Villaggio carino, buona la posizione vicino a una bella caletta. Possibilità di parcheggio interno a 5€ al giorno. Personale gentile. Cibo abbastanza ripetitivo ma tutto sommato buono. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerei.

Camera non molto pulita. Acqua corrente della doccia e lavandino molto salata. Animazione quasi inesistente.

Geweldige locatie! Vlakbij het strand en een leuk dorpje. Treintje naar andere dorp stopt voor de deur! Personeel is vooral vriendelijk, behulpzaam en in voor een praatje. Het resort is best groot, maar gezellig ingedeeld, doordat het maar maximaal 3 verdiepingen heeft per gebouw en deze eigenlijk rondom gebouwd zijn, met in het midden de zwembaden, spa, gym, bars, restaurants... Ik had wat voorkeuren opgegeven en die waren netjes voorgekomen! Daarnaast werden dingen meteen opgelost door de receptie na een melding.

Sommige plekken hebben echt wel onderhoud nodig.... Deze waren vorig jaar (oktober 2025) al kapot, maar nu (september 2026) nog steeds niet gemaakt. Geen gevaarlijke dingen, maar het geeft wel een slordig gezicht. De beperkte openingstijden van de gym is wat jammer. Ook erg jammer dat er als snacks niks gezonds als optie is. Ook is het lastig om water te pakken (in de zwembadbar moet je naae binnen, maar mag niet met natte kleding en moet ook schoenen aan).

Limpeza, toalhas pareciam encardidas, e tinham um cheiro mau, horario do PA deveria ser pelo menos até as 11:30 para quem tem tudo incluido, velocidade do WIFi era pessima, captive portal longo e já não se usa pedir tantos detalhes, e não consegui fazer VPN para a minha empresa. Foi a minha segunda vez e ninguem sabia que já lá tinha estado.Deveriam ter mais cuidado com a higiene dos copos nos bares, snack bar de comidas linge do de bebidas. Limpeza das espreguiçadeiras! Agua na torneira era salgada, não conseguia beber café espresso no restaurante, ou seja almoçava e depois tinha de me deslocar ao snack bar da piscina e tinha de o beber em copo plastico, ausencia de descafeinado em grão.O hotel tem tudo para ser top, mas estes pormenores degradam a sua reputação. Hotel necessita de reformulação profunda.

La ubicación y la cercanía a la cala.

Es un hotel 100% para extranjeros, el personal de animación no todo hablaba en español ( estando aquí debería ser obligatorio ) , la comida era pésima quitando un par de días que se pudo comer algo medio normal ... Siempre había Nuggets , patatas , palitos rebozados... Fritos varios., hamburguesas, perritos calientes y un sin fin de comida basura . La zona de las ensaladas siempre estaban calientes , los platos en los que te tenías que servir hirviendo, los postres el arroz con leche , alguna fruta y una tarta de manzana era lo que se podía comer , además no funcionaba el aire acondicionado . La animación de la noche lo mismo que la infantil 100% ingles . El hotel tiene una ubicación increíble y la verdad que las instalaciones no están mal pero falta mucho mantenimiento .

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Club Es Talaial. The hotel had a lovely relaxed family atmosphere, with great facilities and plenty to keep the children entertained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved how convenient the location was, with shops, restaurants and beaches all within easy walking distance. The best beach, in our opinion, was actually the one closest to the hotel! Overall, it was a lovely family holiday and we would happily return.

The main things we didn’t like were the ants in our ground-floor apartment, which was quite annoying. We felt the rooms could also benefit from some resealing and general maintenance. The air conditioning worked very well, perhaps a little too well, as the room became quite cold, and the heating option felt more like air conditioning. Once we turned it off, however, the temperature was comfortable. We also found the food options quite pork-focused, which limited our choices. It would have been great to have more chicken, beef and lamb options available throughout the stay, rather than mainly seeing these choices on our final day. It would also have been really helpful if all food had been clearly labelled with its ingredients, so guests could easily identify what each dish contained and make informed choices.

No me gustó el buffet. Muy poca calidad y variedad. El snak del todo incluido limitado y elevado de colesterol, faltataba algo saludable. Bebidas muy justas, y agua potable en mal estado.

Perfect location for going to various beaches and only a short distance to good nightlife. The staff were very attentive, the 24hr reception is a nice touch especially when arriving at all hours of the night.

