Die Lage und Aussicht

Keine Ablage für Handtücher, beim Frühstück fehlt Müsli oder Haferflocken. Tomaten waren an allen Tagen nicht mehr zu essen. Keine Sonnenschirme beim Pool. Daybed aufgerissen. Klimaanlage sehr laut. Zimmer hellhörig. Fenster schwer zu öffnen.

1. Ресторан работает до 12:00 ночи и в номерах, которые выходят на зону бассейна из-за этого очень шумно даже с закрытыми окнами. 2. После закрытия ресторана персонал начинает передвигать стулья и столы и это продолжается до двух часов в ночи - спать невозможно. 3. Завтраки могли быть более разнообразными и гораздо лучше в отели данной ценовой категории. 4. Некоторые сотрудники на ресепшен вели себя достаточно непрофессионально и невежливо. 5. Уборка осуществлялась достаточно странно. 6. Ужасный еле работающий устаревший фен. 7. Интерьер в реальности выглядит потрепанным и устаревшим, как будто с 80-х годов ничего не менялось.

Really lovely area! We were in Barcelona for a kpop concert, and we knew Barcelona has a tourist problem, so we decided to get a hotel instead of an Airbnb or similar. all of the staff at the hotel were wonderful, really helpful with anything we asked. We borrowed parasols for the beach from the front desk, and the staff member laughed when I tried to pay (I assumed there would be a rental fee!). The pool was small but in a perfect little suntrap.

The only thing I didn’t like was our bathroom! The shower would cascade off of your body onto the side of the bath, and then essentially poured water onto the floor. This meant we had to use double the amount of towels to mop up everything, and then our room smelled like Wet all the time. It’s very minor and wouldn’t stop us returning!

Hotels needs refurbishments, it looks and smell that I hasn’t been refreshed for the last 10 years. Room look a bit dark, gym is ridiculous, very small and the single machine is 20 years old. It’s clearly overpriced for a 4 stars.

The beds were really comfortable, great location , walking distance from the seafront . Lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

poor elevator system, loose railings and key access did not work to go to your floor, allowing anyone access and a lack of security. poor service from staff, old key card system, having to insert the card, not contactless... had to get a new key every time I left the room (201), had to spend 2 mins to even get in and sometimes had to go back down to re-key the card. The sealing under the shower leaked, flooding the bathroom and the drain did not work even after repeated complaints. one time they tried to fix it but ended up making a mess in the bathroom not cleaning up.. having to stand in 1cm of cold water to use the bathroom in the middle of the night was not pleasant. water was not replaced after cleaning and the refrigerator was not working well to keep things cold. I felt ignored by the staff on these matter as if they weren't important. was not offered another room. for paying over 1100€ I expect much better service!

Das Hotel liegt nur 5 Min zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt. Die nächste Metro Station war auch nicht weit weg. Das Frühstück hatte auch redlich Auswahl und das Personal war sehr nett.

Zum Teil waren die Möbel im Zimmer sehr veraltet und die die Badewanne und Decke leicht verschimmelt. Genauso tropft Wasser aufgrund der Klima aus der Decke. Es wurde da auch nur ein Eimer hingestellt, statt dies zu beheben.

Bett quieschte! Wenn einer sich im Bett bewegte wurde der Andere wach. Kein gutes Bett! Man ist Besseres gewöhnt. Hotel ist deutlich lauter als gedacht. Man hört den Pool trotz geschlossener Fenster. Man hört auch Bewegungen auf dem Gang, weil die Türen nicht viel Schall abhalten. Hotel scheint in die Jahre gekommen. Rostspuren an der Badewanne/ Dusche. Am Pool gab es Auflagen bei denen die Nähte geplatzt waren und das Innenfutter raus kam. Für den stattlichen Preis ĥätte man eine bessere Qualität und ein besseres Bett erwartet.

Zentrale ruhige Lage. Frühstück gute Auswahl und reichlich Plätze. Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich Betten. Hotel macht einen sehr edlen Eindruck.

Haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bei Ankunft erhalten. Die Junior Suite war sehr geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Zimmer wurde auch jeden Tag hergerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und man hat das Nachbarszimmer und den Flur sehr laut gehört. Die Abflüsse im Bad haben leider sehr unangenehm gerochen, ich weiß aber nicht, ob das ein allgemeines Problem in Barcelona ist. Die Einrichtung war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte mal eine Erneuerung verdient. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig. Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten teilweise Verfärbungen bzw. Flecken. Die Fugen im Bad sowie Armaturen waren befleckt.

The location is amazing. The staff were superb. The pool was really good. Staff are so friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The restaurant food and pool menu can be improved. I was given a frozen pizza when I specifically asked if it was freshly made. So if you want food I would pass. Breakfast was alright and same as anywhere of a similar hotel

Místo bylo perfektní 5 min chůze na pláž, centrum cca 15 minut na elektrokole, ktera jsou dostupna všude.

