Location perfect. Took 3 elderly parents and it was perfect. Even had easy access steps into the pool. Breakfast lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

Location is great. The pool fantastic and kept very clean. The bar and food are good at the poolside. Our room was a sea view and was lovely.

TVs in rooms too small, no internet connectivity (YouTube, Netflix etc), twin beds instead of a proper kingsize. Sofa not comfortable.

We booked a sea view room but our view was obscured by a pine tree! Our room was on the first floor (above the restaurant) but if anyone is booking a sea view room please make sure it is on the 3rd to the 5th floor to ensure you have an uninterrupted view.

There is nothing I don’t like

Spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished 'side view' room, although the side view really wasn't much of a view at all - predominantly a view of the building across the road. Centrally located and nice vibe to the cocktail bar at ground level. We generally had no problem getting served and the staff were mostly very good, although stretched for service at some times. The 'adults only' rule only really benefits the breakfast area and pool - the downstairs lunch area and cocktail bar at street level are open to everyone.

Very disappointed with the pool. It's across a public road from the hotel and with no regulation imposed over access ie by key card or staffing, pretty well anyone can just walk in and grab a towel and sunlounger - ie get yourself an airbnb up the road and come to Hotel Daina's pool every day! So even though they've packed the pool terrace with loungers (ie not the spacious layout in the photos at all) there was very high competition meaning that people were queuing up at 8.15am for a pool that didn't open until 9am, and if you wandered down much after that you'd either be disappointed or you'd get stuck in the corner next to the toilets or road. The pool closes at 6pm by recollection, whereafter the whole area becomes a bar, and while it had a good vibe again there is absolutely no priority given to hotel guests.

The beachfront hotel is located in a cute, small town by the Mediterranean. It has a family atmosphere, incredible breakfast with a spectacular view, and a nice private pool with a cocktail bar. The rooms are rather small but clean, modern, and with air conditioning. In general, it's really stylish.

Breakfast was superb, lovely staff, rooms were comfortable and bed was nice Location in the heart of the town. The negative was the pool management and towels. People hogging loungers for 10 hours a day only to be there two hours of it. The pool management was quite poor and expect to be fighting with guest for a nice space by the pool at 7am in the morning. Overall would be solid 9/10 without the nuisance of the pool situation. I brought to the attention of the pool supervisor who didn’t do anything but shrugged his shoulders.

We were not aware until arrival that hotel daina has a separate building behind hotel . Our room was here . Lovely room but very noisy through night and from 5am due to fronting the main road plus the back of main hotel and local restaurants where they work late /start early including pile rubbish for collections

Everything from the exceptional location to the rooms, food in the restaurant and amazing staff. We have travelled to many places around the world the world including n the past two years since we have retired but this still is top of our list👍

The location of the pool ( on the beach). The hotel was very clean; staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The live music at lemon bar in an evening.

The rooms on the back of the hotel are very noisy; particularly early morning when the rubbish is collected. Our first room had a terrible smell of sewage but staff sorted this immediately with a change of room.

Juste INCROYABLE!!! C’est un des meilleurs hotel que j’ai été. De plus à notre arrivée ils nous ont upgrade dans une chambre vue mer avec une immense terrasse j’etait sous le choc. Le petit dejeuner est extremement complet et bon et la terasse pour prendre le petit dejeuner avec la vue est incroyable Aussi l’hotel possède la plus belle piscine de Port de Pollenca!

Att folk gick ut och la handdukar (”bokade”) på solstolar vid poolen och sen gick därifrån. Hade dem sen hela dan trots skylt om annat. Kanske naivt men ”adults only” trodde jag betydde att man skulle slippa bollspel i poolen, men icke. Detta gjorde att vi inte utnyttjade poolen en enda gång. Det blir bottenbetyg på det. Hala golv!! Överallt.

Location was amazing, Swimming Pool and all the staff were fantastic. It was a pleasure to spend 10 days.

Location, style, furniture, outdoor bathing area is beautiful. Couple of small things, I would clean the green line around the Swimming Pools where the top of the water finishes to make it look even nicer. I’d also repair a few tiles and fix them down again what are on the edge of the Swimming Pool and close to sunbeds this would make it even more beautiful to look at.

