Fantastic boutique feel hotel. Exceeded my expectations. The pool and outside bar area have a nice relaxed atmosphere and the staff were positive and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were high class and very relaxing with a view over the pool. Golf buggy to the beach and again fantastic beach service to your sun bed.

only thing we did not like was the Breakfast, we paid more to have breakfast included. But it was basically a fruit bowl with coffee.

Only thing is on the booking page the valet says $45 per day, on checking out they charged me $63 with taxes. I would appreciate transparency in this matter

​We have just returned from a 5-night stay at The Lennox following 11 nights in the Orlando theme parks. We chose the hotel for its boutique aesthetic and chilled vibe, and early indications suggested it was going to be exactly what we were after. The common areas are luxurious by design and visually striking. ​Unfortunately, that is where the positives ended. It quickly became clear that all the investment has gone into the customer-facing public spaces, leaving our room extremely disappointing. The maintenance issues we encountered included: ​Flooring that was lifting and coming apart ​A shower tap that physically moved within the wall every time it was turned on. Wallpaper coming away from the wall. ​An unfinished shower head installation. ​Unfinished painting along the skirting boards ​A loose toilet that wobbled ​A blocked basin They also stored broken kitchen equipment within the public walkways. ​When we checked in, we were advised that our room had been upgraded from what we originally booked. I dread to think what the standard rooms look like! ​We reported the blocked basin, and while they did fix it, it clogged up again the very next day. We chose to ignore the other room issues during our stay simply because we didn't want to deal with constant negative interactions. ​Having traveled extensively and stayed in hotels across North America and globally, I can honestly say this property has some of the rudest and most dismissive staff I have ever encountered. Any request seemed to inconvenience them and was almost always met with a huff. I was genuinely shocked by the poor attitude of nearly the entire team—with one notable exception: the gentleman working the pool bar was an absolute credit to the hotel and a genuinely lovely guy. ​We usually stick to larger chain hotels and had considered Loews for this trip; and looking back, I deeply regret choosing The Lennox instead. ​Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.

Late checkout upon arrival cost $50-75, but on our last day, it cost us $150, to stay until 3pm, so much so that at the precise time the cleaning staff suddenly entered the room without even knocking and shouting that we had to leave.. We were surprised they'd told us that price. The room was far from everything. There was construction near the pool that we were told would be finished the day after our arrival, but when we left, it still hadn't been finished. The pool wasn't clean. The included breakfast wasn't exactly adequate. Small bedroom. We had to ask for the coffee pods in the room at reception, because they don't put them back in the room.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. from the excellent and helpful front desk staff, to the elevated aesthetics of the hotel as a whole, to the very nice on-site restaurant that I offered delicious and visually appealing food. I wrote more specifics below👍🏼 Rooms5.0 Service5.0 Location5.0 Rooms: The room was nicely decorated, clean, and modern, but with a cozy vibe. Nearby activities: Miami Beach and Lincoln Road are one and three blocks away, respectively. Safety: All the side exits are locked so you have to enter through the lobby, which enhances safety. guests are given bracelets to unlock your door, instead of key cards. Walkability: There are a lot of stairs so guests with mobility issues will have to navigate some stairs as there are elevators that can mitigate most of them. Food & drinks: The on site Amalia restaurant has very good ($$$) food that is wonderfully prepared. Noteworthy details: All of the front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating, with one person even coming out to my car parked down the street to bring in my luggage all the way to my poolside room for me ❤️ There are also a golf cart/shuttle that will take you wherever you want to go within a 1 mi. radius 👍🏼

I’ve never had a worse experience with a hotel. When I checked in the man was slipped over the counter counting the minutes until he got off, he didn’t tell us about any of the amenities, including that they have beach chairs, and kept mentioning how badly he wanted to get off. The windows were paper thin so I had to blast ocean noises on my computer to attempt to sleep. The tv never worked (which someone was complaining about when we checked in so it must have been a wider issue). The water pressure was horrible. The one elevator didn’t work half the time. The AC went out in my room and they had to move me, and moved me to a room with no view at all, I looked out to a staircase so couldn’t even open the window or people could look in when they walked by. Plus the staff was unable to do anything about any of these issues, refused to refund the resort fee and barely apologized. Also the WiFi was slow and not secure. This was a horrible experience and this hotel needs serious work.

The pool was nice and the bathroom was lovely and big. Great location and beds were comfortable.