Špinavé povlečení na polštáři, starší vybavení koupelny a plíseň kolem vany. U snídaně jeden mlýnek na sůl pro celou restauraci a ten byl prázdný a uplatlany od všech přítomných

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia dal 30 Agosto al 6 Settembre. Colazione. Avendo la formula colazione inclusa, non so dire se il prezzo fosse adeguato; la stessa era variegata e completa. Stanza. Pulitissima, ordinata, aria condizionata e con vista piscina. Essendo al 6º piano, gradevole affaccio su Sagrada Familia in lontananza. Logistica. Ben collegato con i frequentissimi mezzi; essendo la fermata metro Bogatelle a 950 metri, ho preferito il bus con fermata proprio accanto all' hotel. Complessivamente un soggiorno davvero piacevole, hotel consigliato.

Il bagno, cieco, era privo di bidet e ventola, pur essendo ampio e con doccia molto grande, chiusura a tenda. Nonostante l' assenza di ventilazione, non abbiamo mai avvertito cattivo odore.

Le petit déjeuner était super, la chambre et la literie trés bien. La salle de bain est grande. Le personnel efficace

Il n’y a aucun porte serviette ou paterre, ni fil à linge dans la chambre ou la salle de bain. C’est franchement incompréhensible pour un hotel équipé d’une piscine et à moins de 500 métre d’une plage. De plus la robinèterie de la salle de bain est toralement a revoir. La baignoire s’écoule mal (normal avec le sable ramené par les clients) Un rince pieds (pediluve) près de la picine serait un plus, beaucoup de clients, se desablaient dans la piscine. Thé de mauvaise qualité et pas de bol ou mug de contenance suffisante.

Non mi è piaciuto che si facesse fumare in piscina dove c'erano i lettini. L'avrei vietato. Perché le persone maleducate lasciavano sporco. Lo acconsentirei solo dove ci sono i tavolini e le sedie.

The staff were really friendly. Everywhere was very clean and it was just a short walk to the beach. I enjoyed breakfast lunch and snacks at the hotel. The receptionists were friendly and helpful with me leaving my bag whilst my room was being prepared and also when I checked out as I had a late flight.

I can't think of anything. It was a great base to explore Barcelona.

Bonjour, l'hotel est extrêmement cher pour la prestation, le personnel est pas très sympa, on m'a harcelé pour que je paye ce que j'avais manger pourtant j'ai donné mon numéro de chambre et mon nom. J'ai précisé que je n'avais plus de batterie et qu'il fallait que je monte dans ma chambre pour charger mon telephone et payer. La personne a couru et a retenu l'ascenseur et a commencé à me dire vous avez pas payer devant pleins de gens, après la réception m'a appelé, j'ai dit j'arrive laissez moi 3 le min. Bref ca m'a vraiment énervé. Autour de l'hotel ca craint, ya pleins de mecs bourrés, tu peux pas marcher dehors à partir d'une certaine heure, tu sens que c'est pas possible. Il y avait une fuite dans la salle de bain et personne n'est intervenu.. les transats a la piscine, la moitié était cassé et c'est la guerre pour avoir une place, enfin bref plus jamais je réserve dans cet hotel !

Personeel was soms vriendelijk, soms niet. De ligstoelen aan het zwembad waren aan vervanging toe (kapot) en ook te weinig plaats. Er konden er nog bijgezet worden. Ontbijt duur voor hetgeen je krijgt (spek en ei koud). De douche was beschimmeld, de deuren waren krom van het water. De douche ofwel ijskoud ofwel snikheet. Veel lawaai van de andere gasten.

Restaurant was always empty, pool isn’t somewhere to spend the day, gym comprised of 3 treadmills, report about a mugging outside the week before. Having said that it was the 4 am and 6am returning clobbers that caused more annoyance. It’s in an odd area too.

Lage sehr nah zum Strand. Leider zu weit entfernt von Metro Stationen. Schöner gepflegter Innenhof mit Pool und kleinem Gym. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal am Empfang nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne und gemütliche Lobby.

Die Umgebung ist recht ausgestorben. Wenig Leute auf den Straßen verglichen mit anderen Stadtteilen Barcelonas. Das ist schade. Unser Zimmer wurde nur auf Aufforderung gereinigt, ansonsten nur Badreinigung. Das Putzpersonal schien insgesamt überfordert. Auf den Fluren stand tagelang Abfall herum.

Great location. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful but were limited in fixing problems.

