Only one restaurant and room menu was not included in restaurant like Pizza it was only available in room services which was really surprising

Die Lage ist ideal für einen City Trip nach Amsterdam, eine Tramlinie und eine Metrolinie nur 5-8 Gehminuten entfernt. Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück und ein schönes Restaurant mit karibischem Flair und entsprechendem tollen Essen haben uns herzlich empfangen. Wir haben jeden morgen den schönen Pool für ein paar Schwimm-Bahnen genutzt. Das Zimmer im 4. Stock war recht geräumig und bot durch die bodentiefen Fenster einen guten Ausblick in Richtung Altstadt, das Kingsize Bett war sehr bequem. Die Dusche war recht groß und mit diversen flüssigen Seifen, wie Body Wash, Conditioner und Shampoo ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Klimaanlage wurde mittags automatisch wieder auf 19,4°C eingestellt, was uns etwas zu kühl war. Es dauerte sehr lang, bis es wieder wärmer wurde.

Parken für 75 Euro für zwei Nächte und 100 Euro Kaution noch nicht wieder bekommen

Hôtel de qualité supérieure pour un rapport qualité-prix ultra compétitif, propreté impeccable, staff accueillant, souriant et professionnel.

Ce serait bien de pouvoir s’installer dans les chambres avant le check-in (si elles sont prêtes) sans avoir à payer le supplément de 30€ qui n’est pas justifié selon moi.

All the staff were lovely, professional and keen to answer any questions and help out in any way they could. The room was very clean and tidy. Plenty of space. Plenty of information to find any amenities not already in the room. Great facilities all around, especially the spa and gym area! Very easy to travel to Centraal station via the metro, just a couple minutes walk away.

Staff were absolutely amazing very nice and helpful , comfy rooms everything you need very clean also. Spa and pool was also brilliant however was closed one of the days we were there , 24/7 shop with everything you could need self service too very handy. Location close to airport and 5/10 minute walk from tram/metro

Hotel is close to transportation (tram and metro). The staff was very nice and helpful in resolving all problems, they speak great English. The food selection is great with wide variety. The room met the expectations. They have a luggage room where they let me store my luggage pre-check-in and post-check-out, it was a nice touch. Exists a 0-24 shop inside the hotel that was useful when I had to wake up so early to arrive to a destination.

I didn't like the Ladies Afternoon - I understand the purpose of it and I'd support it, but I believe that it should be less hours as men pay the same as women but receive less service. For that purpose I can't even recommend the place for couples, I can't imagine that if I want to go down to have fun with my partner but I'm being forbidden from it, but I believe for women it can be a great place. I didn't like that to spa I took down my phone and I was alone in one place just reading a book (my phone was facing downwards, basically I took just to see time that I can leave before the L.A.) and the receptionist came there and made a comment about my phone not being able to be there, but when I was next to the pool, some children were jumping in and out of the pool and the mother was recording them and even after watching these actions they decided to not comment that phone out at all, seems like some rules are not going for both ways. I also noticed that in the bathroom the lamp works via motion detector and not by switch, which is "environment friendly" but at the same time super annoying when you try to take a shower and you need to do a full dance before you get any lights back. Before you book, read all small prints.

Terrible management. We'd had to cancel our reservation due to the airline cancelling the flight 5 minutes before take off. I emailed explaining and asked for vouchers for a later date, explaining this was our late honeymoon as the last 2 times we tried to go were cancelled over covid. No reply. I'd have understood if they couldn't do it, but no reply at all? Very poor customer relations, spend your money elsewhere.

Хороший завтрак, спа, дружелюбный персонал, чистая комната, ежедневная уборка, много сервисов доставки еды в номер, круглосуточный магазин в отеле, большая кровать.

Все время что мы были в отеле не работал один из лифтов, а другие ездили очень плохо, иногда ломались тоже, это сильно раздражало. Очень слабый вай-фай, очевидно чтобы гости доплачивали за хороший. Расположение далеко от центра, полчаса на метро. Район сам по себе скучный, просто окраина, и отель выглядит немного советским. Ожидали большего.

Kleine kamer hoewel die voor 3 personen werd aangeraden (weinig plaats voor extra bed). Koffieapparaat en waterkoker niet zuiver, daardoor niet kunnen gebruiken. Bij check-out vermeldt en door receptie meteen gemeld aan onderhoudspersoneel, we kregen ook een kleine compensatie. Ontbijt viel wat tegen, rare productkeuzes: confituur was compote, spek viel tegen, pannenkoekjes waren uitgedroogd, vreemd omelet (vers bereidde ei wel lekker) en de koffie niet onze smaak, bitter en sterk. Bar was zeer luid door DJ, je kon er niet even rustig bekomen na een drukke dag. Daardoor verplicht in de lobby te zitten met een drankje van het winkeltje.

