Много просторни, чисти и уютни стаи. Банята беше прекрасна -голяма, модерна и чиста. Възглавниците бяха изключително удобни и точната височина ( нещо, което рядко се случва ) Със сигурност ще повторим.

This hotel was excellent, and having stayed in numerous hotels, I was surprised by the negative reviews. The property was exceptionally clean and appeared newly renovated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering me a freshly prepared breakfast included in the price. Although I wasn’t hungry, I appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you to the staff you were amazing and spoke full English u are a credit to the hotel

This incident was unrelated to the hotel, but I wanted to share my experience. When leaving the hotel, I took a taxi to the airport, which was arranged by the hotel. Upon arrival, the driver ignored me completely and went straight into the hotel to speak with the receptionist. Whether it was a language barrier or not, I’m unsure. Once inside the taxi, he disregarded my instructions and, shockingly, was watching TV while driving, scrolling on his phone, and talking on another phone throughout the entire journey. Despite repeatedly asking about the fare, he only responded with "meter, meter." However, upon arriving at the airport, he ignored the meter entirely and demanded 3,500 lire, even though the meter showed 2,196 lire. As a solo female traveller, I found this extremely intimidating. He justified the inflated fare by claiming it covered bridge tolls, despite my prior journey costing only 50 euros and the bridge toll being just 33 lire (approximately 70p, not £20). When I refused to overpay, he became aggressive, repeatedly threatening to call the police and warning me that I would miss my flight if I didn’t comply. He even physically prevented me from exiting the taxi, essentially holding me hostage. Feeling unsafe and pressured, I ultimately paid him 3,000 lira—far more than the 2,000 lira I paid on my way to the hotel. Unfortunately, Istanbul has a reputation for taxi drivers exploiting tourists, especially solo travellers, by intimidating them and refusing to let them leave the vehicle. This experience was not only a scam but also a major safety concern due to the driver’s reckless behaviour while driving. Next time, I will pre-book a taxi in advance to avoid a similar situation.

C’est un hôtel que j’ai déjà pris dans le passé mais le personnel a changer … Aucun savoir vivre ! Aucune politesse… Bref … Hôtel propre mais aucun relationnel… Le personnel fume à l’entrée sans vous laisser la place pour passer et surtout pas de bonjour !!

The rooms are too tight and also full of windows you can hear all the noises come from the street

even if it says ´close to airport’, the drive took almost an hour rooms are very much outdated, poor breakfast menu the hotel itself is not accessible, so be ready to handle your bagage…

1- Elevator was small 2- A structural column was in the midlle of the room which reduce the area of the room 3- The curtain was not enough to cover the window which makes the room non privately 4- Electrical wall plug was burned 5- Fridge door was broken 6- Cleaning staff enters the room for only changing the towels even though the don't disturb sign was hanged on the door 7- Breakfast was a set menu served cold (egg, cheese, bread, olive, tomatoes, salami, honey, chocolate syrup

The curtains in the room didn't cover the windows so it was very bright early in the morning affecting sleep and the noise from the street could be heard perfectly in the room even in the 3rd floor... booking mentioned that the hotel offered free parking, which turned out to be just random parking spots on the street, not associated with the hotel

Merhaba, geçtiğimiz hafta sonu iki gece konakladık arkadaşımla. Ne yazık ki temizlikte sınıfta kaldı bizim için. Odaya girilmiş sadece su ve tuvalet kağıdı koyulmuştu. Çarşaflar değişmemişti, havlular değişmemişti. Yerler süpürülüp silinmemişti. Çay içtiğim bardak bile öylece kirli duruyordu. Odaya hiç girilmeseydi belki bizim söylememizi beklemişlerdir diyebilirdik ama su koyup yanındaki kirli bardağı öylece bırakmaları çöl saçma. Otel ana caddede olduğu için trafik sesini çok net duyuyorsunuz. Mini buzdolabı vardı ama çalışmıyordu .Yatak çarşafı ilk geldiğimiz akşam lekeliydi.

My stay at the hotel was terrible. The hotel lobby is so narrow and the elevator was so small. Reaching to the elevator is difficult if you have big bags. No one has helped me to move my Laggage. The room was very bad and there is a bad smell throughout the hotel and in particular inside the room. I could not sleep or even stay inside the room. The room was so dirty and the windows are not sound proof. I asked the receptionist to change my room, but he said there is no available rooms for me. Therefore I left the hotel by the first night where I paid for two nights. I have never ever experienced such terrible day in my travel time.

Aslında otel kuçuk yeri da çok cazip bir konum da değil , ancak içi temiz odalar da gayet iyidir , çalışan arkadaşlar da çok eğlencili ve yardımcı oldular , ister otelle alakalı işler ister başka işler da , kahvalti da çok yerlerden iyidir , bir hafta konakladım bu fiyatta öyle iyi hizmet bu şekilde otel bence yok , tavsiye ederim herkese ..

otopark olmaması büyük eksiklik. oda buz gibiydi camlardan soğuk hava giriyordu. cam tam kapanmadığı için sabaha kadar yol gürültüsü çektim. çevre zaten tekinsiz bir yerde. çarşıya yakın, ulaşım konusunda iyi.

Genel itibariyle temiz bir otel, kahvaltı açık büfe değil, fiyatına göre normal bir otel

new place and clean very good retail rate. but no internet WiFi also too much noise from traffic. They didn't provide tooth brash. The front desk employee not professional. But Clean room and comfortable bed.

Very small and tight space , I was using wheal chair and hardly fit in the elevator and washroom. No ramp for wheal chairs.
