Excellente localisation sur Collins Avenue, Ocean Drive accessible à pied. Plage à 100m. Piscine en rooftop. Propreté impeccable.
Absolutely great experience!! All the staff is friendly (specially Marcos at the front desk). The room is extremely clean. 10/10 experience!
Julie at the front desk was phenomenal! She was so friendly and hospitable! I couldn’t recommend her more!
Absolutely loved the Greystone! Will definitely visit again. I loved the rooftop bar and pool area, it definitely reminded me of being somewhere like Santorini. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was really spacious. Julie as well as the other staff I encountered were amazing.
Hotel started texting us a few weeks before letting us know if we needed help with anything just to let them know. Very friendly and great communication. When we arrived, everyone was friendly and they even had a bottle of red wine in our room for us and I didn’t even order it. Staff is very friendly Yulia at the front desk and JJ the bartender were amazing!! The pool was nice friendly staff everywhere. Definitely recommend this place.
Julie was so sweet and kind and accommodating! The hotel was clean / cozy, and we would come back to South Beach again, had such a great experience here!
You walk in the door to a gorgeous scene. Then, you are greeted and taken care of immediately. We felt welcomed, like VIP'S! Fabulous staff and accommodations! We will be back. Marco (front desk) and a lady (can't remember her name, sorry!) were Amazing! Also, there was a park nearby that was fabulous for our dog! The housekeepers were the sweetest ladies I've ever met in my life! And, our room was prestine! We will be back! bar/pool was Awesome sauce! We, thoroughly, Enjoyed this Hotel

We chose the hotel for its proximity to the Miami Convention Center. It was very convenient and centrally located, with easy access to the expo, restaurants, and the beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a coffee/tea kettle in the room. Otherwise, having a coffee shop on the ground floor was super convenient.
I love the historic Art Deco hotels that began appearing in the 1930s, and I greatly appreciate the preservation movement that kept the wrecking ball at bay so we can continue to enjoy these architectural treasures... a wonderful celebration of our past. Originally built in 1939, this hotel had fallen into disrepair before undergoing a meticulous restoration and reopening as a boutique hotel in 2021. This was my first visit since its rebirth, and I'm happy to report that the place looks fantastic. Equally impressive were the employees we encountered throughout the property, all of whom were accommodating, personable, and genuinely welcoming. My first stop was Cafe KoBo, a small, almost secret spot tucked away in the back of the hotel with a lovely patio. They offer breakfast and lunch items, coffee drinks, and more. This is exactly the type of place where I could see myself relaxing with a morning coffee before starting the day. The espresso they use is excellent. In addition to making us a terrific smoothie, Fred answered all of our questions about the hotel, which gave us a better appreciation of it's history. Cafe KoBo is truly a hidden gem that locals should know about. Only later did I learn that Fred is one of the hotel's senior leaders, which made his hands-on approach even more impressive. It's the kind of personal touch that tells you a lot about the culture they're creating here. Next, we made our way up to the rooftop pool for cocktails... after all, it was happy hour! Jose G., who tends bar there, is engaging and makes a great Margarita. Between the music, sunshine, and relaxed atmosphere, it's a wonderful place to sit back and enjoy life for a while. Before leaving, we stopped at the Greystone Bar, just off the lobby. It's a classy, comfortable space that perfectly complements the hotel's vintage charm. I also had a chance to peek into their adjacent signature restaurant, Serevene. Really nice room, the menu looks fantastic... it's definitely on my list for a future visit. What impressed me most was the people. Every employee we encountered was warm, engaging, and eager to help. They make you feel less like a guest and more like a welcomed friend. I especially appreciated the hotel's unpretentious atmosphere... something that can be difficult to find these days. This hotel beautifully honors its past while delivering the comfort and hospitality today's travelers expect. My next Miami Beach stay will be here.
