Personnel très sympa et très serviable, les personnes se chargent de garer votre véhicule et de faciliter votre séjour. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et propres. En cas de besoin, il y a de la réactivité. La dame qui s'occupe de la piscine est très sympa également (Fatima je crois). L'accueil était top. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Tout le personnel est vraiment adorable, toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins. On s'y sent comme en famille, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. L'hôtel est très calme, parfaitement entretenu et d'une grande propreté. Les chambres comme les parties communes sont impeccables, et l'ambiance est reposante. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter !

The location.

Very poor experience at this hotel. From the moment we entered, there was a damp and moldy smell in our room, the AC was out of order (in 40+ C heat) and there were not enough bed sheets and towels for our family of four. After alerting the front desk and insisting, they agreed to switch us to another room. The AC worked in our new room but again, only 2 towels and no bed sheets for the pull out sofa. As well, there is a night club/bar in the hotel and we could hear the noise and beat from our room until the early hours of the morning (even on the fourth floor). The vanity kit at the bathroom counter was opened and used, the carpet did not look clean and the attendant who brought up one of our bags set it down so roughly that it broke a beautiful item we had purchased in Marrakesh. Not even an apology from him or the hotel staff. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel and not representative of Moroccan hospitality which we experienced everywhere else. One of the poorest hotel experiences I have had in a while. Unclear as to why it is so highly ranked.

Un très bon séjour, personnel très gentil, très bon accueil. Un séjour de 3 nuitées sans aucun soucis Très bien placé dans une rue tranquille à 1 mn d’une artère principale. Franchement rien à redire. L’établissement est à la hauteur de sa jeune réputation. Nous y retournerons désormais lors de nos séjours à Rabat

Fantastic 3-night stay in Casablanca!We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Art Palace Suites & Spa. The boutique themed suites are incredibly spacious, creative, and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and highly accommodating throughout our entire visit. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing spa facilities and the delicious breakfast options. The hotel's central location in Gauthier felt very safe and made exploring the city incredibly easy. Highly recommend!

Welcoming, quaint hotel, nice staff, lovely lobby area. Our suite, the 'Marilyn Monroe' was huge! A big bedroom, with a super comfortable bed, living room, balcony, two reasonably small bathrooms but one with a big spa bath. It was 80's painted red and black glass and a fake fire, which stays on constantly (no heat), but it was fun and very comfortable. We were on our honeymoon so red roses were waiting for us on arrival which was lovely. Staff were very accommodating with requests (ironing board; extra coat hangers). Location was perfect and very safe. The area is close to some great restaurants, cafes, shops and within walking distance of beautiful parks and the cathedral. We really enjoyed walking around the back streets and finding authentic Moroccan cafes. Would definitely stay again and try another of their branded suites (as long as all the beds are as comfortable as the Marilyn suite!)

Coming out of the lift or room into a super dark hallway and desperately trying to get the lights to come on! The blind overlooking the balcony from the bedroom was broken. Would have been nice to have more natural light in the room.

Room service was great and the restaurant produced the most delicious prawn and avocado starter that I ordered it again for room service. The room was very authentic in terms of Moroccan style and the staff were so helpful, from helping us find our way around, telling us where to go (sites) and also ordering us taxi's and making calls. I really enjoyed the hotel and it was so quiet (the rooms seem soundproofed). Bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows.

It was not the hotel's fault but if you are staying in Casablanca, try and avoid religious holidays as it does mean alot of the tourist sites are closed over this period. So we cut our stay short and headed to Rabat one day early.

This hotel is splendid and conveniently situated. The professionalism and kindness of the staff is the cherry on top!

We loved it. Has charm, is comfortable and the staff was very attentive. Location is good, breakfast simple, but very nice. We stayed in the Elvis Presley suite, roomy and comfy with two bathrooms and TVs.

About the only thing, the Wi-Fi is spotty and slow, that's about it. Loved the place, would recommend it to our friends anytime.

There wasn’t much I liked about the place unfortunately

Upon our arrival, we noticed a few issues with the property. A dirty cleaning cloth had been left on the sofa, there was no hot water available, the water hose next to the toilet was broken, and the AC remote control was not properly attached to the wall. We did raise these matters during our stay, particularly the issue with the hot water. While efforts were made to resolve it, there was a lack of communication and, unfortunately, the problem was never successfully fixed and remained unresolved until our departure.

Great staff, lovely room, nice dining and spa experience was excellent. Breakfast was beautiful.

L’accueil et la gentillesse de tout le personnel et de la Direction La piscine et les massages au Spa très agréables et relaxants.

