Un soggiorno indimenticabile, che consigliamo di cuore! ❤️ Siamo stati accolti all’Hotel Baia del Capitano con una cordialità e un calore davvero straordinari. Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti a casa e, durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, siamo stati coccolati e viziati in ogni modo. Ciò che ha reso la nostra esperienza davvero speciale è stata l’incredibile attenzione e gentilezza di tutto il personale. Sempre sorridenti, disponibili e attenti a ogni dettaglio, hanno saputo farci sentire davvero importanti e benvenuti. Ogni nostra richiesta è stata accolta con grande professionalità e, soprattutto, con tanta spontaneità e calore umano. Anche dal punto di vista gastronomico siamo stati conquistati: il cibo era delizioso, i consigli sui vini sempre perfetti e i drink al bar semplicemente fantastici. Si percepisce in ogni dettaglio la passione, la qualità e l’amore per l’ospitalità. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Antonio e a tutti gli altri membri dello staff, che hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno così piacevole e speciale. Ognuno di voi ha lasciato un bellissimo ricordo e siamo davvero grati per tutte le attenzioni che ci avete dedicato. Grazie di cuore a tutto il team del Baia del Capitano per la splendida accoglienza, per la professionalità e per averci fatto sentire non semplicemente degli ospiti, ma davvero a casa. Ruhige, abgelegene Lage, falls man das sucht... (nur Hotelrestaurants in der Umgebung, keine Supermärkte oder andere Geschäfte)

Auf unserem Trip in Sizilien war es die teuerste und mit Anstand schlechteste Unterkunft - als 4-Sterne-Hotel würden wir es nicht einstufen und die positiven Kundenbewertungen sind für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war selbst für italienische Verhältnisse bescheiden, sowohl was die Auswahl wie auch die Qualität betraf. Parkplätze im/beim Hotel waren nicht in genügender Anzahl vorhanden, sodass man das Auto irgendwo hinstellen musste. Das Schloss für den Tresor musste bei der Rezeption aktiv angefordert werden. Der Kühlschrank im Bungalow funktionierte nicht und als nach zweimaliger Meldunge nichts unternommen wurde, musste es deutlicher formuliert werden und wir bekamen ein Zimmer im Haupthaus. Dafür sind die Preise in der Minibar mehr als überrissen!

Location is amazing (St. Tropez vibes). Roof top views while dining were amazing. Restaurant food was very good. Private parking in front of the house. Concierge services. Cute (smaller) Pool with bar. Easy check-in, early enough at 3pm. Check-out at 11am was later than most hotels so thats nice. Offered us to use the pool for the day as we had a very late flight. Just 10 min car ride from Cefalu centre. Calmer/quieter area away from the main road. Access to a „private“ (shared) beach with a shuttle car. I asked for a quiet room as I had ear surgery, and they gave us a corner room away from the pool area which was kind. Internet was good. TV offered easy access to Netflix.

They reset our room completely while we were at breakfast - so we needed to use the room again before check-out. It looked like they wouldn’t reset it again for the new guests?? Like we used the shower, and the bed again, but when we checked-out, the cleaning staff was already gone? I hope that they always give a clean, new bed and shower to every new guest. Resetting while the old guests have not checked out yet, and then leaving it for the new guests, is not ok. Staff overall was friendly, but 4 star service is different. Not all - Many were great, some really lacked professionalism. E.g. smoking with coworkers while guests were waiting at the bar to be served, spreading a feeling of „don’t annoy me“ in the roof top restaurant. Sometimes we felt like we were bothering someone. BUT: some were extremely attentive and kind. Drinks that are available at the bar downstairs should also be available in the restaurant on the rooftop. Although they accommodated my wish for a quieter room due to my ear surgery, the room they gave us was loud. Noises from other rooms/worker areas that sounded like water pipes and tables being pushed around (for hours and hours even in the early morning hours). Hotel and room interior feels very old and dated, could be updated and made more comfy with decoration.

The property is clean and has a great pool. Our room was quite nice and perfect for our stay.

Petit déjeuner et dîner très loin du niveau d’un hôtel 4 étoiles . Propreté des chambres désirables.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, especially Soraya who was friendly andhelped us check in and provided directions to the beach. The staff were great at making sure we had everything we needed and assisted us to order taxis when necessary. Yummy breakfast too! Thank you team!

A little far from the central Cefalu area and we did not hire a car so taxis were the only way to get into the main town.

Struttura pulita ed accogliente, personale disponibile e ottima colazione. La struttura offre una spiaggia privata al mare a 5 minuti a piedi, raggiungibile anche con un servizio navetta. Consigliato anche il ristorante della struttura.

La vicinanza con il mare e la spiaggia

Abbiamo prenotato inizialmente una sola notte, ma ci siamo trovati così bene che abbiamo deciso di fermarci anche una seconda notte. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato uno staff meraviglioso, gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Una menzione speciale va ad Elisa della reception, che ci ha accolti con grande professionalità e simpatia e ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato tantissimo l’upgrade della camera, una piacevolissima sorpresa. Un grazie anche a Giuseppe, sempre gentile e disponibile durante il servizio in sala, e a Vally, conosciuta al chiringuito a bordo piscina, davvero simpaticissima e solare. Struttura bellissima, curata e con un’atmosfera davvero rilassante. Ci siamo sentiti così bene da decidere spontaneamente di prolungare il soggiorno. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, torneremo sicuramente!