The most disappointing thing of the whole complex was the cleaning. I had booked a studio, self catering not to be given any cutlery, plates or cooking equipment. When the cleaner eventually brought this over, it was covered in dirt and dust as if it had just been lying in a cupboard. Considering the price of just a studio apartment, I feel it is not very good value for money.

Do not stay here. There are better hotels

Tiene piscina para lo niños y está adaptada a ellos.

La habitación era pésima. En planta baja, húmeda y con el baño dentro de la habitación. En la descripción pone “cocina con microondas, nevera y cafetera”. No la busquéis porque no la hay, solo es una habitación incómoda con nevera y microondas dentro de lo que puede considerarse “armario”. El Mobiliario estaba roto, el espejo del lavabo comido por los laterales y la zona del lavabo siempre con hormigas. La habitación estaba sucia, además súmale que se pone inundada cada vez que te duchas y necesitas las toallas para secar, aunque mitad de los días no te hacen la habitación no te las cambian. En ese sentido el hotel no merece lo que pagas por ello. Las instalaciones no están mal…aunque se ven ya anticuadas, los exteriores y jardines es lo que más merece la pena por lo cuidado. El personal no está mal aunque se les ve desmotivados. En cuanto a la animación, si eres español, no te va animar nada. Está todo muy enfocado al público extranjero, incluso los horarios. A las 18h cierra la piscina y a las 22h se ha acabado la vida en hotel. En general por la calidad-precio no es un hotel que recomendaría ni repetiría.

El agua que es malisima

Me gusta mucho la variedad de piscinas, apta para todos los tamaños e incluso para los adultos todas son aptas. Todos siempre muy amables, un hotel familiar, es la segunda vez que estoy ahí.

Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. So etwas Unhygienisches habe ich noch nie erlebt. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers hat es extrem nach Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit gerochen. An der Tür war sogar sichtbarer Schimmel. Das Zimmer war insgesamt dreckig und offensichtlich nicht gründlich gereinigt. Das Schlimmste waren jedoch die Ameisen. Sie waren wirklich ÜBERALL – im Bett, auf unseren Klamotten, im Kleiderschrank, auf dem Tisch, in der Couch und auf dem gesamten Boden. Man konnte sich nirgendwo hinsetzen oder hinlegen, ohne Ameisen zu entdecken. So etwas ist einfach ekelhaft und absolut unzumutbar. Zusätzlich war nahezu alles klebrig und verschmutzt. Wir haben uns sogar extra Desinfektionsmittel gekauft, um Oberflächen und unsere Sachen selbst zu desinfizieren, weil wir uns in diesem Zimmer einfach nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Dass Gäste in einem Hotel erst einmal selbst desinfizieren müssen, spricht für sich. Nachdem wir zwei Nächte dort ausgehalten hatten, haben wir uns an der Rezeption beschwert. Erst nachdem ich regelrecht darum kämpfen musste, wurde uns gerade einmal eine Nacht erstattet. Für die restlichen Nächte gab es keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Ein anderes Zimmer konnte oder wollte man uns ebenfalls nicht anbieten. Uns wurde versprochen, das Zimmer gründlich zu reinigen. Als wir zurückkamen, war praktisch nichts verändert. Dieselben Verschmutzungen waren immer noch vorhanden und die Ameisen waren weiterhin überall. Von einer professionellen Reinigung konnte überhaupt keine Rede sein. Für den Preis ist das eine absolute Frechheit. Sauberkeit sollte das Mindeste sein, was man in einem Hotel erwarten kann. Stattdessen bekommt man Schimmel, Ungeziefer, klebrige Oberflächen und ein Zimmer, das offensichtlich seit längerer Zeit nicht ordentlich gereinigt wurde. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv nie wieder besuchen und kann jedem nur raten, sich gut zu überlegen, ob er hier buchen möchte.

El recepcionista de noche un sinvergüenza me trató fatal

Poolområdet var kanon och jättekul för barnen, läget var fint med ett litet centrum runt knuten och nära till stranden. Activity teamet var grymma och gjorde massa skoj! Gymmet var också toppen. Personalen gjorde sitt bästa för att lösa alla bekymmer som dök upp under vistelsen.