My wife and I stayed at Hotel Greystone in hopes to relax and enjoy Miami. Not only is the hotel ridiculously noisy, but it happened to be raining and the Hotel including rooms were flooded. I have never experienced anything like it. My neighbor’s room had water running from under their door. I shared various concerns with the front desk and asked to speak to the Manager. The front desk was non apologetic, didn’t care and told us that the Manager was not willing to speak to guests. We tried the breakfast take out which was no better than a poor deli. Old pastries and over done bananas. Will never recommend or stay again!
Very close to beach and in walking distance to everything you want to see in Miami Beach. The room was quite small (but perfectly formed) - there is a really nice vibe here and the staff are great. Lots of cool features here and the roof top pool and bar was great to escape the hot city streets.
I would like to say that an amazing experience at Hotel Greystone. The hotel offered a safe and clean space. The location was within walking distance of amazing restaurants and shopping. The staff was professional, accommodating, and friendly. There is construction across the street, but the noise was not unbearable. I will definitely be going back to Hotel Greystone when returning to Miami.
This is a really nice hotel, the staff is welcoming, the rooms are well kept and the hotel is walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants.
The service was excellent. Very close to the beach — just one block away. Communication with the front desk was easy, and Julie was very warm, accommodating, friendly, and reliable. She also helped us keep our bags since our flight was later in the day.
This property initially felt like everything I love about Art Deco hotels in Miami. The size was perfect, the check‑in area was intimate and welcoming with palms and greenery, and the room was clean and exactly as pictured. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive part of our stay ended. When we arrived, there was no valet attendant at the stand. The sign clearly states that if no one is present, guests should go to the front desk for assistance. So we did exactly that—left the car in front of the valet stand, grabbed our bags, and went inside. The front desk agent immediately asked if we had a car to valet. We said yes. He told us it would be $53 per night, and we agreed. That detail matters. We completed check‑in, reminded him again about the car, and went to our room. Later that evening, I received a notification from my car app that my battery was dead. It turned out the hotel had towed my car from the valet area. They claimed we never told them we had a car, that they didn’t have a key or tag, and that they “looked for us for hours.” Neither my cousin nor I had any missed calls to support that story. To make matters worse, staff lied to the manager during the investigation, saying they never discussed valet with us and never quoted the nightly rate—both of which absolutely happened. My husband communicated with an off‑site manager who was dismissive, unhelpful, and at times offensive. I didn’t expect luxury‑level service, but I did expect basic accountability. Instead, we received a $250 credit (the towing AND ticket was around $575) with no apology and no real attempt at service recovery. We spent hours of our one full day in Miami dealing with retrieving the car from the tow yard and driving it around to recharge the battery. The experience completely overshadowed what should have been a simple, enjoyable stay. Based on the service alone, I would never return to this hotel.
Hidden Fees and Lack of Basic Amenities – A Major Disappointment I cannot justify giving this hotel a positive rating. After prepaying $4,500 for my stay, I was hit with an additional $680 in hidden fees upon arrival. These charges were ostensibly for "Wi-Fi and Gym access," which is absurd considering the hotel doesn't even have a gym. Upon request they give cards to a Gym located 1000 yared from the hotel in limited hours The room itself was highly disappointing: No Workspace: The room is cramped and lacks a functional desk. The existing table is uncomfortable, and there are no accessible power outlets to charge a laptop. No Coffee: There is no coffee machine in the room and no coffee service available in the hotel. You have to leave the property and find a coffee shop just to get a morning cup. Misleading Location: "Beach access" is actually a 300-yard trek. Between the cramped quarters and the predatory fees, this stay felt less like hospitality and more like a trap. The words "costumer service" "care," "humanity," and "compassion" are not in their vocabulary BEWARE.
Le patio bar en bas de l’établissement propose des produits tout à fait adaptés. L’accueil est sympa et il y a des produits frais.
Il n’y a pas d’espace bureau, ni de chaise dans la chambre.
