Das Hotel war sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Lage war hervorragend. Die Straßenbahnstation liegt direkt vor der Tür.

Das Frühstück war eher schlicht, dennoch war alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Kamer was prima en net. Ligging van het hotel is top en er stop een tram aan de deur.

Was volledige zelf check-in evenals de check-out. Dit is ok, anderzijds een persoonlijke benadering na een lange reis is wel fijner.

Het tram station lag naast het hotel, met de tram in 20 min. In het centrum. Goede voor Amsterdammse begrippen goedkope parkeergarage bij het hotel. Schone nette kamers. Goed ontbijt..Goede prijs kwaliteit.

Geen receptie, zelf in en uitchecken. Inchecken verliep moeilijk, te weinig personeel om dan mensen te helpen.

Mobilier moderne, installations nombreuses et fonctionnelles, avons apprécié café dans la chambre, fer et table à repasser, très bon petit déjeuner, bon emplacement

L'hotel è in una buona posizione per raggiungere il centro utilizzando il tram linea 2, la cui fermata si trova proprio di fronte all'hotel. Pulizia giornaliera soddisfacente, staff disponibile e buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Aria condizonata funzionante e presenza di frigo in camera.

Il costo del parcheggio è alto (25 euro al giorno) anche considerando i disguidi che si sono verificati: ogni volta che era necessario uscire dal parcheggio la sbarra di chiusura non funzionava. Era necessario recarsi alla reception e chieder loro di attivare l'apertura e anche questa procedura non sempre funzionava. Purtroppo il problema non è stato risolto per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Dit hotel heeft alles : goede ligging als uitvalsbasis, hygiëne in orde, het gemakkelijk zelf in-en uitchecken via de computers etc. Mooi uitzicht op hoge buildings in de verte, zeker toen 's avonds de zon erop scheen.

Het overgbleven zwzrt haartje op 1 vd handdoeken is een schoonheidsfoutje.

Chambre spacieuse avec une bonne isolation phonique. Propre est calme. L'hôtel est bien situé. Un arrêt de tramway en face de l'hôtel permet d'aller en centre ville très rapidement. L'hôtel a un parking qui est payant (25€ ce qui est cher mais raisonnable par rapport aux tarif très élevés de cette ville!) et très pratique. Autre point positif, le check-in et check-out sur plusieurs bornes permet de récupérer sa chambre à n'importe quelle heure.

Everything. Location was excellent. Tram #2 right outside the hotel. Metro about 5 min walk. Groceries are next block over. Good Chinese restaurant next to grocery store. Quiet streets. A/c worked perfectly. Hotel was clean. Room was spacious. In my experience, the best hotel in Europe so far.

When I checked in and got to my room I noticed there was a dirty white sock stuck to the ceiling wall! I wish I was kidding, but I was beyond disgusted. I called the front desk and they sent the cleanliness supervisor. He managed to remove the sock but the smell persisted for a while later, definitely ruining the first night experience. (Later I realized what the sock was covering was the smoke detector, so really this is also a safety issue not just a cleanliness issue (if it's covered and fire had happened would it really detect the smoke?) In addition there was dust on the cups and coffee machine, there was water already in the coffee machine from before. There was a short hair on the toilet bowl and the faucet. The carpet had light brown dirt and dark brown dirt on it in places (initially hard to notice because the carpet is also dark conveniently). The staff felt like they didn't care enough. They were like so what. Well I get that you guys probably get a lot of guests but that's no excuse for poor cleanliness standards...

Нормальный отель с спокойном районе. До туристического центра 20 минут на трамвае. Остановка трамвая рядом с отелем, ещё есть метро в 10 минутах ходьбы. Рядом есть супермаркеты. Номер чистый, не тесный. Хорошие матрасы. Душ нормальный, но слабый напор воды. Вторая кровать для ребенка - полноценная односпальная кровать

В комнате на потолке был какой-то динамик, который издавал ритмичное щёлканье. На просьбу починить, персонал ответил, что посмотрит, что можно сделать, но видимо ничего не смогли и он продолжил щёлкать. В предпоследний день перестал включаться свет в половине номера, но эту проблему смогли решить оперативно. На кроватях лежит по два матраса из-за чего кровать становится высотой 80 см. Для нас это было норм, но ребенка оставлять на ней было страшновато, так что один матрас пришлось снять во избежание падения во сне.

L'emplacement de l'hotel avec une station de tramway au pied de l'hotel connectant très rapidement au centre ville (20 min) et à la gare centrale. Une station de métro à moins de 10 min à pieds connectant aussi à la gare. Equipement des chambres et confort très satisfaisant sans nuisances sonores malgré la proximité de la route. Supermarchés à proximité. Restaurant de qualité à proximité avec petit déjeuner possible (Benji's)

Les petits déjeuners sont très chers selon notre expérience dans l'hotel et c'est pourquoi nous ne les avons pas pris sur place. les bornes automatiques en entrée enlèvent un peu d'âme au service d'accueil par le personnel, par ailleurs très sympa.

