Reviewed Sep 19, 2026L'emplacement est très bien juste a côté d'un petit marché très sympathique et d'un convenience store 24/24 . Les employés étaient tous adorables et très attentif à nos besoins . La piscine sur le roof top ouverte jusqu'à 22h30 était un plus à ne pas négliger. Les chambres était parfaite pour 1 personne mais je pense légèrement petite pour 2 . Je recommande grandement cet établissement

Non ci hanno pulito la stanza, che tra l’altro è oggettivamente troppo piccolo se si viaggia con due valige. Colazione discreta ma con poca scelta di dolce.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Établissement très bien placé, personnel très sympathique, chambre très propre, service de nettoyage de grande qualité. Le buffet est excellent avec relativement beaucoup de choix. Le rooftop avec la piscine est petit mais très sympa.
Une salle de sport, même petite, serait la bienvenue. Actuellement un seul tapis de course et deux altères…

It’s a pity that there wasn’t a double bed option for the queen sized room. Also, the bathroom in our room was kind of moldy.

Hotel en mal estado, hicimos noche en Kuala Lumpur en la ida y en la vuelta de nuestro viaje, en la ida nos quedamos en el otro Santa Grand de la ciudad y excelente. Para la vuelta cogimos este porque estaba más cerca de Chinatown y craso error. Todo muy pequeño, apagado, la habitación pequeña. Encima el baño tenía restos de lo que parecía diarrea, cuando fuimos a pedir cambio de habitación el chico de la recepción fue bastante desagradable, cuestionándonos, diciendo que al día siguiente la limpiarían…???….y además decía que si solo estaba sucio el baño o la habitación entera, mandó al conserje a revisar la habitación con nosotros, pese a enseñarle fotos del estado del WC. Finalmente conseguimos que nos cambiara de habitación. Salíamos a las 6:30 para el aeropuerto y el buffet no abría hasta las 7 y no nos ofreció ninguna alternativa (cosa que hacen muchísimos hoteles). En fin tremenda decepción tras la buena experiencia del otro hotel de la cadena.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Worse so far in Malaysia. The room we arrived in was dirty. We asked for another room. We got into a room that was clean, but smelling like paint. Aerating did nothing and we both ended up with headaches and a belly pain. So that was toxic. I can't believe the staff found it normal to (1) open a dirty room and (2) open a toxic room as a replacement. That's abhorrent.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Die Lage ist super. Kurze wege zu chinatown, ricer of life und die petrona towers sowie malaka 118. Die zimmer funktionell und alles da. Pool zum abkühlen nutzbar mit blick über die stadt.
Beim ersten aufenthalt war alles super aber auf der rückreise hatten wir pech. Ein zimmer war so laut (kompressor eines foodstandes) im zimmer der kinder war zigarettenqualm aus der klinaanlage ausgetreten, dass wir in der nacht beide zimmer wechsel mussten. Pech gehabt aber das personal hat ganz schbell geholfen.

I dont like the breakfast option. The rice/chicken meal is a bit weird even for my Malaysian tongue. There is also weird choices of putting chili flakes into the baked beans is not suitable for morning dish. The area also quiet small and limit guest movement if it gets to crowded. The staff also did not pay attention to food that needed to be added. Sometime when we arrive around 9am there would be little food left.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Ottimo hotel per posizione e rapporto qualità/prezzo. Si trova proprio accanto al Central Market e a pochi minuti a piedi da Petaling Street, quindi davvero comodo. La colazione è buona e varia, con postazione dove preparano i waffle al momento. Il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile e i letti sono comodi.
Unico piccolo aspetto da migliorare è la pulizia, che potrebbe essere un po’ più accurata. Nel complesso, però, è sicuramente un hotel che consiglierei, soprattutto considerando l’ottima posizione e il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Da migliorare leggermente la pulizia ma la struttura è assolutamente da consigliare.

Stanze molto piccole nonostante avessi preso una superior e colazione non abbondante ne varia. Inoltre la sala colazione è davvero piccola per cui una mattina abbiamo dovuto attendere che qualcuno finisca prima di poterci sedere.

Pulizia della camera imbarazzante! Abbiamo trovato la camera piena di polvere e capelli sul pavimento.. praticamente non l'hanno pulita prima di consegnarcela (sarebbe bastato passare un aspirapolvere per raggiungere un livello almeno sufficiente). In generale anche corridoi e ascensori non si presentavano proprio in ordine purtroppo

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Tres bon emplacement proche de central market 1minute. La chambre tres propre et d'avoir une douche et la baignoire c'est un vrai plus. Le petit déjeuner tres bon et se renouvelle chaque jour.
Le fait d'avoir a demander par 2 fois d'avoir les serviettes de toilettes. C'est dommage de devoir demander oiur quelque chose comme ça.

Chambre petite surtout si on reste plusieurs nuits. Propreté de la chambre à revoir notamment avec des meubles poussiereux. Pas trop de choix au petit-dejeuner et qui ne varie pas vraiment chaque jour.