L'emplacement est superbe. Les navettes avec la plage sont bien pensées. Le parking fait la différence. Le balcon de la chambre est vraiment un atout.

Le petit déjeuner, très industriel, peu de place pour s'asseoir malgré la grande surface de la pièce. La chambre est très old school. Le rapport qualité / prix pour la haute saison

I servizi, la posizione dell'hotel, la cordialità e disponibilità dello staff

La camera non rispecchiava la dimensioni descritte, inoltre il bagno era troppo piccolo in relazione alla presenza di due ospiti in quell'alloggio. Condizionatore obsoleto che in relazione al prezzo di un hotel 4 stelle non era secondo me adeguato. Altro aspetto riguarda la presenza di un terrazino così descritto ma in realtà era uno spazio situato nella porta di ingresso della stanza, dalle foto questo non era evidente nè era presente nella descrizione su booking.

Rommet var ikke helt som forventet i forhold til bildene. Litt langt unna sentrum, den private stranden var full og ikke særlig koselig. Vi valgte å dra til en annen strand i nærheten som var triveligere.

Pusryčiai skanus. Personalas draugiškas, paslaugus. Jei tingisi eit iki paplūdimio 7min gali iškviesti tuk tuk nuveža iki vietos. Taksi iki cefalu 20€. Teniso aikštelė. Rekomenduoju!!!

Location. Nowhere near 4 star. Roof terrace great but menu choice poor for 7 nights. Staff excellent. On our “balcony” there was no space for table and chairs as indicated.

El hotel es pequeño y precioso, la cancha de tenis y piscina son un plus en la estadía. Tiene una playa muy cerca, con un Lido solo para huéspedes del hotel, además cuenta con servicio gratuito de navetta a la playa, que es muy cómodo. Cefalú está al lado y para nosotros resultó un muy buen punto para salir desde ahí a recorrer otras ciudades.

Very helpful staff, access to dedicated sun-beds on the nearby beach (short walk only), beach had good bar /restaurant facility, and a DJ was elevating the mood periodically! Pool at the hotel is open 0-24(!) and pool-bar until 11pm with nice garden with tables. Great breakfast, good parking for cars. Reception managers were also very helpful to help in arrangement of shipping some stuff we left in our room ! BIG THANK YOU from here, too

Een rustig gelegen hotel met vriendelijke medewerkers. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om naar voorzieningen te gaan. Het hotel heeft een restaurant waar je heerlijk kunt eten en voor meer vertier of een ander restaurant pak je de auto naar Cefalu waar je in 10 minuten bent.

Beautiful view from our room (we had a sea view and it’s worth it) over looking Cefalu and the bay. The pool area is lovely and the private beach is wonderful.

Whilst the view was amazing the hotel did not live up to its 4 star rating. We had frequent issues with our room. The air con was more of a whisper of cold air and as we had a 2 room suite, when you closed the partition to separate the rooms at night, there was no air con in the master bedroom. The fridge was not working and there was no water offered as complimentary. Every drink was to be paid for and the price was very expensive compared to other places in the area (€4 per can of drink compared with €1.5 at the local market). We were never given enough towels. On day one we were left with only one towel between three people and on day two we had no towels left except one hand towel. I therefore had to keep asking for towels which to be honest, tainted our stay. The breakfast was very poor and the coffee was terrible for an Italian hotel. Everything felt like it was being done on the cheap. We booked the hotel restaurant on our first night which was worth the views only. There was only a handful of menus to go around so we had to wait for other tables before seeing the menu, the waiting staff forgot most of our drinks and the food was average to good. On our final morning we found that our car had been blocked in and rather than the receptionist aiding me, they were insistent that I cleared our bill first (this was before we’re even loading our car and had our breakfast). It was like they didn’t trust us to pay. Only upon paying did she come and look at the parking situation which ended up with me having to try and manoeuvre my car within an inch of scratching it to demonstrate I really couldn’t get out. It turns out the car blocking us as a member of staff and rather than just apologising and moving it straight away, we had to negotiate with another member of staff to get it moved! Really poor service and overall not what I expected from a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t book again.

Ci sono luoghi che si ricordano per la bellezza, e altri che si ricordano soprattutto per le persone. L'Hotel Baia del Capitano appartiene a entrambe le categorie. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole, ma ciò che ha fatto la differenza è stata l'accoglienza dello staff: professionale, attento e sempre disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale va al Direttore e al suo staff: Francesco, Giuseppe, Elisa, Emanuele, Adam, Giacinto. Ognuno di loro, con il proprio sorriso, la gentilezza e la disponibilità, ci ha fatto sentire accolti come ospiti e non come semplici clienti. È raro trovare un team così affiatato, capace di far sentire ogni persona a proprio agio con naturalezza e autentica cordialità. Grazie per aver contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza speciale. Torneremo volentieri e consiglieremo questo hotel a chiunque desideri trascorrere un soggiorno all'insegna del relax, della qualità e, soprattutto, del calore umano. A presto e grazie di cuore!