Quizá la oferta del desayuno es un poco justa pero en todo caso tienes lo básico. No es un hotel céntrico pero tienes paradas de tranvía muy cerca.

La ubicación para mi caso, es muy buena porque queda cerca de mi lugar de interés. Pero en general es muy buena porque tiene acceso al transporte de manera muy fácil, con el que se accede sin problemas a cualquier lugar de Amsterdam sin demasiado esfuerzo más que un cambio de tram.

El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones no es muy bueno, en algunos casos no quedaba limpia la habitación, las toallas no estaban en buen estado y los productos de limpieza utilizados dejaban un fuerte olor a vinagre en la habitación. Probablemente el tiempo asignado a cada habitación no es suficiente.

La posizione: la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici, che rende sia facilissimo raggiungere il centro sia funzionale il trasporto verso mete esterne alla città. La colazione ricca, anche se con poche opzioni senza glutine soprattutto nella parte dolce. Il silenzio e i letti comodi.

Il self check in che rende un po’ impersonale l’ accoglienza. Non ci sono (almeno nella nostra camera) appendi asciugamano in bagno.

Very good location with a single commute to the city center and the tram spot is literally outside of the facility!

The bed was not very comfortable, if you have a more sensitive back, it might be problematic for a longer stay (5+ days). The hotel was also close to what I consider a pretty bad part of town. Going to LIDL was very uncomfortable. But if you're not going there, then it's no big deal avoiding it.

La amplitud de las habitaciones y de los baños. Una de las habitaciones estaba de esquina y tenía CINCO ventanas, fantástico. El desayuno muy bien, con todas las necesidades para personas con intolerancias. Las camareras al cargo del desayuno simpatiquísimas. El tranvía 2 al centro en la puerta del hotel. Una pizzería que cierra a las tres de la madrugada por si se vuelve tarde.

L'hotel est très propre et sécurisé. Le check-in et le check-out peuvent être fait de façon autonome. Le personnel est professionnel et disponible pour toute question. Les lits sont confortables et la chambre était très calme. La localisation est bonne bien qu'en dehors du centre : le tram est aux pieds de l'hotel et permet de rejoindre le centre en 20 min. Le métro se situe à 5 ou 10 minutes à pieds.

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel mit guter Bahnverbindung und Parkmöglichkeit in direkter Nähe. Im Zimmer gibts viel Stauraum und es gibts Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Das Bett war sehr bequem auch die Kissen waren angenehm. Das Personal in allen Bereichen war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Frühstück könnte besser sein. Körnerbrot/Körnerbrötchen war nicht vorhanden, Rührei schmeckte nach nichts.

The cleanliness and the acoustic insulation

Camera bellissima, molto spaziosa e super luminosa. Tantissimo spazio per stivare i bagagli. Bagno molto grande e doccia spettacolare. Parcheggio molto comodo al coperto dietro l'hotel. Staff eccezionalmente gentile. Non vicino al centro ma comodo per gli studentati e molto vicino all'aeroporto. Collegato molto bene con il centro (tram 2 a un minuto di distanza). Tornerò di sicuro quando verrò ad Amsterdam.

Personalul f amabil. Paturi confortabile și curat în cameră. E bine izolat; nu se aude zgomotul din stradă. Mic dejun copios și variat. F ușor de ajuns în centru cu mijloacele de transport în comun ( tram, metrou). Recomand călduros acest hotel și pt un sejur scurt și pt unul mai lung (cu serviciul).

Noi am stat 3 nopți. În ultima zi n-am mai avut gel de spălat pe mâini. Deci când se face curățenie, să se verifice și acest lucru ( gel de spălat pe mâini, gel duș, etc.). Mulțumesc !

The hotel is modern, with self checkout and check in service. The room was comfortable, and the AC was working really well. Also, the tram was right in front of the hotel.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado para visitar la ciudad, tienes el tranvia nº2 en la puerta, tiene buenas habitaciones, comodas, y camas comodas y con limpieza diaria, la zona es segura y muy transitada. Tiene en la plaza trasera dos buenos supermercados, una tienda drogueria y un restaurante chino y un kebab, la zona a partir de cierta hora de la noche se vuelve un pelin mas insegura, pero no en exceso.

