Me encantonel.hotel. Todo el personal super flexible, cordial y servicial. Es linda la habitacion, muy comoda la cama, la pileta un sueño y muy comodo el servicio de playa tan cerca.

Que el aire acondicionado hiciera mucho ruido, y que en la playa solo mevdieron reposeras y no sombrilla.

Las instalaciones, la habitación y la cama eran fantásticas!

Struttura pulita, bella, rilassante. Camere pulite, grandi, letto comodissimo. Ristorante di sushi super buono. Tiki bar bellissimo Staff pazzesco. Forniscono teli piscina, crema solare, acqua e drink di benvenuto.

Dovrebbero fare piu manutenzione alla zona piscina, magari pulendo i gazebo che sono un po’ polverosi (ma sono piccolezze) e della reception, ma in generale in questo hotel si sta veramente bene. È a15/20 minuti a piedi dalla Ocean Drive. NOTA BENE: downtown è lontana 30 minuti di auto da south beach quindi se volete stare in centro città non è il posto giusto.

As the Recreational Manager, she completely elevated our family vacation and treated us like absolute VIPs from the moment we arrived. Ana didn't just make sure we were comfortable by the pool—she went out of her way to build a complete itinerary for us, recommending the best places and spots to visit during our trip. While we were relaxing, she constantly checked in on me and my kids, making sure everyone was happy. She even surprised the adults with complimentary shots at the pool bar and brought out the most refreshing frozen fruit for the whole family to beat the afternoon heat. Her attention to detail and genuine care for my children made us feel so special. The place overall is quite good, the swiming pool place is good, the location ins general, the fact that the reception is 24/4 open, and the fact the beach is walking distance with a partnership with towels and other services a the beach.

- The room had a moisture smell which was not good. The staff ignore my requirement of changing room. - The supplies were for just one person when we were two - We left the room ready for housekeeping and the did not proceed with it - The room is small and somehow not well distributed, is not practical - One kamp in the room was the plug in bad shape, my wife the burned in the hand after a shortcircuit when pluggin in.

Super Hôtel, après avoir vu les commentaires j'ai eu peur mais je n'ai pas vécu les mêmes expériences, aucun bruit pour nous, chambre avec balcon et 2 transat, hôtel de super qualité, les détails... Se faire servir une boisson lorsque vous êtes dans la piscine top. Petit déjeuner de super qualité, la cartes carte du resto au bord de la piscine très bon et abordable. Le personnel tres gentil...Un vrai plaisir, je recommande.

Pour dire quelque chose, restaurant Japonais très bon, mais chère. Paiement de 600 dollars a l'arrivée (débité et régularise après le séjour), j'aurais préféré une caution.

We had a wonderful stay at The Plymouth South Beach and The hotel facilities were excellent. The Art Deco courtyard pool from the 1940s is stunning and always spotless. We loved the private beach area. The Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill right in the lobby is outstanding, and the location in Collins Park is perfect - walking distance to Lincoln Road, the beach and everything in South Beach. We want to give a very special thank to Ana Fandino, Recreational Manager. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with exemplary kindness and professionalism. She made sure to store our luggage, showed us around the pool and personally walked us to the beach. Ana really made us feel welcome and well taken care of. She's without a doubt a great asset to the hotel! Thank you!

The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. The food at Café Seasons was incredible—we'll never forget their delicious Italian sandwiches! They were one of the highlights of our trip. A very special thank you to Ana Fandiño, the Recreation Manager, who took exceptional care of my family. She was always checking on us and making sure my children and I had everything we needed. She constantly went above and beyond by offering refreshing drinks, fresh fruit by the pool, and fun games in the hotel's amazing lobby. Apprendre à l'arrivée qu'il fallait bloquer un prepaiement de 150 dollars par jour, à cause du minibar. Lorsque l'on reste plusieurs jours cela fait une belle somme de bloquer sur la carte bancaire.

החדר הראשון שקיבלנו היה קטן מאד ובכלל לא דומה לתמונות בbooking. בחדר זה לא היה מקום לפתוח את המזוודה. לאחר פניה לקבלה העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר מאותה קטגוריה שהיה הרבה יותר גדול ומרווח והיה מצויין. משום מה נקיון חדרים לא הגיע לחדר שלנו במשך יומיים והיינו צריכים לבקש במיוחד שיגיעו.