Rummet vi fick var väldigt fuktigt och luktade starkt av mögel. Vi hade myror i sängarna. Buffén var inte superspännande och drickan i barerna hade en märklig bismak. Hade inte valt all inclusive igen. Hela området luktade ofta ganska mycket avlopp.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Ci siamo trovati bene durante il nostro soggiorno. Il cibo era buono e abbastanza vario, con pesce, carne e tantissima verdura ogni giorno. Leggo molte recensioni di italiani che si lamentano del cibo, ma bisogna ricordarsi che si è all'estero e che la cucina è pensata per ospiti di diverse nazionalità, non solo italiani. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di ristrutturazione per essere più moderna, ma nel complesso è piacevole. L'animazione è simpatica e coinvolgente, anche se è chiaramente orientata soprattutto agli ospiti inglesi. Un ringraziamento speciale agli animatori: Ilia è stato bravissimo, sempre sorridente, disponibile e adorabile con tutti gli ospiti. Un grazie anche ad Aurora che, essendo italiana, ha dato una grande mano ai miei figli facendoli sentire a loro agio e contribuendo a rendere la vacanza ancora più bella. Un punto di forza è sicuramente il personale: tutti gentilissimi e disponibili, sia al ristorante che nel resto dell'hotel. Molto ben organizzato anche il check-out: abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli nel deposito e continuare a usufruire dei servizi dell'hotel per l'intera giornata, godendoci ancora la vacanza fino alla partenza. Inoltre, a circa 50 metri dall'hotel c'è una cala davvero bellissima, con un'acqua cristallina che merita assolutamente una visita. Nel complesso è stata una vacanza piacevole e tornerei volentieri.

El desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena son excelentes. La calidad del mismo y la variedad es de primer nivel. El último día, salimos de madrugada y nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar. El personal me hacía acordar a disney, los chicos literalmente pueden hacer lo que quieren.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien (2 calas accessible a pied dont une très jolie). Les chambres étaient parfaites tres bonne literie, propreté impeccable et très très agréablement surpri par la qualité du buffet (mention spéciale au petit déjeuner) des fruits frais bien mur et des plats qui changent a chaque repas.

Les deux petits bémols pour notre famille sont le snack où il n'y a que de la street food pas de fruit ou petit gâteau. Et enfin la communication entre l'hôtel et les taxis. Nous étions 10 et il nous fallait un siège auto pour enfant de 1 an a l'aller il a fallut attendre que le chauffeur trouve un siège a l'aéroport et au retour il a fallut 20 minutes pour installer le siège.

Pěkný a rozlehlý hotel. Komplex už asi nějakou dobu stojí, ale pěkně udržovaný a prostředí příjemné. Personál příjemný a animační team byl pro super. Pro děti spoustu vodních prvků. Velmi dobré jídlo, které se i obměňovalo, takže také super. Byli jsme v květnu a parkování na přilehlých ulicích nebyl problém. Kousek na malou pláž, ale ta asi musí v sezóně být rychle plná.

This was a great vacation for me alone with 2 kids. Playground, pools, cafe/snack bar with ice cream, nuggets and so on. Everything the kids wanted and needed + it is small enough and not to big, so easy to orient for small kids. Had superior apartment which was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

Sometimes trash outside, very noisy restaurant with poor acoustic - we sat there once and the rest of the time outside. Some of the desserts especially were with artificial sweeteners or store bought, did not taste great.

Food options were great, with a lot of variety and changes every day. The apartment was very clean and a 3-5min walk to the beach. Also close to the area with restaurants. (3 min walking)

Very outdated furniture, creaky floors, wardrobes smelling musty, we chose not to put our clothes in them. This is the first time we went to a family club and we decided that it is not for us, as there are just too many people and we felt like in a holiday factory. It's great if you like this kind of experience, I can see how it is very helpful for families with small children.

Przepyszne śniadania i kolacje- obiady nie do końca nam smakowały ale nadrabialiśmy deserami i owocami. Super animacje zarówno w dzień przy basenie, jak i wieczorem. Cudowni animatorzy (w szczególności pani Ania z Polski), którzy umilali nam czas.

Zimna woda w basenach- najmłodsze dziecko w ogóle nie chciało wchodzić do wody.

