Mein Zimmer hatte leider ein unangenehmes Duft.

La grande gentillesse de tout le personnel de l'hôtel, la chambre privilège de grand confort, le salon privilège.

Le restaurant Sakura, cuisine sèche et nourriture semblant dater de plusieurs jours. Service privilège au restaurant avec carte limitée, nous avons mangé au buffet Janubio les 2 derniers jours (nourriture aussi bonne). La réservation de transats, certains hôtels les réglementent sans difficultés, ce devrait être le cas ici (par exemple par la personne qui surveille les lieux de baignade).

Hotel con muchas actividades y varias piscinas. Todo el personal muy amable. Diferentes restaurantes dentro del propio hotel. Tuvieron varios detalles de bienvenida.

La chambre était grande avec une belle vue sur mer. Belles piscines et salle de sport sympa Accès à une belle promenade le long de la mer

La literie était très inconfortable (lit trop dur et oreiller trop gros ou trop plat) résultat des douleurs cervicales durant tout mon séjour La climatisation veillotte ne refroidissait pas bien la chambre ayant le soleil toute la journée Le petit déjeuner très passable Le ménage de la chambre était négligée. Et le personnel était assez désagréable dans son ensemble

Todo el personal muy atento y bien cuidado todo. La comida muy buena y la ubicación también.

Nos gustó todo mucho, menos el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, que todos los dias que hemos estado, se olvidaban de hacer algo en la habitación. Dejando de lado lo anterior, el hotel es espectacular, el servicio de atención al cliente y recepción, de diez, ( Gracias Aitana).

No nos gustó el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones. Tendrían que estar mas pendiente en ese sentido.

Servizio di pulizia efficiente e accogliente. La camera era spaziosa, i letti molto comodi, il pillow menu prevede 3 cuscini a testa. Possibilità di cambiare gli asciugamani da piscina ogni giorno.

Il programma All Inclusive è, a mio parere, piuttosto fuorviante: dei 6 ristoranti presenti, soltanto uno è incluso, mentre per gli altri è necessario pagare un supplemento tramite programmi come “Privilege” o “Adults Only”. Lo stesso vale per alcune piscine e bar. In particolare, ho trovato poco trasparente il fatto che “Adults Only” non indichi semplicemente aree riservate ai maggiori di 18 anni, ma un servizio aggiuntivo a pagamento. Avevo scelto l’hotel anche per queste aree, scoprendo solo una volta arrivata che non erano accessibili senza un ulteriore esborso. Anche il ristorante Yanubio, unico ristorante incluso nell’All Inclusive, presenta diverse criticità. Il personale è disponibile ed efficiente, ma sottodimensionato rispetto al numero di ospiti. La qualità del cibo è nella media dei buffet, senza particolari elementi distintivi, e spesso il rifornimento delle pietanze viene interrotto ben prima dell’orario ufficiale di chiusura. A pranzo, inoltre, la chiusura di alcune aree riduce ulteriormente i posti disponibili, creando una situazione di sovraffollamento. Infine, trovo incomprensibile la chiusura del bar della piscina alle 18:00, proprio nell’orario dell’aperitivo e del tramonto. Altri 2 bar rimangono aperti, ma si trovano ai piani 4° e 6° e non consentono di portare i drink a bordo piscina; inoltre, per accedervi è necessario essere vestiti adeguatamente, quindi non è possibile raggiungerli semplicemente in costume e ciabatte. Nel complesso, l’esperienza mi ha lasciato la sensazione che ciò che viene presentato come “All Inclusive” sia in realtà molto più limitato di quanto ci si aspetterebbe, con numerosi supplementi e restrizioni che sarebbe opportuno comunicare con maggiore chiarezza prima della prenotazione. Il WiFi non ha MAI funzionato.

It is worth noting that the hotel is located somewhat remotely from the town's main infrastructure.

No staff to take cases to your room …Rooms very tired 2/3*( flaking paint , tiny balcony , stains on lampshade/walls…dust on curtains/mucky marks , swimming pool area tiles lifting , broken glass on the floor … cleanliness, queuing to get in for breakfast , overcrowded breakfast and dinner , food in general / cereal/jam/soup . Very limited options to feed children. White wine was terrible , only one larger . The time it takes to receive a drink on an evening is ridiculous! The size of the hotel and the traffic/ turnaround must be hard on all the staff and as a holiday maker you see and feel it . The hotel need some pride before profit .

