Unfortunately, our stay at Rioxs Hotel was extremely disappointing, and there were several issues that made us question the hotel’s standards of cleanliness, customer service, and safety. The staff were frequently on their phones and, in our experience, did not seem attentive to guests who needed assistance. I also found a stain on my bed and complained about it, but nothing was done. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard and was left dirty throughout our stay. The windows around the hotel were also consistently very dirty. What concerned us most was the safety of the children's facilities. My child got sand in their eyes in the children's play area, but when we asked for assistance, the staff did not have any eye wash available. This is particularly concerning in an area specifically intended for children. Even more worrying, one of my children was scratched by a nail sticking out from the skirting board. This is a serious safety concern that should have been identified and fixed before someone got hurt. We also ordered a shisha which did not work. We sent it back, but we were not refunded for it. We were then expected to pay for it when leaving the hotel, despite having returned it because it was not working. The situation when we were leaving was particularly upsetting. We felt that some of the staff were aggressive towards us, and the barrier was closed, preventing us from leaving. We found the situation intimidating and frightening, especially as we were there with our children. Regardless of any disagreement over payment, we do not believe guests should be made to feel intimidated or prevented from leaving. I have photographs documenting some of the issues mentioned above and am prepared to provide them to management. Before making our experience public, we are giving Rioxs Hotel the opportunity to address our concerns directly.

We had a fantastic family stay at Rixos Park Belek. Our Orient Suite with Jacuzzi was spacious and very comfortable, with a main bedroom, kids’ room, two private bathrooms and a bathtub. The food, facilities, location and overall service were excellent. Our children enjoyed Rixy Kids Club and the special gifts prepared for them. The complimentary access to The Land of Legends was also a major benefit. A special thank you to Ms. Melek from Guest Relations, who was very friendly, helpful and professional throughout our stay.

There was very little to complain about. My only suggestion would be to offer Rixos guests a small food and beverage credit or discount inside The Land of Legends, since families may spend many hours there and the food and drink prices inside the park are quite high.

Amazing garden, nice pool area. Nice bar overlooking the beach with good drinks. Well equipped gym with high quality equipment. We were upgraded and got a family room in Orient section which was nice, although the room was very very dark as it was located at the ground floor and hardly no sun was getting there. We did not care too much as we did not spend much time in our room .

Staff overwhelmed by the amount of work, not always happy to help you. You had to ask several times for your beverage during meals, sometimes we almost finished eating when the waiter finally brought us our beverages. Rooms not cleaned throughly, the bed were made and the towels were changed bit it seemed like the floor was not washed as our feet and socks were dirty after walking without shoes.

The hotel was more beautiful than expected and its service is very good and it has everything you need. I highly recommend staying in it.

The room is very comfortable and spacious, and it has a Starbucks. The attention was beautiful. The sea is beautiful and the coast is private and has everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Antalya! The hotel was beautiful, clean, spacious, and offered excellent service with very friendly and helpful staff. It’s a perfect family-friendly resort with great facilities, plenty of activities, and everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommended! ⭐️

The facilities including the restaurants and additional services were excellent. A great variety of food at the Turquoise restaurant. The rooms were clean and the hotel had a fabulous ambience. Staff were helpful and the location was perfect for access to the Land of Legends. Added bonus: all day access to the patisserie including icecreams and the bar was brilliant. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. A specific mention for Laura Sadik at Guest Relations who was excellent and helped to sort out an issue we had with our hire car.

Minor point: it took us 4 attempts to get a fully functioning iron.

Le personnel est débordé et on sent qu'ils n'arrivent pas à suivre et à répondre aux demandes des clients. Au restaurant principal, quasiment pas de choix de plats de légumes. Quand on veut s'installer, l'attente pour avoir une table nettoyée est longue. L'éclairage au restaurant enfant ne fonctionne pas. Dans la chambre, après le ménage, il manquait des choses (1 serviette par exemple) Personne ne sert aux bars, ou si on nous demande, les commandes mettent beaucoup de temps à arriver. A la réception, on ne tient pas compte des demandes. Notre voiture s'est retrouvée 2 fois garée à l extérieur de l hotel car pas de place à l'intérieur. C est limite pour un hotel qui indique "parking" lors de la réservation. On est allé voir à la réception pour signaler notre mécontentement et leur réponse : :"allez régler ca avec les gens qui le gère au parking" Super !!! Pour un hôtel "Rixos", l'image prend un coup. On a été déçu sur plusieurs points.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Rixos Park Belek sehr gut gefallen. Besonders schön fanden wir die gepflegte Anlage, den Pool- und Strandbereich und die große Auswahl beim Essen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns natürlich der inklusive Zugang zu The Land of Legends, gerade mit Kindern wirklich toll. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. An einigen Stellen könnten die Zimmer bzw. die Ausstattung etwas moderner sein. Ansonsten gab es für uns nichts Wesentliches zu bemängeln.