La propreté de la chambre laisse a désirer. Murs très sales, douche avec de moisissures. Les draps du lit de nos deux chambres n’étaient pas propres et avons demandé à les changer. L’accueil n’a pas été surpris de notre demande et les ont changés. Le petit déjeuner décevant.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Een net hotel met vriendelijk personeel. De liggen was direct naast Central Market maar hier heb je helemaal geen last van. De kamers waren prima en ruim voldoende voor een paar nachten. De locatie was goed. Leuk in Chinatown.
Er is een zwembad op de rooftop maar wel klein en weinig zitplekken. Maar om even af te koelen goed genoeg. Na een paar dagen begon de afvoer te stinken. De laatste nacht (van de 4) was het zo erg dat ik er wakker van werd. Ik heb er melding van gedaan, dit werd goed ontvangen en ze zouden kijken wat ze hier aan konden doen. Ik weet niet of ze er iets aan hebben kunnen doen omdat we die dag vertrokken.

Está muy sucio huele muy mal la piscina asquerosa horrible al día siguiente que les pedí que limpian la habitación cuando llegamos estaba sucia y había bichos eso ira lo más horrible las toallas están manchadas y las sábanas también menos mal que llevamos nuestras sábanas porque para dormir allí seguro que nos sale ronchas la verdad no la recomiendo para nada si no cambia la gente que gestiona la limpieza no la recomiendo

Seulement 2 chaises longues au bord de la piscine. Sols des Espaces communs et ascenseur pas très propres (tâches de peinture, poussière). La salle de bain est ouverte sur la Chambre et ne possède pas de rideaux, donc pas noir réellement dans la Chambre.

TV in room was very old and was not of any use. The room was also dusty in some areas.

清潔程度令人堪憂。 第一晚發現床單很多灰塵，甚至枕頭有毛髮。 雖然在要求更換床單、被套和枕頭套後有更換，但是房間的架子仍然很多灰塵一直沒打掃，然後浴室的地墊除了第一和第二晚有更換之外，之後都沒有換。馬桶也在第四晚發現骯髒，第五晚也沒有打掃。第三晚用完房間的衛生紙也沒有更新，直到要求新的衛生紙才給。

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026•The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the Central market. Less than 5 minutes walking to Petaling street (Chinatown). Also just a few minutes away from the LRT, Merdeka Square and a 7-eleven. •The room was good, comfy bed, a minibar and well pressured shower. •The staff were very polite and helpful.
The only tiny downside were the lift, it only has one and sometimes it takes a slightly longer to reach but the hotel has stairs so it wasn't really a problem going down. Also just a suggestion, maybe add a few cloth hangers in the room. Anyhow, this won't stop us staying here again in the future.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026I loved that it was within walking distance to Central Market, Petaling Street, and everything in Chinatown. It was also easier to book rides from, compared to Bukit Bintang. The staff were also very nice!
The room was not as clean as I’d hope. The room lacked counter space in the bathroom area, and there were no hand towels. The rooms were also not soundproof. We could hear everything that was happening in the hallway and the rooms beside us.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026The property was beautiful, in a historic looking brick building. Amazing location steps to the Central Market, and less than 10 minutes to Petaling Street. Breakfast had a lot of variety, the room was quiet, spacious, and nicely decorated. Would absolutely stay here again.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026De locatie is perfect middenin China town gelegen. Bedden, douche en ontbijt zijn prima. Fijn rooftop zwembad met mooi uitzicht.
Kamer is erg klein met alleen een hoog raam. Lobby en ontbijtzaal zijn mooi maar de rest is behoorlijk gedateerd. Maar twee ligbedden bij het zwembad.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026l'emplacement géographique à côté du central market et de Petaling street est le gros point fort de cet hôtel. Avec sa petite piscine sur le toit et son petit déjeuner très correct.
La chambre est un peu petite et ne dispose de pas beaucoup de rangements pour les habits mais ça reste ok !

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026The breakfast was the same every day and for a European the selection was very limited. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately the housekeeping staff were very poor they cleaned the room only once during the entire week.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026It is NOT 4* hotel, you can gwt better for that price around. The pool was dirty with mold around it. The room had no windows and was so damp upon arrival that everything was wet and covered in water droplets. The sheets and the room smelled like cigarettes. On top of that, the receptionist and the doorman were unfriendly, even chasing us out and forbidding us from keeping our luggage in the lobby while we waited for our night flight.

Se vi spostate verso altre mete con la compagnia han travel, raggiungete la stazione del bus in 5 minuti. Colazione buona, sia dolce sia salata soprattutto e principalmente asiatica ma va bene. Bagno e cabina doccia di buone dimensioni. Vengono messi a disposizione dental kit, asciugacapelli e cotton fioc. Staff disponibile e possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out.
Camera un po' piccola, c'era un po' di polvere. Dopo aver fatto colazione, esci dalla stanza che i vestiti sono impregnati di odori, ma ci si adatta.