No nos entregaron las habitaciines hasta las 17 de la tarde habiendo llegado a las 10, y la limpieza de la habitación se limita a hacerte la cama.

After many years of coming to H10, it’s disappointing to see it get worse and worse with each passing year. At this point, the hotel is in desperate need of closing temporarily for a complete refurbishment — and unfortunately, the standard of service and staff needs a serious overhaul too.

The whole property feels extremely tired and desperately in need of refurbishment. The biggest concern was seeing cockroaches around the food areas this year, which is completely unacceptable. The hotel also feels massively overcrowded and simply unable to cope with the number of guests. You pay a premium for the experience, yet even getting into the restaurants can be difficult because everywhere is so busy. Unfortunately, the attitude of many of the staff made things worse. Genuine warmth and good service were very hard to find. Many staff came across as rude, uninterested and clearly overworked. In fact, one member of staff looked so exhausted that I asked if he was okay. He openly told me he was simply so tired. That really summed up the situation — the hotel appears to be operating beyond its capacity, and both the guests and the staff are suffering as a result. We were told by locals that this hotel is known for treating staff terribly. The management does not care either - we saw 4 families complaining at the same time. To the point the manager was requesting the police to be called! Instead of dealing with the complaints with compassion. She told us she would upgrade us and then did not - I am super concerned that we were actually given the wrong room in the first place and then made to feel as though we were being given an upgrade, that we should be lucky after waiting all day, we were given a totally different room and fobbed off. We decided to levee the hotel mid holiday it was that bad. Glory days are defo passed them

An unforgettable solo stay – a place where I truly found myself again I don’t usually write very long reviews, but this stay deserves one. I came to Lanzarote, and particularly to H10 Rubicón Horizons Collection, on my own because I needed something more than just a holiday. I needed to step away from everything, reconnect with myself, slow down and simply take care of me. And honestly, I could not have chosen a better place. From the very beginning to the very end, everything was exceptional. The welcome was warm and genuine, my room was beautiful, and the upgrade I received was such a lovely surprise. Waking up to that incredible sea view every morning was simply magical. 🌊 I chose the All-Inclusive option because I wanted this trip to be completely effortless — no planning, no thinking about where to eat, no worrying about anything. I just wanted to relax and enjoy every moment. And that is exactly what I did. The choice and quality of food throughout the different restaurants were fantastic, with so much variety every day. Being able to enjoy the Adults Only experience made the stay even more peaceful and special. Everything felt designed to allow me to truly switch off and enjoy myself. I also booked a thalassotherapy experience and a massage, and both were wonderful. They were exactly what I needed during this little journey back to myself. ❤️ But what truly made the difference was the staff. Everywhere I went, I was met with kindness, attention and genuine care. There were so many little touches and thoughtful gestures throughout my stay that made me feel incredibly well looked after. You can feel that the team genuinely cares about the experience they create for their guests. And the cleanliness of the entire property deserves a special mention. Everything was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. By the end of my stay, I honestly did not want to leave.

Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas estaba super sucio . En restaurantes los platos y cubiertos no limpian bien . Quede una semana y siempre igual todo sucio . Habitación horrible sabana tenia mancha de sangre . Una experiencia malisimo

C'è stata qualche pecca nel cambio degli asciugamani per cui in alcuni giorni ne mancavano alcuni. Un giorno abbiamo chiamato la reception e nonostante ci sia stato detto che sarebbero stati portati quelli mancanti, non sono mai arrivati.

Nos gustó todo ..por poner un pero .las bebidas en la cena las pagas aparte.como botella de agua o refrescos..por poner algo.

Las instalaciones son fantásticas aunque la piscina principal está siempre llena tienen una piscina para adultos que es más pequeña pero se está de maravilla. El personal muy amable. La limpieza de las habitaciones estupenda. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Los desayunos están estupendos pero la comida no tiene el nivel de calidad de las estrellas que tiene el hotel. Deberían supervisarlo. Además si llegabas a comer a las 14:50h siendo la última hora para entrar al comedor a las 15:00h a las 15:10h ya estaban recogiendo todo. Y cuando ibas a por el postre prácticamente no quedaba por qué ya lo habían recogido y lo que quedaba no te lo podías servir porque habían quitado los cubiertos para servirte y seguían recogiendo, tenías tú que pedir los cubiertos para poder servirte el postre y parecía que les molestaba. Me ocurrió dos días lo mismo. Eso era el personal del comedor de la zona de los postres, el resto sin problemas y los camareros muy amables. Creo que eso lo pueden mejorar porque da muy mala imagen.

