Cleanness, Quiet Area, Nice Staff. Almost all staff were nice and responsive. Yeliz was great. Close to Florya Beach which the only one or one of the rare beaches in Istanbul. This beach was full of algae and not very good.

No elevator. Breakfast was good although could be better. The park close to the Florya Beach is not safe. A theft ruubed my wife's purse. Police is not responsive. Genberally speaking, if you go to Istanbu, borrow more eyes to watch your belongings.

The location

There was no hot water, you couldn’t flush the toilet paper, smaller than on a picture

The breakfast was amazing, especially Mrs Yeliz made our trip unforgettable with kind behavior.

Nothing!

The hotel is in a great location, close to public transportation and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Everything was comfortable, and the staff were especially pleasant. A special thanks to Alina for her hospitality and responsiveness to any questions we had. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean, cozy, and well-maintained.

I had a very pleasant stay at Casa Florya. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The cafe had a lovely atmosphere, and the breakfast was both delicious and carefully prepared. I would definitely recommend it.

I had an incredible stay. The staff work hard to provide the best experience possible in a short time, the café is wonderful, and the breakfast served there is excellent. The atmosphere is also very pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that everything shown in the photos was exactly the same in reality was exactly what I wanted. The area is quiet, safe, and transportation to everywhere is very easy. I definitely recommend this place to everyone and would like to thank you for everything.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was big and clean. All the staff were really kind. There is place to park your car and the neighbourhood is really quiet and safe .

A quiet, clean, and safe hotel. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We felt at home during our stay and would definitely come back again.

I like every thing clean apartment quiet area

Nothing everything is great I

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Florya. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location is peaceful while still being close to central areas. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We especially loved the breakfast and the cozy garden atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florya.

Casa Florya Hotel…

An incredible experience! The cleanliness of the room, along with the fresh scent of the towels and bedding, truly shows the care and attention given to every detail. It’s a delight to walk into your room and find exactly what you expected. Every morning at the café, you’re welcomed with unique music while enjoying a delicious breakfast. I will definitely visit again and again to relive this experience every time I come.

Harika hotel çalışanları çok nazik hepsini çok teşekkür ediyorum

Bu otelden çok memnun kaldım. Otel hizmetleri ve personeli çok yardımcıydı. Otelin konumu da çok uygun.

They are so nice and accommodating, I lost one of the apartment keys given to me, i offered compensation, they refused and instead they provided us with a small gift

An Exceptional Stay and Superior Service at Casa Florya "I was extremely satisfied with my recent stay at Casa Florya Hotel. The courtesy, professionalism, and attentive approach of the hotel staff made my experience truly enjoyable. In particular, the breakfast was magnificent; the quality and variety of the offerings exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the comfort of the beds and the overall room layout provided a very restful and relaxing experience. It is an establishment to which I give a full score for both hygiene and service standards. On my next visit to Istanbul, this will definitely be my first choice. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking high-quality service🙏🙏

I was very satisfied with the facility and did not encounter anything I disliked

My stay at this hotel was flawless in every way. The cleanliness and fresh scent of the room gave us confidence from the moment we walked in, while the peaceful and modern atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel very special. The breakfast, in particular, was excellent with its freshness and variety—the perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and comfort.

Die Sauberkeit, Ehrliches und nettes personal

Alles was sehr gut

Staff, breakfast, location.

No heating. I booked a small room, but nobody opened Air-condition in the room before I came. I was cold up to the morning.

The location is very nice

We didn’t have hot water and room was so small

Oda pırıl pırıldı, her köşe detaylıca temizlenmişti.

We needed a two-bedroom apartment where we welcomed the New Year with our son. We found that in this hotel. It was really nice that one of the rooms had its own shower right in the room. I have to really praise the lady at the reception, she was really nice and helped us with everything, nothing was a problem, she speaks perfect Russian. The breakfast suited us. The location of the hotel is great, many restaurants and shops nearby, the sea is just a short pleasant walk through the park. Thank you and it is quite likely that we will visit this hotel again.

Çalışan personeller gayet güleryüzlüydü

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Casa Florya Hotel. The breakfast was delicious and carefully prepared, making it a great start to the day. The ambiance of the café area was very warm and peaceful, truly enjoyable to spend time in. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and it was clear that great attention was paid to hygiene. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They were genuinely kind and made me feel at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in the Florya area.

Yılbaşı sonrası oradaydık soğuk havada sıcacık bir ambiyansla karşılandık. Kahvaltısı harikaydı. Odalar çok temizdi. Personelin ilgi alakasına da bayıldık. Teşekkür ederiz her şey için.

Our stay at Casa Florya Hotel was truly delightful. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is one of the best in Florya — close to the beach, cafés, and all major attractions. Breakfast was another highlight. Fresh ingredients, warm service, and the unique experience of enjoying your coffee or even a glass of wine by the fire in the garden made our mornings unforgettable. The evening ambiance with the fire and soft music created a relaxing and magical atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Whether for business or leisure, Casa Florya is a wonderful choice. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florya.

First and foremost, the hotel was spotless; since hygiene is my top priority, it received full marks from me. The staff's kindness and helpfulness truly enhanced our stay. The breakfast was quite satisfying in terms of taste and variety, and spending time at the hotel cafe was delightful. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

A Perfect Stay in Florya Our stay at Casa Florya was truly enjoyable. The room was spotless and smelled fresh. The breakfast was high-quality and thoughtfully prepared. The location is excellent—very close to the beach, cafés, and everything you may need. One of the highlights of our stay was spending the evenings at the hotel’s café, relaxing by the fire with live music. It created such a warm and peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely love to return.

