Ein ganz großes Lob geht an Alle Mitarbeiter, von Kellnern bis hin zu den Reinigungskräften. Alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir wurden immer mit einem lächeln begrüßt. Wir möchten uns an erster Stelle bei Zeynep und Cennet bedanken, die uns von Anreise bis zur Abreise begleitet haben, beide sind uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr erholsam gestaltet. Danke für die schöne Zeit

Leider sind die Á-la-carte Restaurants alle kostenpflichtig außer eins nicht und für mein Empfinden Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr hochpreisig

Kaldığımız süre boyunca tatilimizin iyi geçmesi adına tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Özellikle bizimle ilgilenen cennet hanıma ve zeynep hanıma ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Herhangi bir olumsuz durumla karşılaşmadık fazlasıyla keyifli bir tatil geçirdik.

Cennat and Zeynab were our personal assistants and they were BOTH wonderful. There attentiveness to ur issues as well asking them do something else for us due to a language barrier was excellent! We will defintely be returnning and we will request them BOTH to be our conceirges as well

Nous avons rarement vécu une expérience aussi parfaite. Une équipe d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriante, attentionnée et aux petits soins. Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Cennet et Zeynet, qui ont pris soin de nous pendant tout notre séjour avec une attention et une bienveillance extraordinaires. The assistants, Cennet and Zeynep were magnificent.

From the moment we arrived we were personally welcomed with champagne and two lovely guest managers, who looked after us during our 8 day stay, Cennet and Zeynep. The hotel is beautifully designed, with boutique and bohemian influences. The staff are very attentive and always want to please. The cocktails, food, entertainment and activities on offer are superb. Our favourite was the sound healing experience in the Santorini pool - amazing!!! The beach and cabanas are also fabulous, it has everything!!

Small improvements would be adding some more activities for older kids to the Ethno kids club (which is already great).

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait à l’hôtel ETHNO à Antalya et avons pleinement profité de ce magnifique établissement. L’hôtel propose une offre de restauration exceptionnelle, très variée et de grande qualité. La nourriture est abondante, savoureuse et diversifiée. Les spécialités locales sont toujours mises à l’honneur, tout en proposant également de nombreuses cuisines internationales : italienne, asiatique, méditerranéenne et bien d’autres. De nombreux cafés, restaurants, beach bars et coffee shops sont répartis un peu partout dans l’hôtel, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable et permet de découvrir différents espaces et ambiances tout au long de la journée. L’établissement propose également une multitude d’activités qui nous ont vraiment enchantés. L’animation est excellente, avec de très beaux spectacles en soirée, des DJ, ainsi que de nombreuses animations pour les enfants. Les familles y trouvent vraiment leur bonheur, et particulièrement les enfants, qui peuvent profiter des parcs de jeux, des toboggans et des nombreuses activités et animations qui leur sont spécialement dédiées. Nous avons énormément apprécié cet hôtel et nous pensons déjà y revenir avec nos enfants dans les années à venir. Nous souhaitons adresser un remerciement tout particulier à Cennet et Zeynep, nos deux assistantes, qui étaient disponibles pour nous 16 heures par jour, de 8 heures à minuit. Elles répondaient presque instantanément à toutes nos demandes, toujours avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de disponibilité et de professionnalisme. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur sympathie ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à toutes les deux, ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel ETHNO, pour ce séjour fantastique !

Впечатление испортило то, что к этому отелю боится подъехать Uber из-за какой-то "мафии" таксистов, которые лезут с ними драться, если видят что кто-то из постояльцев садится к ним в такси. Чтобы доехать до аэропорта Антальи пришлось переплачивать из-за отсутствия конкуренции в этом вопросе. Местная "мафия" таксистов принимает оплату только наличными и по завышенной цене

Ethno belek This hotel is absolutely wonderful, everything about it is beautiful, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service is beyond description, especially from Ms. Zeinab… If I ever come to Antalya again, I won't hesitate; I'll come back and I'll be very happy.

We had a wonderful stay at Etna with my teenage son. Our Swim-Up room with a sea view and private jacuzzi was the perfect place to spend quality time together and created some truly beautiful memories. Before arriving, I was honestly quite skeptical. I had watched many videos and read numerous reviews, but the reality exceeded my expectations. The hotel is significantly more beautiful in person than it appears in photos or videos. The architecture is elegant, the atmosphere is unique, and everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The landscaping deserves special mention. Although the gardens are still young and will become even more impressive as the trees and plants mature, I genuinely enjoyed walking around the property and photographing the wide variety of flowers and greenery. It already feels like a very beautiful place, and in a few years I believe it will be exceptional. I have been travelling to Turkey for more than twenty years and have experienced many different resorts. In my opinion, Etna is opening a new chapter for Turkish hotels. It has its own identity and creates a completely different atmosphere from the traditional resorts many of us grew up visiting. Even though the Ethno style is not normally my personal preference, I found myself appreciating the unique vibe the hotel has created. It feels modern, stylish and fresh, while still being welcoming for both families and couples. As a mother travelling with a teenage son, we both had an amazing time Our guest assistants, Cennet K and Zeynep E, were always kind, attentive and genuinely willing to help. Every request was handled quickly, professionally and with a smile, which made our holiday even more enjoyable.

