Bilik yang sangat selesa dengan kemudahan yang banyak(salah 1 nya iron & iron board),view dari bilik sangat best..nampak draw bridge direct dari tingkap bilik..swimming pool ada beberapa kedalaman sesuai untuk anak kecil dan besar,breakfast best banyak pilihan (nasi dagang,kueteow grg,nasi grg,bubur nasi,roti bakar,salad,dumpling,buah,hashbrown,omelette)

Before paying via Booking.com it mentioned that my children will get free breakfast regardless of age. But at the counter of registration, staff said I need to pay around rm20+ for my 8year old child.

Unfortunately, the stay was quite disappointing. The furniture is old and the room was not properly cleaned, with dust still visible on the surfaces. The breakfast was also very basic and nothing special. The only real advantage is the great location. Other than that, the overall experience was below expectations and definitely needs improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

Location is easy as there are a lot of food outlets accessible on foot. Two shopping places also within walking distance. Certain rooms come with a sea view.

The choices of breakfast menu, the quality and taste of the food and the organization of the restaurant during peak hours when the guests come for breakfast is disappointing. I might consider that the F&B manager or the floor manager or basically the General Manager might not have ample experience in management of the hotel. I used to stay at this hotel before and comparatively my stay those days are much better than this time, especially when it comes to food quality.

Hotel berdekatan dengan pusat beli-belah (Mayang Mall) serta kedai makan Singgang Budu. Bilik yang luas dan selesa. cumanya masa saya masuk, bilik berbau asap rosok dan saya telah complain kpd staf hotel. Makanan semasa breakfast banyak dan sedap..

Bilik saya berbau asap rokok. Dan permintaan saya adalah non-smoking room.

Very helpful lady on front desk, organised change of room for us, plus a day room when coming back, save waiting hours at the airport.

Our first room smelt of smoking, didn't know you had to request non smoking rooms any more! As mentioned lady at front desk was happy to change.

Nonostante l’apparenza iniziale l’hotel è vecchio e la struttura, il mobilio e il corredo sono rimasti gli stessi di 60 anni fa senza alcun rinnovamento. Le lenzuola e le federe erano vecchie, sgualcite e con aloni neri. Gli asciugamani in bagno non li abbiamo trovati puliti e presentano delle macchie. L’hotel non è in linea con i servizi che questo tipo di struttura dovrebbe offrire. La sala da colazione con il buffet erano piuttosto sporchi. L’igiene è poco curato e la struttura risulta squallida.

Semua pekerja sangat ramah dan baik. Tolong angkat barang dan katil baby hantar ke bilik. Bilik selesa dan ada semua kelengkapan yang diberitahu. Pemandangan cantik sangat menghadap Jambatan Angkat Kuala Terengganu, pantai dan mall. Sarapan pun sedap dan pelbagai. Katil double boleh muat sampai 3 orang. Saya request baby cot dan dapat secara free.

Tandas tak bersih sangat terutama di bahagian bawah. Harap pekerja lebih cakna. Siaran tv agak kabur.

Quelques cafards.. et manque d'entretien du bâtiment et des chambres. Rapport/qualité prix trop cher..

Its location…in the centre of town… within walking distance to eateries and malls ie Mayang Mall and KTC Mall. Short driving to Pantai Batu Buruk and the bridge. Breakfast buffet… good options of breakfast menu… delicious local dish such as nasi dagang, noodles, bread and cereals. No teh tarik served, however.

The housekeeping service…stayed for 4D3N during peaks time ie long public holiday…check in should be at 3.00pm but our room was only ready after 5.00pm… no towels in the room and only delivered at 10pm after much insistance. During the whole stay, room was cleaned only twice after requested but not the full cleaning work was done eg room was not vacuum, bedsheet not changed and stained pillow cases.

Sarapan , bilik dan lokasi sangat baik untuk bercuti kerana hotel terletak sangat berdekatan pusat bandar serta pusat beli belah.

Bilik TV tidak mesra pengguna perlukan wifi dan Id sendiri. Sepanjang tinggal 2 hari 1 malam tidak dapat buka TV untuk melihat berita dan perkembangan semasa .
