Everything is old and dirty...the hotel need a renovation

Hôtel bien situé, très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très chaleureux et très serviable.

Les travaux aux 3 derniers étages, piscine et mobilier autour de celle-ci mal entretenus. Matelas pas très confortable, pas d'eau à disposition.

L'amabilité du personnel qui essaye de faire en sorte qu'on apprecie malgré tout

pas d'eau chaude, pas de piscine, pas de salle de sport, aucun équipement annoncé n'était dispo

Pendant mon séjour j'ai demandé la facture à la réception, et le monsieur m'a dit qu'il ne peut pas me delivrer le document car j'ai réservé sur booking. Je n'ai pas insisté parce j'avais une formation je devais me concentrer

Very welcoming

Chambre spacieuse, propre et très confortable avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Déjeuner copieux et varié avec beaucoup de choix et des produits frais. Emplacement idéal, calme et parfaitement situé pour profiter de la piscine, de la plage et des alentours. Personnel accueillant et ambiance relaxante tout au long du séjour.

L’hôtel est bien situé au centre mais les équipements sont vieillissants et pas dignes d’un cinq étoiles.

Les équipements une salle de bain avec une baignoire casser et bcp d’humidité je crois qu’il est temps que l’établissement procède a une rénovation

Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, very good location. All staff are very kind and helpful. Especially Mr. Younes at the reception is really a gentleman and a professional who helps with everything.

Too much noise during the morning and afternoon because of cleaning staff who were very loud. Although I understand they need to do their work.

Cet hotel n'a plus rien d'un palace. Vetuste. Des renovations sont absolument necessaires. Le site n"rst pas a jour. Plus de restaurant marocain et aucune activite a la piscine, pas de bar ouvert, rien. Les salles de bains sont delabrees . Il y a de la moisissure et des infiltrations d'eau dans les chambres.Tout cela est bien dommage et le client se base sur un site mensonge

The hotel is in great location ,near to hassan 2 mosqueand its walkable. Staff from the entrance. Reception, room service,are the best in all the hotels that I've been in Casablanca.

habitué a fréquenter cet hôtel depuis deux ans, beaucoup de soins apportés en deux ans pour en refaire un très bel hôtel ,très bien tenu, de grandes chambres confortables, même les plus modestes de l hôtel sont de niveau luxueux, il reste a changer les baignoires, le petit dejeuner est très varies, de l’omelette faite a la demande, des fruits, gâteaux etc… si vous partez tres tot pour l'aéroport par exemple, même a 5 heure du matin dans le lobby vous pouvez vous restaurer avec une mise en place pour les levés tôt , viennoiseries a volonté, café et thes situé boulevard d Anfa, situé en plein centre ville vraiment un des meilleurs hôtel de la ville

Everything was amazing, Lovey place super Friendly staff. Whole experience was so amazing. Spacious room, space was optioned conveniently. I enjoyed every moment.

Only the location my son had the final exam on the area I preferred to be near by for 3 days

Location was good with walkable shops and restaurants nearby. However, the mattress, pillows and towels, shower tub were really outdated and needs immediate replacement and update.

Hotel is tired but staff very pleasant and helpful. Particular thanks to the team for finding a parcel we left in a taxi and helping to get it forwarded to us. That would not have happened in the UK!

While the suite was luxurious, the poor soundproofing was a major downside. We couldn’t sleep at night because the noise from car exhausts outside was so loud it felt as though the windows were open. This lack of sound insulation significantly affected our ability to rest and overshadowed the otherwise excellent service and accommodations.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of different foods. I enjoyed my stay there.

Construction was ongoing in the adjacent building, so I had to keep my windows closed all the time and could not enjoy the cool outside air.
