Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Es sind eigentlich Wohnungen. Also wer viel Platz sucht ist gut bedient. Frühstück ist gut, Personal sehr freundlich. Liegt direkt an der Kornisch.
Mobiliar veraltet, es würde umgebaut im oberen Stock daher war es teilweise sehr laut.

The cleanliness was far below expectations. The room was not properly cleaned, and the furniture and interior are extremely old and urgently need renovation. We also opened the dishwasher once and immediately closed it without using it because it was extremely dirty. It was shocking to see something in that condition. Another strange experience was when we called reception to ask for a few tea bags. Since we were a large family staying in a three-bedroom apartment, they sent an employee with the tea. However, when we tried to take the tea at the door, he insisted on entering the apartment to place it himself. It was a very odd policy and honestly the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this in any hotel around the world.

مرافق الفتدق قديمة جدا ومستهلكة خصوصا الاسرة غير مريحة ويفضل استبدالها بأسرع وقت لا انصح به للشباب او للمعاريس

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026كل شي ولي الان سنتين ما احجز إلا عندهم السويت كبير ومريح وشرح وإطلاله كاملة على النيل في البلكونه تطلب قهوتك وأكلك وتتفرج على النيل ويعطيهم العافية الموظفين وتحديدا موظفين الاستقبال مريم وبسنت ماشاء الله عليهم وما قلت شي وإلا وفروه لي وتعامل الموظفين اكثر من ممتاز .. يعجبني المكان الي يحترم الضيف ويقدره ويساعده في كل شي حتى لو كان على حساب نفسهم شكر خاص ل مريم وبسنت ومحمود يعطيه العافية ساعدني في الشنط وما تعبت فيها أبدا والمسبح ممتاز وأكثر من رائع مجرد دخولك للمسبح توصلك إلى عندك منشفة جديدة بقراطيسها لك عشان النظافة وراحتك والموظف عمر تعبته معايا يعطيه العافية كنت اطلب من المطعم ويجيب لي كل شي للمسبح

The hotel is pretty outdated unfortunately, however very clean. The lady in the breakfast room was not friendly, however the life guard at the pool and reception staff were very friendly. There was an evening at the hotel, so unfortunately we could not use the pool during the day. I think the pool water was too cold for me. My husband and son were ok with the water temperature. In the room you can choose to keep towels or to change for sustainable reasons. We all chose to keep the same towels, but they were still changed everyday.

Reviewed May 17, 2026I love how spacious this place this. The new remodeled suites are totally worth it overseeing the Nile. The house keeping is exceptional. Mahmoud Ali and Nema have such great guest service. They are also so fast to clean the whole place. I have 2 little kids and clean space is essential.

The building is very old in need of deep renovation. The apartments are not cleaned every day, just the towels are changed and the bed is made.

El edificio tiene muy mal mantenimiento. Todo es viejo en las habitaciones. Un día se inundaron los elevadores y no fue posible subir a las habitaciones hasta horas después que habilitaron el elevador manualmente. Tuve que cambiar de habitación al no haber agua caliente, el agua de la regadera salía amarilla (sucia) y los azulejos del baño estaban negros (hongos).

Reviewed May 4, 2026O espaço do apartamento é incrivel. Funcionários bastante atenciosos buscando facilitar a estadia. Existe uma segurança rigorosa na entrada do hotel (como em todos os boteis do Cairo) tanto de carros como de pessoas.
O predio é antigo e necessita de uma melhor conservação nas instalacoes. O banherio principal do apartamento apresentou um pequeno vazamento de agua e os elevadores estiveram com problemas durante uma tarde/noite.

Las instalaciones son viejas y un poco anticuadas. Le falta renovación. Aún así nuestra estancia fue cómoda y descansamos bien.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Nice location. View on Nile river is awesome. Rooms are spacious. Staff is responsive. Mr. Abdel Fatah addressed our concerns swiftly. There are some things to improve like setting up a Gym, room accessories (Magnetic door latch, kitchen equipment etc.). Breakfast is good but the variety can be improved. Indian food items can be more tasty. Smoking in the common areas should be restricted. Overall, a satisfying stay.
