A very relaxing vacation! I have particularly enjoyed various sports activities with the coach Yulia, who was managing kangoo jumps. I've attempted them for the first time and it was incredible :)

Worst experience we’ve had on all inclusive in Turkey for past 15 years started with unavailable requested rooms at midnight arrival staying first night at family room with one room and a living room turned into a two bed place. Bathroom was barely cleaned with hair on sink and in shower not to mention good shampoo and conditioner but nothing else. Bedding was scarce as in all rooms with a single dry cover, kids slept in their travel clothes. We were moved to two separate rooms next day after spending an hour at reception. Beach is nice, wide open clean with good 3 pools not over crowded. But entertainment team were shy with no vibe compared to other resorts; morning start barely heard, couple games during day, cancelled events due to weather, activities scattered that we didn’t know about unless you go check the panel boards. To top that was unattractive night shows except for Japanese dancers. Food and drinks is the usual good variety and quality at all inclusive with plenty all day long but display is far from stars and could be more related to vacation camp. We must appreciate the good staff who were very helpful (except reception) providing service with a smile. With such a nice resort in middle of a pine and citrus forest this should have been better maintained and run.

There was quite a few negatives to our holiday here but not all bad. Firstly on arrival our bathroom had hair on the sink and floor. The bathroom was not cleaned at all the entire holiday. Hair conditioner was empty on arrival and never filled. Bin was emptied and towels replaced but that was it. We expected 3 beds but there was a single and a king bed for 4 of us. Our youngest is a tall 9 year old so didn’t make for a great sleep with him in the middle. Complained to reception and next night a roll out bed was taken up but it was a very tight squeeze to fit in the room. There was a blanket on the bed on arrival that had a questionable brown stain on it that every day I left stain side up to be changed. Every day it was folded stain side down back on the bed! We had no view at all from the balcony as the pine tree filled the balcony. This meant the noise from the insects was VERY loud. Could be heard inside the room over the aircon and tv! No option to sit out due to the noise and shade from the tree. Balcony door wouldn’t lock, reported but not fixed as they didn’t understand the problem when I tried to explain. Food choices were fine we didn’t go hungry, salad selection was particularly good but there was not any food ingredients or allergy listing anywhere. Although I am not allergic I try to limit dairy but there was no way of knowing what was in anything. Getting anyone for water and drinks at any restaurant anytime of day was awful! We had found some one about 10mins into our meal one night and had finished by the time they brought the water. I had approached the drinks area another night to be told “table” when I asked for water. We wandered round often trying to find people to get us drinks. We found staff across most of the resort spoke very little English. I really struggled with staff at reception, one woman at guest services was great when I needed to find a Pharmacy. Another just pointed to reception when we asked her some questions and said “English” Positives were the Aquapark where we spent most of our time. Great place for kids. They were never bored. Main pool areas were always very busy and foam party was a highlight! All entertainment we experienced was of great quality. I will not however be back. Too many issues for the price and “rating”

This hotel and its grounds are absolutely stunning. It’s a huge resort, so even when it’s busy it rarely feels overcrowded, apart from the evening entertainment. There are plenty of bars, so you never have to wait long for a drink, and having premium drinks included is a real bonus. The pools are beautiful and kept spotless, with staff constantly clearing glasses and emptying bins. There are lots of daytime activities, and the water park is fantastic. Although it’s a fair walk from the main pools, it helps spread everyone out and keeps the resort feeling relaxed. The beach being right next to the pools is another big plus. The food was good overall. The evening buffet had quite a lot of fish, which wasn’t ideal for our daughters, but the daytime snack bar was excellent. We stayed in one of the bungalows, which was a little dated, but as we were only in the room to sleep, it wasn’t a problem. Sadly, one incident completely overshadowed what should have been a fantastic holiday. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because it advertised football sessions for children aged 4–12. Our 10-year-old daughter loves football and plays to a very high standard, regularly playing against boys at home. On our first day, we took her to the advertised football session. The coach ignored her until I asked if she could join in. After asking her age, he simply said, “No, boys only.” I explained that she regularly plays against boys, but he repeated that it was for boys only. Several parents came over afterwards because they couldn’t believe what had happened. Guest Relations tried to help and later told us she could play the following day, but only if we accepted full responsibility because she is a girl and “boys are stronger.” That explanation was impossible to understand, especially when there were much younger boys, some playing barefoot, taking part alongside older boys wearing football boots. Yet my daughter, an experienced footballer, was excluded purely because she is a girl. It left her feeling embarrassed, upset and excluded, and it genuinely ruined a large part of our holiday. The hotel itself is wonderful, but this policy has no place in 2026. If an activity is advertised for children aged 4–12, it should be open to all children regardless of gender. I sincerely hope the hotel reviews this, because no child should ever be made to feel they don’t belong simply because they’re a girl.

