The bed, it feelt like sleeping on the floor. The matress was sooo hard. If I would have booked a week I would either need a better matress or book an other hotel. We just booked for one night but it was bad.

Very quaint and love the outside area but it was very hot and some fans or aircon would have made it even better.

It is an older building and it has been renovated and keeps its charms, but the corridors are very narrow and hot due to the lack or aircon.

Location on the Pine Walk is superb. Lovely traditional hotel with lots of character. Staff are excellent and make you feel so welcome. Breakfast service is of exceptional quality with lots of fresh items to suit all tastes.

I had a single room which was quite dark and dated with no outlook whatsoever. Functional at best.

The location is obviously the main draw - its in a fantastic spot in the middle of the pine walk in front of the beach. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.

As others have said, its pretty dated and dark inside, but has some charm. However the main negative for our small family was that one of the young male receptionists was very rude and hostile to us. This was completely unnecessary and made us feel very uncomfortable given the backdrop of anti-tourism feeling in Spain.

We loved the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. It was a nice place to stay.

Second time in Sis Pins. The location on the promenade and the hotel atmosphere are just perfect; two steps across and you jump in clear waters; the patio full of bougainvilleas.. No noise, no confusion, just relax

Beds not so comfortable

Very well placed in Puerto Pollensa . Very clean and comfortable. Staff excellent very polite and attentive. My room was very quiet - great aircon.

Sad no pool but beach close by. Sun loungers on the provided terrace would have been good - save taking the beach chair over that was supplied in room.

The location is outstanding--right on the water. The breakfast was also excellent, with both buffet and hot (made to order) options. We ate outside looking at the water. The rooms were a bit dated, but very large and comfortable, and the air conditioning was definitely a plus. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I would stay here again!

The only difficult thing was finding nearby parking, but we were able to find a free place on the street about 1/2 mile away.

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, direkt am Strand in einer Fussgängerzone. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strandstühle stehen auf dem Balkon zum Gebrauch am Strand zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ok, vor allem die frischen Früchte schmeckten gut. Warme Speisen können bestellt werden. Das Haus ist etwas "ältlich", lebt vom Agatha Christie Flair, aber wir hatten einen Kühlschrank und eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer und Badges als Zimmerschlüssel. Auch die Betten warten bequem.

Die Duschtücher waren von der Grösse her eher Handtücher und für den doch gehobenen Preis hätten wir uns Kleenex-Tücher gewünscht. Leider funktionierten einige Fernseh-Programme nicht, wir hätten gerne ein WM Fussballspiel geschaut....

The only thing we can say we liked was that it was waterfront.

The description of the hotel listing on booking was incorrect and false advertisement. There needs to be more clarity on the location of the room view. The bed had a very outdated box spring as a “mattress” you could feel the springs on your back. The room was infested with coach-roaches.

La ubicación es fantástica, justo frente al mar y con unas vistas preciosas. La habitación resultó cómoda y agradable, y en general el ambiente del hotel invita a desconectar. El personal fue muy amable durante la estancia y la experiencia en conjunto fue muy positiva.

A bar in the hotel would be good, for example to get a nightcap or a drink for late arrivals. The cappuccino next door was expensive.

The breakfast had been moved to a different area than previous years involving carrying food/teapots etc up and down 3 steps . Difficult to manoeuvre carrying a tray as I currently am using a stick. On occasion staff offered assistance but they were very busy. Still miss their outdoor area. Although fold up seats are provided there are no umbrellas providing much needed shade although there are plenty available to hire on the beach. X

Known this property for 40+ years. Good location, always liked the atmosphere of the hotel. The mix of contemporary decor with antiques. Background music in recent years has been excellent

Bathrooms in general are out of date - - thin towels, no toiletries offered,(except leftover bottle of Palmolive hand wash. No robes. Bedding- thin mattress, v. Thin top cover. Tinned fruit salad at breakfast. This is not a budget hotel but it’s being treated as such by the owners.

Wonderful vista from the breakfast tables to greet you every morning.