Limpian , pero es verdad q dejan algo de polvo, pero si no eres tiquismiquis está bien. las almohadas son cortas y de diferente grosor, tienes q experimentar con ellas un poco.El desayuno es carero, es más o menos completo, pero 20 euros es demasiado, siempre puedes probar la opcion del supermercado, que estan al lado (LIDL y otro muy bueno)

The bed was made every day, but the sheets were not actually changed. I noticed stains and wrinkles and took photos the following day, only to find the same stains still there. It seems the used sheets were simply straightened and made to look tidy.

Velmi čisté, moderně zařízené ubytování. Z letiště i do centra se dostanete pohodlně veřejnou dopravou za pár minut. Pokoj byl čistý, odhlučněný, se vším, co potřebujete.

Hotelin konumu hem merkeze ulaşımı açısından toplu ulaşıma yakın hem de merkezin kalabalığından uzak ve sakin olması açısından oldukça iyiydi ayrıca , sigara ve alkol içilmiyor olması benim için çok iyi bir özelliği idi.

Dışarıdan yol sesi geliyor olması ve klimanın ayarını düzenlememe rağmen yine aynı şekilde çalışması nedeniyle minimal sıkıntılar yaşadım ama bunlar minimal sıkıntılar geri kalan her şey benim için çok olumlu idi.

A very well organized, newly designed, clean, value for money hotel. Good free internet connection, nice rooms with super nice bathrooms compared to the size. Simple, cozy, practical and there is a tram station 20 steps away. There is a nearby grocery and other services area as well (3 min walk).

10 Euros for each early or late hour. Checkout at 11 and check in at 15:00 so it is a bit longer than usual.

I couldn't switch off the A/C and the bathroom floor was heated... very much heated and I couldn't switch it off. To keep your hotelroom cool, you have to make sure that the bathroom door is closed. But it sounds like a waste of energy.

Die Lage ist etwas abseits, aber man kommt sehr gut mit der Tram überall hin. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Dank Klimaanlage konnte man bei geschlossenem Fenstern schlafen und hat die Autobahn nicht gehört. Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung.

Der Frühstücksraum ist recht dunkel und auch recht laut, wenn er voll ist (was er immer war), aber man hält sich dort ja auch nicht ewig auf.

The hotel’s location was perfect for me, featuring large windows with views of the surrounding greenery. Everything you need is available in the room, and the front desk staff was very helpful."

The location was not bad, but off centre! On the other hand, there was a metro station quite near and, most important, a tram line passing just outside the hotel! The room size was very good! Very comfortable, with good day light and a very good bathroom!

Breakfast was ok, but I'd say a bit expensive! It would be nice to have the opportunity to make a cup of tea or an instant coffee!

Αρκετά καλό δωμάτιο. Ήσυχη περιοχή. Καλή ηχομόνωση. Καλά στρώματα και μαξιλάρια όπως και ευρύχωρο Τρίκλινο δωμάτιο. Στάση τραμ στα είκοσι μέτρα που σε πηγαίνει στο κέντρο σε είκοσι με είκοσι πέντε λεπτά. Πάρα πολύ καλή επιλογή για διαμονή στο στερνρσμ. Επίσης εύκολη πρόσβαση από και προς το αεροδρόμιο.

The property was clean, spacious, and very nice! It’s conveniently located next to the tram, which takes you through the heart of the city and straight to Central Station. The staff were very professional and attentive. I highly recommend this property!

La ubicación está muy bien, el tranvia esta enfrente del hotel y te deja en el centro en 20 min. La habitación del hotel está muy bien, todo cómodo y limpio. Se puede aparcar sin problema en el hotel a buen precio si comparamos con otros parkings de Amsterdam.

Cerca del hotel, hay una plaza con comercios que está muy bien para comprar comida pero no parece muy segura, con luz de día mejor.

The hotel room was great and also the AC was working. We did get a bad room in the beginning (opposite parking lot), however, reception was happy to help to change it to higher floor. Overall the room is great and hotel is in front of the tram, so you can easily get everywhere in the city in a few minutes.

The hotel overall was fine. Only negative is that we had a fire alarm going off and the whole hotel got evacuated as it should, however, the staff didn't communicate to us at all, so people were everywhere, also trying to get back in and the staff did not once address us during the whole ordeal. Would advise to train the staff on fire & safety

Very clean modern stay. Area was great right in front of a tram station for easy access the the city. Still had some good offering around it despite being a 25-30 min tram ride into the center. Check-in/out options were super great too

It was a short stay, but everything met our requirements. Some staff were warm, kind and very helpful .

The most annoying aspect was that there was No where in the bathroom to hang used towels. Especially as we did not need fresh towels for 2 days.

El mando de mi ducha no iba bien, se aviso al equipo y no lo arreglaron. Tuve que ducharme en la habitación de mis hijos.