As a family of four I wouldn’t recommend staying here if sharing a room. There wasn’t enough space to move about plus there was literally no where to hang wet swimwear to dry. I asked reception if there was something they could provide and the lady wasn’t very helpful and suggested hanging them in the wardrobe 🤦🏻‍♀️. We were also disappointed with the breakfast selection which was included in the room rate. We felt this was misleading.

This was my second stay at Lennox Hotel Miami, and once again it proved to be a safe and reliable choice all round. The location is fantastic, the sleep quality is fabulous, and the hotel offers a great overall experience—especially with the discounts they offer, which make it even better value. I also loved the complimentary golf cart ride to the beach—such a fun and convenient touch! Breakfast was generous, with big, satisfying plates, and a special thank you to the very helpful staff member who assisted us with our suitcases. Having stayed here twice now, I’d happily recommend Lennox and would definitely return again. A dependable option in Miami Beach with great service, comfort and value!

My friend and I had a wonderful experience at The Lennox Hotel and would highly recommend to others. Amazing customer service! We loved spending time with Christopher, Narisha Cali and the front desk, Christiano managing the bar areas, Hector and Samuel with the valet services, and Enrique with the Bell service. Truly felt welcomed and special during our stay. The rooms were comfortable. AC was cool and working. Beds were comfy! The food and cocktails were delicious as well! Will be frequenting this hotel!

There was noise at night from renovation work until late hours and also during the day. There was loud noise from the maids talking in the morning hours. Parking is very expensive at $59 per day. A price increase that we encountered throughout the US after 11 countries we visited. The air-conditioned hallways are very weak and the elevator has no air conditioning at all. We booked a bed and breakfast, but the waitress didn't bother to tell us what was included in the menu at no extra cost, and only on the last day, when another waiter served us, did he explain to us what was not included in the breakfast at no extra charge. So it turned out that each breakfast of half a bowl of yogurt with fruit and cappuccino cost $66 per couple.

Decor. Bathrooms. Cleanliness and crispness of sheets and towels. Comfortable bed. Room lighting was relaxing as well. Shuttle and valet parking were greatly appreciated. Location was perfect too.

Avoid this hotel. It is poorly maintained, poorly managed, and absolutely not deserving of its 4-star rating. As the bride, I booked nearly 20 rooms here for our wedding guests. Instead of enjoying our wedding week, we spent it dealing with hotel problems. Some of the issues we experienced: * Elevator out of service for almost our entire stay (staff admitted it was an ongoing issue), but guests were never informed before booking. * Elderly guests, families with strollers, and I (recovering from surgery) were forced to climb multiple flights of stairs. * Dirty rooms, inconsistent housekeeping, missing toilet paper and other basic supplies. * Cockroaches and poor ventilation in one guest room. * A bathroom door handle detached, trapping one of our guests inside. * Broken room safe, unreliable shuttle service, and promised welcome drinks never provided. * Food & beverage credits were not explained or automatically applied. * Incorrect charges were added after our stay and only removed after we disputed them. The management was even worse than the facilities. We repeatedly tried to resolve these issues during and after our stay, but they failed to follow through on promises, ignored our communications, and later claimed they had done everything possible to help. We have emails, photographs, videos, and written communication documenting what actually happened and showing that many of these issues were never properly addressed. If this is how they handle a wedding group of nearly 20 rooms, I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere. We deeply regret choosing this hotel.

Our experience here has been horrible. We attended Supercon in Miami and booked our stay through their pre arranged hotel blocks that guaranteed pricing. Hitel Lennox double charged us and I am still waiting for the credit to show In my account. Part if tgeirvtouted setvice is complimentary travel via their golf cart to places within a nike radius of the hitel. When we called for the cart to pick us up from the convention center, it never showed up. When I called to ask about it we were told they were sorry but it would be another 45 minutes because tge yaf to charge the cart. We actualkycwauted the 45 minutes and called back. We were told they'd be there in 10 minutes. Again, that did not happen. The beds were hard as rocks, and the room itself is dated and had stained pillows and bed frames. For the money we paid , this was a disappointing experience. I would never stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone. All of this horrible service with a smile. Only good part is it's proximity to the beach and the convention center.

