That’s the second year we are staying at Madinat Jumeirah. It’s an absolutely amazing spot to relax. The Palace lounge is top notch. The staff is amazing and attentive. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff, amazing room and great location.

Check-in lengthy, taken to wrong check-in area which i questioned as have been several times before. Club Lounge no longer serves champagne and wouldn't even provide at a supplement/full payment. Pool in a very bad condition with several people getting cuts from missing tiles. Far too many families reserving sub loungers early morning and only appearing around lunch-time, years ago this was not allowed and i urge the hotel to adapt this principle again.

Wow!! This hotel is amazing, ALL the staff are great, they are the most professional and polished customer service orientated hotel staff we have ever come across. We could not speak highly enough of them. Our room, an Ocean Terrace was wonderful, the grounds are beautiful, a choice of pools and restaurants also.

This Hotel is simply amazing; the food, the rooms, the service, the people - everything! Nothing was too much trouble, at all. It was beautiful, tranquil and just all round quality. Will come back.

From the moment we arrived at Al Qasr, the hospitality was second to none. Letizia went above and beyond for my daughter, taking the time to cater to all her needs and allergies with such care and attention. Every evening, she would come to check in on us, making sure my daughter felt special and comfortable. She surprised her with balloons, a special cake, chocolates, and fresh fruit in the room – such a thoughtful gesture. She even took the time to do my daughter’s hair, which absolutely made her day! Letizia’s kindness and warmth turned our stay into a truly unforgettable experience. We are so grateful and will definitely return.

the resort is exceptional , with lots of unique features , looks like the traditional Arabian palace in the desert oasis with the peacocks walking on the property . The view of Bur al Arab is spectacular . Rooms are spacious with the comfortable beds . It really feels peaceful walking on the property . The staff are really friendly and attentive , especially Mary .Every day she made our the breakfast so special and on July 4 , my son's birthday, she threw a surprise birthday party , that made our experience at the resort unforgettable

I have stayed in almost all top five star hotels in Dubai. But this hotel was not worth. The hotel though is a palace but lot of issue re air conditioning. We changed the room but still had to sleep with the help of fan. The hotel is old and even the senior staff managers were unable to resolve the issues. Will avoid this property

As big, grand and fancy as the Jumeirah Al Qasr is...we felt like we were guests at a friend's residence. The level of comfort and luxury are top notch. Everything you need is in the hotel or a steps away (shopping, beach, salon, spa, restaurants). Jumeirah Al Qasr was everything amazing. We will definitely return to Dubai...just to stay here again.

From the moment you arrive the staff make every effort to make your stay a special one. We stayed in a club room, which gave us the Palace Lounge facility. Special thanks to William, Cathy, Anita & Ferdous who did everything they could to enhance our stay. Also a thank you to Jasim at the pool who continuously worked so hard in looking after each and every guest. The choice of restaurants not only in this hotel but also the other Jumeirah hotels are second to none, catering for everyone’s taste and budget. Jumeirah keep doing what you do so well! Plenty to do around the Hotel nice resaturants a shopping center nearby and beach amenities, not much need of.going to far from the Hotel plenty to do around the area.

I’ll preface this review by saying that I’ve stayed at some of the best resorts / hotels in the world. Jumeirah al Qasr is special. The hotel is part of a larger resort / mini city called Madinat Jumeirah which , though massive, is easily accessible through free golf cart buggies and incredible Venice-esque gondolas. The grounds are meticulously maintained; the architecture and design of the hotel has aged well due to avoiding trends and focusing on the culture of the region. My wife and I unfortunately were only able to stay for four days but we will certainly be back (hopefully for a week) with our two children who we can’t wait to explore the resort with. The service is almost over-the-top if not for the genuine nature of everyone we encountered. We missed this resort the moment we had to leave.

Wonderful and super luxury hotel where our family very much enjoyed. We felt like we were in the palace during the stay.

The Al Qasr is just delightful in every way. The service is superb, the room was so comfortable and spacious, it was also spotless. Huge attention to detail is given to everything, it’s all just so. The beach is a delight and the gardens. And the food is delicious. We loved it.

So much to do, so many places to eat and the waterways were amazing

The concept of the hotel is brilliant, a novelty being able to travel around by boat. Staff, majority Indian Pakistan super friendly and helpful. Food good but need to book or some restaurants will be booked out by external visitors. There was a fairly long wait to both check in and check out which really takes the edge of a luxury welcome experience.

It was the third visit to this hotel and we will come back. The dining options are excellent as well as the are around the hotel, especially the beach

The hotel is beautiful, staff are very friendly and efficient, the decor is amazing, as is the location. The Abra’s and buggies are great. The beach and waves are fantastic. Breakfast and dinner were lovely (Timothy was particularly helpful and friendly). Will definitely stay again if we visit Dubai again.