Lovely family hotel, relaxing break. The waterpark is new and great for all ages. Loungers were never free at the main pools so we always managed to find them at the waterpark or the quiet pool near that which was lovely. Our room was in the main building, it was always spotlessly cleaned. The food was great, something for all. All the staff were nice but we would like to give special recognition to a waiter called Emrullah Engin, who looked after us each evening in the main restaurant. He was attentive, helpful and excellent at his job, we wish him the best! Thank you Emrullah.

The hotel is perfect, I want to come back. The service is excellent. I traveled with my wife and daughter, who is 1 year and 3 months old. The entire staff, without exception, always smiled, greeted both us, and wished us a pleasant day. I especially want to thank the bartender at the pool bar, Azamat, for making this vacation even more wonderful. I'm writing a special thank you to you here! Thanks to the captains who organized a mini-celebration at dinner for my wife, who was celebrating her birthday. Unfortunately, I don't remember the captain's name. But he has a stylish haircut :) I'm giving the room a 3 because there were no cool features. Not everything was excellent cleaning. It was just the basics. For my wife's birthday, they left four candies and that was it. Incidentally, a 3-hour room extension costs €105. A bit odd, yes. The location is both good and bad: there's nowhere to go nearby. The nearest basic grocery store is a 20-minute walk away. It's pretty empty if you're just walking. Overall, the airport is a 50-minute drive away, give or take, assuming there's no traffic

Kids like it a lot. Good family hotel. A small problem at start with rooms however they solve it very quick, thanks to Ufuk Bey at reception.

We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel and were very happy with our choice. From the very first moments, you can feel that the staff genuinely care about their guests. Everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is well organized. One of the highlights was the beautiful hotel grounds. They are green, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing walks. Everything is conveniently laid out, so even when the hotel is busy, it never feels crowded. The beach is clean, spacious, and there are always enough sunbeds for everyone. We also really enjoyed the water park. It is modern, colorful, and offers great fun for both children and adults, making it a perfect place for a family holiday. A special thank you goes to the animation team. They truly work with passion and create a wonderful atmosphere every day. The kids' club is fantastic, with fun games and creative activities where children are well looked after by the animators. We also loved the sports activities. Ever We also loved the sports activities. Every day there was something different to join. The classes with trainer Yulia were especially memorable. She is energetic, positive, attentive, and knows how to motivate everyone. We especially enjoyed the aqua aerobics and Kangoo Jumps sessions. The food in the main restaurant was excellent. There was a wide variety of delicious dishes, and everything was constantly replenished. The restaurant itself is spacious, bright, and clean, making every meal enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, housekeeping was done regularly, and the staff were always ready to help. Another big advantage was the presence of Russian-speaking employees, which made communication much easier and more comfortable. Overall, we had an amazing holiday. This hotel exceeded our expectations, left us with nothing but positive memories, and we would be delighted to come back again.

Hotel is dominantly Russian, including Russian speaking staff, with some specifics coming with it. But not too disturbing.

The traditional kitchen of chef Dinesh Bhandari is phenomenal. He makes the best vegan options, they are fresh and delicious. I'm not a vegan but I opted for his vegan options of food because of great teste. It should be on menu of every guest who stays here.

We stayed at Pine Beach Belek Hotel for two weeks in June 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The beach, the sea, the hotel's location, facilities, and food were all excellent and made our stay very comfortable. A special thank you to the Guest Relations team for their attention and care throughout our stay: Anastasia, Alma, Veronika, Victoria, Madina, Çiçek, and Mutlu. Your professionalism and warm hospitality made our holiday even more enjoyable.

One word, DINESH BHANDARI. it was our last night and we wanted sole food that we havnt tried before but I didn’t expect food this good. He did a variety of traditional Indian food that blew me away and wow it was so good. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE IMMEDIATLY. By far the best food at this place

I cannot recommend this hotel. It is heavily oriented toward Russian tourists: Russian music dominates the evening entertainment, and some songs with propagandistic themes are even played. Guest performers sometimes appear on stage wearing outfits featuring the colors of the Russian tricolor. As Ukrainians, we found this uncomfortable and disappointing. Another downside is the vegan food. The staff genuinely tried to help, but their understanding of vegan cuisine is very limited. Even the special menu created for me was quite disappointing. The paid restaurant on the property, however, offered much better food. On the positive side, the water park staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. Overall, our experience was mixed, but the negatives outweighed the positives. Next time, I would choose a more international hotel with better vegan options. The bar was also disappointing. The bartenders were friendly and clearly doing their best, but the quality of the cocktails was consistently poor. Even very simple classic cocktails were not prepared well, and in many cases it would have been better to order a straight spirit instead. To be fair, this seemed less like an issue with the staff themselves and more like a staffing and workload problem. The bartenders appeared overwhelmed by the number of guests they had to serve, especially during peak hours. Management may want to consider increasing staffing levels and providing additional training to ensure the quality of drinks matches the standards expected from a hotel of this category.