A wonderful, beautiful, and peaceful resort with everything needed for a great family holiday. We really enjoyed the activities, the access and transportation to The Land of Legends, the excellent food, and the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Special thanks and appreciation to Melek for her outstanding support and communication throughout our stay and even after we left. I accidentally forgot one of my belongings, and she went above and beyond to help arrange its delivery to me in another city. Her honesty, kindness, and extra effort gave us a great sense of trust and made our experience even more special. Many thanks also to Lara and Ece for their kind assistance during our stay. This wonderful experience has encouraged me to recommend this resort to my friends and family.

Çocuklarımız olduğu için land of legends access I önemliydi bizim için. Rezervasyon ve transfer vs ile ilgili bir sorun yaşamadık. Ayrıca, otelin yiyecek-içecek, sahil ve havuz imkanları da çok iyiydi. Güleryüzlü ve yardımsever personel de çok yardımcı oldu.

Spoilt for choice! It was good. However, I feel the time between the Turquoise breakfast closure and People's restaurant is short. Perhaps start breakfast at 6am at the Tourquoise will be good for those that have an early start and reduced.

The day before I left at the People's restaurant a waiter (Arda) used his bare hands to lift a sandwich from one plate to mine. I found that disgusting. I did not say anything but I did not eat it either.

Amazing hotel with great food selection and amazing staff , free shuttles to land of legends.

Rooms are far from reception , even there were shuttles but personally I prefer my room to be in the main building next time I visit the hotel .

1-Många tränger sig i mat buffén och dem som Jobbar säger inget 2- ingen berättar hur hela konceptet går till vilka restauranger man kan äta på osv ingen info alls , det får man fråga sig fram . och att vissa inte kan engelsk på hotellet , och värst va väntan på incheckning/rummet , vi kom 1 Tim efter incheckning och ändå fick vänt 45 min efter att jag varit jobbig och gått fram O tbx och sagt att vi vill in på rummet asap

We took two rooms in the hotel, and were very disappointed because we got very old rooms and the bathroom was shockingly old and very dirty, it is not suitable and does not come close to a 5-room hotel. It is also a big disappointment that there are no slides in the children's pools and we have to go to Land of... another hotel in the heat with a load of people.

The shuttle service and the team were absolutely amazing. Everyone was super friendly, genuinely cheerful, and clearly trying to make guests have fun while doing their job. They were also extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. The same goes for the Rixy Kids Club team. All the ladies were fantastic; so friendly, great with the kids, and working incredibly hard to keep them entertained throughout the day. You could really see how much effort and energy they put into making the kids happy. The food was also very good, with great taste and variety across the meals. A huge plus is that there is food available 24/7, so you never really have to worry about finding something to eat. .

Unfortunately, the overall service experience was very inconsistent. While some teams were excellent, we encountered several staff members who appeared disengaged, rarely greeted guests, and did not seem particularly interested in providing assistance. This had a noticeable impact on the overall feeling of hospitality. Guest Relations & communication: This was probably the biggest disappointment. When we raised concerns or provided feedback, the responses often felt defensive rather than solution-oriented. Communication during situations involving complaints or conflict could be much more professional and constructive. Ahmet was the one manager who genuinely tried to help and deserves credit for that. Bar service: The quality was inconsistent. On several occasions, when ordering a G&T, I received either almost entirely gin or a drink that was extremely unbalanced. This suggests that some staff may need additional training on basic drink preparation and consistency. Baby pool temperature: The sign states that the baby pool is 32°C, while a manager told us that it was actually being measured daily at 27°C. Considering the pool is in shade throughout the day, it felt significantly colder than expected and was not particularly comfortable for a baby. There appears to be a clear discrepancy between the advertised and actual temperature that should be addressed. À la carte restaurants: Despite staying for 11 nights, we were unable to get a single à la carte reservation. Guest Relations took our name and room number repeatedly over four consecutive days and told us they would come back to us, but we never received a confirmation or update. The app was also not functioning properly, making the reservation process extremely frustrating. Professionalism and communication: There were also interactions that felt unnecessarily uncomfortable.