About housekeeping….although there was one major issue: the maid would come at 7 a.m., knock, and even enter the room while we were still asleep, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being on the door. The gym is small but nice. Now to the downsides, which unfortunately outweighed all the positives during our two-week stay. The reception staff clearly do not understand how to do their job. Every day there were some kind of issues, problems, or strange rules. Toward the end, it got to the point where we weren’t even allowed to bring our own pizza to the pool area just to eat it quickly, especially since I didn’t like the hotel’s food menu at all. I also sent a hoodie to the laundry service- it was listed as $18, but in the end they charged $70 (!!), even though the hoodie costs $60. No one warned me about the price. After I complained, they removed $20 for an “express service” that I never even requested. Not all the staff were like this, some people at reception were perfectly fine, while others seemed completely incompetent. And of course, housekeeping at 7 a.m. in Miami…I’ve never seen anything like that. Sometimes they didn’t come at all, and we had to call just to get towels replaced. So it was either 7 a.m. or never :) By the end of the second week, they finally seemed to understand that cleaning should be done later :) I wouldn’t want to come back to this hotel, despite its great location and overall nice facilities. It’s a real shame, because I actually liked the hotel very much.

This place is outstanding. It is very stylish with the pool in the center of the rooms but on the same hand it is quite. Rooms are very clean and the service is extremely good.

Putzfrau hat nur das nötigste gemacht, weiße Flecken auf Rückenlehne und Polster des Bettes, keine Möglichkeiten sich bei Netflix auf dem Fernseher einzuwählen, Pool könnte besser gereinigt sein, Geräte im Fitness Raum müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden und Raum ist viel zu klein

The Lennox has a good location in South Beach, a decent coffee shop and really nice bell service staff. Other than that, I considered it to be a terrible hotel. I do not understand how it is part of Small Luxury Hotels. Their service is all around deficient, including the front desk team which do the bare minimum and are sometimes rude and unwelcoming. The rooms are dark and there is not a clear path to keep dry when going to the lobby if it's raining, which in Miami is common. They do not offer umbrellas, flip flops or even towels to dry off once you manage to make the crossing. There is zero interest in guest experience once you’re there. My biggest complaint was their housekeeping: they barely make the bed and the hotel in general does not feel clean. They remove used towels but do not replace them consistently, so some nights you get them and some nights you don't. They move with haste and you can tell because you will find things you left on the furniture on the floor, and the removable bit of the trashcan will be poorly placed on top of the trashcan instead of fully inside. I left a charger plugged into the wall and found it on the floor. They don't arrange the pillows properly on the bed, tuck the sheets fully or clean out used dishes and cups. There were pink crumbs on the carpet on the day I arrived from the previous stay and they stayed there the whole time, which shows they don’t even vacuum properly. I was there for work for a whole week so I didn’t get to use the pool, but it wasn’t very appealing. It’s on the center area of the hotel and it connects buildings, so the chairs are arranged right where people are walking back and forth, there is no privacy. The chair cushions were all stained and used towels would stay there for hours. Nothing about the area felt clean. It was all around a disappointing stay. I will not be coming back.

Love how intimate and cozy, and luxurious it is. All of the staff was friendly and recognized us by face. Stayed in a room right by the pool. View was amazing. Food was amazing. Bartender/waiter Cristiano was so friendly and gave us great service for our dinner on our arrival night. Made us feel so welcome. Also, being greeted by the front desk with sparkling champagne to drink as we walked to our room made us feel extra special. Plan to go back again next year. No need to look any further.

Only one thing I had wished for was a microwave in the rooms or at least in a general area in order to reheat leftovers from restaurants.

We loved this hotel. Pool is heated - so its like a spa pool. Staff are great, rooms are nicely decorated (could do with some drawers). Location is perfect. Sun beds on beach are great - as is the food down there. Thanks, great stay. P,S. there is a water fountain near large sunbeds.

Lift didn’t work during our stay, treadmills broken in the gym. Also mainly so people are aware the pool is a spa pool so if you want a cool off in the heat it’s not the one. Also only a few loungers at the pool get the sun for the day. Best option is to visit the beach. The price we paid didn’t reflect the quality of facilities.