Overall is a great choice for an all inclusive holiday. Met by Ufuk in reception with excellent communication skills and advice. Starting with entertainment, they offer plenty of activities throughout the day (air rifle shooting, darts, archery, beach volleyball etc.) which are looked after by a friendly, approachable and fun team (Ahmet, Alina, Elara and Dima) On the kitchen side, there are loads of dishes to pick from. Enjoyed really tasty traditional Indian food by Dinesh. However lunch is not as diverse, towards fast food but plenty of snack alternatives (gozlemes are great) Most of waiters are good however one stood out with his excellent service, attention to detail and friendliness - well done Ibrahim! Best drinks and mixes by Ekrem & bar team - 5 ⭐️ Rooms are always clean and attentive, housekeeping is spot on. Main building main bed mattress is comfortable, the side bed mattress is hard imo. Little inconvenient is that English isn’t spoken by all staff, expect to hear a lot of Russian. We enjoyed every single day of sunshine, very good temperatures for beginning of june(27-32 degrees celsius)

We absolutely loved the Pine Beach Belek hotel. It is a fantastic place for a dream Turkish holiday with children, and we will definitely come back! Special thanks to Gurhan from the reception desk for his fantastic service and pure professionalism – thanks to HIM, we received a beautiful room. The hotel offers plenty of amazing attractions for children, including great pools, water slides, and playgrounds. Huge thanks to the animators from the Pine Beach Kids Club – they did an outstanding job! Our daughter couldn't wait to join the activities every day, and she especially loved Lisa. Thanks to their wonderful care, we also had some time for ourselves to relax. After the animations, we loved spending time with our daughter on the beach. Our favorite highlight was swimming to the fantastic floating pier out in the sea – it was so much fun! The food was absolutely delicious and exquisite, with a huge variety every day. Evening shows, especially the acrobatic performances, were spectacular. Moreover, the resort is so huge and well-designed that, despite a large number of Russian guests, we never had any trouble finding a free sunbed or a quiet spot to relax. All the staff were extremely polite. A perfect holiday!

We are currently staying at this wonderful hotel and can already say — we really don’t want to leave. The atmosphere here is incredible, and much of the credit goes to the amazing animation team led by Mr. Eray and his deputy Mr. Juma. They create a great mood from morning till evening — always sincere, attentive, and friendly. With them, you truly feel like a valued guest. We would also like to give a special mention to Yulia, the trainer — she is absolutely amazing! My friend and I attend aqua aerobics every day with great pleasure. It’s not just a workout, but a real joy: full of energy, positivity, lightness, and a great mood for the whole day. We would also like to thank all the hotel staff — you can really feel that everything is done with care and heart. The restaurant offers delicious and разнообразный food, and the service is at a high level. Room cleaning is also excellent — everything is clean, neat, and thoughtfully maintained. Everything here is truly made with love, and you can feel it in every detail. We are still here, but we already know for sure — we will definitely come back again ❤️

There is private beach of Hotel. Garden is green with many tall trees. View from balcony was nice. Check in and out procedure was smooth. The waiters were friendly and attentive.

The hotel area is very big and distances between different buildings are far. The variety of food was not very rich, and the seating areas felt somewhat limited. The conference venue itself made you wish for something a bit better.