10/10 from us — and a special 10/10 to the staff especially Jaster Loi from housekeeping who made it feel that way.

Rixos Premium Belek was a 10/10 experience. The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, and everywhere was clean. The staff paid attention to every detail. I also liked the eco-friendly products and the facilities. The easy access to The Land of Legends was a big advantage. Everything met our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Rixos Park Belek et nous en gardons un très beau souvenir ! L’hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et l’ensemble du personnel est vraiment adorable : souriant, accueillant, attentionné et toujours prêt à nous aider. Cela a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la qualité de la nourriture. Il y avait beaucoup de choix et tout était très bon. Une mention spéciale pour le restaurant Zahra, que nous avons trouvé tout simplement excellent ! L’ambiance de l’hôtel, les services proposés et l’accueil chaleureux nous ont vraiment plu. Nous avons apprécié chaque moment passé sur place et nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis, comme à la maison. Parking petit (notre véhicule était à l'extérieur) Personnel qui s'occupe de la réservation du park Land of legend et de la réservation des navettes (prendre son mal en patience) ajout groupe whatsup non effectué, organisation catastrophique Pas de liste de vérification des réservations pour la navette. On vous dit OK pour la navette mais ils s'en vont sans vous sans vérifier, jamais à l'heure. Départ annoncé 19h45 mais décolle soit à 19h40 ou bien 20h. Le restaurant principal, buffet à volonté trop petit pour la qualité et le prix ainsi que la salle pour manger.

Avond had je weinig te doen daarom speelden wij met vrienden in spelletjes kamer. Maar wat me tegenviel je je had maar 1 spel dat compleet was!! Laatste avond kwamen andere gasten en die gingen daar over discussiëren , omdat zei wilde spelen en hotel kon niet oplossen en dat vond ik slordig en tegenvallen voor een 5 sterren hotel!! ( lag 10 dozen maar was een doos compleet)

They even went to The Land of Legends only once during our 6-day stay… and somehow, they still didn’t get enough of this incredible place! 😂💙 A special thank you to the Customer Service team for their amazing efforts, fast responses, and flexibility. Every request was handled with such kindness and professionalism, which truly made our stay even more enjoyable. 🙏🏼 The pools were amazing, the Sports Club had non-stop activities, and the buffet offered such an incredible variety of choices. There was always something to do, something delicious to try, and a new memory to make. Overall, our experience was simply SUPERB! ❤️ Thank you, Rixos Park Belek, for an unforgettable family holiday. We’ll definitely be back… hopefully every summer! 🥰☀️🏖️

The orient room was definitely the highlight. Spacious and great for families. Access to land of legends Lumin app having ai respond to questions House keeping is very prompt and don't keep you waiting.

- The food was limited and repetitive buffets. Not a variety nor taste. - their cocktails were disgusting - staff were impolite. Priority is definitely for the Turkish guests. - hotel lacks animation and a fun atmosphere - they know they are the least of rixos chain and boast about this (their excuse) - their receptionists and front desk staff are not friendly

Ana restaurantta her akşam farklı konsept yapmışlar (fish, italian vs.) ancak içerik olarak her akşam neredeyse aynıydı. O yuzden 2.akşamdan sonra restauranttan sıkılıyorsun.

The size of the property and the facilities. Good for kids. What was good was the guest relation staff had a what’s app group and that was helpful for general questions/queries. Free access to land of legends was good.

The staff were not always helpful. I requested a ground floor room for disability and wasn’t given this and when queried this was told couldn’t help. I asked for the manager who then made arrangements. They also helped someone else whilst talking to you or dealing with your issue. This happened a number of times and I found this to be rude. Food at buffet restaurant was often cold. The land of legends buses were quite infrequent. Only twice a day. So had to spend money on taxis.

Foods can be better it's a bit boring. Needs more vaRiety of foods for children. And no allergens is displayed not good for food allergy sufferer. WiFi is not very good as well there are times that I cannot order drinks because of poor WiFi connection

Het was niet super druk, fijne rit naar land of legends gehad. Veel rekening gehouden met kinderen. Wij gingen met onze 8 maanden oude zoon en daar hadden ze zelfs eten voor in potjes. We hadden foto’s gemaakt en waren die vergeten op te halen. Gelukkig kregen we met 1 berichtje gelijk de foto’s digitaal opgestuurd!

