羽田までのシャトルバスがある点、ファミマが近い点、すき家が近い点

朝食を本館まで歩いて食べに行く点を把握せずに予約したのが失敗でした。シャトルバス前の傘立ては雨のため、溢れかえり、ホテル本館は星が多いはずなのに粗雑なイメージを受けました。室内の照度が低く、仕事には不向きな部屋です。

The facility was clean and comfortable. Two double beds are practical for a family to sleep.

Breakfast could be improved. It is relatively expensive to add breakfast on site. There are variety of things especially for japanese breakfast but the quality could be improved. Don't expect high quality of bread and coffee. (It's also a cultural difference). A staff mis-calculated the breakfast charge multiple times. For the second time, we didn't declare it because it's only few hundreds yen more. Some staff are professional but some are not. Be on time for breakfast. They are strict about closing time of buffet.

Good for 1 night stay before a flight from Haneda. They have airport transfer.

The staff were very attentive and assisted with checkin and were happy to help with any queries. We stayed 2 nights at the hotel - once on our arrival and Japan the night prior to our departure. On our arrival at Haneda airport a few weeks earlier the shuttle bus organiser for airline staff stayed around to check we had caught the bus to the hotel. The room was adequate for our needs - one night stay with a late arrival one night and early departure the next time we stayed. Breakfast was good and the shuttle bus very convenient. As the hotel is only a short walk from the train station it is convenient for those staying the night before an early departure from Haneda airport.

The tables were placed far too close together, making it difficult to dine comfortably without being disturbed by other guests. The dining area itself was also very cramped. Overall, the service quality, room size, and breakfast environment fell far below what should be expected from an international four-star hotel. In my opinion, this hotel simply does not deserve a four-star rating.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The room itself had two massive beds, and was very clean with all amenities. Very close to the train station and they provide a free airport shuttle which was excellent.

Ottima posizione, soprattutto per chi deve raggiungere l’aeroporto di Haneda: molto comodo il servizio navetta gratuito. Il personale della navetta è stato davvero gentile e disponibile, aiutandoci anche a sistemare e caricare le valigie. Molto apprezzata anche la presenza di un’area fumatori, cosa non sempre facile da trovare in Giappone. Unica nota negativa la colazione, che abbiamo trovato piuttosto scarsa, probabilmente perché alloggiavamo nell’edificio West e non nella struttura principale. Per il resto, personale gentile e soggiorno molto comodo, soprattutto per la vicinanza all’aeroporto e il servizio navetta.

The beds are comfortable and rooms have all things you may need. Including pyjamas. Location to mini marts are great. Train and bus services are excellent. The hotel staff are so lovely and helpful.

The tv does not have international channels. Only a few Japanese. No Netflix or English channels. But not really an issue, just some may find it disappointing.

新館の方だったので、食事は本館まで行かなくてはならない。 冷蔵庫が無かった。

Einzig gute ist nur der kostenlose Flughafentransfer

Sauberkeit. Wir bekamen ein dreckiges Handtuch mit einem rot/braunen Fleck. Als ich dies bei der Rezeption reklamierte, wollte man mir als Wiedergutmachung 3 Flaschen Wasser anbieten (Kein Witz!!!). Dies habe abgelehnt und daraufhin fragt mich der Rezeptionist warum und wollte auch, dass ich das dreckige Handtuch runterbringe. Fehler wieder gerade zu biegen kennt dieses Hotel nicht als ich fragte, ob man preislich entgegenkommen kann. Bei so einem Hotel erwartet man deutlich bessere Handlungen als 3 Flaschen Wasser. Immerhin kam mir Booking kullanterweise entgegen.

O hotel é muito bom, staff amigável e quarto excelente. Chegamos tarde em Haneda e pegamos o transfer até o hotel, foi fácil de achar e o motorista era muito gentil. O hotel está numa área residencial e é bom para quem chega tarde no aeroporto ou precisa ir embora cedo, fica em uma área residencial então tinham poucos turistas na região.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’hotel la notte prima di ritornare in Italia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Hotel pulito, vicino all’aeroporto e dotato di servizio navetta aeroportuale gratuito. Lo staff gentile e disponibile.

Para uma noite perto do aeroporto de Haneda a localização é excelente. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e tinha muitas comodidades. O transfer oferecido é um ótimo bónus.

The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the airport. Unfortunately we left one of our hand luggage bags on the bus. The bus had gone by the time we realised. The driver of the next bus was so kind and helpful. He drove us to the hotel, escorted us to the lost and found office and then escorted us to the next bus back to the airport. Such an exceptionally helpful, kind service. This was all with the typical Japanese good naturedness and smiles. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful when we needed a bit of help with our ac. The hotel also provided free croissants for early starts to the airport. What more could we even hope for? Thank you to all your staff.

Great location for an easy airport hotel, we got a taxi which wasn’t expensive. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms.

Camas muy cómodas. Muy limpio. Hay pijama en la habitación, nos fue muy bien ya que así no tuvimos que abrir la maleta. También hay jabones, cepillo y pasta de dientes. Hotel cerca del aeropuerto con shuttle gratuito. Para pasar la primera o última noche en caso que el vuelo sea tarde o temprano.

