Uitstekende koelkast.

De kamers verdienen wel een upgrade. De badkamer was qua toilet en wastafel prima maar de douchebak viel zowat van ellende uit elkaar. Behang liet op veel plaatsen los.

Locație relativ departe de centru dar ai autobuz direct lângă hotel. Curățenia s a realizat Intr un mod superficial (era praf peste tot, mobilierul vechi și zgâriat, am găsit o sticlă goala în șifonier, frigiderul a văzut și zile mai bune) și a constat doar in schimbul de lenjerie și prosoape. Am semnalat problema la recepție ni s a spus că se face o curățenia detaliată însă demersul nu s a concretizat.

Мы случайно попали в этот отель потому, что наш поезд ушел на час раньше расписания. Да имейте в виду что в Амстердаме курят не только туристы но и сотрудники ЖД. И пришлось выбирать из того что было доступно. Отель не в городе а возле аэропорта но очень чистый и красивый. Единственное место в Амстердаме где не воняет коноплей. Очень приятный персонал заселили за 2 минуты, что для нас было кайфом в той ситуации. В целом если бы не кровати я бы дал этому отелю 10 баллов.

Скользкий пол и если облокотиться на стену подушкой то кровать уезжает по нему и матрац постоянно пытается сползти с основания кровати. Я был в миллионе гостиниц в мире но с таким встретился в первый раз. Я ночью во сне чуть упал вместе с матрацем на пол. Если гостиница решит эту проблему то будет иметь твердые 10 баллов. Я понимаю что гостиницы часто вместо двухместной кровати сдвигают одинарные но мне не нравится когда моя кровать сама отъезжает от кровати жены :)

Really nice hotel, super clean and comfortable. Was slightly far from city and not much around the area, but good value for money and there was a bus stop nearby. Supermarket across the road was a bonus.

The hotel charges city tax to Amsterdam residents, despite the City of Amsterdam's guidelines stating that no tourist tax is due for guests registered as Amsterdam residents. The hotel confirmed that this is their policy. Something Amsterdam residents may want to be aware of when booking. Two lamps were not working. I asked if they could be repaired, but that did not happen.

Net buiten de stad, maar makkelijk bereikbaar met de tram. Badkamer was gewoon OK als je een bad-douche OK vindt. Het personeel is vriendelijk.

Een uurtje (15u ipv 16u) vroeger inchecken was enkel mogelijk tegen betaling.

Everything was great،I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and everything was clean. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely come back again. It’s absolutely worth the money.

It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the metro, there was a spar shop right next door which was very handy. Also a bus stop right near the hotel if the metro was a bit far to walk. The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff we interacted with were nice and helpful. We had no issues during our stay. Would stay there again if i was in Amsterdam again.

I liked the room it was big and comfy.

coffee machine and tables, curtains were dirty. There was no water bottle provided and no takeaway cups. WC door was glass and everything is getting exposed.

The rooms were of a high standard. Clean, cosy and modern. I asked for my room to be close to my elderly relative's room who I was also traveling with. Staff gave me an interconnecting room which meant that my elderly relative had privacy but that I could access their room easily if I needed to assist them. The lobby, the dining area and lounge area were also clean and stylish.

Overall, the customer service fell below what I would expect from a hotel with a 4 star rating. I informed the hotel staff before attending the hotel that I had booked the hotel rooms as I was coming to Amsterdam to celebrate an elderly relative's (who was also staying at the hotel) milestone birthday. The hotel staff made no meaningful effort to make my relative's stay extra special nor was her birthday even acknowledged. Prior to attending the hotel, I asked them what they could offer to make her room more welcoming. They explained that they could offer (at an additional cost) a bottle of cava, rose petals or balloons. I chose the balloons option. I was told beforehand that the balloons would not be helium balloons but I was surprised that 5-7 ordinary balloons had been placed haphazardly on the bed of one of the rooms I had booked. In my view the balloons were a bit tacky and were more suited to a child's room. I ended up ordering some higher quality celebratory balloons from a local business in order to make up for the situation. Check-in was a bit chaotic. We were a relatively large group who had booked separately. This seemed to flummox staff and they seemed to be confused regarding which room had been allocated to which member of our group. One of the staff members seemed frustrated that my booking.com username is different to the one in my passport. As a result of this difference she found it difficult to locate the booking (notwithstanding the fact that I gave her my booking reference numbers). Our stay ended on a sour note when we asked if we could sit in the lounge (shortly after we had checked out) to provide my elderly relative with her birthday gift. We were repeatedly advised that this would not be possible and provided with nonsensical reasons to justify this stance. In the end, staff allowed us to sit in the lounge area but this was after a lot of (unnecessary) back and forth and unhelpful behaviour from staff.