Jumeirah Al Qasr is an amazing oasis of a hotel, our go to in Dubai. The staff are attentive, courteous and always happy to see you. The restaurants are fabulous, quality of the food is excellent. The hotel itself is exceptional, beautifully designed. The Abra’s, the waterways add a touch of charm that just soothes the senses. Highly recommended.

My mom and I stayed at Jumeirah Al Qasr in Dubai and had a fantastic time; I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with excellent service from the staff, who always wore big smiles. The managers were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy everything the hotel offered, especially the stunning views. We enjoyed spending time in the lounge, where the beautiful piano music enhanced the excellent ambiance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we hope to repeat.

I stay at hotels 2-3x per month and have never left a review. Jumeirah Al quasr is the most amazing hotel that I have ever been to. A relaxing, luxurious, tropical but traditional paradise. The service is 12/10 and the property is unbelievable. You could stay here for a month and never run out of things to do. I will definitely be back!

Hotel was perfect for the family! From room to breakfast to swimming pools were on point for everyone, especially the children. To also have free access to wild Wadi, Legoland water Park, Legoland, motion gate theme park was awesome. I would highly recommend the hotel

Staff at main desk and concierge did not inform us properly about the half board, although they should have, asked a few times to different staff and they were quite clueless Room cleaning staff were amazing

Suite was small and didn’t have a separate living room space. Terrible checkin experience. We had requested cancellation for one of our two reservations. Hotel team didn’t process request until after arrival and denied refund even after trying with multiple staff onsite and on the phone.

Beautiful stay. They are cautious about food allergies and can cater better to making eating at the property with food allergies more practical. Highly recommend overall.

5 stars won’t cut it. I would give this place 10 stars. Luxury, the most respectful and helpful staff. This place has everything you need. You don’t even need to leave this place: places to shop, eat with different options, and you are treated like a celebrity!

This property gives you everything you need, from safety, to relaxation and so much more. The pool is great with service all day long, and the beach is quite simply paradise , again with service all day long. The buggies and boats around the hotel complex are a great addition to in getting around, if your lucky your see the peacocks roaming the lawns. Our second visit has not been a disappointment, it's been an excellent stay and more.

Best buffet we have ever had ! The room has a great view of the ocean and surrounding area, checked us in when we turned up at 6am well before check in. All of the staff were lovely and helped with anything we needed, great spot close to all the highlights of dubai

Disappointed by service and poor staff training. I received multiple calls telling me about check out time. They had very limited items for in room breakfast. I raised a concern about an issue, it took them hours to respond.

Opulence to detail. Beautiful hotel inside out. Shopping bazaar, spa, professional polite staff, ocean, restaurants, bars and lounges with impressive views… all on a territory of a large luxurious resort property.

If you are used to good service and want a top class service from a 5* hotel then this is NOT the place! Absolutely horrible experience and would not go again. Went with family of 12 and staff were rude, unfriendly and not a single smile on anyone’s face. Receptionist rolling her eyes and talking under her breath to colleague, not showing any concern or kindness to family with small children and babies. Security guard treating you like you trespassing and stopping you each time asking for room number and asking to show room cards. If you are EXPEDIA gild member you DO NOT GET ANY BENEFIT FROM THIS HOTEL BEING A VIP! They say we have room availability but we need to sell so no upgrades. Ground and property is beautiful but its a shame about their service. If you want to make your money worth while I suggest you go to Atlantis, you are paying same if not less and getting much better service and amenities. Coming to Jumeirah after Atlantis was a shock to a system, wish we stayed at Atlantis for the whole duration but Jumeirah? never again!

Amazing property, service was very everag unfortunately,not as expected in this type of luxury resort,themost of the staff come to do there jobs with sealed faces,sometime in breakfast I need to run after the Host to keep him,the felling is it's not sowelcoming,hardly smiling staff,in the valet also average, everyone is doing their jobs,just needed to pay more attention to little things and it will be better, house keeping is very nice !

This hotel ie resort is outstanding the service from check in to check out was outstanding special mention to Catherine who personally looked after us early check in also late check out the room was amazing also decorated for our 33rd wedding anniversary will picture from our 25th anniversary printing beside at 33 year cake amazing touch breakfast and dinner was amazing also a bottle of wine to our room later beach and pool area amazing 33 restaurants to picture from and the boat ride is a must daylight and night time

Overpriced, worst service at check in and average service at breakfast. The tables for breakfast and dinners were too small and the food average. Club lounge service was great but the food options limited. Had high expectations for the price we paid and I found the service lacking at check in and at breakfast, dinner and the rooms esp the bathrooms were dated. The pools were great and the buggy and boat service were excellent. Will not be returning