La variedad de restaurantes temáticos y las piscinas

La poca variedad del buffet, cero flexibilidad en horarios ya que recogen 20 minutos antes , los horarios de las piscinas, edificio poco cuidado con falta de mantenimiento.., ni de lejos un 5 estrellas.

Quite simply a superb hotel staffed by some very lovely, very hard-working people. We were blown-away with the design of the place from the moment we entered the huge foyer with its wonderful Arch of Dolphins’ sculpture, in fact the design of the whole complex was outstanding! The lovely welcome at reception on our arrival was just a foretaste of how friendly and professional the staff were throughout our stay. We had booked a room in the adults only section of the hotel and it was blessedly peaceful and quiet. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the housekeeping was impeccable. Most of the saltwater swimming pools were linked by a little river, which was another nice design touch, but there was a very clever bit of design that hid the fact that one pool is physically separate from the others and that one was heated to a lovely comfortable temperature. There were plenty of sun loungers available around the pools, though that didn’t stop a few pig-ignorant people from needlessly laying claim to some of them with their towels before breakfast time. The food in the main buffet restaurant was excellent and there was always plenty of variety. The spa was utterly superb, though our booking only permitted one two-hour visit, and additional visits would have proven quite expensive. The facility in each of the bars and cafés on site to refill the H10 green water bottles for free was another nice touch and removed the need for lots of single-use plastic bottles. Hopefully more hotel companies will follow suit. We had a rental car and there was always disabled parking spots available outside the main entrance. H10 Rubicón Horizons Collection, Lanzarote, gets 9.5/10 from us!

If the pool in the Adults Only area had been heated, it would have been absolutely perfect. We only used it once, and didn’t see anybody else in it all week, because it was colder than a politician’s heart, as were most of the pools on site in early May. Perhaps they become more bearable in the high season? Sadly, the relaxation offered by the one heated pool on site was too often marred by a couple of semi feral scouse children, one of whom purposefully punctured any inflatables it could find, while their ubiquitously inebriated parents made no attempt to control them at all.

Es bonito, muy limpio y la calidad de los productos es muy buena. Gel, champú y loción de marca, secadores Dyson, la comida de los buffets era de muy buena calidad y el personal era muy educado y simpáticos. Hasta los chicos de prácticas eran de diez.

Los restaurantes temáticos, insistiendo en el Sakura. Pretende ser un asiático que ni de lejos se parece. Nos sorprendió lo malo que era en comparación con el buffet, que acostumbraba a ser al revés. Tampoco entendimos que el vino incluido en el T.I. no fuese de Lanzarote.

Le lieu, le confort, la qualité de service.

La nourriture était moyen plus, calibré a des clients anglais peu exigeants. Les restaurants a la carte ne sont pas au niveau hormis El volcan.

Las instalaciones están bien conservadas y en el Janubio se nota que la comida es de buena calidad, sobre todo, fruta y fiambre.

La dificultad para reservar en los restaurantes temáticos. Que está muy enfocado a público no español y explican las cosas solo en inglés. Que sea un resort 5 estrellas y haya que pagar bebidas, incluso el agua, estando a media pensión (otros hoteles lo incluyen). Espectáculos nocturnos muy poco estimulantes. Probamos el restaurante italiano que nos pareció muy muy mejorable en comparación con otros restaurantes temáticos de otros hoteles de menos estrellas. Ningún plato de los que pedimos nos gustó por cómo estaba cocinado.

Que totes les piscines siguessin d’aigua salada

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. L’hôtel est tout simplement fabuleux. Dès notre arrivée à la réception, nous avons été émerveillés par la magnifique vue sur l’océan. Nous avons également été impressionnés par la grandeur de l’établissement, la qualité de ses installations et le large choix d’activités proposées. Les piscines sont magnifiques et parfaitement entretenues. Le design de l’hôtel, la végétation luxuriante et les différents espaces créent une véritable oasis de détente. L’ambiance est paisible et dépaysante, idéale pour se ressourcer. Notre chambre était très spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement équipée. Rien ne manquait pour passer un séjour agréable, et la literie était très confortable. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, accueillant, attentif et disponible. Chaque membre de l’équipe contribue à rendre le séjour agréable et mémorable grâce à son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse.