GESTIÓN DEFICIENTE TRAS UNA ESTANCIA QUE IBA BIEN: NOS ACUSARON SIN PRUEBAS Y SIN PERMITIRNOS EXPLICARNOS Mi novio y yo fuimos de vacaciones a Ámsterdam durante tres días, y durante nuestra estancia todo fue muy bien: habitación cómoda, sin problemas, aunque algo lejos del centro. Lo estábamos pasando genial… hasta que, al volver a casa, descubrimos que el hotel nos había impuesto una prohibición de 12 meses para alojarnos en cualquier hotel de la cadena, acusándonos de infringir las normas por, supuestamente, entrar por una salida de emergencia y llevar a más personas al hotel. Éramos solo mi pareja y yo. No conocíamos a nadie en el país, era nuestra primera visita y pasamos aproximadamente el 80% del día fuera del hotel, usándolo solo para dormir. La acusación no tiene sentido dado lo que realmente vivimos. Entiendo que cualquier hotel puede cometer errores, es humano y comprensible. Lo que resulta incomprensible es acusar a alguien de algo tan grave sin darle la oportunidad de explicarse, sin proporcionar fecha, hora ni ninguna prueba de lo que supuestamente ocurrió, y sin responder con la prontitud que cabría esperar por correo electrónico. Y todo esto teniendo en cuenta que hablamos de un hotel de cuatro estrellas, con un precio por noche que dista mucho de ser barato, lo que hace aún más difícil comprender por qué la gestión de una queja fue tan deficiente. Pagar lo que pagamos por esas tres noches para que la experiencia terminara así es, sencillamente, decepcionante. Para colmo, no nos han vuelto a responder, se niegan a proporcionarnos ninguna prueba y nos han amenazado con llamar a la policía si entramos en este hotel o en cualquier otro de la cadena. Esto es una vergüenza y completamente falso. Dada la gestión tan poco profesional de una acusación tan grave e infundada, me resulta muy difícil recomendar este hotel. Cada vez que alguien me pregunte dónde alojarme en los Países Bajos, el Hotel Artemis siempre será mi última opción.

La pulizia non veniva fatta, non abbiamo capito se dovevamo richiederla ma in 4 giorni non hanno mai pulito. eravamo in 3 e avevamo 2 asciugamani; ne abbiamo chiesto un terzo ma se non lo chiedevamo tutte le volte non lo avevamo. Iniziano a sparecchiare la colazione 20 minuti prima della fine.

This a modern, clean hotel. Rooms are spacious, the bathroom is large and the shower is great. Staff is courteous and helpful. A supermarket right in front of the hotel with coffee, pastries and fresh orange juice for those who don't want to pay extra for the breakfast. An 8 -minute walk to Louwesweg (tram number 2) takes your straight to the center of Amsterdam. We had two quadruple rooms and felt this hotel was the best option for our group. Would definitely stay there again.

A lock on the bathroom would be greatly appreciated. Also the parking costs 25 euros per day, which is quite a lot...

I liked the size of room, the decor, the staff, the location to where I needed to be.

The cleanliness wasn't great. I didn't escalate as I wasn't there for long but honestly it wasn't good and if I was in there longer I would have escalated it as it wasn't acceptable and I stay often in Amsterdam and surrounding areas.

Tiene un Spar al lado donde se puede desayunar o comer mucho más económico que en el hotel. El autobús 18 se coge a 2 minutos andando, muy cerca y te deja en el centro.

No limpian la habitación, únicamente vacían las papeleras y poco más. Tuvimos que dar quejas porque incluso nos quedamos sin papel y sin jabón y no lo repusieron.