Hotel is a little tired. Towels were shredding. Noise outside room kept one travel friend awake at night (assume it was air-conditioning) . No beach loungers available due to dispute with council apparently (other hotels seem to have).

leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, Niesen, WC Spülung bekommt man mit. Leider kann man ohne Konsumieren nicht auf der Terrasse sitzen.

Breakfast was basic but it was beautiful to eat outside. Location first class. Staff excellent nothing was too much trouble.l Lovely hotel.

No toiletries in bathroom. The hand rail didn’t reach the top of the first floor, very dangerous. No dining room.

Slow Internet, twin beds, small room fridge, shuttle service back to airport was awful, no sunbeds.

Did not take advantage of the full English breakfast but everyone else who did clearly enjoyed it. I was well looked after by the night watch when arrived in the early hours of the morning. Nice central location, lovely sunrise view for breakfast. Attentive and friendly staff. Not luxurious but a perfectly pleasant, comfortable and no frills stay.

Hot water took a while to reach the taps but otherwise fine.

Disappointing breakfast. Limited choice and not all freshly cooked. As a family of three we requested a room with beds for two adults and one child. We were told that wasn't possible so given two rooms instead. We requested them to be close together, but we found that they weren't when we arrived. Also, one of the two rooms did actually have three beds, so we all stayed in there, so didn't even need the second room anyway. Very strange.

Posizione, sul mare con passeggiata ornata di tamerici centenarie. Feci un'indagine per scoprirne l'età rintracciando antiche fotografie. Purtroppo ho constatato che i turisti, di fronte a questi monumenti della natura, passano e vanno senza nemmeno rivolgere uno sguardo. Ne ho fotografate decine. Molti individui, salutisti, si dedicano al jogging e alla bicicletta. Questo molto positivo, per me.

L'apparente indifferenza di turisti, in generale, abbastanza ricchi, che frequentano questo luogo interessati si direbbe solo dal sole e dal cibo.

Location perfect- reason for booking. Breakfast quite basic - hot breakfast didn’t suit as eggs undercooked or overcooked and bacon overcooked, so only ordered twice.

Breakfast. Unfortunately, had a lot of noise from next room on last night so didn’t get much sleep. Although, reception did ask them to lower the noise, they only turned the TV down, but carried on talking loudly for sometime after.

la ubicación maravillosa, en plena bahía del Puerto de Pollença y en primera línea. El hotel es antiguo renovado, tiene un encanto "british" que hace gracia. Habitación y baño correctos. La terraza, enorme, la comparte con un Capuccino, y eso es un must.

No nos gustó el desayuno, es tipo buffet frío y caliente, pero la calidad es mala. El hotel responde a un 3 estrellas con una situación privilegiada, pero el precio es un poco excesivo para la calidad.

Pillows we're hard

The room we got overlooking the sea was great. The staff are very helpful. We could leave our bikes in the storage room.

The breakfast is a bit repetitive; the beds and pillows are not super comfortable.

The location was perfect, the sunrises from our room were spectacular, the view was beautiful. Many restaurants to choose from, it was delightful. The staff were lovely, beach outside the door, sitting in the sun eating breakfast delights me!

I booked a room with booking.com with a balcony but I didn’t realise that didn’t mean facing the sea! Anyway the hotel immediately gave me a sea view at 20 euros a day more. It was misleading but at least I got my sea view

Lovely hotel and comfy room with everything needed. Lots of choice for breakfast and a beautiful terrace to sit on to eat breakfast. All staff were super friendly. In a beautiful location

It was quite noisy at night and early morning but i think that was because i was opposite the cleaners cupboard and over the kitchen

Location and price!

It was very hot in the room even with air conditioning, the hotel is quite old, the rooms on the street side are noisy to sleep in.

The hotel is in dire need of a refurb. Shower over the bath - not good for my partner who is 83. Buffet breakfast very poor.

Reception efficient and pleasant, staff welcoming and courteous. Good location right on sea front. We just stayed one night as on a walking tour - this wasn't an issue.

Hotel felt a little dated and in need of updating. Room was rated superior but felt a little poky and had view over road to rear of hotel. Cooked breakfast not great.