Excelente localização em Miami Beach, próximo a principais pontos turísticos e fácil acesso. Apesar de tratar de um prédio antigo, hotel confortável e tivemos uma boa experiencia. Café da manhã com uma menu em um restaurante próximo. Piscina muito boa e com atendimento dos funcionários na piscina muito bom.

We had a great time at the Plymouth. Bed was nice, air was cold, shower was great! Pool view with balcony was nice and enjoyed mini bar and how the room was laid out. Staff was great, especially Sarah at the front desk!! Complimentary drinks each day was nice for us to enjoy before dinner and I loved the pool.

Nice and calm by the pool, good location

Fabulous hotel, feels very 'old Hollywood' glamour with the art deco touches. Lovely, friendly staff, they really helped us with changing our room as the original room we booked, although really nice, was too small for our 10 day stay, and the staff switched us to a gorgeous big room, at no extra cost. Hotel rooms are kept really clean, and lovely Molton Brown toiletries are provided in the bathroom. Pool area is lovely, and although not massive, we never had a problem getting a sunbed, people seemed to stay a few hours and then vacate their beds for others to use. Nice touches around the pool such as complimentary snacks and drinks from time to time and outdoor cinema nights. The location is great too, really short walk to the beach and to Collins Avenue and the main shopping area is easily accessible on foot. We really, really enjoyed our stay here, would highly recommend it and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is top quality. The reception area, bars, bedroom and pool are of the highest quality. The bedroom is quirky and has some lovely finishing touches. The staff were helpful and friendly. Valet parking is quite expensive - 45 dollars per night but it is Miami. The pool itself is beautiful - very well maintained and the pool itself was so warm. Sun Bum factor 50 and after sun available for guests at the pool - such a lovely touch. The biggest issue for me was the pool closed at 7.30pm. I know this is their policy but in all the hotels I have stayed in across America I have never known a pool to close at this early time. Was very disappointed with this and expressed this to front desk - the girl told me she thought it was also disappointing when she first started working at the Plymouth but said it was hotel policy because people in the pool after 7.30pm annoyed the outside diners who were eating in the restaurant. When we had to get out of the pool at 7.30pm there wasn’t one diner in the restaurant nevermind the outside area. Special mention to Rick - he couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely and so accommodating! Thank you Rick!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war freundlich und wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns der Poolbereich mit kostenlosen Handtüchern sowie die kostenlose Sonnencreme und After-Sun-Lotion – ein wirklich toller Service. Auch die zwei kostenlosen Strandliegen pro Zimmer waren ein schönes Extra. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend und ideal, um Miami Beach zu erkunden.

Bei dem hohen Zimmerpreis hätten wir uns kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer, einen Wasserkocher und unbegrenzt kostenlose Kaffeekapseln gewünscht. Nach den ersten vier kostenlosen Kapseln kostete jede weitere 2 US-Dollar. Da es sich um spezielle Kapseln handelte, konnten wir diese auch nicht im Supermarkt nachkaufen. Außerdem mussten wir für den Sonnenschirm am Strand zusätzlich 28 US-Dollar bezahlen. Unser Zimmer lag direkt neben einem Generator, wodurch es vor allem nachts recht laut war. Da wir mit einem Kind gereist sind, wäre ein ruhigeres Zimmer wünschenswert gewesen.

Igiann Olivera did a wonderful job working with me and FedEx to get my passport back to me after I left it in the room safe. She was everything you want an employee to be and I hope she is very appreciated.

We stayed at the Plymouth Hotel in Miami, booked through Virgin Holidays, following a cruise with Virgin Voyages. It’s a great hotel, really true to Miami and has great poolside vibes. We had a great check-in experience, although wasn’t offered a welcome drink despite there being a note to offer one on the clerks keyboard … maybe Virgin Holidays don’t qualify! The only thing we struggled with is that there is an inconsistent bar service. On our first night (Monday) the bar was open and in full swing. However, the following night (Tuesday) there was no bar or bar service for guests during the evening. We returned to the hotel from dinner at around 2145 and took a seat at the bar. We were approached by a member of staff who advised that the bar was closed and that there was nowhere on site to purchase an alcoholic beverage. We were instead provided the details of another local bar or to purchase alcohol from CVS and take it to our room. The rooms do provide a mini bar service however, to have a spirit (liquor), you have to open the bottle priced at $60. In summary, a great hotel that is visually pleasing but don’t expect to get a drink after dark!