There are, however, a few things that I hope the hotel will improve. The mattresses were extremely firm. I usually like a firm mattress, but even for me they were too hard. On holiday, you hope to completely relax and enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep. The sound insulation between the rooms also needs improvement. I woke up several mornings around 4–5 a.m. because I could hear furniture being moved in the room above us, and even the sound of water running in neighbouring rooms. It is a pity because such a beautiful hotel deserves the same level of comfort and tranquillity. I would also recommend slightly warming the water in the Swim-Up pools, as it would make the experience even more enjoyable. Finally, I would suggest reviewing a few design details inside the rooms. The bedside metal lamps were originally hanging quite low, and I accidentally hit my head on them several times because of the sharp metal edges. Fortunately, after we mentioned it, the staff immediately raised them, which we appreciated very much.

Beautiful hotel with everything brand new. The food was absolutely delicious at every restaurant and food corner. The service and hospitality were outstanding. I would especially like to thank my hotel assistants, Elina and Assel! They were always incredibly helpful and friendly whenever I needed anything. I am very happy with my experience at Ethno hotel and would definitely recommend it!!

This hotel won me over the moment I walked in with its incredible signature fragrance. I loved it so much that I even bought it from the hotel's shop. The reception area is absolutely beautiful. From the moment you arrive, the staff greet you with a smile, help you with the hotel app, offer you a welcome drink, and escort you to your spacious room. The rooms are large, with plenty of wardrobe space, beautifully scented toiletries, a regularly replenished minibar, a Nespresso machine, and a large balcony – perfect even for families of four, like ours. I highly appreciate the cleanliness throughout the hotel and the entire resort, the excellent quality of the food, and the outstanding speed of the service. The staff are always attentive – they quickly find you a table, serve you promptly, and around the pool they even move around on roller skates. They would often surprise us with a complimentary bowl of fresh fruit. Here, everything truly feels like "No Problem." For guests who enjoy experiencing something different every evening, I highly recommend making reservations for the Cabaret (12+), the Gaia Restaurant, or visiting the amphitheatre, where you can also enjoy excellent table service while watching the performances with a drink. The sunbeds on both the beach and by the pool are excellent. I especially want to highlight that the hotel doesn't use cheap plastic loungers but instead offers beautiful wooden sunbeds with comfortable mattresses, making relaxation even more enjoyable. The beach service is excellent as well. The waiters serve guests directly at their sunbeds, so anyone looking to simply relax is well taken care of without having to leave their lounger. Every corner of the resort is incredibly photogenic, with beautiful furniture, a charming boho style, and a peaceful atmosphere. In the evening, a guitarist and singer create the perfect ambiance, making your dinner a truly unforgettable experience. The beach restaurant and the pool restaurant prepare meals very quickly, and both the presentation and the taste of the food are outstanding. The 24/7 restaurant completely won me over with its beautifully presented breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. I highly recommend this hotel, and I truly believe we will return again.

Буря эмоций и впечатлений , которое мы получили посетив отель Этно не сравнимо ни с чем . Мы наслаждались атмосферой чистоты , теплого и чистого моря , дружелюбная атмосфера и национальный колорит создают впечатление восточной сказки , хочется еще и еще окунуться в пленяющий мир Этно . Хочется отметить высокий уровень и скорость сервиса и уборки , через приложение Этно доступно все . Прекрасные ассистентки Assel K и Elina S всегда были на связи с нами , и помогали во всем ☺️ Особенно приятно было получить приглашение на такой красивый и атмосферный камерный фуршет Ethno people , и послушать речь, где был уважаемый господин хозяин отеля Нахит Кара , а так же генеральные директор и остальная команда замечательных людей . Очень замечательные вечерние программы в ресторанах, а также основная сцена всегда на очень высоком уровне. Еда в основном ресторане без изысков, но всегда было достаточно вкусно 👍

Не понравился подход «до заработать на клиентах», есть ощущение, что весь персонал за мотивирован ещё немного обстричь клиентов. Не проще ли накинуть несколько сотен евро к коммерческому предложению и не мучать клиентов с бесплатным/ платным пакетом… Отель совершенно не дешевый и стоит своих денег. Но платная вода в Аля карте немного ту матч

Еда, скудная это одно, три раза попадалась не свежая протухшая еда, это ужас для отеля такого уровня,

Все було чудово! Готель новий і це відчувається. Хочу відмітити чистоту, в номерах прибирання двічі на день. Величезний вибір їжі, смачні десерти, окремо є куточок "здорової" їжі, окремо дитячі страви.

