I liked that it is a small boutique hotel. Very quaint with very helpful staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. Love the casuarina trees as well. Very serene property.

There was an excavator on the beach that was working all day, disturbing the quiet. We had lunch at The Bungalow while we waited for our rooms. The food qasn't very good. My husband's burger was more lile a sausage and my cgar kway teow was bland.

Hotel room was lovely and spacious. Hotel environment was relaxing.

Check-in was chaotic as area was small. There was no proper system for people queueing to check in. When my husband asked to speak to the person in charge when he was being checked in, the staff informed him that the supervisor was next to her. When my husband questioned the supervisor whether he heard the complaint, the supervisor did not as he was concentrating on his laptop. It showed he did not care about the chaotic check in and should have perked up when he heard the displeasure of my husband voice when checking in. It surprised my husband as that should not be the attitude of the supervisor. The hotel sent a basket of fruits to apologise for this incident but this is after the deed is done. We appreciate the gesture but would prefer better training and systematic check in to create a better first impression of the hotel. The check in staff needs better training. But the rest of the staff were friendly and polite. Only the check-in staff needs to be better trained.

Great sized rooms with balconies and soaking tubs. The rooms were really modern and aesthetically pleasing. Great pool area and lovely breakfast. The location was excellent and a short stroll from everything.

Some loud tourists in the pool with big blowup toys and screaming made it less appealing to be by the pool.

The room was large and it had a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. The Staff were friendly and courteous.

The place lacks activities. During the night, it felt deserted. Hardly anyone in sight except for some staff.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they could not do enough to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the pool beautiful.

The property is located right in the heart of Batu Ferringhi and it is accessible to most of the places.

It was a beautiful hotel and we had a great stay. I requested for a complimentary slice of cake for my sister's birthday and they obliged, so thank you! Overall, was a pleasant stay and a nice property.

Breakfast for me was a bit of a letdown for a 5-star hotel. Choices were not much and taste was so-so. Also, if you sit outside, the watersport operators testing their jetski and filling up the petrol was not so comfortable for us because of the smoke and fuel smell. We also ordered room service and it came late and we were told by the F&B team it was because the Kitchen wanted to close up at 1030pm even though their room service menu was available till 11.30pm. They also got our order slightly wrong but we didnt make a fuss.

The environment, the sea echo and the view from my room everything is so exceptional! Really love staying there and celebrated my wife’s birthday was the best decision ever! Services from all the staff and management are top notch! Love it

I really liked the whole vibes the resort was giving, the ambiance, the pool and the communal areas, it's a value for money. even the toile is massive, which I appreciate. and the tub at the balcony is just cherry on top. breakfast was good too, they did mention the peak time at the restaurant entrance so you can plan out when you want to come. excellent choice of foods and drinks overall .

The room they assigned to us at first had aircond problem, which they knew about since the beginning (other rooms at the level was on maintenance) but did not inform us in advance. We had to switch room at 10:30pm and no sorry was given at all. Although they gave us an upgrade (in the form of additional bedroom in the room?) which we did not need. they acted like it wasn't their fault to assign us a room that had aircond problem since the beginning . so I take it they do not care about the comfort and convenience of their customers.

1.早餐選項不如預期，尤其有蒼蠅，對開放式的餐點感到擔憂；第二早用餐時，從座位離開前往取餐時，被詢問房號，有點唐突。 2.原以為有私人海灘，但僅有游泳池可安心下水，但也因為露天泳池，水裡有很多樹枝(葉)等物品掉入，鳥類也會在池畔喝水，衛生一度有點堪慮。以及，不確定馬國法規，但家人提出無救生員情況，回想確實無人看管泳池。 3.房間打掃可再確實，發現頭髮與寶特瓶，以及漱口杯有缺角/裂痕。 4.號稱服務親切，但入住時櫃台人員完全不介紹。