Booked this hotel as we liked the boutique vibe it presented. When we arrived we were welcomed by friendly hotel staff and our bags were stored until check in time. In this time we went and used the facilities at the beach. When we did check in got to our room which was nicely presented and comfortable. 2 complimentary waters and 2 coffees per stay, everything else was chargeable. Also they put tea bags in your room but no facility to boil water but I did ask for a kettle and they brought one to the room. Unfortunately during our stay the lift was broken which wasn’t ideal with our luggage. Also the gym which is small anyway only had two treadmills, one which was out of order and the other was slipping so couldn’t use anyway. The pool area aesthetically is lovely, just to note, it is a spa pool which we hadn’t realised, so when we headed back from the beach for a refreshing dip it was more like getting into a hot bath tub. Also to note sun loungers around the pool are limited and a lot of them don’t get the sun all day. We had booked the hotel through booking.com and as part of our booking we had a 10 dollar allowance per day to use at the bar. This was questioned by staff twice and they wanted photos of our booking? It took 3 attempts to get the pool drinks taken off our bill before we finally settled up due to this. Although they didn’t explain what the issue was. The hotel cost us £307 per night room only. We loved our holiday and did like some parts of the hotel but I’m not sure for that price I’d stay again.

Great location on South Beach and very nice room with a comfortable bed and a decent sized bathroom and good pressure shower. Felt premium quality and worth the price.

The room has a musty smell and I didn't love the entrance to the hotel as there wasn't a lobby / foyer or anywhere to sit. I also really didn't appreciate how expensive the hotel restaurant was nor the fact that a latte wasn't included in the inclusive breakfast. Felt very money-grabbing and not a premium offering. There also wasn't any complimentary water in the room which also wasn't ideal. It was also very difficult to find the room, having to go through multiple doors and corridors. The fire doors kept being opened and alarm being set-off as no one could find the exit back to the main hotel area.

The staff on the property were fantastic! Always friendly, super helpful, and could assist with almost anything.

It says it’s an ‘adult only’ property, however, several children were on location during my stay. All children were respectful though but just as a heads up anyone looking to stay.

We came in Jan.and it rained a lot but we really enjoyed out stay. I agree the bartender was awesome! We were right next to bar. But ya’lls Restaurant was amazing.. best food in the area!! We tried other restaurants but always came back to Lennox. The Who city was using can cokes at fancy restaurants,I am used to fountain so not sure what’s up with that.. can you guys enlighten me 🙃

Incredible staff, the Italy guy at the Bar & Pool was great, rooms, pool, location was great and better than expected. Access to the beach was easy enough and overall fantastic stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and plan on booking here again.

I stayed at the Lennox Miami Beach Hotel from April 3–5 for my HYROX event, and overall, it was a really great experience. I’ll be honest—I was a little hesitant to book at first based on some of the previous reviews. But between the price and the amenities (two beach chairs and an umbrella daily, plus a complimentary shuttle within a mile of the hotel), it was just too good to pass up—and I’m glad I did. The hotel itself is beautiful. It’s a boutique property with a great vibe, and my fourth-floor penthouse room was fantastic—spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated with a great view. It felt like a perfect place to relax and recover. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was welcoming, pleasant, and genuinely helpful. Victor was especially great—always available, friendly, and quick to help with anything I needed. Alejandro, the front desk manager, also went above and beyond. When my flight out was later in the day, he offered me a 5 PM checkout, which made a huge difference and let me enjoy one more full beach day. Now, the one downside—the elevator was out of service the entire stay. Being on the fourth floor, that meant a lot of stairs. Normally not a big deal for me, but the day after a HYROX race…that was a little rough. That said, it didn’t ruin the experience. I also saw some comments about coffee pods in previous reviews, and while that was a minor issue, the staff was always quick to bring anything needed to the room. Overall, the customer service really made this stay. Great location, great amenities, and a team that truly takes care of you. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

Nada. Carismo. Horrible desayuno con 2 opciones nada mas. No había lugar en el estacionamiento cuando llegamos. El cuarto muy chico y sin luz. La ventana era la puerta tapada con una cortina. Había que pedir papel higiénico, toallas. Mal servicio. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Beautiful, relaxing boutique hotel on the main street of Miami Beach. High quality service from the time I checked in late night after traveling to returning a few days after checking out to purchase the amazingly soft bathrobe (I couldn’t stop thinking about it). Amalia’s is as adorable as the food was delicious. Convenient access to the beach with dedicated chairs/umbrellas. Loved the design and color choices in the room and throughout the building. Super clean too. I’ll definitely be back to Miami because of my experience staying here at Lennox!

The first room we checked in to, had a broken toilet and a clogged sink. Called it in, then told the desk we were leaving for a few hours and to have maintenance fix it, came back that night to a broken toilet and clogged sink. After insisting on a new room, second room had a clogged sink. We didn't report the second sink because maintenance used a plunger to unplug the first sink (Very Disgusting!). Housekeeping never swept the floor which is not ideal for a hotel by the beach, we had to request towels that were not replaced by housekeepers, I was told I could not eat a deli sandwich in the lobby or pool area and had to eat it in my room? The desk was surprisingly rude to guests. We didn't interact with them after check-in but witnessed them being downright mean to other guests. The pool area was great! Small but elegant and serene. Hilton should look into quite a few practices at this property. It really lacks the quality you would expect! Too many better options to return to this property!