The properties clean, and the staff is generally very helpful and prompt in their actions

The pictures and the overall impression that I got give me a false impression that to this property has slides and then I discovered that they’re showing pictures of a Sister property which is land of legends so I think this kind of false Advertising should definitely be addressed and I should definitely be compensated in addition there was a problem in the kids club, which is the AirConditioning is not working. Hasn’t been working for two months. Because of this AC problem, this made the kids club which is called Rexie club really unusable for me and my family because we could not stay more than 20 minutes because of the AC problem.

The resort has a pleasant beachfront location, good facilities for families, and convenient access to The Land of Legends. The food options were varied, and some members of the staff were polite and helpful.

Unfortunately, our stay started with several disappointing service issues. Before arrival, we requested connecting rooms, and the hotel confirmed that the request had been noted and would be considered subject to availability. However, upon arrival, the Front Office Supervisor informed us that the hotel does not have connecting rooms at all. This should have been communicated to us before our arrival. We accepted two adjacent rooms instead, but only one room was ready. The second room was delayed for approximately one and a half hours without any update or communication from the hotel, and I had to return to reception personally to follow up. More seriously, a minibar employee opened our room door and attempted to enter while my family and I were inside, without waiting for permission. This was an unacceptable breach of our family’s privacy. The air-conditioning was also not working properly, and despite contacting the hotel several times, the technician was significantly delayed. Considering the price paid and the reputation of the Rixos brand, we expected much better communication, faster service, and greater respect for guest privacy.

Insgesamt hat mir die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass sie sehr kinderfreundlich war. Die direkte Strandlage war einfach traumhaft und definitiv ein Highlight des Urlaubs. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt waren für mich die vielen Steine am Strand, die das Baden stellenweise etwas erschwert haben. Außerdem hätte die Musik am Strand gerne etwas leiser sein können. Teilweise war sie recht laut, dabei genießt man gerade am Strand die Ruhe und das Meeresrauschen. Sehr schön fand ich außerdem die weitläufige Anlage. Durch die mehreren Poollandschaften hatte man immer die Möglichkeit, sich auch einmal an einen ruhigeren Ort zurückzuziehen und zu entspannen. Insgesamt habe ich mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Was mir an der Unterkunft weniger gefallen hat, waren einige Mängel in den Hotelzimmern. Insbesondere die Duschbrausen waren teilweise defekt, sodass das Wasser nicht richtig lief. Hier wäre eine Erneuerung bzw. Instandsetzung wünschenswert. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt betrifft die Personalführung. Während unseres Aufenthalts entstand der Eindruck, dass viele Mitarbeitende unzufrieden waren. Zudem war für uns als Gäste deutlich wahrnehmbar, dass der Umgang zwischen Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitenden teilweise respektlos wirkte und Mitarbeitende in niedrigeren Positionen häufig vor den Gästen zurechtgewiesen oder unter Druck gesetzt wurden. Das hinterließ einen unangenehmen Eindruck und wir fanden es schade, dass dies so offen sichtbar war. Aus unserer Sicht besteht insbesondere im Bereich der Personalführung Verbesserungsbedarf, da ein wertschätzender Umgang innerhalb des Teams auch wesentlich zur Atmosphäre für die Gäste beiträgt.

The facilities of the hotel are a lot that we spent 3 nights and even couldn't try all. Land of Legends access makes the hotel more attractive for families with kids. Stuff were kind and helping on any questions. Mermaid seafood restaurant was also amazing, I haven't tasted any better octopus.

The resort was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was beautiful, everything was well organized, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it.

My only suggestions would be to add more water and beverage refrigerators throughout the resort, especially near the rooms in the 7000 area and above, as they are quite far away. It would also be wonderful to have a breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant in the area near the Kids Club that does not require a reservation. I think this would make the experience even more convenient for guests staying in that part of the resort.

The resort is beautiful with excellent landscaping, spacious swimming pools, and a great beach. It is very family-friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The Land of Legends access is a great benefit for families with children. The facilities are well maintained, and there are plenty of activities throughout the day.

Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the resort. Many staff members, particularly in the buffet restaurant, came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. Communication in English should also be improved. The food focused more on quantity than quality. There was a large selection, but the overall variety and quality of the dishes, especially the mezze and regional specialties, could be much better for a resort of this standard. We also experienced a security issue with our rooms. The key cards provided at check-in did not work, and after receiving replacement cards, the room door remained unlocked and could be opened without any card for nearly two days before the issue was finally fixed. This was a serious concern. Finally, the buggy transportation needs better organization. During busy periods, guests had to compete to board the buggy, creating unnecessary crowding and confusion. A proper queue system would greatly improve the experience. As a constructive suggestion, I believe it would be beneficial for the owners or senior Rixos management to conduct regular guest experience audits and operational reviews. As a guest, I felt there was a disconnect between the excellent physical property and the day-to-day service delivery. More frequent oversight and quality audits could help ensure that the guest experience consistently reflects the high standards expected from the Rixos brand.

Le restaurant manque de place et est souvent bondé. C’est un hôtel très touristique, avec une forte affluence. La chambre n’était pas très propre et le ménage laissait à désirer. En revanche, la restauration était excellente. Malgré cela, l’établissement ne correspond pas, selon nous, au niveau attendu d’un hôtel cinq étoiles.

Everything was perfect and as expected. Food and drinks very good. Facilities great and plenty to do considering a large hotel facility that was busy.

The theme Park

We had a very enjoyable stay overall, and we appreciate the hard work of the hotel team. We would just like to share a few suggestions that we believe could make the guest experience even better. * It would be great if there could be an additional shuttle bus to the theme park at around 3:30 PM, as the current schedule is a little limited. * After returning from the theme park, it would be a lovely gesture to offer guests a bottle of water on the shuttle bus, especially after spending the day in the heat. * The Kids Club felt quite warm at times and could benefit from stronger air conditioning. It would also be nice to have a few fans outside during the children’s shows to help keep the kids comfortable. * It would be helpful to have more buggy vehicles available between the hotels, as we occasionally had to wait longer than expected. * The dinner buffet is scheduled until 9:30 PM, but on a few occasions the food started being cleared around 9:10 PM. It would be appreciated if the full buffet remained available until the official closing time. * Most of the staff were kind and helpful. However, there were a few occasions where some team members seemed less welcoming when we asked for assistance. We hope this can be improved, as excellent service makes a big difference to the overall guest experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We absolutely loved our stay and wished we had booked for a few more days. The staff at reception and reservations were incredibly warm and welcoming, and our children were delighted to receive a lovely box of sweets as a welcome gift. We also appreciated the thoughtful complimentary restaurant invitation, the free unlimited access to The Land of Legends, and the convenient shuttle service. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious grounds and several pools that our children absolutely loved. This was by far a much better experience than our previous stay in Antalya, and we will definitely return.

We had an amazing stay at Rixos Park Belek. Everything was perfect—the hotel was beautiful and spotless, the rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were always friendly and professional. Our children had a wonderful time, and the complimentary access to The Land of Legends, along with the hotel’s shuttle service, made our holiday even more enjoyable. We would like to give a special thanks to Ms. Laura from the Guest Relations team. As our flight was at 00:00, she kindly arranged a complimentary late check-out until 20:00, allowing our family to relax before leaving for the airport. Food was amazing, spa center a bit expensive but after negotiation we received some very good massages and hamam, and in general the staff is very pro client orientated.

Evening entertainment very poor (I'm comparing with Rixos Sungate and Rixos Tekirova where we've been before) . Also the animation team, not proactive, daily activities almost none.

We liked the property overall. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed and nice amenities. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel, both the room and common areas were spotless and well cared for.

What we didn’t like was that it was often difficult to find a spot at the pool because it got crowded quickly. The beach is also very small, which made it feel a bit limited and crowded at times.

The alcohol drinks were premium quality, but no draft beer in the lobby area, some of the waitress in the main restaurant were very friendly. The FO manager Mr. Mehmet were very professional & friendly, he helped us to extend & did his best to satisfy us.

The reception staff are very rude & unprofessional, while Check-in i asked to change the room but they didn't the show rooms that is not better but worst they promised to change next day but they didn't. The major that most of the wake up from sleeping is the room doors, when the room next to you closes & opens the door it makes big sound & shakes the hall room due bad door hydraulic that makes the door to move very fast. Another issue we put DND sign on the room, but even though the mini bar refilling team or HK they opened the door & came in while my Wife was in the bathroom. The buffet is not so big but the quality & the taste of the food were good. two bars on the beach are were closed due to renovation. We took a massage session but were not stratified they were not professional & the therapist was not good.
