The most friendly staff I've found in Canada so far. They are the soul of the unit. Room is good, breakfast is limited, but staff is willing to help you. Near the airport.

I liked the airport transport & drivers, reception staff were friendly.

The distance from airport, the filth - everywhere! That much dirt, stains, garbage makes it impossible to enjoy the facilities, food etc bc you just keep thinking about the obvious out in the open uncleanliness. Mildew & mould in the bathroom shower curtains.

This hotel is extremely exceptional. 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport was absolutely perfect. The room was comfortable, the staff were wonderful, and everything was clean and welcoming. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back! 🇨🇦❤️

The location is pretty convenient. Most staff members are very kind.

They simply don’t maintain cleanliness. The second floor had a foul smell throughout my six days there, seemingly from the lobby carpet. Throughout my stay, they did not change my bedsheets. Not even once. You also only get two days worth of shower gel in 6 days. The lady I called to confirm about my security deposit refund was also very rude. Generally a dirty hotel.

On nous a changé de chambre car la 1ère était très sale, mais la 2ème attribuée était pareil: sale De plus, nous avons été déclassé, alors que nous avions été surclassé par booking Piscine toute petite autant en longueur qu'en pronfondeur, des moucherons partout Très loin du centre ville (au moins 1h en transports en commun) Très moyen pour un 4 étoiles......

Le niveau de propreté, cheveux sur l’oreiller à l’arrivée, sable dans la chambre pendant notre séjour car ça n’a pas été aspiré lors de notre absence tous les jours. Repas du matin toujours le même. Armoire de la chambre vieillotte, les portes ne fermaient plus correctement. Cependant lit très confortable

this property was very nice, of course it’s a hotel i didn’t expect anything less, the restaurant we ate at was decent i tried their burger and it was good, there was not any loud noise, we were very much accommodated, comfortable and happy with the space. the only downside was online it says breakfast for 5 dollars per person per day and when we got there it was 30- 35$ per person becuase they said we had to get that voucher online but the o line voucher didn’t specify that we had to do it online it said “at the property” which made me believe we could pay upfront. other than that it was a nice stay.

how online didn’t specify that you have to pay for breakfast before coming to the hotel unless you’d be looking to pay an extra 20-25$.

It's close to the airport with shuttles

They gave me a room next to the elevator, which is super noisy all night! This went crazy when it's an airport hotel, where customers come and go all the time. It's not clean enough: the paper menu is greasy and dirty. The sofa is dirty too. The breakfast is mediocre, not as others commented.

Comfortable bed in a nice room. Good view. Some more restaurants in walking distance. Good breakfast.

Depending on the weather conditions, planes might fly over the hotel for landing at the airport. Quite noisy then.

Room was very comfortable and clean, although comfort chair looked dirty. Hotel aesthetic was very well polished, although some water damage was present on the roof of the lobby. The 24/7 marketplace was a great addition.

Parking was unfortunately paid daily and was hard to find a spot close to the hotel, one time we took the last spot altogether. Breakfast vouchers weren't given to us at check-in and caused problems. However, the front desk was able to resolve it gracefully.

Coffee bar was not fully equipped. No facecloths in the room. Someone else's luggage tag was on the floor by bed. Air conditioning unit extremely loud..

The proximity to the airport and the free shuttle were great. Also everything about the room was good, big, clean and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast

My only note would be that booking says check in is at 12 whereas the staff member knocking on out door told us it was 11. Maybe correct that to avoid confusion

The shuttle was excellent and the drivers were very effective and efficient. We will book the hotel whenever we are in Toronto. The lift was very good and carrying our luggages were very easy.

Hubiera preferido una planta más alta para tener buenas vistas. No obstante, en la segunda planta no se oía ni un sólo avión y pasaban muy cerca del hotel.

O quarto era espaçoso e a cama confortável. O shuttle que liga o hotel ao aeroporto funcionou sempre muito bem. Usamos este shuttlee para chegar ao aeroporto e depois apanhar o comboio UP para o centro da cidade. Nunca foi preciso esperar muito tempo.

O chuveiro é fixo e regular a temperatura da água obrigou a uma gasto de água desnecessário, o que me incomodou. O pequeno almoço poderia ser melhor.

It has all the amenities, friendly staff and overall a good hotel for a night if you have a layover since it's very near from the airport and there's a shuttle taking you there every 30 minutes.

Breakfast was included but meh. The lighting in the room was very bright, cold lighting.

