Rent og pent. Dette er et stort golfhotel som ligger pent til. Hyggelig personalet på hele hotellet særlig i resepsjonen

Det var ikke lett å få drosje til sentrum, men personalet var behjelpelig.

The reception staff were very warm and helpful. The sea view room we had was a lovely, clean, spacious modern room with a very comfortable bed. The swimming pool area was a gorgeous area to relax and swim.

A very business conference feel to the hotel rather than a holiday vibe besides the pool area. The location was not the best as it is about a 30 min walk to Sitges with a steep return climb at the end. There is a limited (8 people at a time per hour) hotel shuttle service from 11am but it stops running after 6pm and is not particularly reliable. Eating and drinking facilities were also limited on their times if even open. As lovely as the room was, the sound proofing is not great especially with the busy rail line that is not that far away from the hotel. Overall, it does feel that the focus here is to prioritize conference attendees more than the holiday guests. We loved Sitges and will return but not to stay at this hotel.

A bit far from the town centre.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities, a lovely pool area and impressive views. The reception staff were also professional and helpful when we raised an issue.

We ordered room service, and the 20€ sandwich arrived in a condition that was simply not acceptable, especially considering the price and the fact that this is a 5-star hotel, half of the listed things thats should have come with the sandwich did not. The full room-service order came to around €50, which we had to paid in full.

Le calme une propreté irréprochable !!! Personnel très aimable sauf à la piscine !!! Il nous a été annoncé par alerte sur les téléphones en fin de journée soit 17h d une arrivée dans la nuit d une tempête par conséquent il aurait été judicieux dz rentrer à l abris pour la nuit les tapis de transats à la piscine !!! Mais rien n a été fait donc le lendemain impossible de se reposer à la piscine sur les transats tout trempés !!!! Pour un hotel 5 étoiles c est inadmissible ! Et la personne me dit au nez en plus !

La maintenance de la piscine et ses services

They had a very loud wedding in the venue the day we got there, so we couldn't enjoy the pool or the facilities, and had to put up with the music at night. When we left the next day, we heard they were having another wedding! The poor people that were there for the weekend, probably had it ruined...They sould warn guests they are having an event and the facilities will not be available, that was very disappointing.

Ușa s-a blocat de 2 ori. Shuttle de la si spre hotel era între 11 si 6 seara. Mai devreme se pleca doar cu autobuzul sau cu taxiul.

Los espacios comunes muy bien,el personal y la gastronomía inmejorables,pero las habitaciones, no alcanzan el criterio de estrellas y categoría del hotel,suelo resbaladizo en mojado,instalaciones deterioradas.

The hotel was close to the venue of a wedding we were attending.

We were there early September, and it felt like the hotel had already closed down its operations after the summer season. For example: the pool bar was already permanently closed, at the restaurant there was only 1 or 2 waiters so it felt like no one was looking after you. Early in the morning passing by the pool area (before it had even opened) there were old wet towels laying around, as well as empty cups and glasses and bottles from the day before, so no one had "cleaned up" at the end of the previous day... Multiple examples like that. Overall, just a poor hotel experience, definitely not 5 star worthy, and in general just understaffed. On top of that there was a massive Indian wedding going on for multiple days, which for us was fine because we didn't stay in the resort much, but I can imagine that if you booked your own holiday to "enjoy" the resort, you'd have wanted to know you'd be surrounded by 200-250 wedding guests taking over the hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Poolanlage und tollem Frühstück es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten ein Auto und waren immer am Strand aber ich glaube es gibt auch Busse die in die Stadt fahren.

Les instal•lacions de les zones comunes i especialment la piscina (molt ben cuidat i bonic amb piscines a diferents nivells i molta vegetació que crea un espai molt maco). L’esmorzar. El detall que van tenir de portar unes xocolatines i una ampolla d’aigua a les habitacions.

Hi ha petites coses que son tonteries però que esperes que estiguin més cuidades en un hotel 5 estrelles amb el que pagues per una nit. - El marbre de la pica del lavabo tenia marques de cul de got (no sé si no ho havien netejat bé o no marxaven però fa bastant lleig). - La banyera de l’habitació s’hauria de renovar per un plat de dutxa. - El cafè sol curt de l’esmorzar no val res… - El personal del bar amb un socorrista haurien de vigilar el to de les converses (ja que la vaig escoltar tota, mentre prenia el sol, aprofito per comentar que els treballadors sí que haurien de parlar i, com a mínim, entendre el català si estan de cara al públic, ja que parlaven just d’això). - No tenen cap detall especial si celebres alguna cosa allà, cosa que sí que tenen en compte en molts hotels.

Nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre qui est équipée d'une belle terrasse. La literie est confortable et le petit-déjeuner exceptionnel: la qualité, le choix, le cadre (avec sa terrasse extérieure). Les différentes piscines permettent de trouver un espace qui correspond à ses envies (au calme, près du bar ou avec des enfants), ce qui est très appréciable. La proximité du golf peut être un plus pour les personnes qui pratiquent ce sport.

Par contre, nous avons le sentiment que les meilleures chambres sont réservées aux clients qui ne passent pas par des plateformes de réservation car nous n'avions quasi aucune vue alors que la chambre s'appelle 'Mediteraneo'. L'hôtel est à l'écart de la ville et de la plage mais propose une navette sur réservation à certaines heures seulement. Se garer à Sitges pour s'avérer fastidieux en période estivale.

La habitación cómoda y el desayuno excelente. Los jóvenes de la recepción y de la Van muy gentiles. Hay varias piscinas y eso es agradable en verano.

No hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, al llegar después de todo el día de playa llamamos y nos dijeron que irían en 5 minutos, esperamos 20 minutos y al ver que no llegaban les dijimos que nos queríamos dar una ducha y pedimos que al menos nos enviaran toallas limpias y nos dicen que en unos minutos lo enviarían, nunca llegaron. Esto es lo mínimo en un hotel de ese precio. Además el hotel queda muy lejos de la playa y de todo; aunque tienen una van que va a Sitges es muy poca la frecuencia y si no tienes vehículo quedas atrapado. Finalmente, quisiera mencionar que casi todo lo cobran extra, por ejemplo para entrar al spa se tiene que pagar extra (ni siquiera una hora al Día como hacen otros hoteles), queríamos sentarnos en unas camas tipo Balinesa en la Zona de piscinas y nos dicen que para usar esa zona hay que pagar un plan que incluye champaña, frutas, y agua para sentarnos allí y valía 150 euros.

Housekeeping staff and reception staff were very friendly.

First day waited over an hour for our room safe to be fixed. Called down 3 times for someone to touch the safe with a key for 5 seconds to fix. kids exploding as wanted to go to the pool. Air conditioning poor, 2 rooms, one could only get to 23 oC the other 22 oC, very uncomfortable. Reported everyday, not sure if anyone actually came to look at it, was offered a room move on our second to last day but the hotel could not move both our rooms only one, with small kids next door, was not an option. Mini bar did not work in one room. Breakfast -The hot water for tea came out in a dribble took over 2 minutes to fill a paper cup with hot water. Pointed this out on the first day, was told, it should not be like that, same every morning since, no alternative offered. Omelette chef was consistently rude throughout our stay. When i explained to the Omelette chef I was vegetarian, he still made my omelette in the bowl that was used to mix a ham omelette for the previous guest which still had bits of ham in. Hot buffet was cold everyday. At breakfast you were not led to a table, had to find yourself. When it was busy and there were no clean tables, you had to clear a table yourself to sit down. Breakfast option was good if you had Coeliac Discase but no other meals times were catered for well. Overall food offering not good at the hotel with only one pool bar offering food throughout the day which was very basic. . The day we spent by the pool it was closed. Not your fault, but unfortunate. Reception sympathetic but no follow up to our issues. Guest Relations were great but often not there. Pool bar great service but no one clears the empties from tables or cleans them, they are dirty. I invited friends to join me at the bar and I was hunted down by 2 members of staff staying my card had not gone through for some drinks when I charged it to my room. Was told to check my bank account. Very embarrassing.

El servicio de habitaciones. Muchas veces no cogían el teléfono o tardaban muchísimo tiempo en traer la comida, llegando incluso fría.

Echt een luxe hotel. Mooie ruime kamers, heel proper, superontvangst. Het is heel rustig liggen aan de zwembaden, ook meer dan voldoende ligbedden en parasols.

Het is niet dicht bij het stadje: je hebt een eigen auto nodig, je kan de gratis shuttle nemen van het hotel (maar dat is max tot 18u15) of je moet een taxi bestellen (ongeveer 18 euro enkel). Het avondbuffet vond ik aan de dure kant voor wat het was (wel met een mooi uitzicht, dat compenseert :)).