I loved the women’s only spa facilities and I also loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities that were available to us , e.g having an iron in the room without having to ask etc

The hotel room was slightly hot and there was no option to alter the air conditioning in the room even though there was a tiny screen that had that option

It was conveniently located, right by the metro station. The staff were really helpful and friendly!

La SPA, palestra e la piscina da 10 e lode! Tutto lo Staff professionale e attento ai bisogni degli ospiti, in special modo un plauso al receptionist Victor, gentile e professionale. Anche il ristorante bar ottimo!

Rivedrei le politiche sul Divieto d’accesso ai minori alla piscina dopo le 12:00. Durante il nostro soggiorno ci è capitato di trovare ospiti maggiorenni maleducati (situazione comunque gestita in modo ottimale dallo staff).

Das Personal an der Rezeption, zumindest die beiden, mit denen ich es zu tun hatte. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, und ich war schon in hunderten von Hotels. Offensichtlich betrachten die beiden die Kunden nicht als Grundlage dafür, dass sie am Monatsende ihr Gehalt bekommen, sondern als Störfaktor, den es zu bekämpfen gilt.

Rustig en schoon hotel, fijn personeel.

De locatie, wij hadden een (elders) gehuurde fiets die we niet in het eigen hok kwijt mochten. Achter het hotel voelde absoluut niet veilig. Voor het hotel maar met een kettingslot aan het hok vastgemaakt.

Stayed for a couple of nights for the Harry Styles concert back in May. The hotel was fantastic. Minutes walk from the tram stop which takes you straight into Central and to the Stadium. The room was fantastic. Plenty of space. Spotless clean. Staff at the front desk were super friendly and professional, especially Victor Da Silva. We forgot european plug to charge our phones and Victor sought one out for us to use during our stay. There is a small shop in the hotel too for essentials if needed. Would definitely return next time we visit Amsterdam.

Nebyla chyba hotelu, že Booking špatně nahlásil počet osob, ale primárně nás odkázali na to, že si to máme řešit s Bookingem, což vám v půl třetí ráno nepřidá na pohodě.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top, avec le tram numéro 2 on va facilement au centre. Le spa est magnifique et très bien équipé.

Absolutely a great place. Rooms ar good with air-conditioning. Breakfast was great, even when I asked for decaff. Ther is a private parking area. Only a 4 minute walk to the metro = 22 minutes to Amsterdam center / Rokin station.

- The cleaning lady was pretty distracted, some days forgot to change dirty mugs, some days forgot to empty the bin. And there was only one coffee pad for a strong and one pad for soft, although we were two persons which could prefer both soft? And she was not filling back every day. - Towels had lot of visible stains - it is not written in the hotel description on booking.com that the swimming pool can only be used in the morning by kids. We would prefer to use the pool after a day of visits. This was disappointing. - The rooms were cold. Every evening i was either turning airco off or increase temperature but everyday when we were out cleaning stuff was putting it back to a colder temperature and when we arrived in the evening we were finding the room cold. We had only summer clothes to sleep. Hence a good room temperature for winter is not a good room temperature for summer. We were there to stay for a week, why can't they respect our preference?

We arrived at the hotel after a night flight, ready to begin an anniversary and birthday celebration. The moment we stepped inside, the experience changed. The night staff member at reception spoke to us with an arrogant and dismissive manner that immediately set the wrong tone. He told us we had to pay fifty euros per day as a damage deposit, which came to one hundred and fifty euros. We had never been informed of this and had no reason to believe it was correct. When I questioned it, he became increasingly agitated and insisted that without paying the one hundred and fifty euros, we would not be allowed access to our room. It was after midnight, the booking was non refundable and we were left with no practical option but to pay. The next morning, Booking.com explained that the hotel policy is fifty euros for the entire stay, not fifty euros per day. They confirmed that the charge was incorrect and that refusing us access to our room over a false fee was unacceptable and against safeguarding expectations. They also acknowledged that other charges, including seven euros fifty for room service delivery, were not properly communicated. The spa was the only part of the stay that offered any sense of calm. However, throughout our time at the hotel, we observed a clear difference in how staff interacted with guests depending on their skin colour. The level of warmth and respect varied noticeably, and the pattern was consistent enough that it could not be ignored. This stay was meant to be a celebration. Instead, it revealed poor conduct, incorrect charges and unequal treatment. The spa alone cannot outweigh the behaviour we experienced. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I loved the massive bed, I got a free upgrade on arrival. It was great to have an opportunity to watch TV a bonus to have English speaking channels. The Vitality Spa was absolutely wonderful with great facilities. An excellent way to unwind after sightseeing each day.