Keine Spur von Ruhe – Ständige Partystimmung und weggespülter Strand** **Bewertung: 2 von 5 Sternen** Ich hatte das Resort extra gebucht, weil es in den bisherigen Rezensionen als ruhige Oase beschrieben wurde – im krassen Gegensatz zu den großen Hotelburgen links und rechts der Anlage. Leider war mein Aufenthalt das genaue Gegenteil von erholsam. **Anlage, Lärm und Events:** Von Ruhe konnte keine Rede sein, es herrschte eine ständige Partystimmung. Jeden Tag gab es Lärm und Unruhe durch Großveranstaltungen. Am ersten Tag wurden zwei riesige Partyzelte aufgebaut, am nächsten Tag folgte eine große Geburtstagsfeier, und am dritten Tag begannen bereits die Aufbauarbeiten für eine große Hochzeit. Natürlich war aufgrund dieser Feierlichkeiten unheimlich viel Personal für den Auf- und Abbau sowie für die Abwicklung der Events im Einsatz. Das führte jedoch dazu, dass eine ständige Unruhe und ein unaufhörliches Gerenne auf dem gesamten Areal herrschten. Die Hotelanlage und besonders der Garten sind zwar optisch im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, aber überhaupt nicht gemütlich zum Relaxen. Wenn man nach links und rechts schaut, wirken die Hotelgärten der Nachbarhotels um ein Vielfaches entspannter, einladender und gemütlicher. Als Hotelgast war es zudem extrem unangenehm, im Strandoutfit/Badehose mitten durch die festlich gekleidete Hochzeitsgesellschaft laufen zu müssen. Kaum war die Hochzeit vorbei, folgten die lauten Abbauarbeiten. Zu allem Überfluss laufen ständig "Content Kreatoren" über das Gelände, die ungefragt Fotos von den Gästen machen. Privatsphäre? Fehlanzeige. Auch nach den Partys dauerte es ewig mit dem Aufräumen: Das Gelände wirkte dreckig, und überall lag noch Müll herum – das entspricht absolut keinem Hotelstandard. **Der "Strand":** Das Hotel verschweigt völlig, dass der gesamte Strandabschnitt entlang des Grundstücks komplett weggespült wurde.

The staff was nice, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and cocktail s at the bar as well.

There are not enough beds at the swimming pool and as a consequence people tend to keep them for the day. A tree had fallen on the beach and the beach was not really accessible to swim in the sea. Too many craws at the breakfast.

The beach access was quite disappointing as it was cluttered by the beachside vendors and their equipment. It would have been better to have a clean and quiet beachfront area without these being cluttered and the noises

Pool was great. Nice views from the rooms. Great massage at spa. Food was ok, but better food outside the hotel.

There is no sound proofing whatsoever. Noise from the street, footsteps above you on the next floor. We did not get a good night sleep while here. Fallen trees on the beach that don’t seem to be getting cleaned up? You cannot walk along the beach now as it is all blocked. It really only affects this hotel.

It’s charm, great helpful staff especially when there was a problem with the plumbing. The cafe staff were always on time and super attentive for breakfast cos I was early

The plumbing need better maintenance - room had to be changed cos the toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor (and it wasn’t clean water) however that said I was upgraded to a garden room. While that sounds great, one had to keep the doors closed for privacy so it wasn’t as nice as a balcony

We were a party of 7, staff were very happy and obliging, always a smile, comfortable stay, resort is a little tired, needs some renovations and upgrades, but saying that a great time had by all.

Definitely not enough sun lounges by the pool, everyday a hassle, and some very cranky people, the property should buy more. Some of the pool towels also need replacing.

All areas of the hotel were clean. The room was large with a very large bathroom. We enjoyed the plunge bath on the balcony. The hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere and definitely did not feel like a corporate hotel. The beach was not accessible from the hotel as some trees had fallen after stormy weather. There was a wide variety of options for breakfast including an egg station and a noodle station.

It has the feel of a family run hotel, Manager owner greets everyone at breakfast . Met many guests who return every year .

رائحة لا اعلم المكيف او ماذا

Sehr nettes Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen...aber es hat uns trotzdem gut gefallen. Mehrheitlich sehr nettes Personal!

Viel zu wenig Liegen am Pool und von sehr unterschiedlicher Qualität und Bequemlichkeit..Werden auch gerne morgens mit Handtüchern reserviert. Bezüge der Kissen und Polster sehr verdreckt. Strand vor dem Hotel existiert nicht mehr...gerade waren auch drei große Kasuarinen von der Flut ins Meer gerissen worden. Es muss dringend etwas getan werden! Insgesamt ist der Strand und vor allem das Wasser nicht sehr sauber...Abwassergestank und Quallen Aber das hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun...sondern betrifft Batu Ferringhi insgesamt.

