Het was een prachtig hotel, alles perfect in orde, heel hygiënisch, mooi, warm personeel en gezellige sfeer, prijs-kwaliteit was fantastisch!! Ik zou dit hotel aan iedereen aanbevelen en wil hier absoluut weer naartoe komen.

Petit déjeuner parfait, rien à reprocher. Nous sommes même partis de l'hôtel à 2 H du matin ils nous ont même préparé un très bon et copieux pique- nique pour le trajet. (Alors que nous avions dit que cela n'était pas utile) Le personnel quel que soit le service qu'il assure est d'une gentillesse parfaite. Rien à reprocher mais juste à les remercier tous. Nous étions en demi -pension pour le repas du soir un incroyable choix de plats très copieux (attention aux kilos) ! ) Buffets de fruits entiers ou coupés à chaque repas très appréciables. Séjour parfait à recommander vous ne serez pas déçu.

A simpatia, amabilidade, disponibilidade dos funcionários, o cuidado personalizado com os hóspedes da parte de todo o staff. O sossego de todo hotel, óptimo para descansar, espaço exterior muito agradável( espaços verdes, zona piscina). A alimentação incrível, bem confeccionada e muito variada... Já não existem muitos hotéis com este nível de simpatia e atenção aos hóspedes.

צוות שירותי מאוד: בלילה הראשון הייתה לנו בעיה עם המזגן ובבוקר העבירו אותנו חדר. לבקשתנו, הביאו לנו מקרר לחדר. עזבנו מוקדם בבוקר האחרון והמטבח דאג לנו לשקית פיקניק לטיסה. היה נהדר.

אפשר יותר גיוון בארוחת הבוקר: יום אחד שיהיה סלומון מעושן. קושי שלנו: הגענו לאליפות העולם בכדורמים והמלון היה די רחוק מהבריכה, בהליכה 20 דקות עלייה.

L'hôtel est confortable et le personnel très serviable. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le beau jardin arboré ainsi que la vue sur le Teide, la ville et la mer. Le petit-déjeuner et le restaurant de l'hôtel proposent une cuisine simple, diversifiée et très bonne. La localisation centrale permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre ville à pied et de visiter l'île aisément. Le parking sur place pour un prix correct est un plus.

Un mini bar dans la chambre aurait été appréciable.

Cet hôtel est parfait ! Un vrai havre de paix. Le personnel est au petit soin avec nous, bienveillant et attentif à nos besoins. Les chambres étaient propres, spacieuses bien agencées. Le petit déjeuner est royal ! Que de choix !

El alojamiento está con bonitas vistas. Necesitas coche o buena caminata para bajar a Puerto de la Cruz.

La primera noche no funcionó el aire acondicionado y me tuvieron que traer un ventilador. Al dia siguiente me explicaron que como había habido un invierno muy largo todavía no se habían usado y estaba obstruido. Lo limpiaron y la siguiente noche funcionó no perfecto pero refrescó.

La piscine, en hauteur par rapport à la ville. Le petit déjeuner complet, avec de la place dehors, même si plus de choix aurait été bien. Calme de la chambre et de l'hôtel, isolé du centre de la ville (plus de 15min à pied). Le super jardin très vert autour de l'hôtel. Pas de frigo dans la chambre, et pas de salle de fitness.

A mon arrivée, enregistrement qui a donc duré une heure : Pour ma famille de 4 personnes (couple et deux enfants de 15 et 17 ans), j'ai réservé 2 chambres le 12 avril, avec petit déjeuner. Arrivée à l'hôtel, ils m'ont dit qu'un seul adulte était sur chaque chambre, selon Booking. Pas de mention sur le nombre de personne avec votre confirmation de réservation. J'ai été dans mes mails pour trouver un lien sur Booking qui ne montrait que mon nom sur chaque chambre. J'ai appelé votre hotline, qui m'a confirmé que seul mon nom remontait, que ce devait être un bugg. L'hôtel n'a pas voulu me donner les cartes d'accès au chambre sans payer 35€ de plus par nuit par chambre. Les deux personnes de l'accueil ont discuté deux minutes, face à une grille tarifaire, avant de le l'annoncer. J'étais furax mais impossible de faire autrement. Que puis-je faire pour demander un remboursement ?

Le personnel très aimable, la piscine grande et à bonne température, le magnifique jardin et ses plantes bien entretenues.

Le côté un peu radin de l’hôtel sur quelques détails : les serviettes de bain sont vieilles et mériteraient d’être remplacées, le savon de salle de bain est minable, la température de l’eau dans la douche était soit très chaude, soit froide.