En revanche, j’ai été déçu par la propreté de la chambre. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, il est dommage que ce point, qui est pourtant essentiel, ne soit pas davantage soigné. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé des cheveux dans la chambre, quelques taches sur le linge de lit et d’autres détails qui donnent une impression de ménage peu rigoureux. Même lorsque nous demandions que la chambre soit faite, le nettoyage restait très superficiel. Aucun passage d’aspirateur n’a été effectué durant notre séjour ; seul un rapide coup de balai était donné, ce qui ne suffisait pas à nettoyer correctement la chambre. Pour un séjour d’une semaine dans un établissement de ce standing, c’est assez décevant. Concernant la restauration, le complexe propose un ou deux restaurants inclus dans la formule (selon la réservation). Il existe également plusieurs restaurants de spécialités, normalement payants. À notre arrivée, deux repas dans ces restaurants nous ont été offerts, ce qui était une très bonne attention. Malheureusement, il était impossible de réserver une table pour deux, les disponibilités étaient très limitées et un ou deux restaurants étaient même fermés. Nous n’avons donc pas pu profiter de cette offre, ce qui est vraiment dommage.

The hotel’s location is excellent and convenient, right next to the beach and good for exploring the area.

Our stay was disappointing overall and did not live up to the standard expected of a 5-star hotel. The service was consistently poor, with most staff appearing indifferent and unhelpful. As part of our stay, we were told we would receive complimentary drinks in the minibar. However, when we arrived in our room, the minibar was empty. By that point, we were already so underwhelmed with our experience that we couldn’t be bothered to follow it up. One of the biggest frustrations was trying to book the steakhouse restaurant. We were repeatedly told by reception to book online, but the booking system wasn’t working. Each time we raised the issue, we were simply advised to “wait it out.” By our final night, the system was still unavailable, and only then were we told to contact the customer care team. Unfortunately, they informed us that the steakhouse was already fully booked, leaving us with no opportunity to dine there during our stay. Better communication and a more proactive approach from the staff could have easily prevented this disappointment. The restaurant food was average at best and certainly not memorable. Combined with the lacklustre service, dining was one of the weaker aspects of our stay. I must say though, during the weekend, there were a couple of staff in the restaurant that were very warm and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable enough, although the bathrooms fell well short of what would be expected from a 5-star property. They were functional and stocked with the basic essentials, but felt dated and lacked the quality and luxury feel. The overall atmosphere throughout the hotel felt flat and lacked the warmth, energy, and welcoming ambience that makes a stay feel special.

El personal fue súper amable. Todo el tiempo estuvieron pendientes de hacernos la estancia muy agradable.

El viento tremendo que tuvimos, algo de lo que el hotel evidentemente no tuvo culpa. De hecho, menos mal que sus instalaciones estaban preparadas para esos días con tanto aire 😉

Good afternoon We spent 10 days at the hotel. We found that the majority of staff were not friendly or hospitable. Probably our worst experience to date in Spain which a massive surprise. The Italian restaurant hospitality and attitude was extremely poor. A really bad guest experience. The main course meal options on the half-board for lunch and dinner were extremely poor and the worst experienced of 20 years of holidays in Spain. Came across as a very low cost solution. Drinking water was not easily accessible with limited locations. Paying for water during meal times was also a bridge too far and not inline with other holiday resorts. Any other restaurant in the area completely outclassed the hotel on hospitality, friendliness, service delivery and quality of food. I would not recommend the hotel or chain of hotel and will pass on my feedback to the travel agents in Ireland who recommended the hotel. I didnt mention the feedback when leaving the hotel as we were pretty fed up. The only great customer service was from welcoming staff, front desk, kiddies club and cleaning staff. Particularly the cleaning staff. They were amazing. Kind regards Steve

The hotel was like a beautiful village, different pools, restaurants, bars, private gate to beach, shops, theatre. Really loved the setting. Everything was clean, food was great, staff couldn’t have done more!

Avremmo gradito trovare bar aperti dopo le ore 18 per un aperitivo pre-cena.