Mittelgroßes, sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Schöne Poolanlage, tolles Frühstück. Superfreundliches Personal!

Leider ist der Sandstrand in diesem Bereich völlig weg. Man versucht sich gegen den weiteren Landverlust durch Sandsäcke und große Steine zu wehren. Im Meer baden ist hier nicht möglich.

Fantastic location, right on Batu Ferringhi beach and far enough down the road from all the action to feel secluded. Lovely pool area and the whole hotel is sort of open plan which was nice

Overall the stay was good, we just felt it could have been great but some staff attentiveness and some of the facilities let it down slightly.

The quiet n expansive lawn ambience n location n middling no of rooms make for a less intrusive crowd. The food, breakfast n at the Restaurant were tasty n ample. The managing staff at the floor were amiable and very pleasant.

The absence of small things like room slippers was annoying as the wooden floors retain dirt etc easily. The service section were tardy; the extra mug n a little spoon I requested took one hour and two calls to be supplied.The cleaners need more training from my experience; left the dustbins in the wrong place n had to be told to clean the dirt off the floor.

I really loved the peaceful beachfront atmosphere at Lone Pine. The location is perfect quiet and relaxing, yet still close to great food spots and attractions. The rooms were comfortable, the surroundings felt calm and exclusive, and the beach view was absolutely beautiful. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy quality time.

Honestly, nothing much to complain about. Everything was nice and comfortable. Maybe the only small suggestion is to extend the welcoming drink hours, or have a self service drink jar available, so guests who arrive later can still enjoy it. That would be a nice extra touch.

各種のビーチアクティビテをする事が出来る砂浜が目の前にある。 又、ホテルの前の道路には食品雑貨等なんでも揃う店が揃っていて便利だった。 評価の高い美味しいレストランも徒歩5分以内にあって良かった。 ホテルの部屋は庭と海が見えるバスタブ付きにしたが、静かで快適に過ごせた。 朝食も良かった。

敢えて言えば、深夜に着いたせいでチェックインカウンターの場所が分かりにくかった事だが、通常の時間ならスタッフがいて心配ないです。

Staff were helpful and friendly

Size, comfort and outlook from our room were very good. The peace of the venue is just what we wanted. Love that the hotel is not huge and doesn't have facilities to entertain children all the time. Not everyone wants a busy outdoor area. Supply of ice to our room was generally very efficient. The hotel is located near to many eating venues and activities abound on the beach. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The families who chose to play ball games in the pool. Fortunately staff were very supportive of the need for others to be able to swim and removed the balls. We had a few maintenance issues on arrival. Solution appeared to be to change rooms. We didn't think this was adequate solution as they were all issues which required fixing. Both shower heads required replacing as they were worn out. As there were two of us sharing a room, we would appreciate 2 chairs to sit on other than the bed, while in the room, only one provided. None are big things but a bit disappointing while you're on holiday.

Service is quiet average. For sure not worth 5 star rating. Have stayed in 3 star boutique resorts way more superior service and trained staff.

Location, very clean, quiet place, very well renovated complete resort, very high level stuff, friendly, to relax your soul the best place to go. Amazing breakfast with so many different options of food, dinner is served but amazing and tasty, wide range of wine selection

Love the aesthetic of the property but that’s about it.

It’s not well maintained… the hotel room floor didn’t feel clean, the bath mat used had red stains on it, my room had no hot water and the staff didn’t do anything about it. Additionally, for breakfast, I ordered noodles at their noodle station and the chicken ball they served had gone rancid. I informed the chef at the station and she took the bowl of chicken balls, smelled it and said “oh yes” and thanked me for telling her but she didn’t bother to give me a new bowl or any form of compensation. When guests pay the most expensive prices in the area, you would expect the quality of the service and foodstuff they serve to be of excellent and exceptional quality but this was a complete disappointment.

Fantastisk smagfuld indretning og ekslusive, rolige, behagelige omgivelser med de smukke pine-træer overalt. Personalet var søde og servicen var god.

Eneste minus var, at der ikke var liggestole nok til alle - det burde der være på et hotel på det niveau. Det er lidt stressende at komme ned til morgenmad kl. 8 og se, at alle solstole allerede er taget. Der kunne sagtens være plads til en række stole mere uden, at det blev for crowded eller man kunne have nogle reservestole, som personalet kunne sætte frem på forespørgsel.
