Hotel SB Glow 4 Sup

Хотелът е страхотен, на чудесно разположение- много близо до метростанция, спирки на трамвай и автобус. Стаята се почистваше всеки ден, всеки ден се сменят кърпите и чаршафите. Персоналът е учтив, но не всички говорят много добре английски. Има доста тоалетни принадлежности, включително и комплектчета с четка и паста за зъби.

Закуската беше сравнително скъпа,затова не се възползвахме от нея- нещо от сорта на 20-22€ по мои спомени. Басейна е малко малък като за хотел с такъв мащаб и бързо се запълваха шезлонгите.

A nice view of Barcelona and the Segrada Familia. Pool bar staff were friendly. Good location, not too far to walk to the main bit and there was the option of the metro.

Drinks at the pool bar were expensive. Lots of door slamming waking us up in the middle of the night.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Ein Hop On Hop Off Bus fährt auch direkt vor der Tür. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 20min. Der Poolbereich auf der Dachterrase ist sehr hübsch gestaltet.

Das Bad/die Toilette im Zimmer ist lediglich mit einer Glastür abgetrennt, die noch dazu einen breiten offenen Spalt hat.

Top, le service est vraiment bien le personnel également je recommande!

O péssimo atendimento na nossa receção a funcionária que nos atendeu deu poucas informações sobre o hotel e nem sequer as boas vindas! Não explicou o funcionamento do pequeno almoço limitou-se a apontar para um papel para eu ler. Não explicou o funcionamento do elevador, no qual estivemos um pouco perdidos. A abordagem foi na chegada foi passaportes! O barulho das águas a correr nos canos durante a noite. Muito perturbador do sono!

Everything! The location was fantastic, facilities were outstanding and the customer service was unbeatable. The complimentary birthday drinks were a well appreciated touch also!

The room design is terrible, the toilet in the room is located behind glass door which cannot be fully closed, you literally have no poop privacy. The only option is to go to -1 floor and do your nr2 there.

De foto’s die getoond worden van de kamers komen niet overeen met werkelijkheid. De “badkamer” bestond uit een bad (die niet goed door stroomde) waarin je moest douche en een wc. Het was erg krap met de deur open doen waardoor de “voeten handdoek” elke keer weggehaald moest worden anders kon de deur niet dicht. De wastafel zelf was geplaatst naast de kledingkast (buiten de badkamer). Ook was er een vocht probleem, zowel de handdoeken als zwemkleding droogde niet. Bij de airco was er duidelijk schimmel zichtbaar op het plafond. Ook de deuren hielden vocht vast, zo zat 1x zelfs de deur zo klem dat we samen geduwd/getrokken hebben om hem open te krijgen. Daarnaast was het erg slecht geïsoleerd waardoor je iedereen hoorde langs lopen op de gang

- The first room smelled mouldy, but the staff kindly moved me to another room. - The pool is very shallow, only a few feet deep, so it's not great for swimming or properly relaxing in. - The ice machine on our floor didn't work. - Water and coffee pods weren't replaced daily. - Parts of the rooms were a bit run down in places, particularly the shower floor and shelving in the bathroom.

En general el alojamiento estaba bien, estaba bien conectado con el centro de la ciudad mediante metro y bus.

Me parece que en relación calidad-precio no cumplió las expectativas. No me pareció un hotel merecedor de 4 estrellas. Los muebles del baño tenían humedades.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war allerdings wenig zufriedenstellend. Sehr unhöflich und nicht hilfreich. Ich musste das Zimmer tauschen , aufgrund eines klimaanlagenausfalles und mir wurde nichts anderes angeboten, noch nicht mal eine Entschuldung.

The restaurant was closed on our visit but we were not told about this in advance, so that was a little disappointing, occasionally the room was missing some items and always tidied quite late in the day. Also there are limited sun beds and you have to book to use the gym which again was not something you are made aware of before arriving

I had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel SB Glow Barcelona. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff who made the experience even better. One of the biggest advantages is the location. It’s only around a 5 minute walk from Westfield shopping centre, which is extremely convenient. You can find pretty much everything you need there, including shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities. The nearest beach is about a 20 minute walk away. The hotel is also well connected, making it easy to explore Barcelona and get around the city. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, modern hotel in a convenient location. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Me gustó mucho el hotel, la limpieza y el desayuno. El personal era increíble y nos gustó desde un comienzo hasta el final.