Chambre au 5eme étage mais on entendait quand même le bruit de la boîte de nuit/discothèque tard dans la nuit. cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir mais quelques décibels en moins seraient appréciés.

Ce n'était qu'une brève étape à Casablanca mais nous avons bien apprécié cet hôtel à la décoration originale, avec de très grandes chambres confortables. Déjeuner très savoureux (malgré notre arrivée un peu tardive) et petit déjeuner du lendemain de très bonne qualité avec un personnel agréable et attentif. Une mention particulière pour la séance de hamman Marocain suivi d'un massage, bien agréable ! Nous avons également apprécié les services du voiturier qui s'est chargé de garer et déplacer la voiture en fonction des disponibilités. Hôtel choisi un peu au hasard car pas trop loin de la corniche, mais nous y reviendrons le cas échéant avec plaisir.

Le restaurant en mezzanine donne sur l'accueil et les discussions qui s'y tiennent peuvent parasiter un peu le repas, un panneau vitré pourrait améliorer les chose ?

Nous avons apprécié les chambres à la déco très différente, les nôtres étaient à l'effigie d'Edith Piaf et de d'Elvis. Les lits plutôt fermes et confortables, les chambres ainsi que le linge propres. Le petit déjeuner était très riche et bon.

On entendait un peu le bruit de la rue (surtout dans la chambre Elvis), mais on était au centre ville donc on comprend. Nous n'avons pas fait attention que le restaurant était fumeur en venant le soir - donc si vous êtes comme nous avec les enfants, privilégiez le début de soirée pour éviter la fumée. Sinon, le repas était délicieux et le service rapide et courtois.

La camera era molto spaziosa, più di quanto ci aspettassimo, e abbastanza gradevole. C'erano due bagni, soggiorno e camera. Lo staff della reception è stato cordiale.

In bagno l'acqua calda arrivava a intermittenza, a volte il flusso di acqua era così ridotto da non poter fare una doccia. Il livello di pulizia non è quello che ci si aspetta da un 5 stelle. La spa andrebbe migliorata. Con 'accesso incluso nella prenotazione si può usufruire della piscina riscattabile e della sauna. L'acqua della piscina aveva un odore terribile, la sauna invece è piccola ma carina. Avevamo fatto presente la nostra necessità di fare colazione presto e ci hanno detto che potevamo essere lì alle 7:00. In realtà abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti affinché arrivasse qualcuno in quella sala desolata e abbiamo usufruito parzialmente della colazione, dato che eravamo in estremo ritardo. Non è un 5 stelle.

In the early morning when we were getting ready to leave the water turned off for a few minutes. It was very odd, but resolved quickly. I doubt many others noticed as this happened around 3am.

The property and my room were absolutely beautiful! The bed was the most comfortable and the set up of my room was fun and unique. So luxurious! Room service is fast, and the robes and slippers are nice for a relaxing night in. The location was perfect for quick walking to a variety of sights and restaurants. I ate dinner at the Art, which was generous and delicious. I used the pool, sauna, and had a Hammam at the spa and have recommended it to several friends already. Superb experience.

Customer service was excellent, very polite and helpful.

Det var en fantastisk frukost som innehöll allt man kunde önska sig. Brödet var varmt o nybakat, juicen var handpressad och goda bakverk därtill. Man kunde få omelett och fruktfatet var enastående varje morgon! Så nöjd! Läget var perfekt och det var nära till både taxi och promenader till sevärdheter och havet. Vi hörde mycket lite av trafiken trots storstadspuls, tack vare god isolering. Personalen var enastående och mycket tillmötesgående på alla sätt! Detta ställe vill vi mycket gärna rekommendera! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka

J ai apprécié le Spa et sa piscine

É um palacete lindo do fim do século XVIII com muitos elementos originais que traz uma atmosfera de autenticidade, sem parecer apenas um cenário. Pegamos dias frios, por isso a calefação foi essencial. O senhor Hayder é muito simpático, atencioso e conhece muito da Tunísia, nos ajudando a organizar os nossos passeios. Ele nos recomendou uma visita a Bulla Régia que não estava no nosso roteiro original. Destaque para o Abdssalam sempre solicito e atencioso. Foram flexíveis em servir o café da manhã mais cedo, quando necessário.

O café da manhã era ok mas poderia ter mais variedades como frutas frescas.

Lovely modern room with a good breakfast. Staff were so kind and extremely helpful during our stay - and went to extra lengths to accomodate a couple of unexpected requests from us which was greatly appreciated.
