The St. Regis Cairo

Such a wonderful place to stay! I had a great view of the Nile from my room. It was very accessible to downtown sites like the old Cairo Museum and the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities.

There wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is truly exceptional, reflecting a remarkable standard of elegance and sophistication. The quality of service extended to every guest is impeccable, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every detail, from the ambience to the presentation, reflects excellence and thoughtful hospitality. The staff consistently demonstrate outstanding professionalism, courtesy, and impeccable decorum. Overall, it is a distinguished property that sets a high benchmark for luxury, service, and guest experience. I look forward to my next stay

The service was exceptional. The concierge was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to arrange last-minute tours for us. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. Overall, we were very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail.

There are limited things to do near the hotel, and the surrounding area is not particularly nice. There isn’t much within walking distance, and the area behind the hotel appears quite run-down and neglected. This made it less convenient to explore the area on foot

We had an amazing stay at Regis Hotel Cairo! The hotel is beautifully and uniquely designed, clean with inspiring architecture that blends Italian and Arab influences. What made our stay even more special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we felt at home from the moment we walked through the door. A huge thank you to all the wonderful people working there for making our experience so memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely come back soon!

Hello The best part of the hotel is its location ; direct facing the Nile river ; the views for the sunrise and sunset were amazing . The staff were amazing and so friendly ; moustafa , Marc , Maria , Mariam . Veronica is so sweet and friendly. I felt so welcomed like my house . My room was so clean and bright . The restaurants are so appealing ; the Italian place and the bar staff were so welcoming ….. the best part of my staying was to introduce to the violin player …. Walid Allam …. So so professional and down to earth person and tried to play some songs from my home land - Jordan -. To summarize it up ; the best hospitality I could ask for .

Little bit noisy as too many night Nile tours were there ….. of course it’s related to the location of the hotel and not the hotel itself .

Izvrstan hotel sa šarmom. Doček i dobrodošlica za poželjeti. Svi su bili iznimno ljubazni i dragi do te mjere da se gost iz Europe mora privikavati na toliku pažnju koja nije usporediva sa bilo čim u Europi. Moja obitelj se u svakoj prigodi osjećala dobro došlo. Rado smo boravili u loby baru hotela na 5 katu gdje smo uz zvuke klavira uživali u prekrasnom prostoru. Koristili smo i ostale sadržaje hotela i svi su za Kairske uvjete iznad standarda. Svakako bih se opet rado vratio. Posjetio sam i ostale hotele 5* na obali Nila, ali sam se nekako rado vraćao u St. Regis, kao da se vraćam doma.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The staff were outstanding, from the reception team to housekeeping, the restaurants, and the bar. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The wellness center and gym were excellent, offering great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool was beautiful and very well maintained, with excellent services that made our experience even more enjoyable.

La posizione, la cura in tutti i dettagli, l’essenza che ti accoglie fin dall’ingresso, la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale. La colazione vista Nilo. Il cibo egiziano delizioso!

Отличное расположение, очень красивые интерьеры холла и номеров, идеальный рум-сервис. Еда из меню доставки в номер вкусная, цены приятные для отеля такого уровня.