Un hôtel très pratique et confortable pour prendre un avion à Haneda. L’emplacement est idéal, avec une navette gratuite proposée toutes les 30 minutes et un trajet d’environ 10 minutes seulement jusqu’à l’aéroport. L’hôtel est propre et bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer une nuit confortable. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le café à volonté disponible jusqu’à 10h, une petite attention très agréable avant de prendre l’avion.

Friendly and welcoming. It was raining and they gave me a towel to dry off. I was in the building over and they gave me an umbrella and called the other building and the employees there were expecting me and greeted me immediately.

シャトルバスがとても便利だった。スタッフの方がハキハキしていて、親切だった。

コインランドリーがあるのでここでの宿泊を決めたが、あるのはここではなく、歩いて3分くらいの本館の方。そこでコインランドリーに行くための鍵をわざわざ受け取らないといけない。同じ建物にないことを明記してほしい。あと2つのホテルで２台しかなかった。

It's very clean, the staff are professional and courteous, the location is even better. The provided shuttle service to and from the airport is excellent. The free lounge for the guests is a big plus. The fact that they gave us clean set of towels everyday unlike some other lower rated hotels makes them stand out even more.

Staff was exceptional! I asked what was the best method to do some package shipping and before i knew it they whipped out a box and label! I didn't have to do anything else they took care and within three days it was at my friends house in Fukuoka! BREAKFAST WAS GREAT! Great pillows!

The shuttle i was told wasn't available at 5am but when i got to the Hotel by taxi i saw the schedule and it could have been. Taxi wasn't too expensive but the free shuttle would have been a bonus!Central room lighting could be better, only one control switch near the entry, no dimmer. Bathroom light switch on other side of the doors swinging open direction, inconvenient. Being a building contractor and designer i notice these things as they make the overall living experience that much better.

It’s very clean, the bed was very comfortable for 2 people. Close to Heneda airport and the shuttle bus service was very convenient. A wonderful choice for airport stay.

Ich war auf Durchreise. Man schläft dort sehr gut, es ist ruhig, die Betten sind bequem und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und bietet eine reichhaltige Auswahl. Zahnbürsten, Duschhauben, Rasiermesser, Nagebürsten gibt es gratis, wie in Japan üblich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, wie es auch japanischem Standard entspricht. In der Lobby gibt es eine sehr gut ausgestattete Lounge (mit Kaffee und Tee), die ich aber nicht wahrgenommen habe. Im Zimmer gibt es neben der Klimaanlage auch einen Luftfilter, was besonders für Allergiker gut ist. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen ausgezeichnet gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr gut, nah beim Bahnhof und deswegen gut vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen. Das Stadtviertel ist ok. Aufgrund der vielen Convenience-Stores und einigen Restaurants gibt es dort alles was man braucht. Theoretisch gibt es dort auch einen freien Bus-Shuttle zum Flughafen. (Aber ich hatte das an dem Morgen verpeilt). Der Zug ist trotzdem schnell und günstig. In der Nähe ist außerdem noch ein kleiner Inari-Schrein, für alle, die, die noch etwas Japan-Kultur mitnehmen wollen.

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, es gibt wenig Stauraum und im Sommer kommt man ohne Klimaanlage nicht aus. Das Frühstück ist im Nebengebäude, was für mich jetzt kein Problem war. Bei Regen aber vielleicht schon.

pleasant staff, good location, rooms bigger than APA but not really roomy, room was quiet and well made. Bed is good for people liking firm high end mattress.

there is erroneous information about the free airport shuttle, there is no connection from Terminal three except at a couple of late evening hours. And its hard to get good information on where to pick up the shuttle that does run from Terminal 1 only. We asked 4 or 5 times for directions within the airports after asking the hotel multiple times. The room was tight for two with longer term luggage for staying in Japan long, but bigger than many Tokyo rooms. Pillows were heavy ans a bit stiff.

The hotel was close enough from Haneda Airport.

The room we stayed was too small to accommodate our whole family. We had breakfast but it only provided for two adults while we were group of 4 including 3 children. The place of breakfast was also different from we stayed, had to walk form a few minutes.

C'était la deuxième fois que nous avons utilisé cette chaîne d'hôtels proche de la gare et de l'aéroport. La navette est très pratique pour partir dans la matinée de Haneda. Plusieurs restaurants et des magasins sont à proximité. Nous avons apprécié la visite au sanctuaire Anamori Inari qui se trouve dans le même quartier.

Hôtel sans vrai charme mais très pratique pour un vol matinal.

L'objectif était d'avoir un hôtel proche de l'aéroport. La situation géographique est donc parfaite. D'autant plus que l'hôtel affrète gratuitement un bus de l'hôtel au terminal de l'aéroport. Les chambres sont propres.

L'hôtel JAL est divisé en deux parties. Nous étions dans l'annexe qui ressemblait plus à un 3 étoiles.

Close to the airport and free shuttle bus. We arrived late into Tokyo so convenient stop before heading to Tokyo city for the remainder of our stay. Great value for money. Free coffee and bread/ croissants in the morning was a bonus.
