Very friendly staff. Was able to keep my luggage stored before and after checking in and out.

The area around the metro station, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, felt a bit unsafe at times due to people openly selling drugs. There was usually a police presence, which was reassuring.

We selected a room with a view and it didn't disappoint. The location was easy to find and close to plenty of restaurants. The price was inexpensive and definitely good value for money.

The tap was awkward to turn off but it should be fixed as we mentioned it at reception.

Zentrale Lage in Montmartre, Sacre Coeur ist nach wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, in Hotelnähe liegen 2 Haltepunkte unterschiedlicher Metrolinien, mehrere gastronomische Einrichtungen in direkter Umgebung. Es besteht im Hotel die Möglichkeit Frühstück/Speisen zuzubereiten und zu verzehren. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Balkon, um abends den Tag mit einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen.

Das Hotel bietet kein Frühstück an, es gibt aber Möglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist recht klein, das Bett recht schmal, mit nur einer Decke - französischer Standard halt, hat uns nicht gestört, man sollte es aber wissen.

The room did not look like the picture It was really noisy. Everything is pretty old and basic.

Room was simple but cozy and comfortable enough. The staff was kind and helpful. Location was a 2-3 minute walk to Montmartre and Anvers metro station. Also, the discount for the Seine river cruise was a nice gesture.

Ce montant fut autre parce que la facture venait de booking. com Ce n'est que plus tard que j'ai su que je devais payer beaucoup plus cher mon hébergement. Un monopole complètement inutile. À quoi sert-il à l'établissement autre que d'augmenter le cout de l'hébergement au client. Ça , le client ne le sait pas.

Ich kann das Hotel nur als sehr schlecht bewerten und anprangern, das angaben in booking so nicht stimmen Ich werde Kontakt zu booking.com auflnehmenund um eine Teilrückerstattiung seitens des Hotelbetreibers zu bekomnen

Leider waren wir etwas verwundert, dass es im Zimmer keinen Schrank gab, sondern nur eine Garderobe mit 3 Haken.

Zimmer war sehr sehr dreckig. Es lagen bei Ankunft noch benutzte Handtücher und Toilettenpapier auf dem Boden. Das Badezimmer ist total versifft. Die Toilette ist übergelaufen so das wir sogar das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Auch im zweiten Zimmer war alles dreckig und die Toilette auch verstopft. Wir haben das Hotel nach einer Nacht verlassen. Der Service war miserabel und die Mitarbeiter konnten einem nicht helfen

Jest to bardzo brudne miejsce do przebywania, ja z Polski zamówiłam pokój na wyłączność z dużym dwuosobowym łóżkiem prywatną łazienką, dostałam schowek na szczotki z metalowym podwójnym łóżkiem piętrowym i umywalką bez toalety bez prysznica, podłoga była tak brudna że musiałam zanim zdjęłam buty umyć ją. Po pokazaniu rezerwacji osobie w recepcji wzruszyła ramionami i powiedziała że trudno. Dodam że za dwie noce w tym schowku na szczotki pobrano ode mnie 1200 zł. Plus przy zameldowaniu musiałam dopłacić jeszcze 10 € za nie wiadomo co. W lampkach powykręcane żarówki, jedno światło na cały ten przybytek chyba tylko żeby widzieć jak dostać się do tego metalowego łóżka. Totalna tragedia !!!!! A zapomniałam dodać że prysznic na korytarzu dla wielu osób totalnie brudny z grzybem, toaleta na innym piętrze Jedynym moim pocieszeniem było to że nie musiałam tam korzystać z niczego ponieważ w miejscu pracy gdzie byłam mogłam się wykąpać.

The location was perfect, with Montmartre on your doorstep and a Metro station nearby. We stayed in the room with a view of the Sacre Coeur, which was the highlight of the stay.

The room was quite small but all you need, the bathtub was very cool, however there is no shower in addition to this.

Tolles Zimmer mit einem unglaublichen Blick auf Sacre Coeur. Die Kinder konnten im Hochbett schlafen. Einrichtung schick und modern. Man hört weder die Straße unten noch die anderen Gäste.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Sacre Coeur. Einfach unfassbar schön, selbst aus der freistehenden Badewanne. Das Zimmer war klein, aber gemütlich, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hat auf Nachfrage sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Die Lage ist einfach super. In 2 Minuten mitten in Mont Matre.

