An unique location, right across the cathedrals. Spacious room, very good quality breakfast and the staff did just that bit extra we needed! Good swimming pool with great views. Special shout out for the swimming pool guy who told us interesting facts about Sevilla.

Nos dieron habitación para minusválidos, sin mampara de ducha. Se lo comentamos en recepción y nos dijo que había muchos hoteles que no tenían mampara y que si queríamos cama de matrimonio eran todas así. En las fotos de las habitaciones no venía así. Nos mandó a un parking a 700metros con el que tienen concierto , al llegar al hotel que eran las 9 de la noche se lo dijimos para el abono y nos dijo que nos saldría más barato pagarlo normal, le hicimos caso y de 9 de la noche a 12 de la mañana pagamos 46€. Muy mala información. En el baño encontramos un jabón a medio usar en la ducha.

Na entrada do nosso quarto e junto da cama havia, literalmente, umas colunas (construção do hotel), que dificultavam a entrada no quarto e, de noite, tínhamos de nos lembrar da sua existência, para não irmos contra elas..

The staff were very friendly. The room was beautiful and very spacious and well equipped. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety.

It’s a shame there were no loungers by the pool. Lack of bath robes and slippers in the rooms.

Everything was good one thing as I'm a bit of clean freak I would have loved to see clean sofas as they were beige and they were stained and not so easy to my eye. I had a suite and a room they were both dirty.

Great, large room & facilities & staff very friendly and professional

Breakfast needed a little attention. Lots of choice and good quality food but eggs were slightly cold. If they were warm everything would have been great!

L'hôtel est situé idéalement dans le quartier de Santa Cruz, à proximité immédiate des lieux de visite, de sortie et de restauration. A quelques encablures des autres quartiers de la ville et des transports en commun. Le personnel est accueillant et de bon conseil. Les chambres sont confortables et très agréables, et peuvent disposer d'une vue sur l'Avenida de la Constitucion face à la cathédrale. A recommander.

It’s in the heart of Seville! The best location in the city, all landmarks are in walking distance. You never need to take a bus or taxi (except when you travel from and to the airport). The hotel itself is really modern and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. It was great value of money and would stay in the same every time I’d visit.

Really beautiful property and centrally located. Has stunning views of the cathedral and the rooftop bar is a nice way to finish your night.

L’emplacement est parfait ! Nous avons tous fait à pied. Chambre très mignonne et agréable Le personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant, à l’écoute et toujours disponible. Il parle plusieurs langues, ce qui facilite grandement les échanges. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme tout au long de notre séjour. Tout est parfait l'accueil le personnel l'emplacement et les belles chambres sans oublier un beau roof top

Hôtel idéalement placé, très proche du centre, des taxis, des commerces. Le personnel très poli, très accueillant et très serviable. Un très bon petit déjeuner et une magnifique terrasse avec une super vue. La petite piscine très agréable quand l'été les après-midi sont si chauds.

Le bruit des canalisations et la climatisation trop froide à notre arrivée.

The Hotel was lovely it was in a prime location for everything, all the staff were very friendly. The bedroom was lovely and the beds were very comfy, We had a good view of the Cathedral from our window, there were plenty of shops and restaurants close by too.

There weren't enough coat hangers in the room and it would have been nice if the room had an iron/ ironing board instead of having to request one at the reception desk. Sun loungers instead of deck chairs would have been good but I do realise there wasn't a great deal of room.

Excelent location, Central, near everywhere: the Cathedral, the Alcazhar, a walk to Plaza de España and the main river Galdaquivir. Hotel lobby really nice, although a bit dark, but lovely scents, it feels soothing. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Goid lifts.Rooms good size, bathroom also good size with toiletries. TV and cofee/tea making facilities. Would love a small hose by the toilet set as French bidet style not available for personal hygiene. Fridge stocked with drinks. Bed and pillows soft and soothing.Breakfast pretty decent, co tibetano style with fruits, cereals, yoghurt, various breads and cakes, coffee machine makes acceptable coffee, fry-ups such as fried eggs and sausages, courgette, also tortillas, fruit juices. Room service available, although did not try. Nice rooftop small swimming pool, refreshing enough, and terrace bar with lots of options for drinks. In short: love the hotel and the location. Second time visit this time,will be returning!

Nothing to fault, except the lack of a bidet in bathroom or just a hose by toilet, but this may be asking too much perhaps.

Un accueil professionnel aussi bien à l’arrivée qu’au départ. Nous avons pu déposer nos valises le temps d’un dernier tour dans la ville et nous les avons récupéré ensuite. Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable, particulièrement les oreillers qui semblent d’excellente qualité. Personnels de chambre réactifs. Joli toit terrasse.

