Green Max Hotel

We were lucky with the weather; it was excellent. It only rained on the last day—the ninth day. The evening shows were fantastic, and the staff were friendly. Our housekeeper, Eva (or Hava in Turkish), was a very sweet and friendly young woman! It was our first time in Turkey.

The mattresses were terrible. We were given an extra mattress topper, but the filling was lumpy. We tried putting a blanket underneath, but that only helped a little; our sides were left bruised from the mattress. We are probably just used to orthopedic mattresses. The pillows were uncomfortable, too.It’s a shame the air conditioners were old and very noisy, but thanks for the fact that they worked. It’s a shame the show was so late—at 9:30 PM—because by the time it ended, we were too tired to go to anything else (like the disco or karaoke).

Ухоженная, зелёная территория, всё чисто и аккуратно. Есть основной бассейн и отдельный бассейн с горками. Хороший пляж, приятная атмосфера, достаточно разнообразное питание. В целом отель оставил хорошее впечатление, особенно учитывая стоимость проживания. Отель не новый, поэтому в некоторых местах заметен возраст. Но при такой цене это вполне соответствует ожиданиям. Хороший вариант для спокойного семейного отдыха — ухоженная территория, хороший пляж и достойное соотношение цены и качества.

В целом ожидание и реальность совпали, море, огромные бассейны удобные, море, пляж и территория красивая и ухоженная. аниматор очень стараются им респект) они правда молодцы, бары тоже довольно четко работают. Про качество алкоголя не буду ничего говорить, пил винишко, мне было ок. Но на барах готовят разные коктейли) кому-то ок, я не фанат) Так получилось что приехали в этот отель второй раз, хочется отметить что проработали историю с вайфаем, теперь он работает почти на всей территории а не только в лобби

Обычно не пишу ничего плохого но тут хочется отметить две локации в отели, которые сильно просели: 1) основной ресторан. Сразу скажу что голодными вы не останетесь. Но хочется обновления скатертей (были старые древние подстилки. Работа официантов. они стараются но их видимо мало( столы все грязные, вилки и ножи приходится искать самим. Так как их просто не кладут на столы. Вечером если вы привыкли на ужине что вам предложат напитки, забудьте. Если в ресторане будет менеджер, все резко меняется и столы протирают после гостей и напитки предлагают. Как только менеджер пропадает то и сервис пропадает вообще. Ни приборов, ни соли ни перца, грязь((( в общем я из-за этого расстороился. Качество еды и выбор не хочу оценивать это вкусовщина. Я больше про сервис. Сервис в основном ресторане ужасен( 2) Уборка в номерах. За 8 ночей у нас убрались 4 раза, при этом 3 раза просто протерли пол тряпкой, кровати не убирают, душевую кабину не моют и т.д. В общем сервис хромает. Еще из минусов в номере не будет ни шампуня, ни мыла, ни геля для душа....для 5 звезд в Турции....ну как будто это странно 3) Все уставшее, полотенца пляжным уже лет 10, лежаки разваливаются, зонты разваливаются....отдельно про смену полотенец, его спрятали в фитнес клуб, и ходить туда каждый день просто лень. По этому все ходят с одним и тем же полотенцем дня по 3-4 Мы ехали без ожиданий, покупаться, позагорать. Мы это сделали. Были вот эти недочеты, их как будто легко исправить....просто сервис и обновить скатерти в основном зале обеденном, полотенца, лежаки, зонтики и положить в номера хотя бы мыло.....это грустно что приходишь и тебе нечем руки помыть....

La animación y el kids club. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Pero nos dejó muy mal sabor de boca el check out y por eso ponemos una mala valoración.

El trato en recepción cuando hicimos el check out. Solicitamos ayuda para pedir un taxi, nos dijeron que tardaría 5 min, tardó media hora o más. Lo que nos hizo llegar muy justos al aeropuerto. Nos dijeron que no se podía pagar con tarjeta desde el Hotel. Luego el taxista al llegar al aeropuerto no quiso cobrarnos lo que ponía el taxímetro si no 60€ que era bastante más. Esta anécdota para terminar las vacaciones no nos gustó. Nos dejó mal sabor de boca con el Hotel cuando habíamos estado muy agusto durante las vacaciones.

