Reviewed Sep 17, 20261. Location - very central, 5 minutes walk to Nasi Dangang Atas Tol, 10 mins walk to bus terminal, 15 mins walk to Pasar Payang, easy with Grab to visit places of interest 2. Room - clean and spacious, minus point for the small stain on the bedsheet. 3. Room facility - bed and pillows were comfy, water pressure and hot/cold temperature was perfect. Air condition and fan worked excellently, TV got access to You Tube, no long waiting for lift 4. Staff - friendly and helpful
1. Noise - from neighboring rooms, and outside. But that is not under the control of the hotel. We managed to sleep as we were tired anyway. 2. Need extra hangers, but too lazy to ask 🙄 not the hotel's fault 3. Just a reminder, the shower room floor can be very slippery especially after using hair conditioner, please be extra careful.

Shower drain was smelly and the water heater was not working well. Need to wait several mins before water is heated and temperature is crazy. Cannot control the temperature one sec its too hot and next sec become very cold. At some point there was no heated water at all. Ive been to this hotel several times but the issue of water heater still remained the same no improvement. Towels also was smelly and there were ants at the coffee table.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Very friendly and responsive staff, close to good eatery (both local and China town) and jetty where we need to board for redang. Staff also allow us to park our luggages and rest on the way back from redang which was super helpful to recharge for a couple of hours.
The room hasn’t been cleaned properly. There are urine smells in the bathroom, ants, the wooden floor is sticky, the fridge hasn’t been maintained hence accumulated water. It’s also not sound proof so we can hear a lot of foot steps outside the room (from other guests on the same floor) and from the street. Considering the price they charge, it’s very expensive for the 1 night stay.

Essendo al primo piano ci risaliva dal water lo scarico delle altre stanze. Dovevamo andare via il 24/08 ma abbiamo preferito andare via due giorni prima.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Très mauvaise expérience. La chambre était sans fenêtre, avec une odeur d’humidité absolument horrible et insoutenable. Il y avait des taches d’humidité sur les murs, le linge de lit était humide, et sous le lit se trouvait une épaisse couche de poussière. Même la devanture de l’hôtel était pleine de traces de doigts. J’ai séjourné dans 9 hôtels depuis mon arrivée en Malaisie, et c’est de loin le pire établissement que j’ai eu. L’accueil était également froid et peu chaleureux. Vraiment déçue, je ne recommande pas du tout.

Pulizia assolutamente da rivedere. La stanza sembrava non essere stata neanche pulita prima del nostro arrivo: polvere ovunque, bagno non pulito, moscerini nella doccia e lenzuola macchiate. La camera con affaccio sulla strada era particolarmente rumorosa.

There is stain at the bed. And the most thing I dont like is the lift that had an issue during checkout day. My room at level 4 and need to bring all my luggage plus I have a baby together to go down to ground floor. When asked the receptionist, there dont have an answer why the lift under maintenance. What if there is OKU that using wheelchair, how he/she to came down? This is the main reason why I give lowest rate.

The bathrooms were full of room mites , similar to cockroaches babies which we asked the housekeeping to spray in our initial room. He had to change to a new room when the mites didn’t go away. Unfortunately the second room bathroom has the same problem. The mites come from the ceiling. Suspected that the ceiling of the building are full of mites nest which requires full pest control management..have informed the front desk on this …

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Always my 1st choice to stay whenever Imin Kuala Terengganu. Reasonable price. Ample hotel parking space (need to walk about 200 meters). Had a good restaurant at the Ground Floor (n 7eleven too). Room space is enough for all my personal business (light workout n solat). n clean too. Spacious n clean bathroom with good water preasure n water heater. Provide ineral water and water dispenser at the Ground Floor which I find it very toughtful. Got elevator too. and best of all, Smart TV with Netflix installed, all you got to do is used your own Netflix account n i had no problem with that policies.
The lighting may need some adjustment since i like to sleep in total darkness.

La camera che ci è stata data era sul lato dove erano posizioni tutti i motori dei condizionatori, è stato impossibile dormire e abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza dopo mezzanotte. Ci hanno cambiato stanza, questa dava sulla strada e comunque si sentiva il motore del condizionatore sul balcone oltre ai rumori delle macchine.

Le rapport qualité-prix de cet hôtel est très inférieur à ce qu’il propose. Les sols sont mal entretenus, et il n’y a pas de rideaux — seulement des stores qu’il faut fermer, sinon les gens de l’extérieur peuvent nous voir. Il manque des rideaux pour pouvoir profiter de la lumière du jour tout en gardant notre intimité

Kedudukkan hotel yg strategik, dkt dgn pasar payang dan juga tmpt mkn selain kemudahan bank2 yg berdekatan.. Kebersihan bilik hotel juga di titik beratkan..pendek kata mmg sy sgt berpuas hati menginap di sini dan next visit sy pasti akn menginap di sini lg👌👍
Cuma satu shj, cermin pintu utama hrp dpt di bersihkan sbb bleh nmpk cop di sana sini yg lain semua ok👌