I was very pleased with the clean and comfortable environment at Casa Florya Hotel, as well as the friendly and attentive staff who provided excellent service. I highly recommend it for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

.

Casa Florya otel 🙏🏻

Tekrar gelirim.

Cleanliness is always the most important thing for me when choosing accommodation. A clean room and a clean establishment made my stay truly excellent. The common areas, the central location, the hotel's stylish café, and a beautiful, thoughtfully prepared breakfast are all proof that the Casa Florya family does this job exceptionally well. I would also like to extend a special thank you to all the hotel staff for their interest and kindness.

It's impossible to find anything negative when you have such a wonderful stay and a great experience :)

sakinliğini ve ilgiyi

sevmediğim bir yanı olmadı

Within walking distance of main street.

We could not sleep well due to mosquitoes in the room and defective protection net. Also, there were lots of electricity on/off issues during the day.

We enjoyed the stay at casa Floria , was nice spacious clean apartment, helpful manager and staf , special thanks to Mr Jamal and Mr Ahmed was always friendly and helpful Will see you again next year inchaAlah Thanks

Nice hotel in nice surrounding. Nice stuff that ready to help you. Will come again and stay here with pleasure In total very good))

Perhaps can be more clean

Proximo a cafés, restaurantes, parques e do mar.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, even better than I expected. It’s close to public transportation, and the staff take care of everything. Hope to see you again.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Staff- very friendly and helpful 10/10 Location- beautiful street, very quiet AC - working nicely Wifi - very good Bed - very comfy Garden - small but with sitting area Kitchenware - enough for our needs

Bedroom - mouldy smell. No lights or sockets next to your bed. Light switch next to the door, had to get out of bed to switch the light off. Open space - opened in another closed space, impossible to get fresh air. Therefore it had an unpleasant smell Sofa bed broken at first but they fixed it for the 3rd night there. Very helpful staff. Bathroom - ugly but functional

Location, decor in the room, space, etc

The was constant problem with heated water, also, the room was dirty, also sheets were dirty... When I arrived there was no parking space for me...

My stay at Casa Florya Suites was wonderful! The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. The place is very comfortable and nicely located near Florya beach. Everything around was just beautiful. I’ll definitely come back.

It is a very peaceful and clean hotel, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are high quality and very clean, you wake up with the sound of birds in the morning, the location is central and you can walk to the beach, we will definitely visit again, thank you.

I stayed at a wonderful hotel and was really satisfied with everything – the service, the cleanliness, and the location were all great

My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. Everything—from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the amenities—was well taken care of. The peaceful and tidy environment gave me a sense of comfort and safety. The hotel staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, always responding to requests with a smile. I’m truly grateful to the professional team here. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Yeni yapılmış bir otel zaten açıkçası söylenecek kötü birşey olduğunu sanmıyorum ,yataklar rahat oda tertemiz çalışanlar ilgili güleryüzlü , butik ve kaliteli kuş sesleri ile güne başlıyorsunuz ona bayıldık zaten umarım yolumuz düşerse tekrar buradayım sevgilerle ..

Not massively impressed with apartment- requested ground floor which I was told in a message that I had bit when I arrived there was no one on reception for 20 minutes- when someone finally arrived after being out somewhere ( they came in from the street) I was taken to a room upstairs- the person did not speak a word of English and it was impossible to come with him. The apartment was passable- the lead to the electric kettle was bound up with tape and when I boiled the kettle I got an electric shock!!!!!! The freezer was absolutely disgustingly filthy and there is no way that I would have put any food in there. I complained, using google translate regarding getting an electric shock and told them that I didn’t want to stay there as the apartment was most definitely not as described- the non English speaking guy on reception then got the manager on the phone and she told me that I had to stay and she WOULNT GIVE ME A REFUND despite me receiving an electric shock from the dangerous kettle. She promised me that they’d move me to a ground floor apartment the next day and I told her that I wasn’t happy and would be complaining to Booking.com. I stayed in the new apartment that I was moved to and it was tolerable but nothing special and kept myself to myself- there was a lovely young girl who spoke English that worked several shifts whilst o was there and she was very lovely but that is the only positive comment that I can make regarding my stay/ I would never stay there again and will be complaining to Booking.com on my return.

Terrible- was allocated an upper floor room despite receiving a message promising a ground floor room- I was having surgery so ground floor room was essential. No-one on reception for 20 minutes when I arrived and when they finally showed their face after coming in from the street they didn’t speak a word of English and couldn’t understand a word that I was saying. Got an electric shock from kettle- the lead was covered in tape , covering a split lead. Freezer was absolutely filthy. I told the guy on reception that I didn’t want to stay and wanted a refund as the apartment was NOT as described and I’d received an electric shock- he then got owner/ manager on the phone who couldn’t speak much English and didn’t appear to understand me too well although she did say that I couldn’t have a refund- I told her that in that case I would be reporting the hotel to Booking.com and I’d be leaving a review that clearly reflected my experience of the place/ she begged me not to and promised to move me to the room originally promised to me the following day. Terrible experience and as she refused to refund me I couldn’t move elsewhere and had to endure the place for the remainder of my stay