We booked a Roof Suite Terrace at the Greystone for our last night in Miami Beach. The hotel is perfect if you don't plan to spend most of your time at the beach, as it's a block back. The rooms have a clean, minimal design, and the Malin+Goetz toiletries are a nice touch. Now, the experience went something like this: "Wow, what a room!" Then we spotted the spiral staircase. "Oh wait, there's more?" Up we went to discover our private rooftop with a hot tub overlooking the area. Genuinely great moment! Then the carpet got pulled. The minibar area - shown fully stocked on their website - was an empty fridge (two bottles of water were given at check-in). No coffee maker, no nothing. My wife asked about coffee and was told they don't have any, but could provide a kettle for hot water. So off to CVS across the street for a $60 bottle of wine, amongst other things. Back in the room, we found a corkscrew - promising! - but no wine glasses (they are shown on their website, too). The front desk suggested we use the water glasses. Uhm, no! Another trip downstairs to sort that out. We're in our 40s at an adult-only hotel, and somehow we're solving young adult problems like "who's doing the booze run." Dear Greystone team: seriously, you've got such an asset here. The room, the rooftop, the design: it's all there. We received easily ten emails before our arrival, all along the lines of "let us know if there's anything we can do." Not one of them hinted that essentials simply weren't there. I usually reply to these emails when I have a genuine special request, but it would never cross my mind to tell a 4* leisure (!) hotel that I'd like wine glasses in one of their most expensive room categories (north of USD 1'100 a night, all in). We appreciate understated luxury, but this level of understatement was a bit too much. Fix it, and we'll be back when in Miami Beach - and bring our friends along, too.
Everything was absolutely perfect about this place! The staff was super friendly and the rooftop bartenders were amazing. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the whole facility was clean. This place is so good I almost hate giving it a good review because then it will be more popular lol. Thank you hotel Greystone for a relaxing vacation! Keep up the good work!
I would like to say, thank you Julie, at the front desk of Greystone, I would like to say how much I appreciate your help and kindness with me.

I made plans to go to Ultra a bit last minute, limiting my hotel selections due to both bookings and increased cost. I ended up forgoing my usual Amex Platinum booking for an Expedia package and hoped for the best. From the moment I checked in, it was clear the Greystone operates on a level of hospitality that feels increasingly rare. I had arrived well before 4pm on a few hours of sleep and when I asked about an early check-in, I was given a complimentary upgrade that gratefully was ready. This type of service is anticipated (but not guaranteed) through direct Amex bookings with certain luxury hotels. Anyone familiar with Expedia and other third-party booking sites will probably appreciate the anecdote. I am sorry that I did not recall the name of the gentleman at reception but would like to recognize him. I intentionally booked an art deco boutique hotel since I was in Miami. I had previously stayed at the Confidante (now rebranded as the Hyatt Andaaz) year over year and was very sad to see how it was renovated. I love the charm of older hotels so I knew what to expect. I was given a penthouse with an outdoor space/hot tub in the Courtyard building. The room was very tastefully designed and I loved the accordion glass doors! I was able to transform it into a really lovely indoor/outdoor space. I appreciated the multiple seating options outside (and the towel dressing the loungers). The hot tub was amazing. I have to also note the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I've experienced traveling - even more than at the Langham or Peninsula. I had no issues with noise levels, but I live in downtown Chicago and am probably pretty tolerant. Miami is boisterous and the rooms aren't soundproof but I wouldn't fault the Greystone for that. I just used noise canceling earbuds on the patio to zone out. The room itself has both black out curtains and sheers which were separately appreciated. I had no issues with Wifi. I never went to the pool or the beach, so I can't comment on that. I did however visit Kobo daily for coffee and snacks. Service at Kobo was also incredible, food was great, and every employee I encountered there and in the hotel seemed genuinely happy to work here. I hope that the owners continue to invest in this because it made my stay incredibly pleasant. Marcos at reception was able to accommodate a late check-out for me since my flight is this afternoon. I have to again note that this is an anticipated benefit of Amex Platinum bookings and NOT Expedia. It ended my trip on a high note that I believe reflects Greystone's hospitality standards. I'm glad to have found a replacement for the Confidante for my future trips to Miami. I'd love to thank all of the staff for making this a great experience for me. I'd book a return here outside of attending events and look forward to coming back in the future.