Der 24 Meter lange Hotelpool war der Hauptgrund, warum wir hier gebucht haben. Ich liebe es, vor dem Frühstück ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Schade nur, dass der Pool erst ab 10 Uhr geöffnet ist! I sneaked in anyway…. AND IT WAS A DREAM! Hotelzimmer war toll mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Golfplatz und das Meer. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Obschon die Reception meinte, dass UBER nicht verfügbar war, konnten wir ohne Problem ein Uber bestellen, um ins Zentrum zu gelangen.

Die Hotellobby-Bar war definitiv zu KALT (klimatisiert) und ungemütlich, um sich dort länger aufzuhalten. Die grosse Hotellobby-Bar wurde von nur einer Servicekraft bedient. Kein Wunder, musst man viel Glück haben, wenn man mal zu Zuge kam. Leider war das Restaurant fast jeden Abend ausgebucht…. Und echte Alternativen gab es nicht. Die Lobbybar war wie erwähnt keine Option. Beim Frühstück wurden fast sämtliche Aussentische von grossen Familien mit Kind und Kegel besetzt. Und die anderen Tische waren für Konferenzteilnehmer reserviert. Drinnen hatte es genügend Platz und das Frühstück war ansonsten gut organisiert mit toller Aufwahl (wie Z.B. Kefir-Jogurth) … aber der „Konferenz-resp. Grosshotel-Charakter“ muss man halt in Kauf nehmen.

Hotel location is very peaceful. It is very clean and beds are like new. It is our 3rd summer coming to this hotel and it keeps the same standard.

There was a DJ at the pool during the weekends, but this year there was not music at all.

La amplitud i co.odidad de todos los espacios

Nuestra experiencia con el servicio de este hotel de 5 estrellas ha sido sinceramente decepcionante. Precisamente por la categoría del establecimiento, esperábamos un nivel de atención y profesionalidad acorde con lo que cabe esperar de un hotel de estas características. Sin embargo, nos encontramos en varias ocasiones con una atención muy poco cuidada y una actitud que consideramos impropia de un establecimiento de este nivel. En el bar de la piscina tuvimos que esperar en más de una ocasión para ser atendidos. La primera vez, las camareras estaban hablando entre ellas y tuvimos que esperar a que terminaran su conversación. La segunda vez ocurrió algo similar: nos acercamos para pedir algo y, nuevamente, tuvimos que esperar mientras conversaban entre ellas antes de que nos atendieran. En la cafetería, la situación fue todavía más frustrante. Tuvimos que permanecer delante del camarero mientras terminaba lo que estaba haciendo, sin que durante ese tiempo ni siquiera nos mirara o nos indicara que nos atendería después. Finalmente, simplemente nos dijo que nos sentáramos donde quisiéramos. Nos sentamos, pero nadie vino a atendernos. Tuvimos que levantarnos nosotros mismos, acercarnos a la barra y coger la carta. Para colmo, la mesa en la que nos sentamos estaba sucia. Después de esperar sin recibir atención, preguntamos si podíamos pedir la comida allí para comerla en la habitación. Una vez preparada, tuvimos que subir nosotros mismos a la habitación la bandeja con las hamburguesas, la pizza y las bebidas. Lo más decepcionante es que no se trató de un incidente aislado, sino de varias situaciones diferentes en las que percibimos la misma falta de atención y profesionalidad por parte del personal. En un hotel de 5 estrellas, las instalaciones pueden ser excelentes, pero el servicio y la atención al huésped deberían estar a la misma altura. Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia fue justo la contraria.

Pretty grounds, comfy rooms

Some thing could be improved. Didn’t have any of the complbody wash or hair shampoo/ conditioner left in the shower, took 2 days and us asking multiple times before we got some.

O facto de termos de atravessar o hotel todo de uma ponta à outra para acedermos ao nosso quarto. O corta-mato era através da piscina, o que é sempre um pouco desconfortável de atravessar com malas e compras por entre as pessoas que estão a apanhar sol ou a tomar banho.

Instalaciones.

Stunning panoramic views from the sea view room, with a large balcony we used constantly. The hotel feels genuinely luxurious and the pools stayed quiet even at the end of July. Great location too, roughly 15 minutes on foot to the edge of the Sitges promenade, and from there a lovely hour's walk along the beaches. Special mention to Oscar, who spotted us struggling with our cases and carried them up to the room, then pointed us towards the beach. The sofa bed hadn't been made up on arrival but reception sorted it quickly.

