Great location in the heart of Chinatown, close to many attractions and surrounded by the culture and heritage of old Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is also conveniently located near MRT and LRT stations, making it easy to explore the city. Plenty of local food and cuisine are available within walking distance. A great choice for experiencing the authentic charm of Kuala Lumpur.

Super emplacement de l'hôtel dans le quartier de Chinatown. L'accueil est super et personnel super sympa, très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Super literie et oreillers. Nous avons apprécié la piscine propre et calme !

Horaires de la piscine un peu short: fermeture à 8:00 PM Notre chambre au 11eme étage était un peu bruyante à cause de l'AHU juste à côté.

Perfekte Lage, am Rande des lebhaften Chinatowns, sehr nahe an verschiedenen Haltestellen des ÖPNV. Gutes Frühstück mit lokalem Obst (z. B. Snakefruit), bequeme Betten, tolle Bar mit Aussicht.

Wenn irgendwo eine Tür ins Schloss fällt, hört man das im gesamten Korridor. Wurde öfter aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Bei 4 Sternen sollte die Schallisolierung besser sein.

Location is brilliant for Chinatown which has to be the most vibrant area in KL. Hotel is very pleasant with a fantastic breakfast buffet (every culture has options). Pool was refreshing. Comfortable bed and great bathroom and shower. Recommend the walking tour which starts at the hotel.

I struggled to get the air con to a good temperature - but I'm a bit fussy and also don't like the noise.

We arrived after a very long over night flight with little sleep. The receptionist LUGMAN helped us to check in quickly and made us feel VERY welcome, also patiently answering all questions that we had. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. SALIM MAJID and VICKY (Team Leader?) made sure, to fulfill all our culinary wishes. Great service! We would like to mention the outstanding customer service of KHOKON, our room attendant.

While we were happy to see that you give your guests the opportunity to separate the rubbish in their hotel room, we were surprised/disappointed to notice, that recyclables ended up in the same large plastic bag as the rubbish for landfill when we walked past the room attendant's trolley outside our room. We like to see sustainability practised, not "green washing".

In my opinion, the registration counter is not conveniently located as it is on the 7th floor. Customers have to carry their luggage upstairs to register and then go back downstairs afterward, which can be quite inconvenient. This is my personal observation based on the difficulty I experienced during the process.

Das Hotel ist an guter Lage direkt am Eingang zu Chinatown und nahe dem Öffentlichen Verkehr. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool eignet sich toll für eine kurze Erfrischung mit Aussicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns gut gefallen, da alles dabei war. Von interkontinentalem bis lokalem Essen gibt es alles. Auch der günstige Parkplatz im Parkhaus für 5RM fanden wir praktisch. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen..

Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass man durch die Lage fast direkt an der Autobahn den Verkehr hört. Hat uns aber nicht gestört.

The location was outstanding. If you are a traveler, this is one of the best hotels you can find to explore KL. Excellent amenities. Great view from the pool. And I must highlight the outstanding works of housekeeping team whose makeup the room really fast! Kudos to them!

I expect the breakfast buffet could feature more dish from international breakfast buffet standard apart from heavily Malaysian dishes, but that's not a big deal.

We only stayed one night for a stopover, but having been to KL before the location is perfect if the central markets, chinatown, and more historic side of the city are what you're looking for. The rooms were spacious and the staff were very accommodating.

Perfekt beliggenhet for å utforske Chinatown, kort vei til transport og mange gode restauranter rett utenfor døren. Takterrassen var en magisk opplevelse på kveldstid, ta en drink og nyt utsikten.

Rommene litt utdaterte, særlig badet. Frokosten hadde et godt utvalg, men mye var litt sånn halvveis på smak. Brødet var supertørt. Bassengområdet var lite og litt kronglete designet.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was perfectly cleaned by the housekeeping.