Hello everyone! I’d like to share my review of Pine Beach Belek. We stayed there as a family (2 adults and one 8-year-old child) from October 25 to November 7. Pros: 1.The weather was warm (around 26–27°C) and the sea was calm — though, of course, that’s not the hotel’s merit. 2.The territory is beautiful, spacious, and green, with mandarin trees and squirrels that you can feed. 3.Rooms in the main building have been recently renovated. 4.There’s a fantastic new nightclub with great music and a sea view. 5.The beach is large, with plenty of sunbeds and new umbrellas. 6.Housekeeping in the main building was very good — bed linens were changed often. And now the cons: 1. Reception. We were greeted by a dark-haired, curly-haired guy without a name badge (unfortunately, we couldn’t catch his name). We saw him several times after — still without a badge. He was extremely unfriendly and arrogant when welcoming guests. 2. Before arrival, we repeatedly requested not to be placed on the ground floor — including in messages to manager Ulyana. Despite this, we were assigned a room on the first floor (in a 5-story building). Changing the room was almost impossible — they simply kept forgetting about us, even though it was the end of the season and the hotel was clearly not full. 3. The hotel hosts many conferences and corporate events, which significantly affects the comfort of regular tourists. During these conferences, the entire staff focuses only on business guests. In the main restaurant, there were no waiters at all — we had to get our own water and glasses, and tables could stay dirty for up to an hour. 4. Food. If you’re traveling with a small child, finding something suitable to eat is quite difficult. Most dishes were extremely greasy and over-fried, swimming in oil. You could find maybe one boiled option. 5. Desserts were all disappointing. 6. The “grill station” served half-raw food — whether fish, meat, or liver — everything was undercooked. 7. Bar. The selection of strong drinks was okay, but the wine was awful — cheap and tasteless, served from 1.5L bottles. There were several beer options though. The hotel was still running on the summer concept and hadn’t switched to the winter one yet!!! 8. Service. This deserves a separate note — it was poor everywhere. If you don’t speak Turkish (and there were many Turkish conference guests), the staff treats you terribly — everyone was complaining about this. You could be first in line, and they’d serve the Turkish guests behind you instead. 9. The Guest Relations staff were trying to sell beach bags for €15(!) but never solved any real issues or offered any apologies. 10. Security. There are almost no surveillance cameras. We were afraid to leave our belongings on the beach. The pier is divided between Pine Beach Belek and the neighboring Papillon hotel, but guests from the other hotel freely occupied our side. In 14 days, we saw the lifeguard only twice. In short — no security, no safety. 11. Entertainment. The animation team did their best and were friendly, but the events themselves were very poorly organized. 12. Gym: old and dirty. 13. Kids Club: dark, old, and dirty as well.

We had a wonderful family vacation and absolutely loved this hotel! Everything is so comfortable and welcoming. The morning yoga and Zumba classes with Yuliya were a real highlight of our stay— full of positive energy and great vibes! After yoga you feel calm and refreshed, and Zumba gives you an amazing boost for the whole day. Yuliya is a fantastic trainer who truly inspires. Don’t miss her classes— they make your holiday even better!

The hotel is clean and tidy with lots of room around the pools so no chasing sun-beds. There are very few English at the hotel but we liked that and the pools are very clean and well kept. Plenty of variety of food so you won’t go hungry. The staff are ok however, we had two particular staff who were amazing. Mustafa Tirpan served us at the à la carte and the restaurant and he was brilliant, great fun and checked we were ok, another lady called Begum Belgin Turan was brilliant in the Nautilus bar, her English was limited but always served with a smile and was friendly. Other staff could learn customer service from these two. We have enjoyed our week here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The territory is spacious and beautifully maintained, the food is delicious and varied, and there are plenty of activities for children. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mahmut Yalgin at the reception for considering our preferences and providing the room we wanted. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Die Unterkunft war eigentlich ganz okay, bis auf einige Russen, die sich wie Bauern benommen haben. Das Reinigungsperonal hat sein bestes gegeben,obwohl es nicht mit dem Reinigen hinterher kam, da einfach von den Gästen alles liegenblieb. 98 % Russen . Wem es nicht stört ist hier eigentlich gut aufgehoben.

First impression was mixed, full beach almost no free spaces, breakfast was average but later on it got better. The food in the buffets was great, stuff was helpfull, cabanas and a la carte restaurants were at reasonable prices. Quality of drinks depended on the guys mixing them so find the right ones :) , margherita was perfect almost everywhere. Mustafa tirpan at bar and the guys from the guest relation centre were helpfull. I strongly advice to book a cabana (480eur per 10days during july), its 4 adults plus 2kids. Definitéy worth it, Cabana 3B has a nice sea view co pared to others so go for it.

We had a great time ! the food is delicious and the entire hotel is beautifully kept, special thanks to the waiter who took great care of us and helped us with our every wish- Mustafa Chief. Definitely recommend :))

Pine Beach Belek is my favorite resort so far. I've been to many resorts, different countries and continents. For my preferences this resort fill my need needs and expectations for 100%. Family oriented, with excellent food, entertainment, sport activities, great territory, very friendly personal. Cannot ask for better. Looking forward to have another opportunity to spend vacation at this resort.