Іноді обслуговування у ресторанах бажало бути кращим. Зловити офіціанта може бути складно, іноді не правильно розуміли замовлення і приносили невірно.

Let me start with the only truly positive part of this hotel — the cats on the property were absolutely adorable 🐈 Unfortunately, that was one of the very few pleasant impressions from the stay. The overall service was disappointing. Staff members were quick to remove cups, glasses, and dishes, but clean replacements or drinks often had to be requested multiple times. During breakfast and dinner, some employees removed plates before guests had even finished eating, creating a very uncomfortable dining atmosphere. Communication with the staff was also frustrating at times. Instead of trying to assist guests professionally, some employees responded in a rude manner, and even simple requests became unnecessarily complicated. Housekeeping raised several concerns as well: bathroom mats were repeatedly taken during cleaning and never returned. Bottled water in the room was not replenished automatically, and after requesting it we often had to wait a very long time. Another major issue was the room itself. In the evenings, water pressure became extremely weak, and hot water would occasionally disappear completely, making it impossible to take a proper shower. In addition, the staff repeatedly provided incorrect information regarding restaurant schedules and hotel services, which caused unnecessary confusion throughout the stay. The final disappointment was the check-out experience. We requested a late check-out for only two additional hours. Although we left the room on time and followed all instructions regarding our luggage, we still had to wait nearly 40 minutes for someone to collect it. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse once our transfer arrived. No one from the hotel staff helped us locate our luggage. We had to search for our suitcases ourselves among other guests’ bags, and luckily they were standing in a visible place. No assistance with the luggage was offered at all — in the end, our transfer driver helped us instead of the hotel staff.

This was our third stay at Ethno Hotel, and once again we were very satisfied. The quality of the food and beverages, as well as the overall service, was truly exceptional. We would especially like to thank our Ethos assistant, Nura, for her continuous support and kindness during each of our visits. She was always helpful, attentive, and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate all the care and assistance provided and look forward to visiting again.

Spectacular design, good cuisine, plenty of local food. There is a 24 hour restaurant too. Great staff, loved the warmed outdoor pools, and aqua parks, especially for spring stay it was a huge plus. Exceptionally good experience with Spa and massage. The masseur is very skilled and professional, I felt my body released so much stress and tension over 90 minutes therapy, I got really relaxed. Morning yoga was amazing. Loved the high quality natural mats, the yoga place and very calming atmosphere.

Extrem große Auswahl an Speisen, super gute Qualität! Super toller Kids Clud mit vielen Möglichkeiten und sehr nettem Personal! Wir hatten eine Swin Up Suite - ganz toll. Super nettes Personal, dass dir jeden Wunsch erfüllt auch am Strand, wir hatten immer so ein Strandhaus in der 1.Reihe gebucht... Sehr zu empfehlen alles!

Сервис отвратителен. Самое отвратное 1: !!!Дверь нашего номера забыли закрыть при пополнении минибара - нас в номере не было, возвращаемся- дверь открыта!!!!! Самое отвратное 2: Делают ежемесячную обработку номеров (от насекомых??), когда клиент проживает в номере - нам к примеру оставался 1 день до отъезда, когда нас предупредили о таком счастье. Чуть менее отвратное: В номере потек потоком воды кондиционер, судя по отзывам проблема постоянная Далее уже что осталось: 1. Чемоданы так и не принесли, спохватились когда супруг уже повез сам их в номер. 2. Подставку для ребенка тоже забыли - хотя обещали 3. Уборка каждый раз приходила в часы дневного сна ребенка - кнопка не беспокоить не работала. 4. Кофе на завтраке как помои 5. На йоге которая с утра - шавасана проходит на тонком коврике на бетоне. 6. Периодически на этажах воняет краской (может такие чистящие средства) 7. Дверь туалета блокируется и не открывается, хотя замок никто не трогает. 8. В детском клубе однажды отказали в рисовании за 20 минут до конца времени в расписании. 9. Деревьев на территории практически 0. 10. В несезон лежаки к 11.00 все заняты.

Oglumun yüksek kuruyemiş alerjileri var özel WhatsApp grubu kurup oğlumun isteklerine göre özel yemekler pişirildi. Maldivler, Bali, Dubai vs gitmedigim yer kalmadı ama bu kadar Ethno Otel kadar profesyonel dikkatli hiç bir otel görmedim. Bundan sonra tek ve hep Ethno!

Очень новый и чистый. В отеле очень красиво, но маловато зелени. Достойный спа. Прекрасный хамам. Номера комфортные просторные, но есть слышимость шума из соседних номеров и коридора. Персонал очень отзывчив.! Наш ассистент Фидан , очень приятная девушка, старалась сделать отдых максимально комфортным! И у нее получилось. В главном ресторане очень вкусно, не было лишь авокадо и клубники. Большой выбор фрешей. В остальные рестораны не успели сходить.