The room was beautiful, just as the pictures. The view was amazing and the staff super nice and helpful. Big bathroom and plenty good size towels.

No AC, hot in summer, the room provides 2 fans, but we had to sleep with the window open, if isn’t that hot is perfect!

Estaba todo súper limpio, las vistas desde el balcón al sagrado corazón eran increíbles y la cama era comodisima. Los chicos y chicas de recepción fueron un encanto, no tuvimos problemas para comunicarnos y nos resolvieron toda clase de dudas, volvería a repetir solo por lo cómodo que me hicieron sentir 💗

La gran mayoría de cosas tenían problemas 😂, el secador no funcionaba, la bañera se quedaba atascada…

The check in was super smooth and the staff we’re friendly

I stayed at this hotel in 2023 and had a perfectly fine experience. The facilities and location were great. So I chose it again for our stay in July 2026, and unfortunately, a lot had changed. Starting with the surroundings: as soon as we left the metro station, a beggar tried to harass one of my friends. When we arrived at the hotel entrance, another one began harassing my friend even more aggressively, going as far as exposing himself to her. Once we finally got to the room, it looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The bunk beds were worn out, the listing advertised air conditioning but all we found was an old fan, and the bathroom was in terrible shape. The bathtub was deteriorated and the toilet was rusty and clearly neglected. We were supposed to stay five nights, but the conditions were so bad that we left on the very first one. Since our reservation was non-refundable, we lost all five nights’ worth of payment and still had to book another hotel last-minute for the remaining five nights, essentially paying double for our entire stay. The only positive thing I can say is that the receptionist was polite and helpful, genuinely the one bright spot in the whole experience. I truly wish I could recommend this place, but I can’t.

The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.

Unfortunately, two of my rings went missing from our private room after housekeeping had cleaned it. I reported this to reception immediately, but the situation was not resolved during our stay. Also, the rooms do not have fans, which made the room quite uncomfortable during the summer.

The property was perfect as we needed to catch a train from Gare de Nord and it was in walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and all the spaces were very clean.

There isn’t really anything not to like when you consider this is a budget accommodation.

They are not prepared for the summer. In a room for four people without good ventilation and AC, it is not easy to sleep during the hot weather

We chose this hotel because of its closeness to the Moulin Rouge. But the location is also great for visitors to the Sacre Coeur. The room was small but enough. The bathroom is nice and offers a bathtub. They offer a kitchen with a fridge (but we didn't use it). There were some good restaurants in the area. The hotel is good for its location and enough for a short stay.

You really cannot see the Sacre Coeur from the hotel since there are buildings in front but leaving the hotel and turning a corner you can definitely. It is also just a very short walk away. The rooms we had were only accessible by an elevator in the back for which we needed to walk down some stairs. The room was very small as we could barely fit both of our suitcases inside. At night it was a little loud outside so we didn't open the windows but there was also no AC but a fan.

J’ai réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes au tarif de 115 € par nuit, mais malheureusement, je me suis trompé de date lors de la réservation. À mon arrivée, il n’y avait plus de chambre disponible pour 4 personnes. Le réceptionniste m’a alors proposé deux chambres, pour un prix deux fois plus élevé que celui de ma réservation initiale, en me disant que c’était de ma faute. J’ai dû choisir une chambre avec un seul lit pour 4 personnes, à un prix supérieur de 20 € à celui de la chambre avec 4 lits, parce que c’était samedi, d’après ce que m’a expliqué le réceptionniste. Je comprends que l’erreur de date vient de moi et que la réservation était non remboursable. Cependant, je trouve la situation assez injuste, car je n’avais pas d’autre choix que d’accepter. De plus, la chambre est très petite, il n’y a pas de climatisation et le ventilateur est assez faible. Franchement, au prix de 130 € pour une chambre pour deux personnes, je trouve que le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment insuffisant. Je comprends mon erreur, mais je trouve que le prix demandé est excessif par rapport à la presentation proposées Comparés aux hôtels de mon pays Vietnam, les hôtels en France sont assez décevants en termes de qualité. À part leur emplacement, surtout dans le centre de Paris, tout le reste laisse vraiment à désirer.