Location is perfect. Restaurant and bars very nice. Our room was very small without much of a view and next to an elevator. Street noise was loud late at night.
L’emplacement est parfais
La chambre pour 3 n’est pas très spacieuse
Lovely experience. A few steps from the beach, they have a beach point that made all the difference. The room is spacious and the bed is incredible.
Close to beach and restaurants
The location of the property is absolutely superb by being just a few steps from the beach.
There is a nightclub next week that was blasting music all night long. The rooms have not been soundproofed and you could literally fill the vibrations of the bass from the bed. They provide earplugs in the bathroom for it however you should not have to use earplugs to sleep in a hotel.
Nice hotel but even on the 5th floor, my room door was not enough adjusted (or thick?) to provide with a correct soundproof, whether it's in relation to the rooftop air conditioning unit right on the roof close to my building or to one of the very noisy bars in the neighborhood's. Excellent restaurant for dinner. Valet service not very efficient for the price (50$ / day): must wait a long time before getting my car each time I needed it and very difficult to find a space near the hotel while waiting for the car to be parked by valet.
I recently stayed at the Greystone Hotel in Miami and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The rooms are extremely small, much smaller than expected for the price. The shower in the bathroom did not drain properly, which made it uncomfortable to use. The layout of the property feels more like a motel than a hotel. To get to your room, you have to walk through an outdoor corridor that isn’t covered, which is inconvenient, especially if the weather is bad. When we arrived, they tried to place us in a room right by the elevator, which would have been very noisy. There is also no dedicated valet parking area, and valet service is on-call in the morning, making it inconvenient if you need your car early. On top of that, there was extreme noise early in the morning, which made it difficult to rest. What was also frustrating were the additional fees and taxes added to the bill, including: • Valet parking • Resort fees • Sales tax (7%) • Room state sales tax (7%) • Convention development tax (3%) • City of Miami Beach resort tax (4%) • Resort fee tax With all these extra charges added on, the stay ended up costing significantly more than expected. Overall, the location is nice, but the tiny rooms, drainage issues, noise, inconvenient parking, and multiple added fees made this stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.

Underwhelming experience at the Greystone. Small rooms … loud. can hear everything in adjoining rooms. It’s clean and modern but lacks any feel of a nice hotel. Bar is buried at back and just doesn’t have same vibe like may other south beach hotels . Front desk was unhelpful and completely unsympathetic when we were kept up all night by room next door. Not a ‘sorry.’ ‘we will try and help’ … nothing from the woman at desk other than. 600 dollar option to upgrade. Rooftop pool is ok but music uncomfortably loud. Both the music and construction and street traffic around the area it was not a peaceful place. This was my 6th hotel i have stayed at in this price range in the south beach area. The Greystone is fine .. but you can do better. i preferred the Goodtimes hotel & Plymouth in this price range. If available I would recommend one of the oceanfront hotels if your willing to pay just a bit more . National , Bentley , Sagamore…
My stay at the Greystone Hotel in Miami Beach was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Julie at the front desk provided exceptional service and went out of her way to make sure everything about my stay was perfect. The boutique style of the Greystone made the experience feel unique and personal—something you don’t always find at larger hotels. Its location on Collins Avenue is ideal, just a couple of blocks from the Miami Beach Convention Center and only a short walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient during my conference visit. Although my schedule was tight, I was able to spend a few relaxing minutes enjoying the rooftop pool and bar area in the beautiful Miami weather, which was a highlight of the stay. The hotel’s Michelin-rated restaurant was excellent, and the bartender (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) clearly knew his craft—He made a New York Sour that was actually one of the best cocktails I’ve had in quite some time. Between the attentive staff, fantastic location, rooftop amenities, and outstanding dining, the Greystone delivers a truly memorable Miami Beach experience. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again.