El gimnasio era muy pequeño y la piscina siempre estaba ocupada pero entendemos que era por la temporada.

- the location is 2’ from metro station, there is also a bus station right in front - the pool area is great, you are provided with fresh towels at the entrance, the palms give a nice shadow, the view is spectacular with the hill and Sagrada Família (before our stay I read the comments that it is impossible to find a spot as they are always occupied, however in our experience we had to wait for a sunbed only once and for maybe 10’ max, and we have been at that pool twice a day every day including the weekend, so don’t worry about that… the sunbeds turnover is quite frequent so in worst case you will wait a couple of minutes in the pool or sth.. also in theory the sunbed can be left „without the actual use” so blocked by a hat/towel for max 20’ so if you spot a bed that sb „booked” in that way for longer you can ask the stuff to remove those objects) - the gym is small but very nice, you also have towels and water and even an apple for a quick snack - there are two nice saunas! - the cleaning was always on point! - the ac was also working perfectly - there was a nice coffee machine in the room so every morning we could drink sth before heading out - there is a nice restaurant space (restaurant itself is closed, there is an open one at the top floor) at the floor level that you can use in the evening to eat sth or just chill - they keep your luggage after the checkout without any extra cost, and you can still enjoy the pool etc if you want

- at first when we arrived I spotted some imperfections in the room (tarnished anti-slip layer in the shower, tarnished boarders of the mirror in the bathroom, quite heavily scratched piece of furniture, a sticky hand of a provided umbrella etc.) and I thought wow that doesn’t seem like a 4 star hotel with that pricepoint per night… however I have to say that those were minor issues and really all the cons made me forget about them in an hour or so :) I will just add that when we were checking out right next to us there was a guy complaining about exactly the same things that Ive noticed! I guess he just checked in, so that may be a universal experience, however as I said I really believe that overall it was all great and worth its price and I would repeat the stay!

Le personnel, pas du tout a l'écoute. Nous avons eu plein de souci dans la chambre pendant notre séjour et rien a ete fait pour les reparer. Pire le personnel (un homme a la moustache et boucle d'oreille) nous a menti sur le passage d’un technicien. La pression dans la douche etait faible, nous avions eu droit a 2 lits simples collés plutôt quun lit double, la clim ne fonctionnait pas correctement, le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas non plus et pas plus que le coffre fort. C'est une honte pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

I was satisfied with the hotel’s location and cleanliness.

During check-in, we were charged an additional €179 and were told that this amount was for the city tax. I later found out that the city tax in Barcelona is significantly lower and can be up to approximately €12 per person per night, depending on the type of accommodation. We were two people and stayed for only two nights, so a charge of €179 does not appear to be correct. I would therefore like to request a clear breakdown and explanation of this charge, as well as a refund of any amount that was incorrectly collected from us as city tax.

La struttura è molto bella, ben organizzata anche dal punto di vista della colazione. Lo staff è molto attento alle allergie alimentari, prodotti di gluten free confezionati, ma di buona qualità. La posizione è molto comoda, ci si sposta con la metro in maniera rapida per il centro e la sera la zona è anche tranquilla per poter passeggiare la piscina non è grandissima ma molto piacevole ed il servizio annesso è veramente buono.

Staffs on reception were not welcoming and helpful . They were rude and dismissive , also lacked basic English . How is this a 4 star hotel !!! The usb port wasn’t working .Our AC was broken.It was on and off all the night through , we couldn’t sleep well because of the heat . We booked this hotel especially for the AC and pool . When we asked to fix the ac or change the room ,they send the maintenance guy at 6 am and he couldn’t do much . We had to call them again after 9am .They said they will send someone after 9 , they didn’t , we had to call again , this time they told us to come down to reception to explain the same thing only to realize the thing was actually broken . It was temporarily fixed but it wasn’t guaranteed because the maintenance guy said there isn’t much he could do , it could be simply a dusts . This was the second night already and we didn’t want to risk it . The staffs didn’t smile at the guests . Didn’t bother to help us or offer anything . They were even rude to other guests on queue as well

Personeel, denken niet mee alles wat je vraagt is een harde nee. Mijn vlucht was om 7 uur en uitchecken was al 12 uur in de middag er was nergens waar ik me haar even kon fohnen en klaar kon maken na het uitchecken, heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt in een hotel, meestal mag je even gebruik maken van een kamer hier alles wat je vroeg was niet mogelijk!