Everything was really good, especially people who working there, they were so nice and friendly and very polite. I had a great time there. Food and rooms drinks entertainments were sooo good

if we leave off food everything else was good enough

for most of our stay we regretted that we ended up in a place where food is unlimited and free (all included type of deal) because most of the food was lacking taste especially the desserts and the applies to poor quality hot drinks like tea, coffee and other alcohol beverages, as there are no alternatives due to remote location you are stuck with what they had to offer

Отель 1970 года постройки, цена = качество. От голода не умрёте, но ожидания не завышайте))) Обветшало очень многое, если не всё. Но и цена соответствует.

The pier wasn't ready yet

Quiero ser franco. Para mí es un excelente lugar por el precio. Así que no pienses obtener el lujo que pagarías en hoteles mucho más caro. Pero la realidad es que por el precio te da mucho más que un hotel del mismo precio. Sus instalaciones son geniales y la joya es que tengas acceso gratis al sauna y al hamam en el spa aunque claro aparte pagas si deseas un masaje o el baño turco. La verdad si regreso a Antalia regresaría a este hotel por su Spa, instalaciones y que está muy cerca de la plaza The land of legends que es hermosa en verdad!!!

La comida no es muy buena, Pero si lo suficiente para pasarla. Así que no llegues con espectativas altas de disfrutar cada platillo que preparan. Te tocará descubrir cuáles te gustan y cuáles no. Pero por lo que te dan las intalaciones es un sacrificio que bale la pena. Les falta actualizar un poco sus habitaciones y principalmente nte su aire acondicionado que ya está muy descontinuado.

I didn’t like it

When I entered my room, the bathroom tiles collapsed. And I called customer service they say someone will come to you shortly. I waited for 20 min, then went down and they changed my room. The room itself doesn’t feel comfortable for some reason, I couldn’t understand it. Maybe because the initial incident.

Food ok for all inclusive buffet style so as expected . sometimes good sometimes OK .

Drinks were all inclusive but spirits and cocktails were not very good so stuck to EFS beer which was ok

Hela hotellet har ryska gäster som är som myror i alla utrymmen och har ingen respekt för andra gäster. Maten är under all kritik. Myror och katter i matsalen.

This has got to be one of the worst 5* hotels I have stayed at I have stayed at better 2-3* hotels than this. The rooms are very very basic and the bathroom and the other amenities are all outdated as tho I’m in the 1970s. They don’t have simple things like an iron in the room and when requesting one I rang reception for over 5 mins and no one answered , then when I went to reception to speak to them they said no one was ringing rather than apologising. They then told me they don’t have an iron and will have to charge to iron cloths which is well overpriced. The food is very bland with not much choice and all the cutlery was dirty and not washed. I’m very surprised that this is rated 4.4 on google the reviews don’t match the hotel seems like they are making the reviews up. They have loud music on at night till 2am making it very hard to catch some rest. Not much English is spoken by the staff and most of them are very rude when speaking with them. I would not advise to book this place especially if you have kids and have come on a family vacations, I’m so glad I only booked one night at this place only due to cancellation of my flights last minute. To top it off I did a review on google about my negative experience and the guest relations manger literally asked me about a dozen times to remove it which explains why the ratings of this hotel are good rather than bad she must do that to all the guests that have bad experiences I could say lots more negative things about this place but I hope you get the idea

We waited for him, but he didn't come and didn't even apologize.After 10 days of staying at this hotel and the repetitive food, the quality of the food improved after talking to the chef.

All Managment is good . Everything is fantastic all staff is very kind .Especially thanks guest relation manager Mrs Gular . She take care for us. Laundry service is good. Service quality is high .

Das Restaurant(Frühstück und Abendessen) war absolut unterirdisch. Es war alles kalt….dass man an Nudeln mit Tomatensoße so viel falsch machen kann war mir nicht bekannt. Getränke wurden überhaupt keine an den Tisch gebracht obwohl es genug Personal gab. Die Freundlichkeit aller Angestellten hielt sich auch in Grenzen. Es liefen überall unzählige Katzen rum….auch im Restaurant…NoGo

Proximity to the beach and the pool

Beds were super uncomfortable. Food was very poor, extremely oily and processed the definition of quantity not quality. Air conditioning didn’t work.

Шикарная и огромная территория. Очень много зелени, красивое озеленение, много мест где проходят развлекательные мероприятия. Персонал понравился, разговаривают на разных языках. До моря недалеко идти. Отдыха был потрясающий.

Качество мебели оставляет желать лучшего, уборка в номерах не всегда была хорошей. Маленькие балконы
