Die warmen Mahlzeiten waren teilweise nur lauwarm oder schon kalt. Einige Brötchen morgens hatten Schimmel. Die Getränke schmecken teilweise etwas salzig. Die Tische und Stühle wackelten teilweise extrem im Restaurant. Die Hotelanimationen finden nur auf französisch statt. Wasserstrahl in der Dusche ist zu den Primezeiten sehr schwach.

What was good that rooms were clean and it was around Calas. So we could easily reach some Calas for swimming. Normally they give a safe with deposit and additional cost (which I find strange). They gave it us free.
I think it was not for young people, rather than for the families with children.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata piuttosto negativa. Gran parte dello staff si è dimostrata spesso arrogante, in particolare una signora che controllava continuamente che gli ospiti avessero il braccialetto per poter accedere alle varie aree dell’hotel, e anche un signore alla reception.
La pulizia è stata praticamente assente: in alcuni giorni non sono stati nemmeno cambiati gli asciugamani, non venivano effettuati regolarmente i refill del sapone e non venivano portati via i piatti sporchi lasciati in camera. Nel complesso, il servizio di pulizia è stato decisamente insufficiente.
Anche il cibo è stata una grande delusione. Trattandosi di un all inclusive, ci aspettavamo una scelta e una qualità decisamente migliori. Invece la scelta era molto limitata, i piatti si ripetevano continuamente e, soprattutto, la qualità era piuttosto bassa. Anche lo snack bar non ha compensato questa mancanza. L’all inclusive, per come è stato organizzato, è risultato quindi quasi inutile. Va detto però che i camerieri del ristorante sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, a differenza di altri membri dello staff.
Un punto positivo è sicuramente la posizione, che abbiamo trovato comoda. Le camere sono inoltre abbastanza insonorizzate a finestre chiuse: con la finestra chiusa il rumore esterno si sente poco. Il problema è che, tenendola aperta, c’è parecchio rumore fino a tarda sera e già dalle prime ore del mattino.

La limpieza bastante mejorable. El suelo desde que llegamos estaba sucio y no se limpiaba correctamente al igual que los baños. El agua de la ducha y el lavabo estaba salada, pero lo peor era que en el bufet tampoco había agua en condiciones (solo un grifo con un agua asquerosa), por lo que todos los días había que ir al supermercado a comprar agua. Tenía cerca un centro comercial que por las noches estaba animado con algunos karaokes. La Marina estaba a unos 15 minutos andando. Lejos del centro

On avait pas vraiment compris qu'il y a une équipe d'animation présente sur toute la journée. On ne pensait pas avoir autant d'activités et surtout de bruit jusqu'à 23h (voir plus lors de la pool party)

Tentei buscar informações com a recepção do hotel sobre os passeios turísticos e me foi apontado um cartaz de um agência. Não tinha encontrado o número no cartaz para entrar em contato e quando perguntei na recepção me foi dito com tom de descaso: é só vc ligar o número está aí.

C’est un bon hôtel dans l’ensemble pour une petite semaine de vacances. Rapport qualité prix très correct.
Piscine trop chaude, un gros cafard découvert dans la chambre , douche qui fuit , repas très salé , les personnes qui bloquent les transats toutes la journée en mettant leur serviette dès le matin et la laissant en allant manger par exemple

Hotel nie jest pierwszej nowości ale nie dawno po remoncie więc nie ma na co narzekać. Stosunek ceny do jakości jest bardzo dobry. Jedynie animacje głównie w języku francuskim bo i gości najwięcej z tego kraju. Ogólnie jeżeli ktoś nie ma zbytnio wygórowanych oczekiwań to bardzo polecam. Ja z rodziną spędziłem tam bardzo miło czas. Polecam .

The cleaning of room was awful.They weren’t changing all our towels some days and other days they were putting less than needed.They didn’t feel the bins with bags some days and they were throwing our second pillows on our suitcases or on the floor.

Reviewed May 25, 2026La verdad me gusto mucho este hotel , un hotel tranquilo donde puedes venir a descansar , la cama muy cómoda y el personal excepcional en especial Hamid el chico de recépción que nos dio un trato inmejorable muy majo y una gran persona que nos facilitó y explico todo al detalle sin duda el mejor!
Lo único que me gustaría que se mejorara que ojo no es negativo es la variedad de comida .La comida no era mala de echo le gustó en especial las pizzas que hacían la masa y el sabor muy buenas lo único que hace falta un poquito mas de variedad y que no haya siempre lo mismo en el mismo día por lo demás genial