Air conditioning didn't work! Room was tired and dull. Bathroom had tiles falling off in the shower. Broken toilet seat. Having to pay for swimming pool towels by cash only! Corridor leading to our door had a terrible odour! It was like someone had urinated on the carpet!

Ubicación buena para la playa, un barrio tranquilo y una pequeña rambla a 5 calles muy interesante para ir de picoteo El desayuno buenísimo La habitación bien, la triple bien, pero las camas no son muy cómodas y aunque pedimos una cama de matrimonio, fueron simples y las unieron, el bebe que dormía entre nosotros no pudo estar cómodo y uno de nosotros durmió muy apretado

Die Nähe zum Strand, Busstationen, Supermärkte, Apotheke und wenige Restaurants; gute Putzservice, Auswahl beim Frühstück, freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeption

An einem Tag gab es am frühen Nachmittag (wenn man gerne vom Strand zurück kommt) kein Warmwasser (maintenance sollte man zu einer anderen Uhrzeit machen); Doppelbett mit 140x200 cm viel zu klein für größere Ehepaare; für Mittag- / Abendessen hat das Restaurant keine besonders gute Auswahl und ist viel zu teuer (Preis-Leistungsverhältnis); vom Menü haben uns nur 2 Gerichte einigermaßen angesprochen. Fenster kann man nicht öffnen; nasse oder feuchte Strand-/Badekleidung lassen sich kaum trocknen im Zimmer; kleiner extra Wandspiegel om Badezimmer hat nur die eine Vergrößerungsseite und ist in der Beweglichkeit stark eingeschränkt; nach Toilettenpapiernachschub mussten wir extra bitten.

Es war sauber, der Pool war recht groß und 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Es gab eine Minibar, also einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Einen Wasserkocher auch.

Für ein 4 - Sterne ⭐️ Haus wurde zu wenig geboten. Nur ein Dental - Kit, sonst eigentlich nichts besonderes. Da ich immer nach Preis - Leistung beurteile , ist es eher mittelmäßig.

C’était notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et, encore une fois, tout a été parfait ! Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, et tout particulièrement au personnel de la réception, qui est vraiment exceptionnel : adorables, gentils, disponibles et toujours à l’écoute. C’est un vrai plaisir d’être aussi bien accueillis. La piscine est toujours aussi agréable et bien chaude, le restaurant est excellent, les chambres sont très propres, confortables et parfaitement entretenues. Bref, tout est réuni pour passer un merveilleux séjour. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Die Zimmerkarte ist oft nicht gegangen, deshalb musste ich immer zur Rezeption gehen.

The property did not reflect its four stars. The rooms are very basic. The towels did not smell freshly laundered.. the furniture was very old. The air-conditioning was not strong and very humid. On my second day, my room was never cleaned.

Dobre śniadania. Przemiła obsługa. Lokalizacja bardzo blisko plaży. Basen i sauna. W pobliżu są sklepy, w tym duży supermarket. Przystanek autobusowy tez jest blisko, w razie potrzeby 10 minut pieszo do stacji metra.

Jak na 4* byłoby dobrze odświeżyć pokój, zwłaszcza meble oraz ościeżnicy) Klimatyzacja działa, ale bardzo głośno, a w nocy przy otwartym oknie czasem donoszą się głośne dźwięki z ulicy. radze zabezpieczyć się wtyczkami do uszu)

Было бы отлично, если бы была доступна питьевая вода для чая в номере на протяжении всего отдыха, а не только в первый день

Utrolig meget larm om natten fra fulde unge mennesker. Dem var der mange af. Toiletter og badeværelser lugter meget af kloak.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel SB Icaria Barcelona during my wife's 40th birthday trip, and it was the perfect base for our family holiday with our 5-year-old son. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere throughout. Our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of hot and cold options to suit all tastes. There was plenty of choice for both adults and children, making it a great start to each day. The outdoor pool was one of our favourite features. It was a good size, the water was pleasantly warm, and it was a lovely place to relax after exploring Barcelona. The location is fantastic. Nova Icaria Beach is only about a 6 minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sea and sand. Ramblas del Poblenou is around a 10 minute walk from the hotel and is full of great bars, restaurants, and cafés. The area has a vibrant atmosphere while still feeling relaxed, making it ideal for families and couples alike. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Hotel SB Icaria Barcelona helped make my wife's 40th birthday even more special, and we'd happily stay here again on our next visit to Barcelona. Highly recommended!

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal 👍👍👍 Wir haben zwar nur eine Nacht dort geschlafen, weil wir auf der Durchreise waren, aber ich kann diese Hotel nur empfehlen. Es gibt auch eine gut gesicherte Tiefgarage. 20€ pro Tag ist ok.

Śniadania były bardzo smaczne. Duży wybór. Hotel bardzo czysty, obsługa bardzo miła.