Beautiful stay at The Lenox Hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Back Bay. The rooms are cozy, elegant, and very well maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel warm and personalized. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city.

Had an absolutely amazing stay! Victor truly stood out—he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed, which made a big difference in our experience. Cristiano at the bar was just as impressive—super friendly, attentive, and delivered top-tier service with a great personality to match. From start to finish, the entire hotel experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for outstanding service and a memorable stay!

Localização, conforto, a piscina fantástica. O restaurante e o café da manhã são muito bons. As acomodações são ótimas e espaçosas.

O único problema que tive foi a limitação de estacionamento do meu veículo. Eu parti para uma solução alternativa que foi usar o estacionamento público do município de Miami Beach, que ficou até mais barato.

This is the perfect boutique hotel . You are right next to everything while feeling like you're away from everything! Great customer service . Food from the restaurant was fabulous! They were able to accommodate my daughter's gluten & dairy allergy so she had food options. Pool area is luxurious & relaxing .

My husband and I loved the Lennox! Room was beautiful--lots of bright colors and very clean. The staff was wonderful. I especially want to thank Victer for helping us so much with all our luggage for our cruise. Leonardo escorted us to our room and was so friendly! He explained the where the pool and bar area was. At the bar we had a wonderful bartender. I'm sorry I cannot remember his name, but I know he was originally from Italy, because he gave us some great information about our bucket list for Italy. I highly recommend!

O café da manhã é péssimo, Ficamos muito decepcionados, não tem nada incluso, somente um prato, um café preto e agua. O suco tivemos que pagar a parte, alem disso independente de estar incluso um prato você tem que pagar U$5,00 a mais. Não recomendo.

O atendimento não é agradável, as pessoas parece que não trabalham felizes lá, não tem boa vontade. Quando chegamos nosso quarto não estava pronto e já eram 15h45. Os serviços solicitados ou não foram executado a ou resolveram com atraso. Realmente nos parece que eles tem um problema de RH, os funcionários estão pouco motivados.

Great hotel & absolutely great location. Will be back. The gym is extremely small and wicked hot I don’t think that it had AC. but was able to get the job done. The shower in our room was so freaking weird. It was literally only a handheld mechanism no shower head which is very weird but got the job done fine and the water was always hot. But it made the whole entire bathroom floor, wet, and the basket that held our towels in it. I do wish they provided more towels than just two big ones, we had to ask for more on two occasions. Which is no biggie they gave us them with no problems! Loveeee that they provide a beach bag and an umbrella in the room we used both, everyday! The beach service was also great. I wish more of the pool seating area was covered as it rained almost everyday on and off and limited the time would could sit out there without getting soaked. Online photos are all accurate. Hotel is very nice & clean. They let us check in early which I couldn’t have been more appreciative of because we had been up for 24 hours at that point. They did mess up on not having a congratulatory gift / card in the room for my husband - which I requested and said that I would even have paid for. They said because we checked in early it got messed up. That’s fine though- won’t harp on it. Will probably come back in May for my birthday weekend!

First trip to Miami and will be back. Fantastic stay. Love the location and the staff was so accommodating. Victor was helpful every time we were in the lobby. Miquel - AKA Chris - was the best bartender at the pool and inside. Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was large and well appointed. And the lobby has a champagne vending machine!!

I would not recommend Lennox Miami Beach, especially if you are arriving after a long journey. They do not allow check-in before 4:00 PM, and even at 4:00 PM, your room is not guaranteed—you are simply told to keep waiting. There are many hotels where you can at least find water and coffee available in the lobby in the morning, but here there is nothing—not even water offered to guests. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth it.