The property is perfectly located in Montmarte with a nice view on Sacre Cœur. Due to the warm temperatures it was harder to sleep since with open windows the street in front of the hotel is quite noisy in the night.

Friendly stuff and easy in and check out was easy, also it was useful to stare the luggage for our last day in the luggage room

The facilities were good and was in a good location

No AC anywhere as it was 33-38 degrees most days we were there. Fans were average in the rooms and very loud throughout the night.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil des hôtes ainsi que l'emplacement idéal pour visiter Montmartre et le sacré cœur. Et la propreté de l'établissement.

Nous sommes venus en période de canicule , la climatisation aurait vraiment été souhaitable ainsi qu'un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Tout cela est bien entendu un conseil.

It is well located, next to mini markets, restaurants and walking distance from Sacre Coeur. The staff was always nice and pleasant. There is a mini kitchen well equiped in the main floor so you can cook meals, and heat food. Also, a common dining area.

Rooms can get pretty hot in summer. Although they provide a fan per room.

Je n'ai pas tellement aimé l'établissement. Le personnel est sympathique. L'établissement reste propre. Sécurisant et agréable. Il y a peu de choses à y faire. La partie commune est très petite et ne donne pas envie de s'y poser. Après avoir une petite kitchenette pour se faire a manger reste super gentil. L'hôtel est petit. Les couloirs fins. La chambre est bien. Mais je n'ai pas le coup de cœur pour cet établissement.

Les parties communes. Le manque 'd'espaces collectifs et de choses proposées ou possibles. C'est bien si on veut sa chambre pour y dormir.

Super flot, behageligt og rent hotelværelse. Personalet var venlige og imødekommende. Sengen blev redt og håndklæderne blev skiftet hver dag.

Selve området hvor hotellet ligger kan godt være lidt utrykt. Dog var det super nemt at tage metro og bus hen til central Paris.

Petit problème avec ́otre porte qui ne fermait pas a clé mais la réceptionniste a été très réactive nous a trouvé une solution en mettant nos objets de valeur dans la locker room.

Chambre que dire baignoire réparé de partout toilettes cassé lit superposé qui bransole de partout et fait du bruit .... En nous a changé de chambre dont chambre propre mais quelle chaleur 50degre et 1 petit ventilateur gifi a 30€ pour une chambre de 4 personnes affreux et du bordelle a 2h de mat avoir payé 138€ la nuit pour cela je suis dégoûtée alors que la photo l'or de la réservation n'a rien a voir avec les chambres que nous avons eus.

The view from the top rooms is amazing, staff was very helpful and friendly, good location, so close to the Montmartre! I would suggest booking more expensive rooms to fully experience the location.

Zgodność informacji z pokojem 1-osobowym nie istnieje. Przy rezerwacji widniała informacja, że jest łazienka, finalnie okazało się, że jej nie ma, nie można podwyższyć standardu tylko trzeba kupić nowy pokój. Zdjęcia również wyglądały zupełnie inaczej. Wiatrak też średnio dawał w cieplejsze dni. Mocno to niestety popsuło komfort podczas wyjazdu

Our son wanted to stay in Montmartre and we couldn't be closer. Our balcony was looking directly at the Sacre Coure basilica. It was close to the metro station and many eating options.

Originalmente nos asignaron una habitación muy pequeña y con vista muy bonita hacia Montmartre, pero el baño olía mucho a humedad. Le propusimos un cambio de habitación a Michael, el recepcionista el cual se portó muy bien y nos dieron la única que tenían en el tamaño que habíamos reservado. Gracias Michael . Tienes que hacer el check in antes de las once pero te pueden guardar gratuitamente el equipaje durante el día.

No ofrecen desayuno. Hay que decir que tienen una cocina que no usamos, pero observamos que muchos huéspedes cocinan y conviven ahí.

Chambre sale, salle de bain qui sentait mauvais et la baignoire avait des marques de rouille sur le rebord. Il faisait très chaud et ça sentait la nourriture de leur cuisine. Personnel peu aimable.