Nous étions logés dans une annexe de l’hôtel une rue plus loin et l’appartement était très bruyant ! Nous étions réveillés tous les matins à 7 heures par les femmes de ménage qui parlaient entre elles, riaient, faisaient beaucoup de bruit sans se soucier que nous les clients dormions ! Le salon côté rue où ma fille dormait était également très bruyant ( les gens qui font la fête la nuit, les camions poubelles qui déversent le verre…).

The air con in the gym needed to be stronger as the temperature never went below 24 degrees - much too hot to be working out in. Did not like the fact people queued up for sunbeds only to leave them immediately to go for breakfast.

Location - comfortable- lovely pool area - great breakfast

Stayed in Penthouse- had to fill and empty the jacuzzi ourselves, no chemicals to keep it clean. Air for bubbles didn’t work. Gave up using it so was a waste. Room itself was small with very little storage.

Stayed in one of the apartment which are across the road from the hotel . Unfortunately our room was on the front overlooking the street which is incredibly noisy and from around 6am each morning the noise is unbearable from the deliveries bin collections as it seems like there is no double glazing etc

The cleaners were a little noisy in the morning and the service for drinks in the evening were very Slow .

Fijn hotel met perfecte ligging aan de boulevard. Prima ontbijt, mooie ruime, schone kamers en vriendelijk personeel.

The drains smelt bad. Also it was super noisy if you have a room on a lower floor next to the road. We had to move rooms as we barely slept.

Breakfast was exceptional and the staff were lovely and helpful. We had a seaview room which was just beautiful for first 2 nights.

Excellent location, spacious and comfortable hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely private pool and bar area opposite the hotel overlooking the beach. Food and service very good.

The only slight negative was lack of storage space in our room. While acceptable for our short stay of two nights, it would have been difficult if staying a week or longer. Otherwise lovely spacious and clean room with a side balcony offering sea and Mountain View’s.

Ik reisde alleen en het hotel overtrof al mijn verwachtingen. Het is super stijlvol ingericht en heel centraal gelegen (vlak bij het busstation én aan de haven). Ik kreeg zelfs een upgrade van een single kamer naar een tweepersoonskamer met balkon met uitzicht op de haven en de bergen. Het ontbijt is voortreffelijk en zeer uitgebreid. Er is een heerlijk buitenterras aan de ontbijtzaal met uitzicht op de haven. Geweldig om je dag te starten. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad is eveneens fantastisch gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht op de haven. Je moet enkel de wandelboulevard oversteken. And last but not least, na het uitchecken kan je de bagage nog een tijdje achterlaten en jezelf nog opfrissen in een speciaal daarvoor ontworpen ruimte. Een top adres! Ik beveel het ten stelligste aan.

Service at bar and restaraunt was terrible and impossible to get a quick drink

Rooms are beautifully done, location if you’re in the main building is fantastic, and generally price when we go at the end of April is very reasonable for such a nice hotel. Food is very nice, and the breakfast is excellent with plenty of options and it’s all great quality.

Ended up in the other part of the hotel over the road. Whilst the rooms are just as nice there, there isn’t any view and the street can be very noisy at 4am when the bin Lorrie’s come round. I would ask for a room in the main building next time. Whilst staff at the desk and in the restaurant are fairly friendly, staff at the bar are very mixed and it can take a long time to get served. Even the nicer staff who seem to care about service tend to take ages to get drinks from the bar. Most staff though are fairly indifferent and in no rush to serve you. This was the same last year so wasn’t a one off. Really needs to be much better.

Treated ourselves to the Penthouse and it was amazing - Superb views of the bay and a jacuzzi. What a treat. Fabulous pool across the way and a wonderful breakfast. Great gym too.

Parking was a walk away but it was for everywhere...

Beautiful location. Our room was small and balcony overlooked side street but it had everything we needed. Breakfast room is on the first floor with a fantastic view over the bay. Although you have to cross the promenade to access the hotels salt water pool when at the pool it is a very private and relaxing space. Lovely relaxing vibe throughout the whole hotel.

Bike Storage is in the apartment building across the street. Despite being told the main entrance door is kept constantly shut and you need your room key to access the bike storage room inside we found the main entrance door into the bike storage building continually left open during the day, and indeed the door into the bike storage room never closed. This is mainly due to the fact there isn’t any staff in the storage area supervising and guest don’t close the door behind them