Главная проблема — полное отсутствие реакции отеля на ночной шум. После 02:00 в соседнем номере компания из нескольких нетрезвых гостей громко слушала музыку и шумела до 06:00. Самостоятельно договориться о тишине не удалось. До ресепшн получилось дозвониться лишь примерно через 30 минут и две безуспешные попытки. После этого я звонил ещё несколько раз: сотрудники обещали помочь, но фактически ничего не изменилось. При выезде нам объяснили, что это политика отеля: они не могут повлиять на таких гостей, вызвать службу безопасности или полицию и не применяют к ним каких-либо мер. Шумоизоляция между номерами крайне слабая — слышны даже обычные разговоры. При въезде у меня попросили сдать портативную колонку, поэтому особенно странно, что отель, очевидно знающий о проблеме шума, не обеспечивает соблюдение тишины. В 10:00 мы пришли на оплаченный завтрак, но нам отказали в обслуживании из-за отсутствия свободных мест. Более 20 минут ожидания ничего не изменили, и мы были вынуждены уйти в номер за вещами: в 11:00 нас уже ждал трансфер в аэропорт. Позже предложили завтрак и ланч-боксы, но это не заменяет полноценный завтрак, который был включён в стоимость проживания. О проблеме сообщили и ресепшн, и персональному менеджеру, обещавшему разобраться и написать в WhatsApp. Контакты взяли, однако дальнейшей связи не было. Итог: отель красивый и комфортный только при отсутствии проблем. Но если вы рассчитываете на спокойный семейный отдых, сон и нормальный завтрак, я бы выбрал другой вариант. Для сети и уровня The St. Regis такая реакция на ночной дебош и отсутствие мест на оплаченный завтрак недопустимы.

Properties clean location is very nice

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hospitality of the entire team was exceptional—everyone was kind, warm, and always happy to help. We celebrated a birthday during our stay, and the hotel made it a truly special occasion with thoughtful arrangements. The staff at the pool were especially attentive, caring, and friendly, making us feel completely relaxed. We also loved the opportunity to taste traditional Egyptian sweets (Maamoul), which was a lovely cultural touch. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable.

استمتعت جدًا بالإقامة، وكان الإفطار متنوعًا ولذيذًا مع خيارات تناسب الجميع. الموقع ممتاز وقريب من الأماكن المهمة، والغرف كانت نظيفة ومريحة. الموظفون كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين طوال فترة الإقامة، وكانت تجربة رائعة بشكل عام.

لم أواجه أي مشاكل تُذكر، وكل شيء كان منظمًا وسار بسلاسة. أتمنى فقط إضافة بعض الأصناف الجديدة إلى بوفيه الإفطار لمزيد من التنوع، لكن بشكل عام كانت التجربة ممتازة.

She went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect, and her kindness and dedication made my visit truly memorable. The breakfast was another highlight, with an excellent selection and outstanding service. Most employees demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and professionalism, taking a genuine interest in our comfort and consistently going beyond their expected duties to assist us. They made a concerted effort to remember our names and were mindful of our individual preferences.

It is not attributable to the fault of the hotel; however, it appears that all the facilities we visited in Egypt did not provide adequately secured designated smoking areas. As a result, we were still exposed to secondary smoke, even while occupying non-smoking sections.

It’s spacious, service at the pool, concierge and front desk were exceptional.

Qualité de service exceptionnelle, très attentionné, tres aimable, de bon conseil. Chambre spacieuse, tres bien aménagée, confort parfait: Restaurant extérieur très bon, la qualité des plats est au rdv, ainsi que, là encore, le service parfait. L’ensemble de l’hôtel est magnifique, élégant, avec une touche orientale sans kitsch. La piscine n’est pas grande mais elle est très agréable au milieu de l’agitation et de la chaleur du Caire. Là aussi, le service est pensé avec toutes les attentions possibles. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour rendre le séjour agréable. Une excellente adresse.

Le seul petit déjeuner (à part en chambre) est un buffet qui est sans doute excellent mais nous aurions aimé pouvoir avoir un petit déjeuner à la carte, par exemple au bar ou au restaurant de la piscine.

كل شي جميل قد يكون التدخين في اللوبي في غير المكان المخصص كما ان احد الموظفات في اللوبي تتعامل بعصبيه وغير مبتسمه طلبنا كيك من عندها ولم تحضره وأخبرناه وكذلك لم تحضره لا اتذكر اسمها عموما الموظفه تلبس اسود موجود في استقبال اللوبي لتجليس الناس

Hôtel magique très haut gamme bien situé, le lobby est très luxueux et très convivial, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien meublées, le personnel est accueillant je tiens essentiellement à remercier Mme Racha qui prend bien soin de nous à chaque fois qu’on est au restaurant.