Great location, close but quiet. I really loved the space of the room. the day pass for the gym was a great bonus, and the pool on the roof was a great addition and a good place to chill after a packed day. Best part of the hotel was the bed, which was huge and very comfortable.
drink prices at the bar were expensive, but pretty standard for Miami
Locatia si piscina
Aerul condiționat din camera nu se poate opri
Hotel was very secure, clean and staff was amazing. Enjoyed the roof top pool and bar area. Fred and staff were so nice and friendly. Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Was able to walk to almost anywhere.
Our recent stay at Greystone Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt elevated, personal, and effortlessly polished. It has officially become our go-to place in Miami Beach. A very special thank you to Donielle, whose customer focus and accommodating nature truly set the tone for our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with care, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Her professionalism combined with warmth made a lasting impression. We also must recognize Brandon for his fabulous bartending skills. Not only were his cocktails outstanding, but his attentive service and engaging personality made every visit to the bar memorable. He has a true talent for hospitality. And thank you to Julian for taking such great care of us throughout our stay. He ensured everything ran seamlessly and consistently checked in to make sure our experience was superb from start to finish. The Greystone delivers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and service. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
Nice and comfortable room. Pretty rooftop bar and swimming pool area. Very nice patio for breakfast.
The hotel environment is a bit noisy. There is a bar right next to the hotel and we could hear music and voices from our bedroom in the evening. Earplugs are being provided so we slept fine.
From the minute we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. Julie especially deserves a mention at reception. The room was spacious with an excellent shower. An abundance of soft fluffy towels and great products to use. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows and lovely linen. There was a pianist in the bar on our arrival and we enjoyed a nightcap listening to him sing, he was very good. We shall definitely return on our next trip. As the staff made us so welcome and the location suited us very well.
Really nice rooms, clean, Close to everything
The noise level in the courtyard room was really loud - even with earplugs. So it was hard to get to sleep until after 1:00 am
We had a wonderful stay here for 10 nights our first time to Miami from the UK. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean and towels were replaced daily. The beds were so comfortable, we slept really well. The Kobo coffee shop attached is perfect for breakfast/snacks and there are plenty of great bakeries and restaurants for brunch/dinner all walkable just along the road too. We also enjoyed a tasty slice of pizza or two from the pizzeria across the road. The hotel is very well placed, the location on Collins is perfect for exploring south beach, Española way and surrounding shops and ocean drive. We also hired city bicycles for 24 hours and drove the entire length of the beach to Baywater and back to Ponte park at the end of Ocean drive! The beach coastal path is great for daily walks or runs. The beach is gorgeous and the hotel offers complimentary loungers and towels, we also sat around the pool a few times which was relaxing the only thing is we found the music a little too loud more like being in a club than chill out music. The rooftop bar is great as is the indoor bar the cocktails and service are excellent and the happy hour was very well received! We ate at Serêvéne the hotels restaurant on my husband’s birthday and the food and service were both outstanding. Lastly all of the staff were fantastic cleaners, barmen, waiters and reception a great team absolutely faultless-well done! We highly recommend this hotel!
We wanted a location near enough to walk to the convention center and VERY close to the beach. AND>> no children, a highly rated restaurant, great WiFi, and breakfast included. We came, we stayed, we loved it. Superb rooms, VERY clean and up to date, (I loved the waterfall shower). I can't say enough about the way the property was kept up, exceptionally clean inside and out. Beautiful decor, and ALL of the staff were happy, engaging, and concerned about their jobs and the guests. We will be back, even if our destination is much further away, knowing a hotel like this is just a gem to be kept in the must-return list.
הצהצוות נחמד ואדיב
החדר ממש על רחוד מאוד רועש. משאיות פורקות סחורה כל הלילה וכל הבוקר ולא ניתן לישון
Our room was spacious and very nice/
Didn't know about the cafe in the back till the day we left.