Pine Beach is a nice hotel if you get it at a decent price. We stayed in the main building—the room was nice and spacious. The club rooms are not renovated, I asked at the reception, but it’s a pleasure to walk around the Bungalow area—lots of greenery. The food is varied, but repetitive. If you only like chicken meat, you basically have one option: grilled chicken thighs (once they had wings during the 7 days, and twice they had rotisserie chicken), but eating grilled chicken thighs for both lunch and dinner several days in a row is too much. There is also a pool with seawater. The biggest downside is that there is no bar on the beach. If you need drinks, you have to walk in the sun to the pool bar. And since it serves both beachgoers and pool users, there’s almost always a line. They have bottled drinks at this pool bar (and at the one near the reception), but elsewhere (like in the main restaurant where you eat three times a day) the drinks are from dispensers. Another big minus is the baby cot—it’s missing the proper foldable wooden mattress. It’s just the cot and a piece of foam. The baby basically sinks into the cot. We had to place pillows underneath to prevent it from sinking too much. We reported this issue to guest relations, where the lady didn’t speak English, and they sent us an extra piece of foam. The baby’s cot sheet was never changed during the entire stay. The minibar contains 4 sodas (Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, Fanta, and Lipton). I’ve stayed in lower-ranked hotels with more options. It’s a nice hotel if you catch it on a good deal.

Currently here and I had to write a review because I’m so impressed, this hotel is absolutely fabulous, I have never had food from a buffet that is so well cooked and seasoned, the food is absolutely delicious and so fresh. The inclusive package is a steal for the quality that you get here. It’s 24hr service with mini bar included. Right on the beach, spotless clean hotel,rooms and pools. I’m beyond happy. Thank you for the hard work and dedication of the hotel staff it really shows. Thanks to the amazing chefs for the fab food. Well done everyone.

Clean rooms, wonderful nature courtyard, tasty breakfast. unforgettable pine smell, helpful managers, lots of souvenir, night parties and awesome beach not far from the airport, good for youth without children, but it's also nice with family and business trips

This was my first stay in Turkey. With my family, we were for the New Year holidays. I am impressed by the efforts of the staff to make us enjoy our stay and on New Year's Even we felt special. The hotel has a very beautiful garden, right next to the sea, with its own beach. The food was fresh, tasty and varied. Safe place. Complete rest and enjoyment.

The quality of accommodation was very disappointing. We had rooms in bungalows, tried to find a better room in any of bungalows, but we were not successful. First of all there was mold in every bathroom of every room I checked. This problem was very overdue, cleaning service didn’t even have the task to solve it. Second major problem was very old and dirty carpet that left black footprints on feet. Those carpets needed very deep wet cleaning, but obviously no one cared. Honestly I think a 5 star hotel can’t have such issues. Reception didn’t have any empathic reaction on these issues when they were shared. I complained three times and nothing was suggested. Only after I said that my kid has asthma and I don’t want him having shower in a bathroom with mold, a higher standard room was offered. This was a room in one of the buildings. However, both mold and dirty carpet were there. As we later heard from personnel, the hotel management is well aware of the issues, but the bungalows are very old and there is no plan of reconstruction in place. Additionally, my kid caught the hand-foot-mouth virus, which means that the surfases everywhere in the hotel could be cleaner. Otherwise, the hotel territory, beach and food were quite nice and corresponding to a good level of a hotel, but still not the 5 star I guess…

The hotel housekeeping and cleaning is not well.

From the moment we entered the hotel, perfect communication was established with us. Ayhan Bey constantly asked if there was a problem. Also, a consultant constantly took care of us. The hotel is right next to the sea and very clean. You can have fun with children. The pools are sufficient. It is also a very clean hotel. The food is very delicious. You should especially try the pavilion service. The hotel offers a perfect experience in nature.

Really nice place, friendly staff and high quality food. A bit loud at times, some things like paying for hammam aren’t worth bothering with. Beach huts are real fun though.

It was a paradise for our kid. She has enjoyed all the amenities at the kids club from early morning until late night. Although it was only a 2 night stay, if we had the time we would have stayed for much longer. We highly recommend for any families with kids to stay here to enjoy a relaxing and fun holiday.

Resepsiyonda biraz bilgi verme yetersizdi ,temizlik iyidi,personel iyidi, yemekler vasattı.daha iyi olabilirdi lezzeti yoktu denebilir,programlar oldukça vasattı böyle büyük,yeşili bol bir tesis daha iyi sunulabilirdi iyi çalışmalar

The facilities seemed older/worn but generally clean; however the eating area in the Sante restaurant was dirty and crowded. Not an enjoyable meal experience. Also there were birds inside.

Otel de 1500 1600 kişi vardı kalabalık herşeyde sıra var havuzlarda ısıtma yok kapalı havuz bile soğuktu çocuğumuz havuzlara girmedi

Otel konfor bakımından iyi ama yemekler içecekler konusunda pek iyi değildi.