Cet hotel est une petite pépite ! Son jardin est un véritable paradis et le calme est permanent. Super petite piscine, bien chauffée. L'hotel est ancien mais très bien entretenue, tout y est. Le personnel est à l'écoute également. Bref, on reviendra ! Parfait si vous souhaitez être au calme dans un petit paradis.

Le cadre est superbe, le personnel est au top, le calme et la sérénité de ce lieu sont sublimes.

La nourriture est bonne et de qualité, un petit effort pourrait être fait sur le petit déjeuner.

Hotel eccellente, curato nei mini dettagli con un'estrema attenzione per il cliente. La struttura è circondata da diversi giardini tropicali unici nel loro genere e tenuti alla perfezione. La stanza è silenziosa, spaziosa, completa e non ci è mancato nulla, il letto veramente enorme. C'è la macchina del caffè, mensole e spazi in quantità per appoggiare le proprie cose. La colazione merita riconoscimento per la varietà e la quantità di prodotti dal dolce al salato, nonchè la possibilità di avere piatti pronti al momento. La prontezza e la presenza del personale della colazione è altrettanto di alto livello. Un saluto e un ringraziamento in particolare ad Aleandro della colazione e a Macarena della reception per la loro cortesia e professionalità.

La piscina che chiude alle 19.00 e le capsule della macchina da caffè che bisogna acquistare, non ci era mai capitato...dovrebbe esser specificato meglio.

The breakfast is delicious. The pool is wonderful, clean and has beautiful view. Also, the garden is really nice. The rooms are big and clean, with nice views. We enjoyed a lot our stay

The drinks are way too expensive. I paid 8 euros for a fresh orange juice for my daughter, and it was diluted with water... While in Puerto de la Cruz city center is less than 5 euro and of better quality.

It’s a family owned hotel and it shows in the care and attention shown by every team member. The room was comfortable and the views out to Mount Trish and the sea breathtaking. Breakfast was excellent and we didn’t bother eating out as the à la carte menu was varied, the food and service first class, and the setting superb. The pool and gardens were immaculate and offered great views over the mountain and town. The hotel is located in a lovely area, it’s a walk downhill into the town, but there are plenty of taxis if you don’t fancy the walk back. We stayed 4 nights and would have happily stayed longer.

Un hotel tranquilo, con muy buenas vistas. La ubicación es buena para aparcar de forma gratuita alrededor, andando estás en puerto de la cruz en 15 minutos, lo complicado es la subida. El desayuno bien, variado, y la cena es de carta a elegir entre un par de platos cada noche y un buffet de ensaladas. Habitación amplia y muy cómoda.

Lovely quiet hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens. Friendly, helpful, diligent staff. Good food. Lots of healthy salads, fruit etc. as well as set menu with choices. Delicious desserts. Comfy beds. Everything spotlessly clean. Many of the staff and most of the guests are German. I can speak German but all the reception staff can speak good English. Nice pool areas and enough sun loungers. Lots of places to sit in the gardens or bar/ lounge areas. Super views of the town and the sea.

The hotel is a fair walk downhill or a taxi ride (about 4 or 5 euros) to the town centre. Very few local shops and they don't stock much. Bath and hand towels a bit thin. Slightly odd, long, narrow pillows on beds.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Hotel und hatten wie beim ersten Mal einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt, moelijkheid om buiten te ontbijten. zeer behulpzaam personeel en een ruime kamers.

Sehr gutes Frühstück (Buffet), tolle Lage (ruhig). Hotel hat einen schönen Palmengarten und von dort auch schöne Aussicht nach Puerto de la Cruz. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Auch abends gutes Restaurant (entweder via Halbpension oder a la Carte). Personal sehr freundlich und kann oft sogar deutsch (deutsche Familie führt das Hotel). Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden und privat (nicht an der Strasse etc).

Für mich war das jetzt kein Problem, aber man muss wissen, dass die Restaurants zumindest "offiziell" um 22h schliessen. Will man also etwas länger trinken / feiern, ist es vielleicht ratsam, in den Ort zu laufen oder fahren.

Gediegenes Hotel mit tollem Service in wunderschöner Lage am Taoro Park

Das Hotel liegt erhöht und außerhalb des Trubels. Wir haben das äußerst reichhaltige Frühstücksbüffet bewundert. Das Personal war so freundlich.