The location

The staff. We confirmed that the bed was only 54 inches so it was a full sized bed even though we booked and paid for a queen. The staff didn’t acknowledge what we said and brushed it off - they’re clearly lying and upselling their rooms and bed sizes.

I had such a wonderful stay at The Plymouth Hotel, and one of the biggest reasons was Igiann. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcomed. She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Hotel room was super clean and quite , everyone was super friendly and made our time more enjoyable! Only stayed for 4 days but would deff come back! Food was awesome!wagyu gyozas to be exact ! Location was easy to walk and go anywhere !

I checked in to this beautiful classic Hotel and everyone was very helpful. A special thanks to Ana Fandino, the Recreational Manager who greeted and took care of us in such a warm way. She made sure our suitcases were stored untill our room was ready, gave us a tour by the swimming pool and personally walked us to the beach to make sure we were well looked after. This is the kind of person who really makes us feel wanted during our stays! Well done! 👏

Just the best place you could stay in south beach. The staff were so friendly and accommodating . The pool was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was located in the great area close to bars and restaurants.

Cafe da manha era fora da propriedade. Alem disso, meu quarto era virado para a piscina e ficava uma musica muito alta e insuportavel o dia inteiro.

Muy buena ubicación: en una linda zona de South Beach (sin estar cerca de la ruidosa Ocean Drive y todo ese lío). El desayuno se sirve en un lugar que queda a 2 cuadras y es bastante completo, tienes opciones para elegir de un menú ya armado. Las porciones son abundantes y te atienden bien. El hotel es lindo, la habitación que me tocó no me gustaba tanto y tuvieron la gentileza de cambiarme a una que daba a la piscina que tenía más luz. La noche que llegué me atendió Sara, súper amable y simpática. Estaba incluído el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel cuando llegué.

La verdad es que siendo que uno ya paga USD 45 por día de fee resort, tener que pagar USD 28 por día por una sombrilla en la playa me parece caro. Te dan las reposeras y dos toallas, pero sin sombrilla no se puede estar. Por otro lado, de mi estadía de 6 días, 1 día la piscina estaba cerrada por mantenimiento, y otro día había un casting de modelos que hacía que tanto la piscina como el lobby estén atestados de gente. Solo daban ganas de irse del hotel (deberían avisar eso antes de que uno elija hospedarse allí, y no cuando uno ya está alojado con un papel que te dejan en la habitación). La noche que llegué a pesar de que había un bell boy que me acompañó a la habitación, me tuve que llevar las valijas yo (incluso por la escalera). Lo que tienen en su lugar de café, sandwiches y ensaladas es carísimo, no vale la pena consumir nada ahí. La limpieza de las habitaciones debe mejorar: tuve que dejarle un papel a housekeeping pidiendo que por favor algún día barran el piso, se nota que limpiaban por encima.

Overall, we had a good experience. The staff were kind and helpful, the location was great, and the food was good.

The room had an unpleasant smell, and I wish the beds had been more comfortable, one of them was definitely broken! I also would have appreciated being informed in advance about the large event taking place at the hotel for two of the three days of our stay.

That I couldn’t stay longer!

Unfortunately we were only at the hotel for 14 hours so weren’t able to use the private beach. There is a quite high resort charge in addition to the not too inconsiderable room rate. Quite small bedrooms and lift was out of action for a time on the morning of our departure. The staff were pleasant and the onsite restaurant seemed very popular. Nice location with easy walk to sea front, shops and restaurants.

JJ at the bar was the best part about our trip! He gave us such good service; I cannot recommend him enough.

Position and apartment was fantastic

The pool and area were being still being renovated whilst we were there. We were made aware of this prior to booking by the owners. Not their fault ! But access to the beach and town was fantastic

A PISCINA FECHA CEDO, AS CRIANÇAS QUERIAM BRINCAR NA PISCINA E AS 18HS NÃO PODIA MAIS ENTRAR. AINDA ESTAVA CLARO E QUENTE. O VALET TAMBÉM ERA ABSURDAMENTE DEMORADO, E NÃO ERA BARATO. TÍNHAMOS VOO CEDO E NÃO SERIA POSSÍVEL CONTAR COM O SERVIÇO, TIVEMOS QUE ENCONTRAR UM LOCAL INDICADO NO HOTEL. A MELHOR OPÇÃO É ESTACIONAR POR CONTA NUM ESTACIONAMENTO PRÓXIMO, ASSIM VOCE TERÁ MAIS AUTONOMIA E FLEXIBILIDADE.