J'ai décidé de retourner une seconde fois dans cette hôtel où j'avais été conquis la première fois Nous avons été obligés de louer deux logements vu le nombre de personnes composants la famille et nous avait été placés à l'opposé, complètement eloignes. Étant une famille nous aurions souhaité une meilleure attribution des chambres Par ailleurs les chambres ne sont pas conformes au photos. Plusieurs souci de remontées d'odeurs très forte provenant des canalisations de la douche de l'appartement simple chambre assez sombre et une seule baie vitrée. Pas possible de créer une aération Le souci des odeurs a été indiqué dès la première heure mais le problème n'a pas été résolu durant le séjour Cette chambre est complètement différente de ce qui était decrit en photos. Je ne l'aurais pas pris avec les vraies photos

Na Majorce jest duża wilgoć więc trzeba zwracać uwagę na grzyb w pokoju ale nam wymienili odrazu pokój .Staraja się aby nie było pleśni ale na wyspie nie da się.

The rooms were comfortable and the pool areas were great for the kids

We only had breakfast at the all inclusive as the food wasn’t great and the layout of the plates/cutlery etc didn’t allow for good flow of the restaurant. Peoples behaviour in the restaurant was awful, like a free for all… also the lady serving at the snack bar never washed her hands. Would handle raw food, cook raw food with food already in the grill and handled coins at the same time as touching food. There was also not much notice taken of allergies and didn’t know the difference between a nut allergy and a gluten intolerance which was disappointing

Excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Club Es Talaial ! Le buffet est vraiment au top, varié et délicieux. Le personnel est aux petits soins et les équipements sont à la hauteur. Je recommande sans hésiter

Zona muy tranquila Un hotel para no salir de ahi, todos los servicios para todos los gustos, habitación muy amplia y cómoda, zona spa, piscina para adultos y otras para niños con su parque a acuático, restaurante con buena oferta de desayunos y comida muy variado, en general todo bien para unas vacaciones en familia

Se nota que falta un poco de mantenimiento en las instalaciones, humedad en techos, el agua del baño se salia, pero aún asi se ve limpio y acogedor.

Персонал дружелюбный, уборка почти каждый день и замена полотенец. Каждый вечер разнообразна развлекательная программа для детей, классные аниматоры.

WiFi плохо работал, ночью вообще отключался. Еда в ресторане была не очень вкусная. Каждый день одно и то же почти. Не разнообразная. Утром всего один вид сыра и 2-3 вида колбасы. В обед -вечером - рис, макароны залитые сливками, рыба и мясо. В принципе есть можно но со всех отелей по еде этот был самый худший.

Super vriendelijk personeel, goede ligging van het hotel, bij het strand en winkeltjes. Alles zag er netjes en schoon uit. Leuk animatie team!

Only down fall is the ants! Was so many ants in our room. Days the room was cleaned it was better but with kids you are going to have crumbs and bits on the floor. We only had room cleaned 2 where should act been more considering amount ants and when place is full kids. I would love to stay again but I would definitely need to request more cleaning. Only ants but give us the ick lol

El personal de la recepción fue muy amable y resolvió nuestras dudas

Necesita una buena reforma porque el hotel tiene mucho potencial. Excepto una o dos personas, el resto del personal del restaurante parecía actuar de forma muy mecánica, sin apenas atención al cliente. Se limitaban a montar y remontar las mesas, con poca amabilidad o disposición para ayudar. El ambiente resultaba algo caótico: muchos clientes se movían sin cuidado, como si fuera su última comida, y había que ir esquivándolos para no tropezar. La comida, sin duda, fue lo peor del hotel. Muy por debajo del resto de servicios.

Este hotel se ha quedado muy antiguo. La habitacion se veía muy descuidada, antigua, sucia... El olor de la habitación era horrible. De primeras al entrar olía muchísimo a humedad, durante la estancia el olor fue a peor ya que olía a tuberías, horrible. La comida siempre lo mismo y de pésima calidad. Es verdad que justo estuvimos el último fin de semana antes d cerrar el hotel.. pero la experiencia no fue buena. Definitivamente no volveremos lo siento.

Zimmerreinigung war nicht optimal ansonsten ein gutes Hotel für Familienurlaub. Kurzer Weg zur Bucht vor dem Hotel Schönes Städchen / Örtchen Nervig das das Hotelpersonal die Mitbewohner aus England nicht mal ein bisschen zurecht gewiesen hat. Essen einfallslos gefühlt gab es 10 Tage nur Burger Sushi und Fisch abends Die Duschen auf den Zimmern so wie die Wasserhähne an den Waschbecken müßen unbedingt getauscht werden (Katastrophe)