Essen war nicht immer gut, Poolanlage mit Salzwasser, Duschen im Badezimmer ebenfalls salziges Wasser, Animation nur auf Französisch, AI Angebot könnte besser sein
Buffet abbondante e rifornito costantemente. Qualità piuttosto buona. La posizione perfetta per raggiungere diverse mete, inoltre c'è una delle calette più belle a veramente due minuti a piedi. Non abbiamo avuto tempo per provare la piscina, ma il servizio è molto buono, il personale estremamente cordiale e simpatico e in generale ci sono un sacco di attività disponibili all'interno della struttura (biliardo, ping pong, discoteca ecc.)
Non ho riscontrato alcun problema all'interno della struttura. Si tratta di un "villaggio" accogliente, adatto principalmente a famiglie e gruppi

La nourriture était vraiment de bas de gamme et tous les jours la même chose.
Dans la chambre, pas de pression d'eau dans la douche.
Nous avons même eu un jour sans eau chaude.
L'eau de la douche et du robinet est assez salée.
La femme de ménage a laissé deux fois la porte ouverte.
Nous avons dû payer 15 euros + 10 euros de caution pour le coffre-fort.
Pareil pour les essuies de piscine, que nous n'avons d'ailleurs pas pris, car ça nous est revenu moins cher de les acheter juste à côté.
Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours, mais jamais aspirées, donc jamais vraiment très propres.
L'eau de la piscine est très froide.
Les photos font paraître la piscine beaucoup plus grande, mais finalement, elle se trouve juste à côté du restaurant et pour s'y poser, il n'y a pas beaucoup de place, donc vite les uns sur les autres.
Le sol du restaurant est super glissant.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025It was way better than a competitor in the neighbor. All the staff is very-very kind and helpful, hats-off for them. Room is very modern, nice, well-equiped, and spacious. Location is super, very close to Cala Egos, it was around 5 minutes (comforty) walk. Parking was always easy on the street in September. We got a champagne and some fruits for free during our stay. Balcony was all day in shadow, and the sight-view is also very good. It seemed they considered the specific customer and chose room based on the demands. Food was really good, various, and plenty, drink was not bad. There is fridge, water-boiler, and hair-dryer in the room (against to other comments). There were a playground for kids, small pool for kids, and three big pools for adults (one only for adults). And also many sporting opportuinites. In general it is really good hotel - I think.
Cleaning staff came every day, but the room did not became cleaner. :) It was not that dirty, but there were some small bugs and ants. A vacuum cleaner would help a lot for them. :)
All-inclusive is not AAALL inclusive. Food was really good, but the bevarages was a pretty limited. I guess it is similar in all hotels, but a lot of better quality drinks and coctails were for money, and I think the beer was watered.

Peccava tantissimo sulla pulizia in camera, al ristorante si deve stare molto attenti perché si rischia di scivolare, non è un difetto enorme ma l'acqua sia in camera che in piscina era salata... Animazione completamente in Francese, ero in Spagna ma non mi sembrava per nulla di esserlo nemmeno nel cibo... Persino alla serata Spagnola non era serata Spagnola... Avrei votato sentirmi in Spagna in tutto e per tutto...

Personalen i receptionen var otrevliga o pratar dålig engelska. När jag bokade hotellet via booking.com så accepterade inte hotellet 2-åriga barnbarnet i ett enkelrum trots att det rummet föreslogs för mig vid bokningen o att jag hade fått hotellet bekräftat på booking.com. Hotellet läste inte alla mina meddelanden som jag skickade om min bokning av barnet o parkering. Jag fick betala närmare 300 euro extra för barnet vid ankomst för att de inte besvarade mina meddelanden med frågor om bokningen. Vid kontakt med booking.com så menar de att hotellet inte behöver läsa meddelanden. Uppenbarligen är det fel på kommunikationen mellan bokningsformuläret på booking.com o hotellet. Eller så är det en smart ”affärsidé” att vägra svara på frågor om bokningen o sedan kräva mer pengar vid ankomsten…
Restaurant floor is very slippery. Entertainment during the day is loud.
The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very good, and we appreciated the quality of the food service.
1. Salt Water in the Room:
The water available in the shower and sink was extremely salty, making it uncomfortable to shower or even wash hands properly.
2. Ant Infestation:
The room had a lot of ants, which significantly affected our comfort and hygiene during the stay.
3. Unclean Bedding:
We found hair from a previous guest along the bed line, showing that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.