Ein wirklich tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Sehr netter Empfang, prima Servicepersonal! Sehr schöne Lage, alle Zimmer mit Blick in den Garten, der Stadt und Meer ( Weg auch seitlich). Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, ohne Beanstandungen! Morgens Buffet, es blieben keine Wünsche offen, abends Auftrag zwischen k zwei Hauptspeisen, da könnte man sich noch eine weitere Auswahl vorstellen. Essen jedenfalls sehr gut und ausreichend in der Menge! Ganz tolle Hotelanlage, äußerst gepflegt und wunderschön anzusehen oder auch zu nutzen ( ausreichende Sitzmöglichkeiten). Frühstück morgens im Freien ein Genuss! Abend leider zu kalt um im Freien zu essen, was allerdings Hotelseitig möglich gewesen wäre! Auch die Nähe zum Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz ist hervorzuheben ( 15 Minuten zu Fuß), wenn auch sehr abschüssig (Treppen durch angrenzenden Park) oder anstrengender Aufstieg bei dem Rückweg.

Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann ist das ein unterkühltes, kahles Treppenhaus sowie die Flure auf den einzelnen Etagen zu den Zimmern. Hier würde jegliche Gemütlichkeit mittels Bildern oder Dekoration das rundum sehr gute Gesamtbild abrunden.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, right next to a lovely large park and featuring its own garden. They offered a variety of programs for guests, including a music and dance night. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection to choose from. The outdoor pool offers a fantastic panoramic view of the city, the ocean, and the peak of Mount Teide.

The selection at dinner was a bit more modest than we had hoped (the same fish dish was served several times). In the room, the buzzing sound from the faucet was occasionally annoying. Parking around the hotel is difficult; we had to circle around quite a bit before finding a vacant spot.

We had a great stay overall! The hotel is set in a lovely park and has beautiful gardens. The staff at the front desk and the cleaning crew were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. The pool was lovely and warm which was great for our toddler. The hotel is absolutely spotless and was great value for money.

The coffee at breakfast was not good. The age profile at the hotel was on the higher side and so the pool area was very quiet even with lots of people there, so with a rowdy toddler sometimes we were conscious of that. The parking for the hotel is paid and limited but there's plenty of free parking close to the hotel so we didn't really find that to be a problem.

Das einzige Hotel in Puerto, was ich guten Gewissens und mit der Sicherheit mich erholen zu können, immer wieder buchen würde. Personal nett, supersauber, freundliche Ausstattung, schöner Pool, toller Garten, toller Ausblick, alles wirkt und wird gepflegt.

Le petit déjeuner est excellent, le service à table du dîner très appréciable, la piscine est magnifique avec un plagiste qui vous installe matelas, serviettes et parasols. Bref hôtel au top.

Ce n’était pas un problème pour moi mais les échanges ne se font qu’en anglais ou en allemand, on ne parle pas français aux Canaries.

Tout, l'accueil parfait et clair. La chambre propre et le service au bar et a la piscine parfait. Le restaurant à la carte absolument fabuleux et le petit déjeuner royal. On était presque triste de partir.

Nous avons séjourné 9 nuits en demi-pension fin mars dans cet hôtel familial dont la clientèle était majoritairement allemande et plutôt âgée. Le personnel, qui ne parle pas français, a été très agréable, attentionné et efficace. Nous avons demandé à bénéficier d'un frigo dans la chambre et il a été installé immédiatement. Nous avons apprécié le calme dans l'ensemble des espaces, y compris dans la salle de restauration. La chambre était bien insonorisée et les portes peu bruyantes. Le jardin est particulièrement beau et la piscine chauffée (26 degrés). Les repas sont servis à table avec un choix de deux menus complets, différents chaque jour et de qualité. Un buffet de hors d'œuvres et desserts est aussi disponible. 3 fois par semaine, un musicien ou un groupe folklorique se produisent au bar.

Les oreillers étaient trop plats à notre goût. Par ailleurs, nous avons trouvé dommage l'absence d'une musique d'ambiance au bar le soir. Ca ne donnait pas tellement envie de s'y poser.

L'hôtel est très calme et de taille humaine, il bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel, en surplomb, avec une vue magnifique sur le Teide, la mer et le jardin planté de palmiers. Puerto de la Cruz est à 10-15 min à pied et c'est très agréable de ne pas avoir à prendre la voiture. C'est un excellent point de départ pour visiter les sites incontournables. Tout est fait pour le bien-être du client qui a le sentiment d'être respecté : le personnel est agréable, le petit déjeuner est royal, les dîners sont excellents et variés, tout est propre et soigné. Nous reviendrons!

Se garer est problématique car le parking public indiqué par l'hôtel est saturé la plupart du temps et l’hôtel ne dispose pas lui-même de beaucoup de places payantes. ( 8€/jour).