We had a nice stay for a couple of nights, the surroundings were beautiful and the pool and bar area was lovely. The hotel provide a shuttle to the private beach where they have their own sun lounger area which was great and very quick to get to! They also have access to a more stoney beach where you travel on foot, I recommend going down there at sunset, was gorgeous. Views surrounding the hotel as well were beautiful! Staff were really friendly and helpful :)

It’s about a 10 min drive to the centre of Cefalu, and taxis are about €20 each way so can add up! There is also no shop nearby if you want to grab anything they don’t serve at the hotel bar. They do offer a shuttle service into the centre for around €10 but not many go a day, so taxi is more reliable. Rooms were a little dated as well, but not like we were spending much time there so that’s ok. Breakfast was ok, but not great - though as it comes with the price it’s good for what you get.

Der hoteleigene Strand ist nicht hoteleigen. Es wird damit geworben aber es ist ein öffentlicher Strand mit ein paar Liegen reserviert für Hotelgäste. Personal ist unfreundlich und lustlos. Zum Frühstück gab es Nescafe... nicht mal im hintersten Gasthof wird Nescafe serviert aber hier im 4 Sterne Hotel.

Old style Italian hotel. We had a comfort room. It was comfortable.

הצוות היה נחמד מאד. המיקום כ 3.5 ק״מ מצ׳פאלו, אבל יש להם חוף ים לא רחוק שמסיעים את האורחים עם טוק טוק.

הבריכה קטנה מאד, אפרול בבריכה עלה 10 יורו! רק אחרי שביקשנו הביאו שולחן קטן למקלחת כדי שלא נצטרך להניח את כלי הרחצה בבידה. ארוחת בוקר סבירה.

前台有一位女员工，接待的时候显得很热情专业，但是转头就把我们的需求给忘了。她当时告诉我们，如果我们要去市里，可以有酒店的 shuttle bus 来把我们接回来。我们向她多次确认了 shuttle bus 的形态和司机的联系方式，生怕到时候找不到人。她跟我们说一定没问题，她会把我们的信息告诉司机，司机在确认接到我们之后才会回来。 但是到了约定的时间，我们在约定的地点等了很久都没有找到这辆 shuttle bus，实在迫不得已，只能打车回酒店。结果晚上值班的前台员工查了一下才发现，早上那位女服务员忘记帮我们登记了，所以那天根本没有派车来接我们。 在我们入住的当天，酒店的电梯还坏了。虽然他们说这是万年不遇、从来没有发生过的故障，全让我们给碰上了，但实际上确实给我们造成了困扰。 在这里我和我的朋友想着重表扬一下当天晚上的员工 Adam。Adam，非常谢谢你！他在聆听了我们的遭遇之后，尽了自己最大的努力帮我们争取了晚餐的 discount，并且也帮我们反馈了电梯故障的事宜。我们进行了愉快的交谈，把你令不愉快的事情都变成了一笑而过的旅途段子。非常感谢你，Adam。如果没有这段经历，这次的入住会变得非常糟糕。但正是因为你处理得非常得宜，我们总体觉得很愉快。 还有要注意，因为切法卢整体的出租车数量比较少，叫车之后要等很久才能有车。 如果要从酒店去车站的话，记得一定要提前 20 到 30 分钟左右叫车。

Hotel très agréable, pas trop de monde. Piscine extra, et très propre. les lieux sont très bien entretenus. Le personnel agréable. Bar de la piscine au top et petit déjeuner parfait. Le fait que ce soit un peu excentré par rapport à Cefalu était un plus pour nous. Parking ombragé. c'et une adresse que je garde précieusement.

malheureusement notre clim ne fonctionnait pas bien. Nous l'avons signalé mais sans retour. Nous avons eu vraiment chaud la nuit. Le restaurant... superbe Roof Top avec une vue incroyable, malheureusement et étonnamment rare en Italie, le repas était très moyen. Mais le maitre d'hôtel a été très correct et a arrangé les choses.

L agencement du buffet n'est pas top par ex le lait d un côté, leskrispies de l' autre coté...une seule machine a café, ..le personnel ne fait pas assez attention ;;plusieurs fois aucune grande tasse, etc Pour le resto en terrace, le soir nous sommes venus a21 heures , il n' y avait pas de table libre, un autre couple a aussi du attendre...lorsque nous avons commandé, nous avons du attendre 3/a d'heure avant d' être servi d 'un premier plat, visiblemnt la cuisine Avine suit pas et pas assez de personnel avions commandé 2 proseco comme apéro, puis 2 verres de rosé, hélas servi dans le même verre.tennis payant alors que fait partie de l' infratrusture de l' hotel..piscine beaucoup trop petite, d' ou eau est chaude au lieu d' être fraiche

le camere spaziose, pulite e comode. Doccia walk-in bellissima, staff gentile e disponibile, colazione abbondante, piscina pulita e comoda, ovviamente mare fantastico.
