outdated. The resort is very large, so we had to walk long distances as golf carts were only available for luggage. I would not recommend it for elderly guests. The food was tasty but lacked variety. The resort was very hot during the summer, crowded, and there were not enough tables, often requiring us to wait in line for drinks. The pool was also overcrowded, making it unsuitable for those seeking a quiet and relaxing stay. Overall, I felt the price was high compared to the services provided.

resturantta kara sinekler vardı ve yemek yerken üzerine konuyordu, otelin genelinde sinek problemi var, ayrıca verdikleri odadan resturanta yürümek oldukça zaman alıyordu. Birde akşam aktiviteleri kısaydı ve çok canlı değildi.

Voor de 2e keer topvakantie inclusief geweldige watersporten!Voor de tweede keer hebben wij een fantastische vakantie gehad in TUI MAGIC LIFE Belek. Het was weer ontzettend leuk! Wat dit resort extra uniek maakt, zijn de vele inbegrepen watersportactiviteiten. Je kunt hier elke dag gratis 1 keer per dag meedoen met gave activiteiten zoals windsurfen, waterskiën en de bananenboot. Dit is echt een enorme meerwaarde!De kinderen hebben non-stop plezier gehad en hebben zich geen moment verveeld. Een speciale dank gaat uit naar het geweldige animatieteam van de Mymo Club. In het bijzonder willen we Oscar, Fleur en Cansin bedanken. Jullie energie en enthousiasme hebben de vakantie voor onze kinderen onvergetelijk gemaakt. Wat een topteam!

Als klein minpuntje willen we wel noemen dat het handdoekje leggen hier helaas de trend wordt. Veel ligbanken bij het zwembad worden al heel vroeg in de ochtend gereserveerd. Hierdoor is het soms lastig om later op de dag nog een goede plek te vinden. Het hotel zou hier strenger op mogen handhaven. Vorig jaar was dat het geval niet…

Поваров-за превосходные завтраки, обеды и ужины. Всем барменам- за их стрессоустойчивость и прекрасное обслуживание в любых ситуациях. Работникам ресторанов- вы великолепны. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить парней из Lifeguard- всегда и везде возле всех бассейнов и на пляже. А утром, до прихода всех гостей, они ныряют и проверяют дно в прилежащей акватории.👍 Благодарность Наде и Татьяне. Great all-inclusive property, lots of English and German-speaking staff

Would help to provide a map of property to keep at check-in (very large site), perhaps offer some no-sugar drinks in menu, more fans in outside dining area for hot/humid days to keep air circulating

Food was good. Food variety was solid as well. Went to one of the "specialty restaurants" (Levante) and it was very good. Staff was amazing, helpful, good with the kids. There's LOTS to do in this hotel, always something happening somewhere. Nighttime shows varied, some were great some were good. It's a big hotel but not really crowded at all when we were there. Facilities are amazing, this is a beautiful property. Travelling with three kids under the age of 17 and even the stores in the hotel weren't as ridiculously priced as many of those stores in other hotels. Coffee shop is great, makes very good coffee. Had a fantastic 14 night stay and were still not getting bored.

There was no bacon. But that's of course expected in Turkey :)

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and happy to help. The food was excellent with plenty of variety. The facilities were great, especially the kids' water slides and entertainment. Well done to the whole team. We will definitely be back!

Персонал на ресепшен не предложил никакого номера на выбор, дал - в дальнем корпусе. В номере нет пульта от кондиционера , он будет либо работать постоянно, либо ночью придется вставать и отключать . Анимация немного однообразна (особенно не понравилось выступление интерактивное , с церковью). Дискотеки начинались очень поздно (23:30) поэтому на них не попадали . Качество пива в барах оставляет желать лучшего, пива в бутылках нет, поэтому спасало мохито. Очереди присутствую, особенно в бич-барах. В ресторане Flavour Аля карт мы не стали ужинать и ушли, было очень долго и на стартер принесли закуску с яйцом, плавающем в томатном или арбузном бульоне, это было плохо .(
