etwas hat hier nicht gepasst wir waren mit Kollegen im Hotel und haben unterschiedliche preise für das frühstück bezahlt die an der Rezeption gezahlt haben haben die hälfte bezahlt wie die am Restorant als wir gefragt haben warum war die Antwort an der Rezeption ist es billiger diese ist nur 10-15 meter vom Restorant entfernt finde ich schade das in der Türkei immer solche Spielchen gespielt werden

We had a great stay at the Sheraton Istanbul Esenyurt. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly especially the guest relations manager. She greeted us every day with a big smile and made us feel right at home. And the food was exceptional. We enjoyed it so much!

J’ai beaucoup apprécié le style de l’établissement ainsi que son architecture, qui lui donnent beaucoup de charme et une vraie identité. L’ensemble est très réussi visuellement et l’hôtel a beaucoup de caractère. J’ai particulièrement aimé l’ambiance générale et la décoration.

Personnel peu professionnel et irrespectueux. J’avais réservé et payé une chambre d’angle. On m’a d’abord attribué une chambre médiocre sans climatisation, puis déplacé dans une chambre standard, sans aucune explication. De plus, la climatisation et son mécanisme sont beaucoup trop bruyants. Ce niveau de service n’est clairement pas acceptable.

Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet mit türkischen und internationalen Speisen. Am späten Abend konnten wir auch im Restaurant noch etwas zu essen bekommen. Die Lage ist dezentral, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt ganz gut gelegen zwischen Flughafen und Stadtzentrum

I always have a very pleasant feeling while traveling to Istanbul and specially staying at the Sheraton Esenyurt . The reason is quite clear , because the Hotel quality is great and way the staff respect the customer is exceptional. My special thanks to Ms. Buse for her intelligence and dedication.

Location is in industrial part of Istanbul. The hotel itself has fantastic amenities and isn’t oasis. The staff is helpful and accommodating for early travelers. As frequent Marriott members we were upgraded to a beautiful room. If you’re in the area for work or pleasure we definitely suggest this location. They have decorated it beautifully, and the concierge floor has wonderful options and attentive staff. They were able to make a Taxi reservation for us, which got us to the airport ahead of schedule. they adjusted their typical breakfast hours to accommodate the large group of travelers leaving early.

I went to the restaurant of the hotel and the food and the service was great, the gentleman Ali Caylar was very kind, I appreciate all the attention during dinner.

During my stay at the Sheraton Hotel Esenyurt in Istanbul, I had the pleasure of being served by Mr Ali Çaylar, and I can honestly say he made the experience exceptional. From the very first moment, Ali was incredibly professional, attentive, kind, and always smiling. His level of hospitality was outstanding and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It is rare to meet someone who genuinely cares so much about guests and takes such pride in his work. Thanks to him, every meal and every interaction felt warm and welcoming. He is truly an asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for his excellent service. Thank you again, Mr Ali Çaylar, for your kindness and professionalism. I will definitely remember your hospitality and look forward to returning to the Sheraton Esenyurt in the future! Highly recommended.

I was genuinely surprised when several staff members greeted me with “Happy Birthday,” which made me feel truly valued as a guest. The breakfast restaurant staff were extremely excellent especially Mr Burak and Ms Esma

The air conditioning system was not good since you can not change the thermostat temperature at all and with many complaints the technicians did not do any thing and my night were very cold or very hot

We had a really great stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Istanbul. The location is perfect, everything is nearby and easy to access, which made our trip much more comfortable. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything well organized and maintained. Room service was also excellent, always fast, professional, and attentive. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful during our stay. A special thank you to Yisit for his kindness, professionalism, and great attitude. He really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, the hotel has a great atmosphere, excellent service, and very high standards. Definitely a place we would recommend and come back to again.

All the staff were absolutely amazing. They were extremely helpful and very friendly. Ugur at reception in particular was brilliant. Although I wish they changed the breakfast menu often. Otherwise everything else was absolutely clean, beautiful, calm, and friendly.

Building was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. But the breakfast was the same throughout our time there, it was actually very tiring eating the same meals everyday. I wish they could rotate the breakfast with variety on different days. Additionally the In room dinning had very little options.

I’ve been here multiple times for business trips and I’ve always been treated wonderfully. A special mention to Ali Gaylar who served us at the restaurant, always friendly and professional.

I stayed at the Sheraton Istanbul Esenyurt from April 7th to 11th for a business trip, and I had a very pleasant experience overall. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes: everything was fresh, abundant, and well presented. Room service was fast and the quality of the food was very good, which made it especially convenient after long working days. I would also like to highlight the professionalism and kindness of the staff. In particular, Fahriye was always extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.