Las instalaciones comunes y el trato personal

La limpieza de las habitaciones y zonas comunes no es adecuada. Hay vasos y envases de comida por todo el recinto tirados por el suelo, sobre todo por la piscina infantil. Respecto de la comida, muy monótona y calidad de un 3 estrellas .

I find that I have come back to this hotel again and again, it is the most consistently good quality I’ve experienced in Playa Blanca in recent years. Full size beds, bath, balcony, room service is completed on the button each day. Door facing out into the street gives a spacious feel to the rooms. Great choice of restaurants for breakfast and dinner.

It’s a little bit away from the main town, but easily accessible by car, bus or bike. Car park is long and narrow, so it’s typically a longer walk back to the hotel!

The Entertainment, Guest Services, Restaurant staff, Front Desk, Concierge, and Store teams continue to deliver outstanding service and have implemented improvements over previous visits. We also noticed a uniform attention to remembering personal preferences and proactively accommodating us, which is a testament to genuine care and professionalism and quality of service overall. The place and the hotel are still wonderful, the weather remains consistently incredible, and service across all teams except housekeeping continues to be outstanding. While the overall experience was truly amazing as usual (15/10), the cleanliness issue was a minor setback in an otherwise exceptional stay.

The experience with Housekeeping marked a surprising decline - refitting the room with dirty towels (spots and all), not changing linens, not replenishing basic amenities, dirty laundry bags lying around for hours unpicked on the floors, 4-5pm cleaning schedules. All of these impact hotel hygiene at scale, so the dead roaches around the pool and on staircases and seeing maintenance staff carts stocked primarily with pest control sprays - all seem to indicate that the hygiene issues have spilled over across the entire establishment. The root cause is likely operational cost-saving measures (e.g. saving on external laundry services or amenities) rather than a matter of staffing efficiency (e.g. room floors were meticulously maintained). The H10 chain has consistently stable reputation, so trust that these issues will eventually be remedied. However not maintaining basic hygiene in a 4 star hotel is unacceptable. Given the current global reduction in tourists, such neglect is also strategically questionable, regardless of any perceived cost savings.

Cómodo, amplio, personal de mantenimiento muy amable (solucionaron un problema en la habitación en cuestión de minutos). Buen buffet y variedad de piscinas, entre las que destacaríamos la piscina de agua salada climatizada.

En general algo de falta de limpieza, comedor y habitaciones.

El punto de mejora está en el trato: se echa en falta una sonrisa al saludar y atender. Se notaba además la inexperiencia de buena parte de la plantilla, con voluntad pero sin nadie que les indicara cómo hacer las cosas. El fallo está en los mandos intermedios por no estar más encima del equipo.

Me alojé durante 8 días con mi pareja en régimen de media pensión. El buffet del restaurante Janubio nos gustó mucho ya que era completo y variado. Además te daban la opción de cambiar la cena por la comida. De los restaurantes temáticos fuimos al italiano que también nos gustó mucho y al Volcán que también fue una grata sorpresa. Se nota que cuidan cada detalle para qué estés a gusto y es de agradecer que hagan un seguimiento de tu estancia. Tienen actividades de animación durante el día lo cual hace que la estancia sea más divertida y amena. En concreto la terraza de nuestra habitación tenía falta de mantenimiento y aunque pone que está prohibido reservar las hamacas con la toalla la gente lo hace igualmente.

The design od the resort is beautiful and you immediately feel the tropical vibes upon arrival. The resort is also huge! We were a little confused about where to go at first but you just have to follow the signs. We really enjoyed being able to walk straight out of the resort and take a morning walk by the ocean. The breakfast is great!

Honestly, the room was not cleaned properly. The floor was dusty and the bathroom could have been cleaner. It wasn’t disgustingly dirty, but in my experience hotel rooms are usually exceptionally clean upon arrival. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. We only tried one a la carte restaurant, the Steakhouse. Before ordering, I asked whether my burrito could be made with chicken only and I was assured that it could. However, the dish that was served contained pork, I felt unwell after the first bite and was unable to continue eating the main course. When the waiter later collected my plate which was full he did not ask whether everything is ok, unforunately the staff seemmed very busy throughout the evening so I was unable to speak to anyone when I first realized the mistake. My husband ate the steak and said the food is poor quality, so I would recommend avoiding this and just eat at a buffet.