We paid for half board and the food was pleasant enough without being a highlight. The buffet was left uncovered and flies were a regular presence, including one that flew out of my dinner as I sat down, though we had no ill effects. There was also confusion over drinks: on the first night we were charged close to €40 for wine, beer, juice, a water and a small Fanta, then told the following evening that one complimentary drink each was included and that staff were adjusting to new rules. Handled graciously, but clearer information on arrival would have helped. Worth noting the walk back up to the hotel is a steep climb, and a few sections of the route to the promenade are tricky with a pushchair or wheelchair.

El trato del personal es excelente, te hacen sentir como en casa. Las instalaciones son muy buenas. Las habitaciones son muy amplias. Buena limpieza.

Besonders herausragend war das Frühstücksbuffet und die Ausstattung mit den Outdoor-Pools und dem Gym. Es gabe die Möglichkeit mit einem Shuttle an den Stadt zu fahren.

Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr abgelegen, das bedeutet, dass man entweder per Bus oder Taxi in die Stadt fahren musste. Das schlug sich leider auch den Preisen der Bewirtung am Abend und zu Mittag. 20 Euro für einen Salat und eine Dose Cola ist schon etwas teuer.

Hoy saliamos de la habitación y eran las 9:30 y estabamos para bajar a la piscina, cuando notamos que abren la puerta y es la chica de la limpieza que venia a limpiar, nos sorprendió encontrarla abriendo la puerta, no fue comodo ni de confianza

Das Frühstück ist gut und die Zimmer waren stets sauber. Bequeme Betten. Das Fitnessstudio ist für ein Hotel gut ausgestattet.

Leider entspricht das Hotel meiner Ansicht nach nicht den 5 Sterne Anforderungen. Mir wurde nicht angeboten meinem Koffer aufs Zimmer zu bringen. Auf den Fluren gibt es teilweise keine Klimaanlage und auf den teils langen wegen vom Zimmer zur Rezeption und zum Frühstück kommt schon ins schwitzen, das ist unangenehm. Auch das Fitnessstudio ist nicht klimatisiert. Morgens wurde dich die Reinigungskräfte wiederholt an der Zimmertür geklopft obwohl das Schild "bitte nicht stören" aufgehängt wurde. Einmal wurde versucht den Zimmerservice über den ausliegenden QR-CODE zu nutzen, ich wartete fast eine Stunde auf die Ankunft des Essens, als ich mich in der Rezeption beschwert habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie die App nicht funktioniere. Warum liegt sie dann aus? Die Zimmerservicegebühr beträgt weiterhin unverhältnismäßig pauschal 15 Euro. Alles in allem doch viele Kleinigkeiten sehr ärgerlich.

La habitación tenía un problema con la cisterna y no cesaba de salir el agua. Además, la puerta del baño estaba dañada, rozaba en el suelo; costaba cerrar el baño. Si no hubiera sido por estos problemas, la experiencia hubiera sido de 10.

Virkilega fallegt og gott hótel. Starfsfólkið frábært. Frábær morgunmatur. Frábær sundlaugagarður, góð líkamsrækt og spa. Mjög góður golfvöllur við hliðina á hótelinu.

El preu del restaurant, begudes, etc... no li poso més bona nota perquè penso que els preus de les begudes són excessius. Els preus del restaurant a la carta també, tot I que no sé com eren les racions ja que ni ens vam atrevir a entrar. Per sort hi ha in bar al vespre que feien alguna cosa de menjar una mica més assequible, però al migdia sol tens l'opció de car o l'opció de menjar coses tipus fast food. I la qualitat d'aquest últim justeja. Crec que ho podrien millorar. Nosaltres vam reservar per no haver de moure'ns pensant en menjar allà i la veritat ens vam trobar que no va ser la millor opció. Molta gent es feia arribar menjar de la vila.

Bonito, limpio, personal agradable.

El spa para los clientes bebería de estar incluido, es un robo a mano armada para un piscina interior que no esta ni caliente, un jacuzzi y una sauna. No vale la pena pagarlo.

We were staying at this Hotel while attending a friend's wedding. The night before the reception (which was held at a different location) we had dinner at the Hotel organised specifically for the wedding guests and the food was excellent.

Breakfast was fine but nowhere close to what you would expect at a 5-star rated property. Same for the room - we did not have warm water in the shower, no rainfall (it's a nice-to-have) but I have it at home and expected it at this level. Soffit lights were broken/missing - all in all, the room was fine but again the entire experience was mid to lower 4-star in my opinion. Pools were over-crowded - we went to the beaches instead which were lovely (5 min uber to get to them).