Строительные камушки встречались на дорожках между бассейнами.

We really loved the overall atmosphere of the place, the spacious and beautiful rooms, and the comfortable beds. The food was absolutely delicious, and the kids had an amazing time as well.

I wouldn’t call it a flaw, but if I had to point something out, it would be that our towels were changed every single day, even the ones we didn’t use. I find this unnecessary and a bit wasteful. This isn’t a complaint, just an observation. In other places around Europe, there are usually instructions stating that if you don’t want your towels replaced, you can simply hang them up.

Не понравился персонал обслуживания, страшно рассеянные, не понимают как надо работать. Одни приборы на все виды блюд в том числе и десерты. Ну либо надо постоянно выпрашивать чтобы принесли. Воду на стол не дают, наливают по 100гр и уходят, потом надо постоянно выпрашивать. Заказ пронимают абы как, уходят не дослушав. Потом либо не приносят, либо приносят вообще другое. Ужас! Люблю топовые отели Турции, но это стандарт и никакой не топ! Далее, были дожди временные и в перерывах хотелось выйти на улицу. На улице все убирают и потом не выносят. Полотенца надо было идти во внутрь и брать их в СПА, так как на улице они решили их не держать. Максимально странная позиция для отдыха. Еда бывала свежая и вкусная, а бывало приходишь и на вкус будто кто-то вчера не доел и вам просто подогрели. Это заметил не только я, много с кем общались и были у всех одни и те же замечания! НЕГАТИВ БОЛЬЩЕ ПИСАТЬ НЕ ХОЧУ, просто больше не вернусь!

Took our 2 year old here and we all had the best week! Even having two days of rain, there was still plenty to do with the indoor pool and different cafés. Food and service was excellent, all the staff were so good with our daughter. We booked a superior whirlpool room, which meant we could put the cot in the dressing area of the room. Would definitely recommend!

The Ethno hotel is a very good Hotel. The Style of the hotel is bohemian. Everything look very good. The rooms a bigger than the most hotels in belek. The lobby and lobby bar is great very impressive. The bar concept is very high standard. You can get very exclusive whiskey, vodka or Gin, they really use premium brands in bottles and they have special cocktails created by their own barman for example, “Air” cocktail the “earth-cocktail” the architecture of the hotel unbelievable because they make a pool around the rooms so you can listen at night the water sounds from the pool and the pool view from that rooms are unbelievable. Every room mostly have a very good few to sea very and comfortable beds. The Spa area are very clean, nice and have a great 2 big Hamams, a light sauna, hot sauna even a salt room and of course a steam room. The gym is ok. The also have a nice indoor pool. One of the highlights are the kids club. They built a little kids town, with fire station police station etc. great entertainment one of the best kids club that I see. They also have entertainment for adults, for example, night club and big amphitheater. The service are very great always friendly, helpful and do the best for the guests. One little critic Point is the food. The food is good but not so authentic typical Turkish, for example they can switch more to authentic Turkish cuisine concentration on good meat. The presentation of the food was OK as I said the food was not bad was good but when you compare the other hotels they can make better. I think next year will be better. I think we will come next year again hopefully with different type of food, but the rest is almost perfectly. Good job Ethno hotel best regard.

Our lovely personal assistant, Nur, made our stay unforgettable. She was always there when we needed her, super polite, and always had a big smile on her face 😊 She even surprised us with a birthday dinner at ala card restaurant — such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! Сервис очень хромает. Уборка так себе, минибар не обновляют пока не попросишь. Записали на мастер класс, мы пришли, нас нет в списке. Попросил продлить пребывание в номере в последний день на 2 часа, мне сказали нет, можно только в другом за 150 евро за эти 2 часа. И все в этом роде...

Beautiful hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect. The food was fantastic, especially the Asian cuisine. The staff were nice and helpful. The beach was perfect. The rooms were clean. We had a beautiful view of the pools and the sea. We will definitely be back.

We are currently staying at this wonderful hotel as a family of 6 in two adjoining rooms 1353/1354 and enjoying every moment. The hotel is huge but it still manages to maintain a personal touch and gives you the feeling that you actually matter as a guest. The all inclusive concept is without doubt the best quality we have experienced and the variety of both food and drink cannot be bettered. Every aspect of this venue is first class from the friendly and professional staff to the beautiful grounds and public areas it really is breathtaking. I’m struggling to actually find a criticism but perhaps one tiny one would be that more of the beautiful pools need to be heated at this time of year. If you are looking for a relaxing but luxurious holiday with your family I doubt that you will find better quality or value for money and we will certainly be back.