Todo en general, pero sobre todo la amabilidad y la profesionalidad del personal, ha sido magnífico. Las instalaciones son geniales dignas de un hotel a la altura de miras, excelente comida, muy variada y fresca, sin duda alguna volvería a este hotel sin dudarlo.

No tengo nada malo que decir al respecto. Por dar una pequeña crítica constructiva es que no hay plato de ducha, la bañera para un hotel de esta categoría queda muy obsoleta.

En general todo fue estupendo, lo único que lamentamos es no haber podido disfrutar de ningùn restaurante temático por no haber disponibilidad de plazas, estaba todo ocupado. Habrá que volver!

El hotel está estupendo, las piscinas, la comida y el ambiente

Nunca había disponibilidad para cenar en los restaurantes a la carta, al pagar todo incluido esperas disfrutar de estos otros restaurantes pero nunca hay reserva disponible. Al ser así deberían habría todos los días para los que pagan tanto dinero puedan disfrutar

Vacanza in famiglia, spettacolare. Ci hanno accolto con pasticcini e cava! Ci hanno assegnato due abitazioni di livello superiore a quelle prenotate e offerto la possibilità della mezza pensione ad in prezzo veramente stracciato. Mangiare al top! Dalla colazione alla cena. Veramente un'esperienza unica. Complimenti torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura. Bravi.

El trato y servicio de todo el personal

La.comida del buffet Janubio podría ser más variada.Se repiten muchos platos cada día. Un dia cenamos en uno de los restaurantes temáticos, Steak House, y las hamburguesas estaban demasiado hechas. Deberían preguntar a que punto quieres la carne..

Beautiful hotel, greeted at reception by a glass of cava! Stunning environment to spend my holiday. Wonderful sea view from my balcony. Room was stunning. Great breakfast and dinner with extra options for dinner (different restaurants). Very quiet place to stay considering how large the complex is. Would love to stay there again!

The gym was too small. It was busy so access to equipment was limited. Buffet dinner options ran low due to the high crowd of people; they could be replenished quicker. A distance from playa blanca also, approx 45mins walk or bus that takes 15mins or so

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Premises were comfortable and very clean. Facilities were great and so was the location. I would definitely recommend.

Food was not as good as last time we were there. Though it was quite good, you would expect slightly better quality for a 5 star hotel. Cocktail menu did not have many options.

Location was great, with a scenic spot on the seafront with views across the water toward Fuerteventura. We enjoyed the large selection of swimming pools and an overall peaceful atmosphere. The all inclusive buffet was good although more variety would have been appreciated.

The resort is showing some age, particularly in the rooms. We also experienced a few service inconsistencies, after a housekeeper attempted to enter while we were resting, we agreed she would return in the afternoon, but she never came back. Additionally, we spotted a cockroach in our room one night. The checkout day we got woken up at 8am by the housekeeper asking if we had water for the journey. That seemed odd, especially bacause so early in the morning. The staff's attitude was a mixed bag, some were incredibly warm, kind, and smiling, while others seemed quite indifferent and serious.

Nos encanto todo. Las instalaciones, el trato…. El mejor hotel en el que hemos estado. La habitacion no estaba disponible cuando llegamos y nos dejaron estar en las zonas privilige. Te hacen sentir de verdad de vacaciones!

Beautiful hotel. Loved the different pools, especially the kids' pool as our 2-year-old daughter loved it. Also, the hotel bar was cool for a few drinks.

Would have preferred more selection in the restaurants. Personally, I would have preferred to have been closer to Playa Blanca, but the views around the hotel were incredible and the walk to Playa Balanca was along the coast (3k).

La falta de correlación entre la calidad del buffet y este restaurante no tiene explicación. No se entiende que se obligue a pagar por el agua durante las cenas en régimen de media pensión

Great large area without massive apartment blocks. More like small Houses sprinkled around a large beautiful terrain. Great and welcoming staff (at least most of them).

The buffet is waaaaaaay to busy and too tight, people bouncing into each other, no trays available, massive queues just to get a crepe in the morning, and good luck if you came with a toddler. Same with the kids pool. Waaaaaay to many kids packed in a single place. Also food quality is really so so. We took half board and kinda regreted. Breakfast is nice, but everything after that is bland and a headache to get due to tightness and unclear direction.

Food at buffet was average, couldn't actually book into any of the speciality restaurants because always full. The hotel had no electricity also for one of the days!