Das Zimmer hatte Schlimmelbefall und schlimme Flecken auf Wände, Decke und im Badezimmerschrank. Die Fugen im Badezimmer waren auch nicht sauber bzw. so wie es aussah auch schimmlig. Ich hatte gebeten es anzuschauen und bekam ein Zimmer bei dem es schlimmer war und die Elektrogeräte nicht mal funktionierten. Die Zimmer waren auch hellhörig, konnte hören wann der Nachbar aufs WC ging oder nur ins Zimmer gegangen ist. Das Problem wurde nicht behoben, da nächster Tag die nächsten das Zimmer bekommen haben! Beim Frühstück hätte man bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet.

Le personnel d'accueil et de room service ont été vraiment très agréables, ainsi que le personnel d’accueil au petit dejeuner.. La propreté et le confort des chambres ainsi que l'insonorisation sont parfaits. L’hotel est spacieux, safe, propre, beau. L'accès direct du parking dans l’hôtel.

Terrasse sur le toit : personnel du bar restau plutôt antipathique. Pire : nous y étions le soir pour voir l'éclipse solaire, on nous avait assuré à l'accueil que la terrasse restait ouverte pour l'éclipse. Cependant juste au debut de l’eclipse le personnel de terrasse (un Monsieur avec un bandana noir) nous a froidement virés de la terrasse pour tous nous parquer sur la rampe d'accès. Environ 20 ou 30 personnes entassées sur la rampe d'accès pour voir l'éclipse , avec cette chaleur en plus. Inadmissible! vu le prix de l’hôtel ils auraient exceptionnellement pu prolonger l'ouverture d’une heure, ou bien nous prévenir et nous serions allés ailleurs.

Gli orari per la colazione e gli orari per usufruire della piscina. Per usufruire della palestra era necessario recarsi ogni giorno alla reception ed attivare la card per l'ingresso. Il costo della colazione un po' alto. Alla richiesta di un bicchiere di acqua, la reception ha detto che era disponibile una Soltanto una bottiglietta di acqua piccola e calda a 3 euro.

Pas vraiment satisfaite car on a eu besoin à 3 reprises de demander des réparations dans la chambre le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas puis le téléphone et enfin la porte nous sommes restés coincé à cause de leurs systèmes à carte qui ne fonctionnait plus donc je dirais que c’est assez compliqué de donner une bonne note mais tout a été réparé

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt und den Strand erreicht man auch in 10 Gehminuten. Ein richtiges Highlight ist auch die Dachterrasse des Hotel, vor allem am Abend!

Leider hat die Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr unangenehm gerochen. Wir haben das Problem bei der Rezeption bekannt gegeben, jedoch wurde es nicht behoben. Die Glastüre des Badezimmers konnte man nicht richtig schließen und der Duschboden war leider auch nicht ganz sauber.

The location was great. Close to metro. The room was comfortable. (When we finally got the correct room we booked). The rooftop bar was a nice environment and food and drink selection room was reasonable. The bar staff were always friendly.

The reception staff on the front desk were very transactional. We were given a lower grade room than we booked so had to come back down to reception to have it resolved. There were only a small number of sun beds by the pool so they were always full. This seemed to be a problem given the size of the hotel and number of guests. The main restaurant was closed without any information as to why.

Værelset var fugtigt og havde flere frugtpletter i loftet. Mit tøj lugter stadig af det til trods for at jeg har vasket det. Der var ikke nok sol senge og det var svært at få en, da folk lagde håndklæder ud tidlig morgen og reserverede en plads uden at gøre brug af den.

Very nice rooftop pool. One free coffee and water each day in the rooms. Nice cleaning every day. Easy payment. Close to metro. We felt safe in the neighboorhood. We were actually able to get two sunbeds in the morning by the rooftop pool, which otherwise seemed unlikely with the amount of sunbeds. Aircondition in the rooms worked perfectly fine.

The free taxi from the airport provided by the hotel almost cancelled our ride after waiting for him 20 minutes, because of missing communication from the hotel (we assume). We had to argue with the driver in order not to get left at the airport at night. Floor felt sticky/creamy in the rooms and walls smelled like vinegar and were kind of moist. Not a big problem overall though. Some of the staff at the rooftop bar were not very nice, but seemed annoyed when bringing us food. The location - it is a bit far from the city centre, 45 minutes walking distance. But we could of course have looked this up in advance.