My entire experience in Four Points Sheraton was extremely displeasing from the very start. Since my arrival was at 10 am at the hotel I booked including 1 night prior with breakfast included. We arrived at 10.10 am and Upon reaching I clearly informed the front office staff that we would like to first have breakfast since this was paid for and since there was still time till the breakfast buffet was closed. She made us wait right there for 15 minutes to inform us that it won't be possible for us to have breakfast anymore since the buffet closes at 10.30 am. We let this pass without much fuss.. But what happened next was even more frustrating!! While I have paid for the entire stay through booking.com, the front office staff demanded me to pay for the full reservation as her system shows that it is not paid. We had an overnight flight, arrived in the morning, was extremely tired and we had to face all this. I showed her the receipt and she kept on demanding the payment saying her records doesn't show and this was our problem. At this point I also got frustrated and informed that this is there problem. I showed them the receipt from booking and then they wanted to charge a 2000 USD worth deposit from my card which will only be released to be after one month from charging the deposit as a security. I kept on denying and told them that I will write to booking.com and marriot complaining about this. Finally they agreed to check on it and let us check in. What followed this was even worse! We went to our rooms and we clearly knew that the room categories we booked were not given to us and it was all jumbled. One of the room had DND on and we couldn't open the door. The second room when we went in, another staff came and asked whether we were ready for check out. We had to go down all the way to the reception again to get us assigned to the right rooms.

The room was really good, clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful! The location is also very convenient and nearer to a lot of food, bars as well as Petaling Street is just around the corner.

There was a good spread at breakfast. I didn't find any lemons which I wanted to go with my tea, Scrambled eggs could have more taste, lacks oomph. Salads presented was creative but I wasn't sure if the vegetables were clean. Room was comfortable with good views of KL.

Great location right in the heart of China Town. Nice breakfast (daily) and fantastic room service by a young man by the name of Khokon. Well done an thank you Khokon for a). continuing to perform consistently high standard of work and b). just being a nice person.

The only item was that I emailed reception a question prior to my arrival on clarification for an airport pickup and did not receive a response! I was lucky to secure a driver at the airport but that was pure chance.

Its location to Chinatown, the Hotel itself is beautiful and serviced well. Whilst we were there my sister had a birthday and Ms KIRA made the day unforgettable, with beautiful decorations in our room.

The location is very conveniently located in the heart of chinatown and it is only a stone's throw to Jalan Petaling. The water pressure of the shower head is very constant and the temperature is also very regular.

That was my first time in KL, so I was a bit worried how everything would go, but thanks to staff of this hotel, had less worries. Absolutely helpful in every way, kind and hospitable. I really enjoyed the location. China Town is an amazing place to visit and try the foods and buy souvenirs. The pool is great. I enjoyed the breakfast. Every evening I was coming back to my clean room and enjoyed every night at this place. Highly recommend!

Front desk officers very attentive, once they knew my nephew birthday. Surprised me, that they decorated the room with birthday theme.. Really beyond my expectation.

The King Room, feel very small, more like Queen room.

Chinatown is at your doorstep, there are rail lines under 10 minutes away by foot. Water is provided in glass bottles instead of plastic ones, which is a huge plus point when considering environmental friendliness. And most importantly, the bed is very comfy. :)

I don't often leave reviews but the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay special and looked after us very well. The level of service was better than the 5 star hotels we have stayed at. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

L'isolation des étages n'est pas adéquate. Nous avions eu 2 nuits calmes car personne au-dessus jusqu'à la dernière nuit, horrible, impossible de dormir car il y avaient des enfants au dessus qui courraient toute la nuit.

I had a very comfortable stay at Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown, Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to public transport, which made getting around very convenient. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a lovely view that made the stay even more enjoyable. What stood out most was the warm and helpful staff, who were always approachable and made the experience feel welcoming from start to finish.

I regularly stay here and it's always a great experience. Clean and quiet rooms. Location is excellent near Pasar Seni LRT and MRT stations, Plenty of food options nearby.