Not a big fan of Caribbean food, would have preferred more options available. I didn't have breakfast as I felt it was overpriced compared to other hotels I stayed with in Amsterdam.

The spa was included in the price and it was worth it, the transports are very close and there are supermarkets and places to eat in that area without spending too much money

The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good variety, and the location was convenient with easy access to public transport.

O hotel eh sensacional, lindo! O atendimento de todos eh impressionante. Quarto grande, com produtos q usamos no dia a dia, e deixam água, cápsulas de café e sachê de chá, o chuveiro eh ótimo, o espelho pra se maquiar tb! O restaurante não pode ser mais lindo e gostoso A localização não eh boa pq fica longe de tudo, mas nada q um uber não resolva A piscina eh ótima (podia estar um pouco mais quentinha, mas curtimos igual) junto tem uma mini sauna e tem duas salas uma com cadeiras e areia e outra com adesivos trazendo atmosfera de paradise e com aquecimento, tu relaxa de um jeito ali! Amamos! A questão da piscina ficar apenas para as mulheres em alguns momentos, e tb com horários específicos para crianças, pode agradar ou desagradar, depende de vc, pra nós foi ok

Das Hotel liegt ein bisschen außerhalb des Zentrums aber mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Man ist innerhalb von 25 Minuten im Stadtkern. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, Zimmer schön eingerichtet, Betten bequem und die kleinen Miniservices wie die Tee,- Kaffe,- und Wasser-Bars runden das ganze ab. Der Spa- und Fitnessbereich schließt sich dem Ganzen an. Tolle Ausstattung, toller Service. Wenn mir was gefehlt hat, der 15 Meter Pool verfügt über keine Gegenstromanlage ABER das wäre jetzt jammern auf super hohen Niveau. Wir durften auch ein fantastisches Essen im Hotelrestaurante „Mondi“ genießen, auch hier blieb mir ein positiver Eindruck zurück. Kulinarisch großartig und der Service NICHT verbesserungsbedürftig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, wir kommen wieder!

The hotel is one of the best in Amsterdam and very affordable if you book at the right time One direct train to central or can take two for shorter time, lovely pool, sauna etc Restaurant was okay but you go Amsterdam to eat out so didn’t eat as much there. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything exceeded our expectations. One of the things we loved the most was the swimming pool with dedicated women-only hours. It made us feel so comfortable and was such a thoughtful touch! The Mondi restaurant was simply outstanding. The food was incredible, and every meal was a highlight of our stay. What truly made this hotel special, though, was the staff. Everyone at the reception and all the waiters were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay at least ten times better❤️ Thank you for making our trip to Amsterdam so memorable. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to everyone!

Pour le restaurant alors là...c en est drôle...des tarifs exorbitants 17e pour un morceau daubergine avec du quinoa pas cuit dessus et dedans et de la sauce andalouse...en 3 bouchées c est manger...5 fois nous avons du demander de l eau peut être voulaient ils qu on prenne quelque chose de plus cher? En tout cas ce restaurant avec ces plats a ces tarifs c est honteux mais drôle. Pour le spa beaucoup de choses fermées...l ont m à fait payer des tongs alors que j avais des chaussures adaptées. D autres avaient les mêmes à l intérieur...bref désagréable moment.

Small things matter and that is why this hotel deserves a 5 star. Our spacious room was always clean when we got back. The location is not in the centre of the city but was easily accessible by Metro or Tram. But, the killer was the service from all teams. At the time of checkout I requested for a plastic tie to secure my check in luggage. Peter from maintenance and the Reception team immediately understood my request and got me few ties before my Uber arrived. Thank you Corendon New-West team.

