The efficient airport shuttle service, and proximity to a station were crucial for me. The hotel is also close to local shops.

Nothing that I can think of.

This is a “Business Hotel” and was very convenient for flights in/out of HND. It’s clean, basic and “business like”. There are two convenience stores directly across the street tor late night food/drinks, or forgotten toothbrushes, etc. and the subway station is a 5 minute walk. It was nice, but again “business like”. Room service is at your door at 11:00 am check-out for a quick turnover of the room and the shuttle bus leaves precisely on time! Even if the reception desk knows you are running literally 3 minutes late!!! Oh well…the subway is two stops from HND and located right across the street. For an overnight stay for an early morning flight, or late night arrival at HND, this place is convenient and clean! For a family vacation stay…not recommended. Too far from the activities and restaurants tourists want and not the greatest part of town. Felt safe, but there are definitely much better locations for family vacationers! The shower head and water pressure were great and the bed was comfortable (crappy pillows though! Flat! 😏) All things considered…it did what I needed to do. Get to HND early the next day.

Felt rushed and there is zero tolerance for the shuttle bus…and I’m literally talking 3 minutes and I called reception to let them know! Actually, they called me to remind me that 11:00 was check out time! I got stuck on a phone call and exited the room at 11:03!!! Zero leeway for “life happens” stuff! 😕

I liked the room I booked, the breakfast meal was great and the bus to the airport was also good. If possible I will book again this hotel and why not recommend it to my friends and colleagues

Airport Shuttle Bus is Small size, and does not have enough leg room, and because of 30 mins wait time, many people come, Rooms are small, Staff was only helpful to Japanese people and was directing all foreigners to Check in machine

The room was extremely hot for our 2 am arrival and took too long to cool down so it was not a comfortable sleep. The bed butted up against the wall and no space to put luggage were really annoying.

Good and helpful staff. It's very near to Haneda International Airport Terminal 3. Roomsize was good.

I found the price to be little high compared to other hotels I stayed in Japan. Breakfast was available at extra cost. But staying experience was good. They offer free Shuttle to and from hotel to Haneda International Airport. Drop service to airport is good but pickup timings were limited. It starts from 4.30 pm in the evening. If you land earlier than you will have to manage your own transport to Hotel.

Taxi rie from Shibuya to Haneda. I walked around the neighboiurhood which was very interesting.

もう少し部屋が広ければ良かった。具体的にはテーブルと寝台との間隔が広いと過ごし易かった。

The location is very close to the airport and the opportunity to use the free shuttle was a huge benefit. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Maybe update the elevators carpet and colors to look newer.

お風呂の湯気で、鏡の汚さが、、、。洗剤かなんかが着いていたのか、湯気でその汚れが浮いてました。びっくりしました。朝食の時に、客室乗務員の集団がとてもお元気で、騒がしかったです。

羽田空港までの無料バスについて、こちらが質問する前から混み具合や渋滞などについて詳しく教えていただきました。とっても助かりました！

The amiability of staff

Location was ideal. Easy to walk from Underhround station and free shuttle service to airport

There were hairs left on the bathroom floircand on the toilet lid which was off putting. There were 3 staff members at the reception desk but still had to auto check in (which did notvwork properly)

Lo mejor de la estancia fue la cercanía al aeropuerto y el servicio de autobús incluido, que facilita mucho el traslado. También destacaría la amabilidad y atención del personal, siempre muy atentos y agradables.

Rooms are small but spotlessly clean. Good facilities. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport, so it's a really convenient location.

Very convenient stay for an early morning departure; the hotel is incredibly close to Haneda terminals & the morning shuttle bus is very frequent. The room was also very comfortable & had a cute table/chair set which is rare for "business esq hotels" ☆

It's a small thing to mention but even on the lowest volume, the TV seemed too loud somehow during late hours.

It is very accessible to Haneda Airport; the hotel is closely located to the train station. You can easily catch an early flight. The hotel staff is very generous, and the room was quite comfortable; quiet and well-conditioned.

Rien à redire: propreté, calme, restaurant au rdc. La literie est très bonne. La navette depuis l'aéroport, toutes les 30 minutes, est appréciable.

Cerca del aeropuerto. Dispone de un buen servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Desayuno a partir de las 5h. Habitaciones amplias. Baño correcto.

I like that location was close to the train station. Also, many convenient stores nearby.

No onsen in hotel and breakfast was not included.

Le restaurant était entièrement réservé le soir et on aurait du ressortir de l’hôtel. Et autour de l’hôtel, il n’y avait pas beaucoup de restaurants. Il n’y avait pas de bouteilles d’eau gratuites dans la chambre. Absence de coffre dans la chambre.

忘れ物の対応で、最初は後日取りに行くと伝えたが、やはり時間がないと思い、発送に変更してもらうため、再度電話を掛け直したところ、対応した方が、ホテルで働くような方とは思えない日本語で驚いた（外国籍の方でしたらごめんなさい） 録音されてるようなので、聞き直してみて下さい。 私は改善が必要に感じた。

Great choice of breakfast. Their Japanese dishes are delicious! Comfortable bed (air weave!) to sleep well. Proper coffee in the guest room. I have stayed there before, and I am sure of their standard, so I would come back another time.

It would be better if they run their shuttle bus more frequently.

羽田空港が近いのが最大の利点でしょうか。部屋は相当コンパクトでしたがとても快適でした。

特に無ですが空港へのバスについては各ターミナルへの予想到着時刻を周知してもらえるとさらに良いと思いました。時間に余裕のない方は荷物量にもよるのでしょうが電車でいった方がよいかもしれません。

Navette accessible en bas de l'hôtel pour accéder à l'aéroport.

Prises électriques trop éloignées du plan de travail/table. Pas très pratique pour recharger son ordinateur tout en l'utilisant. Soit on recharge, soit on l'utilise.

Hôtel très pratique pour prendre un avion tôt le lendemain matin à Haneda. Le système de navette est très bien organisé.

La chambre pour deux est un peu petite

チェックイン前にメールでいくつか質問した際に、すぐに丁寧に返信をいただき、大変助かりました。 駅から近く、出発日は羽田までのシャトルバスも利用させていただき、とても便利でした。 スタッフの方も親切丁寧な対応で、安心して滞在する事ができました。また機会があれば、ぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。