De hygiëne op de kamer was niet goed, badkamer was beneden alle peil en veel stof onder de bedde. Ik vroeg om mijn auto langer te laten staan tegen betaling maar receptiewas bot en stuurde mij weg.

Die Beschreibung der Hotelkette ist sehr fragwürdig, Hier entspricht nichts dem realen Angebot und die wenigen Mitarbeiter wirken sehr unmotiviert. Schlechtes Management. Die einzige Dame am Empfang erklärte den Self Check in Service jedoch freundlich. Erstaunlicherweise mussten wir 10Euro bezahlen um ein bereits freies Zimmer 1 1/2 Stunden früher zu bekommen, da wir vor 15.00 Uhr vor Ort waren und für einen wichtigen Termin die Kleidung wechseln mussten.Das ist wirklich sehr ärgerlich und ist mir als Vielreisende noch nie passiert. Dementsprechend ärgerlich ist es, wenn einem beim Betreten des Zimmers, ein sehr ranziger Zimmergeruch entgegenkommt und wir beim späten Heimkommen an Handtüchern / Waschbecken, Haare und Barthaare der letzten Zimmergäste entdecken. Der Boden war schmutzig und das Waschbecken ohne Abfluss Deckel. Leider mussten wir das bei später nächtlicher Rückkehr hinnehmen, da kein Personal mehr zur Verfügung stand.Die Dusche haben wir dementsprechend nicht benutzt. Hygienischen Zustand fragwürdig und schlecht. Frühstück war ok, jedoch etwas lieblos. Service Personal lieber am Handy beschäftigt. Saft nur Konzentrat aus Zucker und Wasser. Rührei aus der Tüte. Für uns kein schöner Aufenthalt und insgesamt leider eine Enttäuschung! Preis Leistung passt hier nicht!

Mal placé (environ 40-45 minutes de transport en commun pour aller au centre d'Amsterdam) Lorsque nous sommes rentrés (un peu tard) le deuxième jour, nous avons remarqué que le personnel de ménage n'avait pas fini de faire notre chambre (le sac poubelle était au milieu de la chambre et toutes nos serviettes avaient disparu), nous avons appelé pour expliquer la situation et la réception nous a proposé de revenir à la réception chercher nos serviettes (nous étions au 8eme étages et venions de rentrer d'une journée épuisante).

Gym ist ein Joke. Parkgebühren fürs Auto sind zu hoch (gilt allerdings generell für Amsterdam). Sonntags und Feiertags ist kostenloses Parken vor dem Hotel (nicht Hotelparkplätze) möglich, aber das Personal erzählt diese Information nicht.

hotel ben curato e fornito. Pulizie su richiesta d'orario senza problema. Check out effettuate qualche minuto dopo senza alcuna sanzione o lamentela. Intorno c'è del verde e vicino il più bel parco di Amsterdam.

Non è molto facile tornare la notte ed in ogni caso c'è da camminare dieci minuti e poi fare quasi un'ora di autobus ( che non ha aria condizionata al suo interno ) per arrivare nel centro preciso. Molto meglio di giorno . Un paio di km più vicino sarebbe stato il massimo.

Que tenía una tienda en la misma puerta en la que te cocina y te calientan toda la comida qe compras y que tienes maquina de hielo gratis en los pasillos.

Nos dieron un habitación en la que no funcionaba la nevera y en los dos días ni nos la cambiaron ni nos cambiaron de habitación, tuvimos que tirar todo lo que llevábamos. Lejisimos de todo. 60 euros de desayunar 3.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen Personal sehr nett.

Unser Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und war auch nicht sehr sauber. Am 2.Tag wurde nicht mal mehr der Mülleimer geleert.Am schlimmsten waren die Zudecken,sehr schwer und es waren gelbe Flecken auf der Decke!:(Das muss man beim Wechseln eigentlich sehen! In der Nacht war es sehr laut,da unten Leute standen und sich lange unterhalten haben ,ebenso knallte ständig im Nachbarzimmer die Tür:(Schade war auch,dad die Terasse nicht geöffnet hatte.

J’ai beaucoup aimé cet établissement car il est propre. Le personnel a été accueillant. La chambre était propre et très belle! Petit bémol le sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le lit était très confortable!