Las instalaciones son geniales, tienes todo lo necesario en el hotel. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación está bien si buscas tranquilidad. Los restaurantes son algo caros pero el trato y la comida están muy bien.

Great stay at Eurostars. Super staff and one of the best breakfasts I've ever experienced.

For a 5 star hotel, our room was desperately in need of maintenance but was still clean and comfortable. The hotel would also benefit from more kids areas (it is otherwise very family friendly with food available at all times and a great family pool).

Le soir pour dîner si vous ne réservez pas il vous reste le buffet a 55e personnes je trouve que cest chère nous étions 5 personnes cela devient un budget pour manger. Nous avons du aller manger dehors mais a part ça rien a dire cest un bon hote. Pour le déjeuner il ya un snack prix raisonnable pas grand choix mais ça fait l'affaire. l

Le petit déjeuner et le calme à la piscine sont les gros points forts. Très joli hôtel et chambres spacieuses.

Les prix des boissons et nourritures que ce soit à la piscine, au mini Market ou au restaurant sont plus que excessifs ! C’est presque du vol, et on n’a droit qu’à 2 pauvres bouteilles d’eau par jour même pour une chambre de 4 personnes; bien triste pour un 5*.

La habitación tenía detalles como que la puerta del baño estaba descuadrada y la puerta de la nevera también, era difícil abrirlas y cerrarlas.

Aunque en general estaba todo muy bien en las habitació es hace falta mantenimento y reparacion.

Todo, habitación grande, buen hotel, varias piscinas y buena terraza con tumbonas.....me gustó el desayuno

La bañera es muy alta e incomoda para entrar, aunque tenga varias asas de agarre. Cuando entramos, había una toalla de ducha sucia y avisamos para que nos dieran una nueva, y aunque fueron todxs muy amables, tuvimo que pedirla dos veces y al final tuve que ir yo a por ella.

Las casa con mucha humedad, la nevera de juguete,no hay aire acondicionado ,no puedes cocinar en la cocina porque no hay vitroceramica, hay una jata minuscula y si quieres Lavar tu ropa tienes que ir a los sitios comunes y para colmo tienes que meter en la lavadora 4 euros porque no es gratis,,,, vamos que no vuelvo ni aunque me lo paguen,me esperaba otra cosa,las fotos que pones son demasiado Bonitas,gracias y que os sirva de algo mi comentario

Cuando llegamos nos hicieron pasar por la instalaciones de la piscinas para ir a la habitacion.

Nous réservons cet hotel chaque année comme étape avant de remonter en France. La vue mer de la chambre est toujours aussi magnifique, les piscines, la literie et le parking couvert top.

Pour un hotel 5 étoiles n’avoir toujours pas remplacé les tv par des vrais smart tv est vraiment dommage. Impossible de connecter par Airplay. Pas de connexion internet sur la tv donc seulement quelques chaines en espagnol et tres peu dans d’autres langues. Apres 23h plus de tv la connexion internet étant saturée une fois les autres chambres rentrées. Si vous restez pour un long séjour c’est dommage. L’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas top non plus. Les passages dans les couloirs et les portes qui claque durant la nuit.

Le fait qu’au petit déjeuner sur 7 repas je n’ai pu avoir des o plats chauds tels que des œufs aux plats toujours tièdes voir froid Pour ce type d’hôtel cette prestation doit être garantie et là ce ne fut pas le cas

Loved how friendly the staff were, the pool area was lovely. The hotel was very clean, our room was a very good size. The breakfast was delicious!

The hotel is beautiful. It doesn’t feel big, the staff are very kind and polite. Perfect staff. It’s clean, there are 4 swimming pools, the atmosphere is very calming and its location is great because it’s near sitges but not in the hot town. We booked last minute because the wildfires meant we had to leave the property we were in. Thank goodness we chose this hotel. It was amazing for me, my 13yo and my 80yo mum. We all felt comfortable and looked after. The food is great, La Punta restaurant is beautiful. The lifeguards were very kind and tje reception staff so helpful. Edu in reception was so kind and welcoming and helpful and Ariel in La Punta restaurant was brilliant.

Pedí una habitación silenciosa y digamos que la habitación era tan ruidosa que prácticamente no hemos podido dormir.