This property has really nice view while you are drinking your delicious cocktails, you can watch this beautiful view. Rooms enough big and so clean. They are cleaning rooms every day, and new towels🙏🏻 Staff was so helpful even before arriving hotel. Isaac was so helpful, he has clean explanations for everything.

Va där 3 nätter och 4 dagar , tvivlar på att poolen rengjordes under dessa dagar då det bara såg smutsigare ut för varje dag , ofräscht med massa tovor med hår som flöt runt och samma pappers skräp . Även fast personalen var duktiga på att gå runt och samla in pappersmuggar som gästerna druckit ur så hade poolen behövt rengöras

Le personnel à l’arrivé était exécrable , nous avons eu une chambre entièrement équipé pour handicapés ce qui personnellement ne m’a pas plus , la salle de bain n’était pas nettoyé des cheveux partout il y avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain et la chambre et à 11h55 on vient toquer pour nous dire de partir

Très grand hôtel, avec un bar et piscine au rooftop. Très belle vue au rooftop. Grand parking disponible dans l’hôtel, ce qui est un bon point. Bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

Il y avait beaucoup d’humidité dans les chambres, même avec la clim ce n’était pas mieux. Le sol était humide, les draps aussi, et il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité. Nous avons dû changer de chambre. Le personnel de l’accueil était désagréable malheureusement. Les chambres sont plutôt petites. En général nous n’avons pas apprécié notre séjour, ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles malheureusement.

Good hotel and I have stayed here a few years ago because of location. The hotel staff are really nice and friendly.

Unfortunately it has gone down hill. All of the rooms are dirty and not being kept fresh. Lots of marks and scratches all over the walls. When I stayed years ago it was worth the money, but now it is just expensive and dirty. I also met another set of hotel guests and they had been moved rooms 3 times because of dirty rooms.

Creo que falta alguna maquina de vending. Por la noche tuve que salir agua por Barcelona, una maquina de vending al menos en el hotel estaria bien. Esta caminando a 20 min de la playa, hay un paseito pero tambien tiene el metro al lado, y autobuses, la comunicacion es buena.

Sur les 2 nuits nous avons été réveillé par la chambre voisine, par des bruits en tout genre. Nous avons reçu une chambre avec une porte communicantes avec l'autre chambre et on entendait tour malheureusement. Je l'ai signalé a la réception et on nous a dit que c'était trop tard , et on a juste reçu 1 petit déjeuner offert. J'aurais espéré au moins une compensation d'une nuit offerte au moins.

Unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption und vor allem „die Cheffin“ auf der Dachterrasse. Heruntergekommenes Badezimmer und unbequeme Betten. Alle Türen schließen sehr laut, was morgens und nachts extrem unangenehm ist. Und dafür 200€/Nacht ist eine Frechheit!

First of all, we got a different room than the room we made a reservation of, we got one with the bathroom which is adapted for invalids, of course we wanted to change, we went to reception to ask for a new room, the girl on the reception told us they are full, later that night one of us took a shower and the whole bathroom was flooded, after that they of course had a “room for us” and they were not full anymore😆 The next day we finally got the room we made a reservation of. So in three days we changed three rooms. They gave us a “free welcome drink” without the coctails, which is sad, because, that mistake was not OK, we paid a lot more than the first two rooms we got. Discount should be better.

Ранее останавливался в этом отеле, но это была весна и не работал бассейн, все понравилось. Красивый вид, приветливый персонал.

В этот раз я рассчитывал, что смогу насладиться красивым видом возле бассейна и немного там расслабиться. Но увы, бассейн безумно грязный, второй раз в него заходить не захотелось. Его не чистят совсем, и на плитке есть грибок, его много. Так что если вам понравился бассейн и вид, имейте это ввиду, за ним не следят.

the room had a very poignant cleaner smell that wouldn't go away even after long time of keeping the window open. we hate how common glass doors are for toilets nowadays, 0 sounds isolation and you can see the other person in the toilet. The pool water was a bit cloudy and dirty. The pool area could use some extra shade The bed is on the smaller side, not very comfortable for 2 tall people The price we paid seems high for the size of room and the other comments.