The Corendon New-West is overall a great property, and we really enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff is very kind and friendly, and helped us figure out which trams to take to get into Amsterdam. It’s halfway between Schiphol and city center, at half the price of the downtown hotels. The hearty breakfast is fantastic with a good variety of food (fruit, cereal, cheese, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, lettuce, croissant, and even gluten free bread upon request.) My husband enjoyed the omelette! We ate in Mondi for dinner a couple of times, it was excellent. All the wait staff were polite and helpful. The two-twin rooms are on the small side, but well laid out. It took the entire week to be able to get a bathrobe, but we finally did. The bathroom light needs to go off and stay off, what a nuisance that woke both of us up repeatedly. The housekeeping staff is lovely and took care to clean our room every day with fresh towels. We did use the pool, which is just fine though a little hard to get in and out of. The only staff that were unpleasant to deal with at the hotel, were the spa desk attendants. I dealt with four different staff over several days, and they were all grumpy and rude. One would hope that the Corendon would encourage their spa attendants to improve their customer service and their attitude towards guests. Overall, a great stay and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

A great, reasonably priced accommodation in Amsterdam. We liked the location, because it was close to the tram and metro, only 30 minutes from most Amsterdam attractions. Additionally, the rooms were comfy and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend their omelette station!

A note for parents with young kids: You need to make a reservation for your kids to swim. At the time we asked, the spa said they could only accommodate a morning-time swim for us and our two kids, 3 and 6. Unfortunately, we had activities booked in the mornings, so we weren't able to swim... A heads up for other families!

Too Long Didn’t Read / TLDR: Wow, what a hidden gem! Well placed but out of the bustle of the city, amazing staff, and incredible rooms. The hotel is located between Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam Central, with Metro trains stopping nearby to get to you Centraal station (20ish mins) at Henk Sneevlietweg or the tram also nearby that takes you direct to the Rijksmuseum in a 15 min tram ride. With the airport as little as 19 minutes away via Lelylaan station. The hotel is ‘internet famous’ for having a suite with a full Boeing 737 cockpit and plane body inside a room! (alas, I didn’t stay in this suite, but it is an absolute dream of mine to stay in it one day!) As always with my reviews, I break it down into ‘The Good’, ‘The Not So Good’ and ‘The Weird’. - The Good; Well, there’s gonna be a lot here! I received a super friendly welcome at both check in, and an incredibly kind goodbye at check out. All the staff I encountered on the front desk, at the bar in the evening, and at breakfast in the morning were nothing short of brilliant. I was given a lovely upgrade to a suite which had high ceilings and was expansive in size but more on that later - €10 for not having my room cleaned during my stay. A free drink at the bar, and the welcome gift of chocolates in room as well as free breakfast (+1) with my titanium status. The corridors and general hotel areas smell great - I’m not sure what it was, it smelt a bit like green tea and lemongrass. Inside the room I was greeted with huge super king bed, a very good desk, multiple armchairs, delightful furnishings that were very dutch-modern (Kintsugi was a theme!) with parquet floors. A small fridge, slippers and robes and a safe. A/C was very effective, bed was comfortable. A rare display of one pillow… actually just right - perhaps maybe a little hard for some but for me, perfect. The room was also spotlessly clean. Shower was great too - again a rare case of the shower being the right temperature on the middle click setting. And the door to the bathroom was a proper solid door, although this will come up again in the section ‘the weird’. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful, with an egg chef available, I had really nice cheese omelet. A shoutout to the ‘speculoos and almond butter’ that was available which I am desperate to try again soon. The bacon was a little strange though, perhaps a Netherlands speciality. 
- The Not So Good: This was the *only* not good thing about the hotel. The toaster at breakfast. It appeared to only toast one side of the bread, despite the controls being set at the ‘do not touch’ marks - it also sped through and just warmed the bread on one side - nor did it eject the bread properly, so you had to either awkwardly stand behind it feeding the bread back in again multiple times, or just live a toastless existence. - The Weird: The egg timer in the bathroom that turns on a heat lamp - I have never seen this before, kinda useful, kinda scary! I couldn’t work out how to turn the bathroom light sensor off. In the middle of the night you just need a little glow not the full blown light. The windows had a gauze over them. Took me a while to work out but they’re actually blinds and are controlled from the A/C control panel. The room would do well to have a little note to explain things like this, and the heat lamp. - The Practicals Windows don’t open as expected. 2 bars of LTE on KPN and full bars on Vodafone NL Fridge with water, nespresso machine and pods, a few tea bags. Toiletries by Scapa Home that were uncomfortably high at the sink, but nice smelling. In Summary: This hotel is probably the best unassuming gem of a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I really want to stay in the plane suite more than any other hotel room I’ve ever come across! Fingers crossed I can make it one day.