La comida, poca variedad, de mala calidad, los postres eran todo bollería industrial, y durante la tarde, a pesar de que pagamos el all inclusive, no había nada para comer, solo unos crepes que tenías que hacer una fila de 30' al menos para poder coger algunos. Otros detalles en la habitación también suman negativo, como, los mandos del ventilador y TV sin pilas, faltaban toallas para la cantidad de huéspedes que éramos , no pusieron shampoo y tampoco había agua disponible en las habitaciones, esto último creo que fue lo peor, ya que de urgencia necesitábamos a media noche. El único dispenser estaba en recepción y no tenía vasos. Lo último, olor a agua residual en el baño...
Todavía no sabemos qué incluía la diferencia de precio que pagamos con el all inclusive, ya que para algunas bebidas teníamos que pagarlas y durante la estadía no había ningún snack, de hecho para el snack, que se habilitaba a las 11:30 había una filla también como de 30' que no pusimos aprovechar ya que el check out es a las 12. Ahhh, y cuando llegamos el día anterior, a las 14, nuestra habitación todavía no estaba lista, así que tuvimos que esperar un rato.

Un personnel de restauration très agréable et souriant, une équipe d’animation au top qui assure les animations sportives, les jeux en journée, mais aussi les soirées avec des danses et des chorégraphies géniales! BRAVO à eux pour l’ambiance, leur investissement auprès des vacanciers et leur bonne humeur.
L’odeur des remontés d’égouts dans la salle de bain. L’incivisme des vacanciers qui se croient tout permis en all inclusive et qui ne respecte pas les lieux

L'accueil et l'amabilité du personnel, particulièrement Lucy et Isabel du restaurant.
Trop peu d'espace entre la piscine et le restaurant.
A part les poissons grillés, les fruits frais et les œufs du matin, le reste de la nourriture était très industriel. Il y avait peu de produits locaux et les buffets réfrigérants ne refroidissaient pas suffisamment.

Reviewed May 24, 2025The staff were lovely and the hotel was simply beautiful. The room was recently renovated too, and we were given a ground floor room which felt like our own mini apartment.
The bathroom could be better designed. The shower water leaks all over the floor and so we had to use towels to manage the water.
The wall separation was damp and leaked water which will eventually result in mould.

Not really much to say apart that it's cheap hotel.
Hotel is very old, smells really bad everywhere. Food was just okay, drinks too. They should consider about renovation cause the hotel really needs it.
We had all inclusive buffet style food. Breakfasts were always very tasty. Lots of fruits and vegetables for all meals. The food was more or less the same.
It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, the beach is sandy
The rooms were cleaned every day and the bed linen was changed every day.
We had block 6 and that meant that from the city side there was very loud music in the evenings until 12 midnight.
The quality of the dishes leaves much to be desired, often the dishes, plates, forks and spoons were poorly washed, there were a lot of greasy stains.
This holiday would be good for families who speak French as much of the information and entertainment and children's groups were in French
In the room we saw cockroaches.
Wi-Fi for an additional fee, 6 Euros per day
Towels for sun loungers are also available at an additional cost

Reviewed Aug 26, 2024The property was in a great location at the reception staff were wonderful, they let us store our baby milk in the fridge and welcomed us to get it as and when we pleased, all with a smile. They all made a fuss of our little boy and helped with whatever we needed
We knew when we booked that this hotel caters for French holiday makers and the entertainment was mostly in French. Pre dinner games were all in French but that didn’t stop us having a good time,
There was a severe sewage smell in our bathroom that was awful to smell everyday.
The dinner plates for the buffet were very dirty and sometimes there was still dirty dish water in bowls.

The room have ant,s, The food is very salted.
The entertainment team was good they did their best to keep a good and friendly vibe throughout the day.
Generally all staff were friendly.
Location of the hotel was good to souvenir shops, taxi and bus.
Also beaches close by.
Dirty rooms; beds, sheets not clean, towels not clean and bathroom not clean, smelly, dirty and water did not drain in bath, some days no water to shower.
No fridge in rooms to keep water cold.
All-inclusive hotel but still had to pay for water, towels, wifi and safe box. WiFi did not work even when we paid.
Not enough chairs around the pool. The floor around the pool was broken. The pool area was dirty.
The restaurant had variation of food but not cooked properly and was very watery at times. Drinks all tasted half watery. No taste. Plates and cutlery and glasses were dirty.
Reception people were hard to communicate with, they took wrong payments.

The location is perfect, offering easy access to all the key attractions and amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, especially Mr. Hamid and Mr. Rachid, who provided exceptional service and made me feel truly welcome.
The food and drinks were top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
The reception team was incredibly efficient and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay and am already looking forward to coming back.

Open bar, good animation, obviously more directed to the French audience but the animation team translated to Spanish and English
Location is good, 50 meters from cala egos and 30 minutos from cala d’Or beach and center. Cala ferrera, serena and esmeralda around 42 minutes
The staff was nice
Also easy access from airport and city center by bus (connection bus in Campos)
Salty water in the bathroom and the hotel is a little old
Sometimes there was a weird smell in the rooms
It’s a 3 stars hotel so don’t expect perfect conditions