Las habitaciones terminadas en X01 y x027 están al lado del ascensor y de la carretera. No pudimos dormir por el ruido de ambos. En el baño solo se podía colgar una toalla, por lo que entiendo que nos dejaron una percha con pinzas ( como en la foto) El baño tenía algo desarmado en la ducha que no sabemos qué es ( foto) En el desayuno se forman colas ya que hay que esperar a que una chica nada agradable, te lleve a la mesa. La atención en recepción no es muy buena

The service of this hotel is 0 stars because in my room there weren’t enough towels so I called the room service and they didn’t answer then I went to the main desk to tell them and still no one came with towels. when I was checking out I told this to the receptionist and she simply apologized with no compensation for waste of time and their lack of service. In plus they didn’t even have shampoo in the bathroom. In short I would not recommend this place to anyone at all

The hotel is conveniently located near Toronto Pearson Airport and offers a free shuttle service to the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished with modern amenities. The hotel has great facilities. Breakfast was very good and tasty, with a wide variety of food to choose from.

The queue for breakfast was very irritating. Each guest had to be checked in and seated by a member of staff, which made the waiting time very long.

The security was lacking and there were no answers or support from the team. The room and bathroom were also small.

Loved this hotel. Large comfortable room with a great bathroom. Very quiet. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choices. Shuttle bus was a real bonus.

Having to pay $30.00 extra per day for parking.The coffee maker in the room wasn’t working at the time we get there as well as the tv.Front desk employees not too kind,same as employees answering the phone.Shower tile shows some mold.Dirty side walks were also noticed.Not worth the price they have for what is “included”. My very first and last time being there.

la carta del restaurante era muy limitada y la mayoria de los platos tenian ajo. Yo no puedo comer ajo, y no tenia opcion. Ademas en el restaurante el ambiente estaba muy frio, siendo muy desagradable estar en el. Y a la hora del desayuno se montaba unas colas inmensas por su sistema de entrada de los huespedes que quedaban mucho tiempo esperando para ser ubicados, cuando habian mesas vacias en el comedor.

The lack of parking available

Convenience, efficient shuttle service, good beds, good sleep and a quiet stay.

The hotel is in a great location, you don't hear the planes coming and going. When we checked in, we didn't receive the welcome bag like we received on our first visit. The receptionist was in a rush, and didn't provide our breakfast voucher. I had to go back to the front desk for that. I tried calling down to the front desk a few times to request extra towels. No one ever answered. Had to go back to the front desk to ask for towels which they gave me right there instead of having them sent up. I was in town for medical reasons, and even though room service was was not open when we got back to the hotel, the restaurant was very accommodating and had a meal.sent up, as I had not eaten all day. Overall, the experience was very different from our first stay at this hotel. We stayed again, however, not sure if we will return a 4th time.

The only way to reach the front desk is by physically going there. No one answers the phone, and given that this is a very busy hotel, having to wait in line to ask a question or make a request for the room is very inconvenient.

Nam on reception was extremely helpful on more than one occasion with her advice and friendly professional manner. Thank you. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated and ability to move to a quiet room on request.

We were a little early on our check in..after a long trip to get there..workers were outside our windows until 530 when we finally left for anvearlyvdinner as we could not hear in our room..we do understand work must be completed but it was extremely hard to hear in our room..the experience once we returned from dinner was great..nice and quiet

Que pagamos el desayuno para 2 días, el segundo día como salíamos a las 5:30 nos prometieron que lo iban a empacar para llevar y lo que nos dieron fue una botella de agua y un paquete de papas. Me pareció una falta y poca cortesía ya que se les informó en el mostrador que salíamos temprano.

the parking lot is VERY SMALL. If you really are not back to your room by 8pm, you will have to find parking somewhere else. Also the breakfast is worse than an elementary school breakfast. The “pancakes” tasted freezer burnt and are very rubbery. It’s probably better to find breakfast elsewhere

There are stains on the chair. No body soap was filled. There is shampoo in a conditioner bottle so that I couldn’t use conditioner which makes my hair so bad next morning.

Staff was courteous. Loved the bedroom off main part of room for privacy. Shuttle was great! Easy pick up for Ubers.

I wish there was a hot tub. The showers were difficult. Had to get in to turn it on and door didn’t properly close. Also we had housekeeping one day and they didn’t leave us with enough towels as we had 3 people in there. But all in all nothing to complain about.

I called in the room dinning a few times, but no one responded. I left a voice message, but no one called me back

Room was ok. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but the lineups were crazy.

Floors in my room were dirty. Have pictures of a chair in my room that actually looked like a crime scene. Tony, that works at the front desk desperately needs a customer service course. No free coffee in the lobby $3.50 for a small coffee when you’re paying $200 a night for a room? Check-in was an absolute nightmare. The manager had to be called out four times while I was standing there to help with a customer complaint about Tony, who was the representative checking in customers on Friday when we arrived.

Very good hotel price, closed to the airport

Staff friendly and supportive. Breakfast was ok. It's location is not close to downtown but considering I was on vacation it was easy to handle considering the facility to take busses and subway in the city.

Not claiming but I really missed some kind of cheese in the breakfast (even if it was cream cheese) and waffles. And completely understand that not everything is under hotel control but there was a construction work right next to the hotel and workers started every day at 7AM, surely waking me up earlier than expected.