We picked this hotel as the beach is only one block away and they provide towels and free chairs. However, there are no bureaus with drawers in the rooms - only small, narrow shelves (and a closet). Not sure what that's all about. We went in a week that was very cold, especially at night. We were surprised that the thermostat is only for A/C - they had to give us a heater in order for us to have a warm room. The staff is excellent and very accommodating. The rooftop pool is on the small side and not deep but it has a nice bar. We could not spend time there as it was too cool and there is no way to avoid the wind. NOTE: When we first checked in, our room had a "pick-a-boo" shower which is a large, beautiful glass-sided shower as part of the bedroom (not the bathroom) - this probably works well for couples but not for a girls' weekend -- they graciously changed out room the next day.
My watch was stolen inside the room
My watch was stolen inside the room
Location
1. The room was too cold and there is no way to heat it. They couldnt send any additional blankets to the room 2. They dont have breakfast, dont book a room including breakfast. For breakfast you can take a coffee and a wrap/croisant/danish from their coffee shop and thats it. When you buy it there its cheeper when its included in the room price. Funny, right?
Sauberes, modernes Hotel, unheimlich freundliches Personal, gut durchdachte Zimmer denen es an nichts mangelt.
Nichts.
The breakfast is so disappointing Few options
More juices options More hot drinks option More protein options
Location
We paid extra for breakfast but there wasn’t a lot of choice and very poor
The Location Is Great, Everything, Is Perfect and clean. I Took my Cat With Me and I Felt Safe, To live her there while I Was Out.
Wonderful stay at a great hotel. Service was fabulous. Check in gentleman was polite, helpful and offered great advice. Also, the hotel as a great bar, The Greystone bar and an amazing restaurant, called, Serevene. Overall it was an amazing experience from the hotel stay, clean comfortable room, perfect location, as well as great bar and wonderful restaurant onsite. My wife and I will definitely stay here again. A perfect Miami Beach experience.
Localização
Café servido é muito fraco.
Nice rooms - excellent location
The hotel was a bit small, the rooms were too (but that’s ok), odd choice of a sink next to the bed and not in the bathroom.
From the moment we arrived until we departed we found the staff to be extremely helpful, well presented and professional. We stayed in room 320 which was a corner room and had the added advantage of two large windows which allowed for plenty of natural light into the room. The room was modern and always kept clean. We requested a kettle which was immediately delivered to us and allowed us to be self sufficient with our hot drinks. The bed was excellent being both large and comfortable allowing for a good nights sleep. The hotel includes a rooftop pool and bar which was a nice extra. The hotel is excellently located close to the beach, restaurants and especially the shopping on Lincoln Drive! We will have no hesitation in staying at the excellent property again!
Absolutely can’t recommend hotel Greystone enough! We spent 4 nights here as part of our Miami Beach part of our honeymoon and we thought it was the perfect boutique Miami Beach getaway! All of the staff we met were friendly and kind and super helpful. The amenities were excellent ( we loved the roof top bar and pool over looking Miami Beach) the Kobo coffee shop was fantastic as well. The room itself was clean, super comfortable bed and super modern, the bathroom was also super nice with the rainfall shower. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay! We will be back the next time we visit Miami Beach!
Location Great decor inside
Music at the pool is not very relaxing I would have hung longer at pool bar but the music was not very chilll
The location was great. Right downtown. Very close to shops, walking distance, right outside the front door. Atmosphere was was very welcoming. My room was very spacious, clean, and the bed VERY comfortable. The value was extremely affordable, especially with the size of it. There was no noise heard, even with the noise/ music of the restaurant outside dining right next door. The service was great, we had a morning breakfast right in the courtyard. Great food. We're definitely coming back...
Läget och trevlig personal
Frukosten var den i särklass sämsta jag någonsin fått. Så illa att vi valde att helt avstå
The staff we had at check in and check out was excellent, wish I recalled his name. Very professional, courteous and friendly. Bartender at pool was very kind too! Enjoyed lounging at the cozy rooftop pool, nothing huge but a great place to grab a drink, cool off, read my book and take in the sun - lots of seating options too. Did not have a chance to enjoy the other food / drink options at the hotel. Everything looked intimate, cozy and a nice boutique hotel feel - VERY clean room and lobby - cleaning staff deserves a positive mention.