Friendly pool and restaurant staff

⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience overall. The hotel looks attractive in photos and the pool area is pleasant. The only consistently positive part of our stay was the swimming pool staff, who were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the front desk experience completely overshadowed everything else. We were traveling with a baby and had a late flight. We asked whether it would be possible to extend checkout so our baby could nap comfortably in the crib after lunch before heading to the airport. Instead of trying to help or find a reasonable solution, the response was extremely rigid. Initially no late check-out option was offered at all. I insisted and tried to find a solution by asking how much it would cost to keep the room longer, even asking whether there could be a reduced rate since we would only need the crib for approximately 2–3 hours. The hotel eventually offered a $200 charge to stay until 2 PM, but if the baby happened to sleep past that time we were told the system would automatically apply the full nightly rate of $397.54. As any parent knows, it is impossible to predict exactly when a baby will wake from a nap. The policy essentially forces guests to gamble hundreds of dollars over a very small timing difference (for example 2 PM vs 3 PM). What was most surprising was not just the policy itself, but the lack of empathy and organization from the front desk team. The communication felt mechanical and unhelpful, which is disappointing for a property that presents itself as a boutique hospitality experience. Another issue worth mentioning is pricing transparency. The hotel adds a $45 per day “amenities fee”, on top of taxes and other charges, which significantly increases the final cost of the stay compared with the price initially shown when booking. The restaurant was another disappointment: extremely expensive for the quality offered.

Struttura rinnovata, curata e in una posizione perfetta. Il profumo delicato nell’aria , i giardini verticali e le palme a bordo piscina -che si illumina in serata- rendono gli ambienti ricercati e rilassanti. Anche la camera era molto bella. Un vero piccolo ed accogliente boutique hotel, molto chic-zen.

Dovrebbero migliorare alcuni dettagli nei servizi: per es. avere attenzione nel rifornire giornalmente la macchina nespresso in camera (dovevo sempre chiederlo), fare attenzione a non mettere asciugamani o lenzuola con macchie, mettere a disposizione del cliente gratuitamente almeno una bottiglia di acqua al giorno.

Given the location and services it does not come cheap. Although pricing seems aligned with other hotels and restaurants in the area.

The Lennox is such a great experience. Spaces are beautiful, complimentary champagne & staff is very attentive, especially Victor! We look forward to returning .

Frühstück könnte für diesen Preis besser sein (Was im Frühstück inkludiert ist, wird nicht erklärt. Eine Flasche Wasser ist dabei wurde uns aber erst am letzten Tag gesagt. Auswahl ist zu gering, nicht kombinierbar, Kakao ist einmal inkludiert und einmal kostet er 8 USD, Filterkaffee ist naja usw.)

The customer service was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Simple questions were met with attitude instead of assistance, and it felt like helping customers was an inconvenience rather than part of their job. A front desk is supposed to be the first point of support, but this one offered none. Definitely left a bad impression.

Everyone at the Lennox is wonderful and the property is beautiful. We had some unplanned mobility issues on the trip and they were very accommodating. Special thanks to Victor at the start of the stay + Leo at the end for smooth entry/exit.

Ett jättefint och mysigt boutique hotell. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Väldigt fräscht och rent, och exklusiva Molton Brown produkter.

Att när man hade tagit frukost som tillägg fick man välja mellan två väldigt enkla frukost menyer som bestod av fruktsallad och muffins eller en toast typ. Ville man ha något utöver det fick man betala extra för det. Det framkom inte vid bokning och borde vara tydligare vid bokning.

L’emplacement

Nous séjournons régulièrement dans cet hôtel, nous avons cette fois ci réservé une chambre avec balcon qui devait se situer dans le bâtiment principal au 4eme étage avec vue piscine ou sur le côté comme indiqué dans la description Booking et nous nous sommes retrouvé dans le 3ème bâtiment avec vue sur rue, très bruyant. Lorsque j’ai demandé à la réception de changer de chambre, ils m’ont répondu que ce n’était pas possible et que rien ne me garantissait le choix de cette chambre lors de ma réservation ! Le personnel n’est pas vraiment compréhensif et arrangeant.

Location was fine.

When we checked in our room wasnt ready. So we were told to go grab lunch at the restaurant next door. After ordering, the desk clerk told us a different room was available for check in and we could check in now. But to go ahead and enjoy lunch first. We didnt know each ice tea refill was an extra charge ($30) in ice tea???? Then when we checked in after lunch we were given a 20% off coupon for the restaurant really? Couldn't have given thst to us while we were eating??? Got to the room and it was 88 degrees inside the room. A/C was broken hotter inside than out. Took an hour for them to fix it. We had spent all night on a plane and were dead tired now sweating to death. Took another hr for the room to cool down to be able to sleep. Not a pleasant experience. No one offered to help us with our 6 suitcases down the stairs at checkout as we we going on a cruise or help us out the door with them. Terrible customer service.