We stayed at the Plymouth for 3 nights and its was fantastic. Staff were amazing and super helpful. We had a terrace room overlooking the city and it was great. Good size, great terrace and super clean. The pool area was great and we enjoyed the free drinks at Happy Hour. Just wished it stayed open a littler later as it closes at 5pm. The hotel is within walking distance to the trolley so you can get around easily. It was nice to have the chairs and towels provided at the beach for you. We opted to pay to rent an umbrella as it was super hot. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return.

This hotel was charming. The location is perfect. Central and a block from the beach but off the main drag which we appreciated. The lobby was super cute. The pool area really well designed. We never had trouble finding sun loungers. We also spent time at the beach. The hotel has a partnership with a beach club so chairs and towels (note - not umbrellas) are available there for free. The rooms were great and we never heard other people through the walls. The hotel offers lots of extras. Free bikes that we used daily, free yoga on the beach on Friday morning, ginger cayenne shots in the morning, free fruit and fruit water, a free drinks 4-5 by the pool and free sunscreen and after sun aloe by the pool. We also had a complementary bottle of wine in the room when we arrived. Everyone who worked there was so nice but the real winner was Walter in the Tiki bar. He remembered our orders and room number, was always available to move an umbrella or provide towels and gave us a sweet parting gift. He worked very hard as he was the bartender, waiter, and pool attendant every day.

This is a beautiful hotel like something you see in a story book . Everything you see in pictures online is exactly as it is . Friendly staff and clean hotel . My only issue is the hotel has a lot of wear and tear, upgrades are needed to the lounge furniture and some of the bedroom furniture. The lounge furniture looks like it’s been there forever. This is my second time at this hotel and enjoyed every bit of my stay , I say however their rules stand and there is no exception for anything. I stay in May 2025 for a work convention as they were part of the preferred hotels . On getting back home I notice my jacket was missing as I recall I didn’t go into the closet to remove it before leaving. I called multiple times asking how I can get this jacket . Finally a friend of my was heading to Miami and opted to collect it, upon calling to let them know someone was collecting on my behalf I was told it was thrown out as per policy . I told them I understood your policy but I was in constant communication with you all informing the hotel that someone will collect on behalf of.

Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.

No fully openable window in our room. It only opened about 6 inches from the bottom only. Glass was also frosted for privacy.

It fully gave boutique hotel vibes.

The cleaning of the floor in the room - I feel like they didn’t clean the floor any day of our stay. Just wiped it dry.

Rooms were very spacious. Great price for an awesome value. All staff were friendly, helpful and over accommodating! Would absolutely stay here again.

Small hotel but perfectly formed, (I own a small hotel in Scotland) the bedrooms are unbeatable, except a ridiculous coffee policy, part of their policy on a $ 45 per room per night (and I had 2 rooms for 3 nights total $270 extra on top of the expensive rooms prices which includes beach beds) includes coffee in the room, they don’t explain before your stay that your only entitled to a minimum amount (embarrassingly) only 4 coffees, I had 1 coffee and used 3 small sticks of creamers and and sugars so there are only 1 creamer and 1 sugar left, these were not replaced (unbelievably embarrassing) my daughter opened the fridge which was overfilled and a bottle of beer fell out and broke but we got charged for it. I went to the beach for a while but you have to queue to be booked in for your private beach bed, there were 2 men there, one was booking in and selling drinks etc to the public and the other was doing nothing while I was there, there was 8 people there and I had to wait 30 minutes then gave up, it’s an unbelievable joke that you can’t just go to a bed on your pre paid private beach and the staff don’t come to you!! It totally ruined our holiday…

Location is great and pool area is lovely. Very comfortable beds.

Super thin walls, the hotel caters to bachelorettes and events. There were loud parties across the hall and we lost use of the pool one afternoon to an event.