Room was a bit loud with another establishment downstairs but we went out around the same time so didn't effect sleep when we returned. AC needed a quick service which they handled quickly; was adjusted by the time we returned from dinner - appreciated the attentive staff.
Hotel Greystone was an amazing stay! Thank you so much to Castro and his team for taking care of us after two days of cancellations!! Fantastic rooms, great happy hour, pool has beautiful views and food is amazing!! Thank you Castro again for your hospitality. See you on my next trip!
We were given an upgrade as it was our friends' 50th wedding anniversary. Our friends were also treated to a bottle of champagne and we also were given a bottle of red wine. Robert Boyd (Hotel General Manager) organised it all. He is an asset to Hotel Greystone! We are 2 senior couples and would have found carrying our luggage up the stairs daunting had we had rooms in the rear of the Hotel. Our upgrade included being in the front building and it had a lift. Yay! The rooftop bar and pool were lovely to spend some time and we also visited the bar downstairs which was enjoyable. Our rooms were clean and everything was great. We slept like babies! Thank you Robert and all the team at Hotel Greystone for making our stay in Miami memorable!
I booked what I was told was Miamis most romantic hotel for our honeymoon night… boy was I WRONG. The $400 I spent got me a bottle of wine, tiny bathroom and a nightclub outside the window that sounded like an audible migraine. If you want to sleep - book elsewhere. They also charge $50+ for one night of valet.
La cercanía al centro de South Beach y a la playa y la limpieza de la habitación.
El ruido en algunas habitaciones (courtyard) y la poca flexibilidad del personal para hacer cambios de habitación (es algo que puede hacer sólo el administrador).
Overall amazing experience! This hotel is in an ideal location with restaurants, shopping and the beach in walking distance. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was lovely and the rooftop pool/bar was definitely a huge bonus. A great start to our honeymoon and we’ll definitely be back!
The rooms are modern, bright and spacious and the rooftop pool is a really cool place with very nice music. The lobby is so beautifully decorated, in the evening they have an array of candles. I have enjoyed taking a coffee every morning in their little patio, it's a lovely spot to read your morning e-mails and the lady there is particularly friendly and welcomes you always with a big smile. A special thanks to Mr. Clavijo for taking extra care. I look forward to coming back.
Starfsfólkið var allt rosalega vinalegt að hjálpsamt. Þægileg rúm og staðsetningin góð.
Herbergin er ekki vel hljóðeinangruð. Mikil læti snemma á morgnana þegar ruslið var fjarlægt.
We have a wonderful time at the hotel. Very clean, great service, pool at the roof top was very nice. Atmosphere was incredible, very close to the beach (just one block walk). We stayed at room 204 on the main building. Thanks Venisecia for all the information and for taking care of us!. The hotel is close by to restaurants, beach, shops…. Very convenient locations.
Yes, it was very convenient centrally located close to the beach and all the other talked about locations on South Beach
Me and my husband enjoyed our stay with the Greystone Hotel the staff there are very ice and helpful. the room is always clean and the cleaning staff is very nice and patient. we did not visit the upstairs pool, but we did walk that 1 block to the beach Yes 1 block to the beach is the best and you can walk out of the hotel and find food to eat and you will find places to listen to music all kinds of music. we so enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again
Emplacement, qualité de la literie, infrastructure (rooftop pool et club de plage), qualité prix !
Our room was comfortable and great except the shower leaked but they were more than accommodating to try and fix it and even decided to not charge the 2nd day resort fee because we decided to stay in the same room because we didn’t want to have to move all our things again. The CVS pharmacy was right across the street which was so convenient as well as the beach and other restaurants so close by! Loved our stay and highly recommend. The one star was only removed because of the broken shower seal.
Beautiful boutique hotel! Very friendly staff. WE received some VIP perks which was great! We had a wonderful stay!