La chambre était sale, draps tachés, tête de lit bourrée de poussière ( pour les allergiques comme moi…), murs et pan de meuble tachés et sales à certains endroits. Pas de shampoing car le portant avait dû tomber donc le produit n’a jamais été remis. J’en ai demandé un. Chromecast tv ne fonctionnait pas. Hotel en ville, mais les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Nous nous sommes endormis au grès de nos voisines et réveillés de la même manière.

Hotel molto bello in posizione centrale, perfetto per girare tutta Siviglia a piedi. La camera era meravigliosa e con un bambino piccolo molto vivace ci ha fatto comodo tutto quello spazio .

Purtroppo la camera non ci è stata rifatta o pulita pur uscendo le mattine e rientrati alle 14. Forse hanno orari tardivi ma per un 4 stelle insomma bisognerebbe migliorare questo aspetto.

There’s a small pool on the roof of the hotel that fits a maximum of eight people, but it was nice to cool off a bit in the 40-degree heat. Smart idea, good service. Breakfast is served quite late, starting at 7:30 a.m. Since we left for Gibraltar at 7:00 a.m., we were given a breakfast package, but it wasn’t very good. For this reason, I can’t comment on the quality of the breakfast. We’ve stayed at hotels with a better atmosphere and higher quality during our trip, but we had absolutely no complaints about either the quality of the room or the service. The lack of information regarding parking was a negative point.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was modern and spacious and good air conditioning. Really good facilities either the lovely rooftop bar and pool which was great on hot days!

The only thing was our room was right next to the housekeeping cupboard and so at 8am every morning we could hear them talking and singing and clattering equipment. It wasn’t the worst as it got us up to explore the beautiful city.

Quelques petits problèmes dans la chambre, une lumière d’une armoire qui ne s’éteint pas malgré que l’armoire soit fermée (la lumière passait par dessous donc illuminait la chambre la nuit), de l’eau qui coule un peu du toit dans la salle de bain.. rien de grave mais un peu dérangeant

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel, en plein cœur de Séville, à proximité des principaux monuments touristiques, des bars et des restaurants. La literie est très confortable et la piscine est particulièrement agréable, aussi bien pour se rafraîchir que pour profiter d’un moment de détente au soleil.

Nous avons été déçus par l’attitude et la gestion des problèmes par le personnel, que nous avons trouvées en deçà du niveau de service que nous attendions d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Malgré plusieurs demandes et sollicitations auprès de trois ou quatre membres différents du personnel, nous avons dû attendre près de 48 heures avant que notre Chromecast soit installé et fonctionnel. Plus regrettable encore, alors que nous avions nous-mêmes identifié l’origine du problème, nos remarques n’ont pas été prises en compte. Il nous a été affirmé à plusieurs reprises que le Chromecast n’était pas compatible avec un iPhone, une explication qui s’est finalement révélée totalement erronée. Cette situation nous amène à nous interroger sur la formation du personnel d’accueil concernant le fonctionnement des équipements mis à disposition dans les chambres. Nous tenons toutefois à remercier Miguel, serveur au bar, qui a finalement été sollicité pour intervenir et a pris le temps de brancher correctement le Chromecast derrière la télévision. Nous avons ensuite dû nous aider de ChatGPT pour finaliser la configuration et parvenir à le faire fonctionner avec notre iPhone. Un problème technique peut bien évidemment arriver, mais nous avons surtout regretté le délai de résolution, le manque d’écoute et les informations erronées qui nous ont été communiquées.

Réservation de parking pas faite alors qu'elle a été demandée et le parking de secours d'un partenaire était certes le moins cher de ceux du centre mais il est difficile d'accès et son gérant était très spécial... Sur la description de l'hôtel, il est noté qu'il y a des bornes de recharge mais cela a été impossible du coup de chargé donc on peut malheureusement dire que c'est une faute de le mettre en avant

Truly it was great If I had to dislike something it would be that the cleaning staff leave all their trolleys and vacuum cleaners in the passageway all day, on the 3rd floor anyway and that uses a lot of room and looks untidy. Also quite a lot of noise from the passageway come through or under the room door

L'hôtel est bien , la literie est bonne et l'emplacement est top.

Par contre côté ménage à revoir ( pas de ménage dans la chambre de mes filles pendant tout le séjour), l'accueil est cordial mais un peu froid, les portes qui claquent la nuit par le non respect des gens, la piscine est froide et pas de transats et le plus désagréable avoir le parking à 8 min avec un tarif abominable 144€ pour 5 jours même avec la carte PMR!

Leider sehr laut in der Nacht. Fenster dichten nicht ab, daher lauter Lärm von der Straße und leider auch vom Gang oder anderen Zimmern - geschlafen haben wir daher sehr schlecht.
